Lemon Mint , Lunch in Luxor

We took the bus to our restaurant that was not far away. We all agreed that doing the Valley of the Kings so close to the energetic work of Hatshepsut was too much. We needed to recover. It was really odd to me that today was such a beautiful weather day and yet I feel such sadness and tears.

We got to the restaurant. A lot of the restaurants are on the top floors of the buildings probably because of the amazing views of Luxor. I mean the pictures in this blog are amazing, but they do not capture the true essence of how beautiful it is. By the way, that is the Nile River, just in case you did not know...she is beautiful, isn't she? I am so grateful to say that I was there.

We gathered around this restaurant to be served a homestyle type of meal and yes the first thing they brought out was bread! I was so excited to have a bathroom that was not moving and one that had a door, running water and toilet paper and it was clean! Thus far, bathroom highlight. I even joked about taking a picture of it because I was so impressed, but I figured I would save you all from having to see a bathroom picture. Realy, it was amazing, but then again you would have to be on the trip to understand the amazement of this bathroom.

I ordered my new favorite drink, lemon mint. It is really an incredible find, I wonder if I can manifest that back at home. Let me tell you I am definitely going to try this summer...anyone have mint growing in their garden? If so, please, please, please send some my way and I will make you a special drink of lemon and mint. Quite refreshing and delicious. Anyway, the food was fabulous at this restaurant. It was not just a rice dish with tomato sauce over it. There was some delicious chicken, of course rice, but the meal had other things like a potato casserole which I couldn't get enough of. It was finally a meal that I could eat and enjoy. There was, of course, the good ole standby of bread, rice and tomato sauce.

All in all, it was delish! (a word that my twinflame often uses--it comes in handy--thank you, dear soul!)

We finished lunch and then we are making our way back to the hotel in Luxor, but by way of the hotel we are stopping in Karnack to visit the Sekmet Temple and do an initiation with Sekmet. Talk about a jam packed day and filled day...

And, yes this is the temple I am leaving my garnet in....wish me luck...

Channeled Message: Valentine's Day 2011

Channeled Live in Milford, CT on February 13, 2011. This was transcribed by a friend and my guides have "filled in the blanks" so to speak as my friend was worried she didn't catch it all.
Greetings dear ones,

On the eve on your human day of love we come to you with a message of love. EstaRa doesn't always trust, but we are quieting her mind. You humans put much into material things on this plane, please know that it is not necessary any longer. This day of love should be that---a day of love. Your self love--each of you knows exactly what that love is---it is always with you---within you.

You may be wondering how do I invoke this love within me when I am alone or feeling alone? Be love and share love with everyone you meet and everyone in your presence. It is that simple and that complicated. Love is the energy on the planet that has been activated. It is within your grasp at every moment possible. In sharing love with everyone, everywhere activates that love in your heart and opens your heart wider. We say it is complicated because to access that love is to put aside your fears and let your walls come down. Now, is the optimum time to let down your walls for when you put out love you will find love.

Remember, dear ones, your work is love. Your life is love, your happiness is love, your tears are love. Everything is love. Remember dear ones, the time is now all is possible, anything you dream is possible. You can make it happen through love. Be in love, feel that love. You are all the love you need.

(My guides led everyone that night into connecting with their heart center and I saw as spirals of light began going into their crowns. Light poured into their heart center and out. At the end of this meditation, my guides said the following:) Feel the energy of love in your heart center, spreading out to the remaining parts of your body... Let that be your beacon to go forth.

Valley of the Kings

Just finished the Temple of Hatshepsut and we are making our way to the Valley of the Kings. I have to admit that I am so non-plused about going to this place after crying a great deal at Hatshepsut. It is really going to be a short ride to get there. (The only picture I got was looking out the window of the bus on my way to the Valley. It is desert---it really is desert!)

The Valley of the Kings is located in Luxor and contains many of the tombs of pharoahs including King Tut, the most familiar one of all. On a different day and with different circumstances I would be excited, but oh well it is what it is. We are here...will write more later.


Okay, I am back and that was quick. I am not kidding it really was. When we got there we received passes to go into three tombs that we chose to go into. In order to go into the King Tut's tomb we would have to pay extra and our Guide suggested that we go see the items of King Tut in the traveling exhibits because this tomb would be nearly emptied of everything. I didn't really have a desire to go in there so it wasn't a tough decision.

I am sitting right now at the cafeteria catching a few moments of quiet, but not really we are all gathered around here many people opted not to continue into the tombs. We are all hungry and honestly it was just too much for me. I really needed a little more time in between Hatshepsut and the next place to see. It really is incredible viewing the land here because it looks like mountains and you see a little walkway and entrance on the side of a mountain which is the entrance into a tomb. This land was all tombs built underground and into the mountain. I went into one of the tombs and you walk down this long narrow path and it is warm because it is mostly enclosed except for the entrance. We were not allowed to take pictures inside the tombs because they are trying to preserve the paintings. It was like walking into someone's home. The tombs contained the story of the person who was buried along the walls. It had "rooms" inside with many items. When we got to the sarcophagus, and yes; we did. We saw it and felt the energy of the mummy. You could look inside and see a mummy buried there. When we made our way out, I made the decision that seeing one tomb is like seeing them all. It was just of no interest. I am just sitting here waiting to head out to lunch at a restaurant on our way back to Karnack. I am really missing my twinflame and I am really wishing he were with me. I imagine that if he were here, it would be more magical or would it be? Would I be able to do all this releasing with him here? Would I be able to focus on my spirit and my spiritual journey here in Egypt if he were here? Would I be too captivated with him that I would miss out on some of this incredible stuff? Would I not be able to be me fully? I guess the answer is that right now this is where I am meant to be and he and I will just come back here another time together to carry out our mission of love.

I think I shall just close my eyes while I sit here and connect with the energy of love--something more than the tears I keep feeling filling my eyes. I must say I am looking forward to lunch, but I have to say I did buy an ice cream on a stick dipped in a chocolate shell--okay so not something I would ever eat back at home, but definitely something that was a bit of comfort food for me. Lunch, oh lunch, let me guess the menu...for starters, bread? hahaha

The Temple of Hatshepsut

We are here. I stop crying long enough to get out of the buss. After we entered through the main entrance we had to make our way out to the temple which you can tell by the picture was very far away.

After we entered through the main entrance where you hand in your tickets, we were led over to a "tram" which was like a much larger version of a golf cart and there were three "cars" attached to take us closer to the Temple. We made our way over to the Temple. It was probably one of the hottest days we experienced so far, but it could be because we are in a desert? hahaha

I kept getting pulled to look up at the rocks--it was like they were calling to me. Look at the mountain of rocks in this picture just above the temple--amazing what you can see. If you look closely, you can see many faces in these rocks. I feel like the faces represent the many "visitors" who have come to Hatshepsut's Temple.

We gathered around down in front of the Temple as Solara channeled information about the energy of the Temple.

While this Temple is called the Temple of Hatshepsut, Solara's guides channeled that this place is all about balance. The balance of the light and dark energies that are here. Hathor being on the left hand side when you are facing the temple up close you see that the left side represents the Hathors the light and the right side represents Anubis the dark. The "mission" on this visit is to connect with the Hathor energy and the Anubis energy and to balance with both. "The Hathors have been considered to be about fertility and abundance and love, and therefore their energy is like the experience of Christ consciousness."--Solara An Ra.

As Solara channeled, I started to cry and really cry again. There were a few of us that stood there and cried as she spoke. It was not so much what she was saying--for me it was all the feelings that I had been feeling from the bus ride over. It was as if the energy of this place was allowing me to feel all that I needed to feel since the beginning of this trip. Another portion of her message from the Pleiadians was, "Allow all feelings while in the place of the Hathors to emerge within you – any thoughts and beliefs about lack – any fears about lack, insecurity and what will happen on the Earth plane – allow them to emerge, and then sound the sound of the Hathors in order to transmute them into your knowing and experience of abundance. This is a healing, and you will receive gifts from this connection with this particular frequency of Light and Dark which are holding the sides of this temple space. You must relax, you must relax in this place. You must relax and integrate. You must relax." One of my light family members, Soquehilea (okay not sure I can spell the name), but she was wonderful and really helpful to me at this particular time. Everyone on this trip has been incredibly loving and giving. I am so grateful that these beautiful beings are on this trip with me. Ya know, when I signed up for this trip, I really hadn't any idea what I had in store for me. I hadn't expected the journey I have had thus far and the best part is I didn't expect the beautiful connections I am making.

When Solara finished channeling, we headed up the steps over to the Hathor side first.

We started off as a group up the steps and then each of us one by one separated to wherever we felt pulled. I was extremely emotional at this Temple. It felt like the energy of this temple opened the flood gates for me to release. I really resonated with the side of the Hathors. I came to Egypt thinking that I would connect with Isis and yes, I felt good with Isis, but Hathor is who really is beginning to resonate with me since my visit to Edfu. I went to the Hathor side first. The Hathor side had really amazing energy. The view was amazing, the sun was shining bright and it just felt like a wonderful day. So why was I crying? At this point, I wasn't even sure anymore. I just knew the tears were coming.

The Hathors were amazing. There is no way humans like us were able to create such amazing structures.

I walked over to the other side of the temple to Anubis is the God associated with mummification and the funerary practices in Egypt. He was a jackal headed God. I didn't feel the same energy as the Hathor side--it was a little heavier and a little unnerving. It really was just different energy so I don't think it was heavier.

The wall reliefs, paintings and structures of this temple were well preserved.

The experience here at this temple has been extremely different for me than the others. I just couldn't stop being emotional. This temple was about balance and Solara An Ra encouraged us to spend time on both sides of the temple. I really didn't want to go to the Anubis side at all, but then I felt like I should go there. I spent very little time there at first. Then, I went and sat down on the wall along the steps. The wall there provided good seating for me. I just sat and cried. I connected with the energy of the place and did what the Pleiadians suggested and thought about what fears I had and let them go. I cried some more. I just sat in the long hot sun by myself and cried. A lot of the time I cried I wasn't even sure what I was crying for. I made my way down to my group and we sat on the wall waiting for the "golf carts" to come get us. Even thought this morning has been extremely emotional it felt refreshing to know that so many people cared and loved me on this trip--not because of what I do or did, but because of who I am...another member of the light family.

We sat on this wall for a little while in the warm sun--I was actually hot--go figure--most of the time I have been freezing.

Just when we were about to board the "tram" back, I saw the refreshment stand. I walked over to see what they had for food and boy was I the happiest I had been yet. I saw containers with almonds and bought two of them and a bag of chips. I know, I know chips not really healthy food, but it was non-bread food! hahaha I bought another water too and piled my backpack with the booty that I bought. I am so excited to have this stuff to take back with me on my travels--just in case I encounter more bread and need food.

Channeled Message: All is As It Should Be (Twinflames)

This is a channel that I channeled live with my friend Victoria, when I was doing a healing session with her. It was directed to us, but it is meant to be shared with all twins. My guides are very much present with me as I write this email and they wish you to know that love is by your side and love is the pervasive emotion on our planet now--we are surpassing the fear that has preceded, but know dear ones--the side of fear is much louder which means we need to get much louder with our mission to share and be love. It is with love that they tell us things are as they should be and they are emphasizing shortly we will see....

Greetings Dear Ones,


It is time dear ones for the reunification of each separate entity that you call your twins and your other halves. It is necessary for it to be rooted into the earth at this time. The reunification will bring about the earth change that is needed going forward. Dear ones, many are wishing that the end is here for they are in difficulty and pain. It is time to see what the future holds dear ones. If you look within you at this time you shall see an earth in a way that earth has not seen. It is appropriate the music in your background for the sound of birds is a happy sound, is it not dear ones? That is the sound that you shall hear on your earth in short time--short human time, dear ones.


It is now for all to witness the light in each individual life upon the earth. It is time dear ones. It is now that humanity has come together to have a collective decision to go forward with this earth experiment. Long before you have come to this earth you had made a decision to be part of the process of carrying the earth into a new dimension. As a twinflame, it was your journey to carry forward your mission of light separately to come back together again. And when you come back together again you reunite for eternity at least that is the word we can give you for understanding. At that point you will go home and carry your mission out in another place, another space and time dear ones. IT is the mission of the twinflames to bring love fully on your planet. Only the reunification of the twins will bring that love to this planet. It is the separation now that has created much chaos and fear. For when you first separated the memories were clear that you would return together again and that you went off on your journey separately to experience that which each of you desired, each part of you desired something different and each time you played your role as a human you each played it in a way that you desired to experience being human. In the timing of your human earth it is in many lifetimes that you have been on this planet experiencing each other separately. However, it is not the only lifetimes that you have lived you have lived in other places in your space and time. You will remember. You will see inside of you your home. As you played your earth games each time you came here, each time your separation from your twin has grown stronger and stronger; therefore making this reunification not as easy as you would like in human terms.

The memory has been giving to both of you. It has been planted in both of you; however, one half of you has chosen to be the awakened one this time around for the other half is still in darkness at times and needs help and assistance from the light and we tell you that we have them covered dear ones. We are working with your other half day and night to clear up any blocks and obstacles. These blocks and obstacles are not easy for them in human times. Know dear ones, that the memory has not entirely reached their minds in human times. They do know; however, in their awakened consciousness that there is something more for them. As fear begins to leave the planet, so too shall fear leave for each individual that has been awakened. When we say fear leaving the planet, we say it is about the mass exits, those awakened that cannot hold the light that is required to go forward on this earth shall leave the planet. The darker energies we speak of are fear.


We wish you to know that it is time to go forth and trust. For ALL IS AS IT SHOULD BE. All is happening on your planet now. ALL IS AS IT SHOULD BE, DEAR ONES. We ask you to trust in us and have faith that you will have all that which you desire. It is here now. EstaRa is asking if this human year is the year that will bring all together. And we tell you yes dear ones. Yes, it is necessary for the changes to occur in this human earth year you will see much happening that is out of everyone’s control however if you are in your center and balanced you will have your control of you and your life. It is now dear ones. IT IS NOW. It is with love, honor and respect that we bring you this message today. We wish to remind you that your journey is bigger than what you believe it to be. It is not simply being a spirit in human body it is the being an awakened soul that changes the evolution of the earth; changes the evolution of the earth human’s consciousness. Greetings Dear Ones,

We come to you this evening with a message for you. EstaRa has asked us to be brief this evening. EstaRa has been asking for peace and for quiet moments because the days have seemed to move faster. Dear ones, time is moving faster. Time will continue to move faster. We tell you this so that you can prepare to know time does move much more quickly now. It will only begin to move faster so finding your balance and space within you that you have those quiet moments is how you will manage your time here upon the earth. It is very easy for you human beings to get caught up in the pace of your human lives but it is imperative that you stay in your center always.

We ask you to trust in the messages that you are receiving for each of you every day. We are here to help you all. Each of you know that which we are speaking of this evening, the messages are coming to you every day in every way. For they are here to help you on your path of light. It is time dear ones to stay on your path and step fully into who you are for now is when the earth needs you. Now is when you need you. No longer is it necessary to rely on other beings all the time. No longer is it necessary to look without all the time. Yes, there will be times you look for guidance and help and you will find your light family here to help you always here on earth and above your earth, if you will. But the lesson is to look within always for that is where it all is for you all your truth all your answers all of who you are is within you. Each and every one of you has a gift of light. That light is to carry you forward in this time and space for your earth is going through tremendous changes; not only earth but humanity as well. We tell you this so that you can prepare.

At this moment feel in your heart centers. What are you feeling right now ? We are sending out light from EstaRa-- we are sending out light from her to you. As she speaks to you, you shall be feeling this in your heart center . However, some of you may feel it in your crown chakra or your brow chakra it depends on where you are opened most at this time, dear ones. And if you are not feeling it--know that you are still receiving it this evening.

Questions, questions, questions dear ones. We hear your thoughts and we hear your wonder. There will be a time for questions and answers for tonight we just wanted to impart a little love from us to you. We are working with EstaRa to be comfortable with all that she is doing. For she does not always know her power and how much power she carries within her wherever she goes. She is a good teacher; however, she needs to remember for herself that she is a being of pure light and love, for each of you knows that which we speak of. You feel that within you when you are in her presence.

We ask you to remain in peace within you for that is what will help you through what is happening on earth. In many ways she is your mother. Greetings Dear Ones,

We have asked EstaRa to hold you here for a few moments to impart some wisdom to you this evening. Many of you have a great deal of fear we fear we feel that beneath all that is going on in your human time. We feel the fear underlying this evening dear ones. We feel you and we love you. Be not afraid we ask you to change your fear into anticipation. An emotion that many of you have forgotten. Many of you have been raised in believing in Santa Claus, have you not dear one? And, If you recall the memories of your earth childhood where you waited for Santa Claus, do you not recall this sense of anticipation, dear ones? We think you do we believe you do if you allow yourself to tap into the moments inside of you. At this moment in time, it is necessary for you to remember the sense of anticipation for in your lives each and every one of you know that the earth changes can be overcome through the sense of anticipation versus the sense of fear. Fear will stop you in your tracks and prevent you from moving forward therefore bringing more havoc in your lifetime dear ones. However, when you have a sense of anticipation is it not more of a feeling of surprise and glory and happiness because anticipation of that which you want to occur will come and bring you more than you ever dreamed could happen upon your earth time and space.

We wish to tell you that the chaos, dear ones, is already here upon your planet. And in moments you choose to follow the chaos of those around you and the drama of those around you. We ask you to stay centered within yourselves. EstaRa teaches this, does she not? She speaks these words daily. She imparts this wisdom quite often to each of you when she sees you. It is a lesson she has learned and continues to learn upon her path of light. However, she has chosen this path of enlightenment she has chosen to become enlightened prior to this time so that she can be a way shower to each and every one of you. She understands the path that is ahead and she knows more than she can even comprehend in human 3D. EstaRa is part of our council of elders she is part of all of humanity’s consciousness. She has chosen to come back in this life to teach. Listen to her words for her words are our words as well.

We are here to help you on your journey. We ask you to remain in your balance and in your inside peace for inside you dear ones is where you will always find your peace while the storm brews around you. You will find your peace inside of you. We know, dear ones, how difficult your path has been, but we wish to tell you that if you choose a path of light it will be much easier and the path of light is simply following your heart and your inner truth for your inner truth is always the way in which to go, dear ones. Always listen to your inner truth. For it is what will lead you to what you desire. Do not worry what everyone else thinks in your life or around you. Many of you will make decisions in your current life that will surprise those around you. Sometimes it is a difficult path if you look at it that way , dear ones.

Estara knows for she has chosen that path many times with the people she surrounds herself with. It changes many times. But she also knows this is where her heart has led her. And her heart is bringing her what she desires. For you too dear ones. You shall have that which you desire. We caution you to know that which you desire. If you are unsure refocus your thoughts to what you wish to bring. For what you think and feel will create your reality in this human 3D that is now being compressed with the 5D beliefs and realities of humanity that has been created and is being brought down to this earth. This is your journey dear ones you have choices. We wish you to choose well. We bring you this message with light and love. We honor and respect you.

A message from my guides:

If you are feeling sad or unhappy, what are you thinking about? Are you in the past ? Are you worrying about the future? Be present dear ones, it is important to stay in your center. When we say stay in your center we mean be present in this moment now. We mean come back to balance dear ones. Balance simply is knowing how to come back to your center when you feel off balance. Many people miss interpret balance to mean they have to juggle it all, but dear ones it simply means that you know how to come back to your center. The center for you dear ones is knowing that you are in the moment and living in the present. Far too many of you think you do this already, but if you pay attention to the thoughts you allow into your human mind, you will see dear ones you will see that you are not as present as you think. It can become a constant struggle for you to stay present or it can become a natural state of being. It is your choice—it is always your choice in how you view what is happening around you.

It is with honor, love and respect that we bring you this message today.

Early Breakfast and On the Road Again...

It's morning and we had breakfast on the roof. Yep, you guessed it--more bread! But this time, we get eggs and tomatoes and hot tea which seems so hard to come by at times here. The tea is extremely black--I swear it almost looks like coffee in the cup...very strong tea. The breakfast room is one floor down from the roof and the view from up here is amazing. As we ate breakfast, we could see the hot air balloons over the city of Luxor. This is the opportunity I have to go on a hot air balloon. I am opting not to do it for two reasons---way too early in the morning for me with the little sleep we have had here I don't want to get up and leave earlier than necessary and I want to save the money for the trip to Alexandria, but I have to admit this morning looking out the window and see the sunrise and the hot air balloon makes me almost regret saying no to the hot air balloons.

Now, we are on our drive this morning to The Temple of Hatshepsut. Hatshepsut was an Egyptian Pharoah, but the real reason we are heading out to the temple is for the Energy Frequency of Hathor. I am beginning to think there is more to Hathor than I knew---by the way, before coming here...I knew little about Hathor. :)

Solara just spoke to our group on the bus about relationships and the role that they will play in the future--during the Golden Age. By the way, the "Golden Age" is when we make it through this earth storm that is happening right now to the other side of the shifting of earth's energies and priorities. She has been receiving a lot of information from her guides about love relationships and how they will be different in the future. She gave us a lot of different information to think about. As I listened to her talk, I started to feel my twinflame's love. I felt so much happening inside of me from all the signs from the day before, last night's past life recollection and just hearing about relationships. Solara opened the floor for people to go up and share on the bus something they felt they wanted to share. Some people went up to speak. So much emotion is coming over me, I am just sitting quietly to myself. Tears are welling up and well I am not sure why I was crying, but the tears are just streaming down my face. I notice there are other people crying too. I don't feel so alone knowing this, but yet I feel alone. I feel lost without my beloved other half. I feel a longing for him. I wonder if he misses me. I wonder if he ever thinks of me and longs for me as I do him? I wonder if he feels that I am away? I wonder so many things and wish just one he would share with me what he is feeling. I do believe that sometimes when he says he doesn't know...he truly doesn't know because it isn't easy to access feelings that you have been so accustomed to shutting off. I just look forward to the day that he finally lets down his guard to let the flood gates of feelings, thoughts and dreams open.

We are here....time to get off the bus again. I will be back to write more later...It is another gorgeous day here and thankfully still much warmer than Cairo was.
