Energy Thoughts: Trail of Light

Good Morning/Evening Everyone,

It is true!!! Mercury is ready to move direct!!! Hooray. I'm ready to throw a celebration.  FINALLY!! This has felt like the longest Mercury Retrograde ever.  Does anyone have any proof that this Mercury Retrograde has lasted longer than previous ones? I'd love that to be the reason it felt so long! hahaha  Unfortunately, it has been just as long as every Mercury Retrograde, but this one has seemed to be so long because of the intensity of the astrology within this Mercury Retrograde.  Did you feel this too? 

I have to apologize to you all for not getting an Energy Thoughts out to you sooner, well actually, since Mercury went retrograde.  It seemed near impossible for me to get anything in the form of writing done.  I had almost too much going on in my head to be able to grab a hold of a thought long enough to write about

it.  But I have to say that this past Saturday, I awoke with a shifting in my energy and I was saying, "I can feel it, I can feel it--Mercury is getting ready to move forward."  Of course, you have to shout it out the way I did: "I can feel it, I can feel it" in slow motion, sounding quite like you are under water with a deep, masculine voice because while I was feeling the shifting, it was only slightly then.  Now, here we are on July 1st, and it is moving and I feel a flow coming in.

Right before Mercury decided to go retrograde, I was ready to move forward, no, leap forward is more accurate; but then the energy was anything but a leaping type of energy.  It felt as if we were fighting through heavy molasses the whole time.  It was a lot of stops and starts and completing of tasks that were unfinished.  I think even if it didn't seem like it, it was a time of putting closure to many things.  For example, I had a lot of very vivid dreams of many people in my past, especially romantic relationships.  It felt like a final release happened with them so that I could move past those limits/beliefs I held while I was in relationship with them.  When I think about it, I think how profound that is.  I mean just because I moved on from the relationship and thought I healed the emotion/pain and was able to love again doesn't mean that all the limits/beliefs that were present were really released.  Now, I can say that I cried/grieved and allowed myself to know that there are no limits and the beliefs I hold now are much more in alignment with who I am now than who I was back then.  I used relationships as the example because astrologically, relationships were front and center, particularly romantic ones and isn't that one of the ways we learn our biggest lessons?   Now, not only were there relationship beliefs/paradigms up for completion/healing/closure, but so too were other things in your world. Did you notice similar patterns in your world?  If you didn't, look over the past few weeks and see what was brought up to you through others, through experiences or through your dream time.  On a side note, I feel confident that reunion is near for me and my beloved twin flame because I know he truly is undergoing the same things. I love you, my dear sweet man and I believe in you!

Now onto this energy we are experiencing.  We are just about to move forward, but their may be a little drag in your step. About a week and half after Mercury begins forward motion, things don't move as quickly as we like, but I feel that once we get through the next few days, we will gradually begin to notice the changes/decisions/truths that people have come to.  Imagine that, how close we are to the 4th of July in the United States where we celebrate Independence/Freedom.  I think you are going to start to see many people begin to stand up and celebrate their own independence and freedom.  This year is like no other we have had. There have been many things happening on the political/societal/financial/relationship front impacting us directly and yet no action has been taken or so it seems.  There has been a bubbling up of energy over the last months since we began 2014. And here we are, half way through the year and this second half is going to be like fireworks.  I mean many of us, if not all, have been ready for the changes since January 2014 hit and we started to gather the momentum to move forward, but then we got slammed astrologically. With the eclipse sandwich energy squeezing us in April and then a breather, of sorts (or just a holding of breath perhaps for some?)  until Mercury went retrograde a few weeks ago.  I think you will begin to see action taken by many as well as you will begin to see challenges and changes surface for nearly everyone. Breathe, I know that one last line freaked you out, right?   Challenges and changes?  Perhaps read it as: changes are challenging?  Changes, even good ones, can be a bit uncomfortable for a time while everyone settles in.  So, please do not read this to be all bad. Remember, everything is perception!

The beauty of Fourth of July is the fireworks, right?  The sound they make, a crackling then a pop?  Well, we (humanity) have been crackling for some time and they are ready to pop (embody their soul's truth).  This energy is going to help you pop out of where you are/what you have been doing/who you have been into where you are meant to be, doing what you came here to do and being who you truly are.  While we have been undergoing this internally over the last several months, the time has come now to share this wisdom/change/truth that has been cultivating within us, externally. Oh yes, surprising for some, hence why I use the word fireworks to describe and for others it will feel like, it is about time.  Oh and the funny thing my guides shared with me today was that it may seem random and all over the place to just your average run of the mill human of the 3D kind, but us multidimensional ones, we know better and it isn't random at all.  As a matter of fact, it is divine timing. (Yes, I know I don't often like that phrase either--I chalk it up there with Patience, but I digress.)  As these beautiful firecrackers (human soul's setting fire to their truth), light they will sparkle and flow and leave a trail of light behind them to light the way for others to "pop". Remember those beautiful sparklers you played with when you were a kid?  It left a trail of light.

 Well, you can be that kid again, you can be the one holding the sparkler, but that sparkler is you!  You shine bright each time you live authentically/love someone/love yourself/choose happiness/choose peace/embody your spirit/live your truth/expand your consciousness! (oh there is so much more, but you get the point, right?)  Well, that is what is going to happen --as each person sparks/lights up they will shine and leave a trail of light wherever they go. That beautiful light you embody will spark others to step into their truth/power/love/gifts to transform their realities too!  See how important you are to this journey we call life?  See how important you are to this planet we call earth? YOU, ME, WE are who we have been waiting for.  Promise me, and yourself that you will take steps each day to live your authentic/light-filled/love-sharing selves. 

Oh before I go, and yes, I am well aware that I ramble, but hopefully you don't mind and you find some usefulness/wisdom in my ramblings.  My guides did tell me today that July 18th is going to be a powerful day. I don't know exactly what that means, but it didn't feel bad.  It was simply a message they conveyed to me so I am sharing it with you.  Perhaps when the firecrackers really start popping?  ;-)

Inspirational Snippet: Best Life Possible

I was in the shower this morning and I drifted to thoughts of magic, miracles and changes that are taking place at this time and how the astrology is on our side.  Everyone always wonders what they need to be doing and what they should be doing (I even fall into this trap now and again), but the real question is: Is there anything more that you can be doing to make your dreams come true?  I pondered that in the shower and came up with this message for my Soul Star Healing Fan Page on Facebook and I am sharing this with you.

Today's Message:  Everyday find something positive to believe in, find something that moves you and find that your light shines brighter when you do.  Miracles happen every day, the one you have been waiting for is on it's way to you.  I believe in Miracles and I believe in you! Have the best life possible, not the one others’ have set out for you, not the ones you read about, not even what you think is possible, but what feels like the perfect life for you.   Find that the best life possible is the love you feel inside you that makes you glow every time you think of being/doing/living it.  We are at a time on this planet when the impossible becomes possible, when the fear turns into courage and when the dreams you have had become reality. 

Beyond what I described above, there is nothing else for you to do to.  Just allow the miracles to happen because each step you take and each time you believe in something that moves you the energy and power of your light grows and magnetizes the miracles to you.  My guides are with me now and emphasizing that you truly are a magnet for all the energy/miracles you desire.  They are suggesting that you clear your energy daily so that you can be sure that the energy you are bringing in is light/truth/love.  (If you are unsure how to clear your energy, join one on my upcoming classes or schedule an appointment with me and I will be happy to show you how.)

Inspirational Snippet: Miracles

Good Morning Everyone,

It is a beautiful day here in CT. When I woke up this morning which was far too early by most people's standards, including my own (3:47 a.m.), I went back to bed and thought about my day. I woke to thinking it is "Miracle Monday".  Not knowing fully what that means, but it felt good and right.  So I wrote a message for the Soul Star Healing Fan Page and I am going to share this with you.

Today's message: Today look at everyone and everything as a miracle. When you do this your world begins to shift in places/perceptions that you never knew existed. Living from the place that miracles happen creates a domino effect in your life of witnessing and experiencing miracles in your everyday and with everyone in your life. Say this mantra all day today even and see what shifts for you. I believe in Miracles. I believe in you!~EstaRa

Try this today, even when you are in line at a grocery store and the customer or cashier in front of you is taking too long or when someone cuts you off on the highway or even when someone lets you down.  Know that if you hold the possibility of miracles then, they can show up in your world.  But even more believe in each person you meet as they too are a miracle!  Just like you are a miracle so too is every other being on this planet!

My wish for you is to believe in miracles today and find them!

Channeled Message: Twinflame Message

Greetings Dear Ones.

I am Pujatai, God/Goddess of Oneness and Love. It is a pleasure to join you on this evening of enchantment and initiation.  You have been rewarded in the heavens, that is constellations to all of you human beings, for all your service upon earth.  Your mission has created much spark within  your universe and the universes--it is both with honor and love that we bring blessings for your future on the human earth plane. It is now that you will begin to see the transitions taking place that you have been waiting for, long awaited for some of you. You are so important to the change that is taking place on this planet that you currently inhabit.  We are deeply grateful for your service and we are here to assist you the rest of the way.

Be not afraid, dear ones, for all is divinely and perfectly timed; now is the time for you. Now is the time for twinflames to step up and become visible. (This means that twinflames are being awakened at a rapid rate, if they are not already awakened.  If you have the awareness from spirit that you are, in fact a twinflame, then it is time to close the door on situations/relationships/careers/etc that no longer serve your highest and best good.  This step is necessary for your path to reunion.  For your energy is better placed on pulling in your beloved other half to you.)   You must hold your energy steady at this time during this great change in humanity's consciousness. (Stay in balance with all things, particularly with regard to emotions.  It is necessary to feel your feelings, but work at feeling them and releasing them so as to not get stuck in them.)  As twinflames, your job is greater than you can imagine. You and your twinflame are anchors, but more importantly, you are compasses pulling the appropriate energy to your planet via your frequency and vibration.  As you pull the energy to you, you have the ability to anchor that love from home into the earth's vibration.  Each twinflame couple holds a specific code that will be activated in the earth's core upon their reunion in the location(s) they are in.  As each code is activated a grid begins to form beneath them (in the earth), a new grid, a light grid, that connects with other twinflame unions on the planet.  The grid will anchor the energies of love and new human consciousness will begin to spread as the old grid falls away.  At the time of your physical reunion with your twinflame you each hold a portion of the key that will unlock and activate the code within the earth. This code will be a moving energy that will travel through the light grid being created.  It will expand, spread and penetrate the old energy causing a shift and movement within the earth, herself, but more specifically, within her inhabitants.  This is what will stabilize the energetic transformation taking place upon your planet and set its new consciousness into forward motion.
 
You will understand better what your mission is as a twinflame couple from reunion point forward.   It is more than you can comprehend at this point.  It is more than the intimate, soul sharing love that you evoke in one another,  (Alone that love is worth waiting for and experiencing.) but that connection is only the beginning.  Your twinflame relationship will open many gateways that you will embark upon as a reunited twinflame.  There is much work for you to do, but it will be done through love and it will no longer feel like work.

We wish to tell you that you have assistance, you are not alone. Your journey awaits you...

Speaking your truth is one of the easiest, quickest ways to heal your life.  Imagine, saying what you feel/think/mean everyday in every circumstance--that is what will set you free!!  It will not only ensure you have no regrets/second thoughts/fears, but imagine the emotions/thoughts/feelings that will not get repressed to be dealt with later in a more difficult and painful way.  It will not only empower you, but it will help you to fulfill your life in every way.

I know, often when people think "speak your truth" they usually associate it with some situation where confrontation may be involved.  Speaking Your Truth is by far so much more than that!  It means asking for what you need, saying what you feel in that moment, standing up for your rights, expressing your worthiness of love/fears/anxieties/anticipations and more.    If we all take each moment as it comes and speak our truth in that moment, there would be a lot less pain, frustration, fear and regret. We would be able to ask for what we need, express what we feel and be able to stay in a place of love all the time.  I honor the spirit in you and may you honor the spirit in me when it comes to truth. For if we are open to speaking our truth, so too, must we be open to receiving the truth.

Energy Thoughts: Reclaim Your Power

Welcome to your new reality. By now you should be getting glimpses of where your new reality falls softly upon the earth.

Imagine for one moment that all the things have been surfacing/scaring/freaking you out over the last few weeks/months/even years was all on purpose?  Designed to help you clear your path for what it is you say you would like to manifest. Making the path more smooth for this new realty that you are walking/running/speeding into.  Yes, the bleeps/bumps/bruises that you have had to endure are there on purpose.   Did you rethink/recheck your plans or even your destination?  Now, take a deep breath and let that thought sink slowly into your energy field and feel your way through it.  Does it make any sense to you now, with this knowledge, that all you had to go through brought you here and now?  (If not take/allow a little more time for that message to sink down into you.)  That is what has been happening/is happening since the shift into 2012. The astrological events that have been transpiring have coincided with the greatest shift within humanity's consciousness.  It is not by accident that you are here now and that the planets alignments are such--this is what you and all of humanity has been waiting for--the opportunity to reclaim your power.

There is no one in control--no one in the driver seat, but you.  Ahh--yes, what about God you ask.  Well, God/Spirit/Source/Higher Power whichever word you wish to use is right there inside of you.  It is the divine spark within you that utilizes your life experiences/environment/DNA/thought forms/beliefs internally and externally to create your reality.  Yes, there is a beautiful energetic source of all love, but what really matters most is not the so called source outside of you. No, what matters most is that you are searching/reaching for what you already have inside of you.   I think of the story,  "The Wizard of Oz" when I think to explain this. Like Dorothy's experience/journey down the yellow brick road on her way to the Emerald City, she meets challenges/obstacles/friends along the way, sounds familiar right?   All the talk and all the belief that this Great Wizard could provide Dorothy and her friends with what they were looking for, in the end wasn't true--but everyone believed it was true, so Dorothy was encouraged to search outside of herself the whole way to the Emerald City having blind faith.  Imagine for one moment if you were Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz or the Cowardly Lion looking for his courage or you were the Tin Man in search of his heart or the Scarecrow in search of his knowing.    At the end of their journey was they found was far less than they expected: a little man behind a curtain pretending to be great/all knowing, someone they had given their power away to. (In some ways, I equate that to religion, and the belief that you do not have a divine connection to God yourself.)  What they found with the Wizard  was the truth that they had it all along inside of them. The power always resided inside of them.  What changed for them, was their perception, and the discovery that the power for all the things they were looking for always resided inside of them.  If you are tired of the way

things are and how they have been playing out, then it is time for you to change your perception.  Be grateful to the universe for providing a forum (astrological alignments/energetic shifts) for you to do just that, by clearing you and making way to remind you of what you have inside of you.  The answers will never be found outside of ourselves.  The answers will always lie within our hearts.  It is up to us to quiet our mind,  find our way along the journey (the yellow brick road so to speak) and recognize that you will encounter many obstacles, roadblocks (trees throwing apples or flying monkeys) and reclaim our power (Emerald City), but keep moving forward and you will find your way home/heart/courage/knowing.  It really is that simple and yet, that difficult too!

It's the end of May, well into a new season, well into a time of sprouting and new growth.  The next couple of months, I suspect you will encounter great change.  Your life will begin to reflect all the changes that you have so longed for and have worked towards.  Your life will begin to be the embodiment of what it is you put out to the universe--it could be simply a love filled existence or a more complex one, but it reflects what you have been putting your energy towards.  Nothing is locked in permanently, ever; however, this is a train you just got on and I suggest riding it for a little while before making a decision to get off the train.  It will provide you with much needed self love, guidance and hope going forward.  Just remember if we don't like something, then we can change the compass by altering our perception.  Quick tip on how to change your perception in the moment that you are going through something. Stop whatever it is you are doing, pull your car over, hang up the phone, stop the conversation if you have to, but stop.  Take in a five conscious deep breaths.  Now, look at it again. Try this, I promise, it will make a difference.

Energy Thoughts: Objects Are Closer Than They Appear

Happy May Everyone,


Hope you are all surviving this massive time of transformation.  We are on the other-side of the Eclipse Sandwich of transformation and change.  The first eclipse was the Lunar Eclipse in the wee morning of the 15th of April and now we've just closed the Solar Eclipse on April 29th.  The eclipse energy sandwich is now closed that is until we have another later in the year during October.  Oh these energies are massive.  They have been anything but small bursts from the sun as we've been experiencing some major solar flares too.

Sorry to interrupt the regularly scheduled Energy Thoughts, but it feels as though I  need to talk briefly about the Solar Flares as everyone seems to be getting pounded with their energy infusions. We experience Solar Flare Energy on all levels:  physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  If you are high vibe like me you actually begin to feel the effects of the solar flares immediately upon its release from the sun.  Oy--often I am the only experiencing it around me and I think what is happening because no one else seems to be in this place, then a day or two later I see others getting the effects of the solar flare hitting them.  Now, most people feel the effects of the solar flares1-3 days after the flare left the sun so if you hear one has just left and you haven't experienced it, then know it is on its way to you.  Here are some "symptoms" that you are experiencing the Solar Flare Energy: extreme exhaustion, sluggishness, sleeplessness, intermittent sleep, confusion, brain fog, aches you didn't know you had, increased body inflammation, headaches, blurriness, frustration, shortness of temper, old fears/memories coming to surface, increased sensitivity, anxiety, crying, etc. There are plenty more than I listed, but that was just to name a few.

The more important thing is how to survive the solar flares.  I channeled, the Arcturian Masters of Light, for some information about how to protect/heal/maintain yourself during the massive solar flares a couple years ago and they suggested a few things. Here are a few steps to take to make sure you are balancing yourself during these times of high energy.

1. Drink Plenty of  Pure Water.  Preferably, purified spring water.
2. Stay Grounded.  This may be a time when you easily become grounded.  Go outside and commune with Mother Nature if you are able to. If you can't get outside, perform a grounding meditation and do so regularly when you start to notice symptoms.
3. Eat foods with high anti-inflammatory properties.  These include fresh fruits and vegetables as well as some wonderful spices. An example would be Turmeric (Curcumin) a wonderful spice that if eaten or take in a higher dose acts as a great anti-inflammatory.
4. If you get emotional, do your best not to numb it or stuff it down, allow the emotion (whatever it may be anger, tears, frustration even joy) to come up and experience it. If you take the time to experience the emotions, particularly the painful ones, you will notice that during these times the opportunity for spontaneous healing is great.
5.  If you are more tired, be sure to rest when you body needs it. Yes, sometimes this includes naps even when we are in a society where self-care can often be frowned upon. Recently, I began using herbal infusions and I find them to be an excellent way to obtain the healing properties of nature.  One  to help with exhaustion is Nettle. I learned about Herbal Infusions from a well known herbalist, Susun Weed.  You may go to her website for more information on Herbal Infusions. 

Those are some of the things you can do to help you through the Solar Flares because while the Astrology might be powerful, crazy-good energy (depending on where you are on the ascension spectrum), the solar flares definitely have direct impact on what is going on with you body-mind-spirit and may not be so crazy-good.  So let's step away from the solar flares for the moment.

The eclipse sandwich is over and we are still here.  "Phewww" describes how it feels to be done with that. hahaha   As soon as Wednesday came around, I felt an immediate shift in the energy and have been in "love" with it since.  Now that we are in a new energy, everyone is ready to move forward right?  Fast and Furious?  Well, that is the thing, we (many of us) are all ready to move forward, but it isn't a burst through quick thing, instead it is a slower transitional thing. But not as slow as some of us remember from ten years ago (thank heavens energy does not move that slow anymore).

Meanwhile, the last few days and particularly Friday, I really witnessed the shift in my visual perception.  Everything looked more vibrant and different. As I drove to my chiropractor's appointment, I looked over at the outside mirror that says "Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear." And, it occurred to me that the  New Earth has arrived.  "OMG!" (Oh My God for those of you confused.)   What I have discovered is that while all the pieces have not moved into place as of yet, they are moving into place, but they are moving gradually as I mentioned above. But let it be known, that the transitioning is happening.  Everything is closer than it appears to be, even our new reality.  This is so exciting to me. I can hardly contain it in me as I type, i mean there is a me that wants to get up and dance (but with the back thing--that ain't happening yet!).  If you are a fan of mine on my Facebook Fan Page, then you know the past two days I feel so much love and the possibility of miracles arriving. Oh it has been a beautiful journey of love and miracles.  I believe miracles may happen for me with healing of my back and yes, my beloved twinflame too! This is so exciting to me as I type this because I feel the excitement in me building, are you feeling it too?

Again, "EVERYTHING is closer than it appears to be" ...hmmm what a great little message for me to look at my mirror.  The thing I experienced the other day, the knowing, that what I wish for/desire is actually already manifested and the universe is now giving me signs of what is to come and how it will come about.  Now, I don't get specific details because if I did, we all know that I would ask so many questions and expect it to look exactly that way.  I mean wouldn't it restrict the possibilities with expectations of how/when/what/where?  Instead, I should be open and ready for pleasant surprises, right?  Well, I am!

So what does all this mean for you? We are  in a time where our new earth begins to take shape in the physical world.  Do you see how things are changing gradually making everyone more aware? People are beginning to talk about things they normally wouldn't or their perspectives on things have changed or their life has more clarity than ever. I've been seeing it everyday.  When I was sitting in my car, looking at the mirror, I  looked across the parking lot that I was in and noticed that I felt and it looked like I was in Guilford, in my parking lot and yet at the same time, it didn't look at all like I was here.   mean it all looked different and yet the same. It was at that moment that I realized we are living on the New Earth.   It means it is time to KNOW without doubt (yep, all you doubters, are you listening?) that you are already in the reality that you have been manifesting. You might be thinking,  "Ahhh, but I don't see it yet."  Oh but you must live as if so that it will begin (if it hasn't already) to appear in you life.  We have been creating/manifesting since 2012. While I have been living this life of physical pain the last year it didn't occur to me until now, that what we put out there in 2012 as what we wanted to create, it has taken all of 2012 and 2013 to clear the path, pave the way and allow the universe to build it. (Kind of like the movie Field of Dreams, remember that one? "If you build, they will come." )  Well dear ones, the universe along with the inner work of humanity has been orchestrating it: the New Earth. All the transformation we have been experiencing, while extreme at times,  the changes/tearing down/breaking apart/rebuilding foundations for you to work from has been part of the plan all along.  The more "kicking and screaming" you do/did is/has been the transition.  We have arrived; and while it may seem slow now, realize that the next couple of months in particular you will find the momentum picks up and the energy moves us forward with those new realities.  Now, as the energy changes/shifts again (because you know it will and I know it will), it is really important to hold tight onto what the new reality is for you.  Things will pop up and be in need of some clearing, the universe will ask if you like the progress (that is what you are manifesting) and you can change it at anytime, but hold tight to that "vision".  But like 38 Special sang in a song from 1981, Just hold on loosely, but don't let go. If you cling too tightly, you're gonna lose control."  You won't lose control, but you will try to control the outcome and again that is not how miracles happen. Instead, I say, expect miracles, but do not expect how/when it will appear--just know it will. 

Again, we say to you KNOW WITHOUT DOUBT and it shall be.
