Energy Update: You are Leader in Walking the Path of Light

Good day Evening Everyone,

I have had the most incredibly difficult time in sleeping last evening. It is the second time this has happened since we have entered this month of August.  There is so much energy flying around that it is keeping us awake, alert and ready for what is to come. What is to come you ask?  It is more of what we have been seeing I am told.  The massive awakenings are continuing--the pull on the heart strings, the suffering we are witnessing, the doubt in humanity's compassion-- to name a few.  These are trying and scary times for so many.  This time on the planet has put many lightworkers on guard, and ready to pounce to our readiness-- to our rightful place to herald in the new paradigm showing the way.  We are being prompted now to take our roles as healers, teachers, peace promoters, guides, light bearers, leaders and sources of love. As as my guides have said on numerous occasions over the last several months, the dress rehearsal is over--now is the time to step into your mission/role in support of humanity's transition out of the old and into the new.

We have been doing our job in the background lighting up the pathways making the truth come to light. And yes, sometimes the truth appears darker than the light. It isn't that the truth is darker than the light, it is simply that we can finally see it.   Right now, I am going to share words that I wrote on January 3, 2016 below because they bear worth saying again:

 Something that hit me really hard recently about why there is so much anger/hatred in our world towards other people of different religion/gender/race/path/beliefs—I thought to myself how can anyone hate/torture/kill/degrade another human being. (I am being kind with my words today.)   Why is it that so many are so violent and so willing to follow along with violence? I often channel/teach/explain that all we want as humans is to feel safe and loved; thinking about that, I realize that the reason people behave in such way is that ultimately—they hate themselves.  I know hate is a strong, passion-filled word, but it is a strong, passion-filled response so many people have in their life whether is from anger/resentment/regret/trauma/pain/suffering/guilt/shame/fear etc.  Ultimately, it is what individuals feel toward themselves either out of feeling inadequate/unloved/unworthy in the eyes of their loved ones/society etc., feeling unsafe/insecure because of past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by what they have no control over and feeling fear of how to survive. 

 Since I work in energy, I can tell you that most of this is actually part of the person’s experiences on the planet in this lifetime, but it can also be part of their ancestral karma/DNA, geographical karma (their ethnicity/culture/country of origin), soul karma—these are the patternings/behaviors/experiences that they have come to learn about/overcome/change and create anew.   With that being said, I believe it is our job, the people who are awake and aware on the planet at this time,  to step up and change/transmute/clear/release those patterns for all of humanity. It cannot be done alone and it cannot be done if we don’t all choose to be the light that we are.  Yes, it is one thing to shine your light for all of humanity to see in your individual-ness, but it is time for us to come together and stand hand in hand and walk together for truth/love/harmony/peace/balance/freedom for all inhabitants of the planet. 

 I believe we must start locally; and,  I believe that there  is a revolution on the rise, but it need not be a fight/violence filled/chaos, as we have learned from our mistakes as humanity, have we not?  From a Spiritual Perspective we need more love, light and connection to one another.  From a Human Perspective we need more love, light and connection to one another.  Then how does that happen?  We stop letting the prevailing energy out there be one of anger/violence/separation; instead we accomplish this through peace, education, healing and by all means standing together raising one another up human to human.  

 What I wrote then is just as important now, if not, more than it was then.   We are at a time when humanity is seeing the rise of possibilities and we, the lightworkers, as leaders among us, are being given the opportunity to create in a new way of being, and we are asked to bring healing to the mass consciousness with all the tools we have been given. It is now that the rise of the Divine Feminine is imperative.  When I say rise of the Divine Feminine, it does not imply that women must take over and be in power--it is not a literal gender thing, nor is it to be one-sided.  That is to say, our focus (humanity's focus) must be on the qualities of the Divine Feminine--we must embody those aspects of us that have been trampled upon and downplayed over the last several thousand years.  It is time for the qualities of cooperation, forgiveness, intuition, compassion, understanding, communication and connection (read: union) to come into play.

What we are witnessing, is the unraveling of the dark template/qualities of the Divine Masculine playing out on our planet. That is to say we are seeing clearly the imbalanced energy of the Divine Masculine without his Divine Feminine.  What does it look like you ask?  It looks like the world we increasingly have been living in: competition, authoritarian control, violence, self-centered dominance, separation, suppression and thoughtless action.

Why do we need to know this?  Because this is where the lightbearers must take their stand and not face darkness with more darkness; we need to use light to combat/undo/release the darkness. We need to give the Divine Masculine permission to let go of what they have erroneously been upholding.  I want to clarify something for those of you who are not aware--when I talk about Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, I am not referring to genders--I am referring to the energy that is expressed by the human individual on the planet at this time. It bears saying that each of us have both of those aspects within us, but one plays a more predominant role in our lives.  For more information on this topic, particularly with regard to Twinflames, please see my blog posts entitled:  Breakfast with Magdalena &Jeshua  and  Message on Relationships .

With accessing more of the Divine Feminine energy and the tools of creation, balance and harmony it is possible to assist the Divine Masculine out of the dark path that he has been treading down and bring in more light to assist him onto his path of ascension.  This is a necessary step for all of humanity to find peace and create the earth they have been wanting collectively.  We do not say that you are meant to dismiss what has been occurring on the planet in your world, instead, we ask that you observe it from a different perspective and feel into how you can best be of service to humanity now from a new way.  Divine Beloveds we are with you, and we ask you to behold the mission ahead, for in that, your union will emerge.~Galactic Federation of Light

Lion's Gate Energy Update

Another Quick Energy Update:

The energy coming in through this Lion's Gate is now building upon the energies that have been coming in previously (read: light building upon light), so in essence the energy compounds on top of what was previously brought in.

This energy can become a burden for those who have not built a solid foundation, forcing a collapse of the old ways of being, forcing change; how quickly that happens is determined by your frequency and vibration and your ascension path. The weight of the energy will always weigh you down if you're not building upon a foundation in your soul's truth or soul's light. For those of you who have been building a solid foundation (read: those that are awake) then the energy will continue to grow your light quotient and become a partner in your expansion and creation. Therefore the energy can be viewed as a gift or a burden.

We ask you to recognize if it feels like a burden, then use this time for you to heal, clear and re-align.

We encourage you to allow the collapsing of the old because that is the falling away of old timeline potentials that existed in the now old paradigm. This opens the doorways and gateways to new paradigm potentials that had not existed previously or had been blocked. Some of the timeline potentials have always been there, but were not available to you or have been blocked, not by entities or energies; instead, they have been sealed off or unattainable to you due to vibration or frequency.

This energy is allowing for massive transformation and upgrade in your life. It will open up the magic within you. We wish for you to know that you are safe and you are loved, and no matter how you experience these current energies, remember you are safe and you are loved.

Quick Energy Update for August 2017

This month's energy has come tumbling in and rolling over everything in its way--anything that is not rooted in your soul's truth or in the highest light possible will be turned upside down, trampled over and up for deep release.

What the heck does this mean? It means let it happen. It means that you are advancing forward on this journey to a new you... It means for some this is what you have been waiting for and for others it means roll up your sleeves and get to work facing what is surfacing. 

Yesterday, I had a visit with the Goddess Sekhmet and this morning, I had a visit with Sanat Kumara both are nudging me forward on my path explaining it is time to hunker down and get to work on the things I wish or desire. They imbued the same wisdom for you as well. Get those shields of courage ready to brave through the thickness of this energy and by all means--allow, allow, allow.

As I once told my beloved twinflame in person and in the etheric--resistance is futile. At this time, resistance is not only futile, but it will be painful physically, mentally and emotionally. Embrace what is being shown to you--let go and allow the energy to shift within you...your entire existence has been created for this time on the planet.

We are ready to embark on an even bigger journey than we can imagine. There is magic to be had at this time...but first you must drop away the safeguards, the falsehoods, the stories you have been telling yourself and the stories that have been told to you about you. What is you wish to create? Use this month to garner the courage, gather the support and embrace the wisdom.

Energy Thoughts: Tick Tock Tick Tock

Hello Everyone,

Back with Part 2 of yesterday's blog post called Energy Thoughts: Pull Back the Curtain.   Picking up where I left off, July's energy of introspection, what does that mean for us all?   We started the month off, still reeling from the energy of Freedom. Freedom to be love, be who we are and do what we wish.  My guides said this month would require a great deal of Integration from all that has taken place over the last several months. (You think? I asked.)  It feels like I could use a year to integrate all that has transpired. They informed me kindly that I do not have a year, but I had a whole month that would feel a lot longer as I was going through it, but in the end, the month will have moved faster than it would seem.  And well, here I am on July 27th and I can honestly say, where did the month go? 

July brought massive upheavals for many, particularly the Divine Masculine. (read: dramatic awakening)  The newly open-hearted Divine Masculine is really beginning to view the world from a different perspective, the heart-centered one which takes on a different meaning than a head centered one that they/we have become accustomed to.   As the Divine Feminine began to integrate much of what she has been challenged to embody, she also began to get some backlash, pummeling to the point of her questioning her own soul truth and her new forging reality.   As the Divine Masculine began to go further inward--pulling away, it reverberated outward to the Divine Feminine in her reality and amplified the energy of confusion.  She isn't confused--she is feeling the Divine Masculine waking up from a dream.

For example:  Imagine, you have been dreaming for sometime, but in the dream it is a life you are
living, let's call it 3D reality. In this dream, you believe that the 3D reality you are living is all there is to the point of you recalling the phrase: You made your bed, now you must lie in it.   (Ok, yes now, let's imagine.  no--I am talking real human earth world of 3D--not really a dream, but for the sake of this example, bear with me.) Then, you woke up and everything you have been doing doesn't make sense: the life you are living, the job you have been in, the place you are living, the people you are living with--it all doesn't make sense.

But wait, the old beliefs start playing in your head: This is all there is. I can't have more than this life. I don't deserve to better.  This is how my family has always done it.  Yes, they were unhappy, but that is all there is in life.   But again, wait, those beliefs contradict what I am beginning to see peering over the horizon.  How do I change what I am living? I put so much time/effort/money into creating/maintaining/suffering through it?  It can't possibly be changed at least that was what had been taught in the old paradigm belief system, right?  Again, beliefs start pouring in:  No one ever gets divorced in our family.   I marry for life.  I just have to suck it up and deal with a crappy job.  I have to do the right thing. I need this job to pay the bills--it is just a paycheck.  I will do (fill in the blank) when I retire.  (Is this sounding familiar? I am sure you can add more of your own belief systems into this too. I am sure some of you reading this have been working through this, reworking through this or just beginning to explore this.)

By the way we are in the new paradigm, but some of us are still running old programs prompting us to believe in the old paradigm still existing.  The reality of the paradigms living together simultaneously will be shifting shortly come September--be prepared by looking more closely at what is going on within you--sneak peek of what is ahead.  Oh yes the reality we/they (speaking mostly of the Divine Masculine at this time) are living in appears in real time to have changed, but the beliefs/values/programs all say 3D is all there is, right?--I have to hold on tight, right? (read: cling for dear life or picture hanging onto the cliff of life.)   This is what the Divine Masculine is experiencing in his world internally, but as of July---in his reality it is no longer just internally, but iappearing physically in his world. It started happening late January of this year with the Divine Masculine opening up to love; and it hasn't let up.  (Thanks to the Divine Feminine claiming her space and holding up sacred reality.)

Spirit is saying it won't let up.  Time is running out for choices and alignments so each soul is being led (read: dragged through the mud) to awakening/shifting/change.  We are in the crunch time once again, but this time it isn't temporary--this shift will be permanent. Remember, old timelines will be disappearing more and more and new possibilities will open that have not been seen before--this is why the clock appears to be ticking, particularly with regard to the Twinflame Energies, but really for all of humanity--as you can well see it playing out on stage in the American Political System.  Oh yes, that is all about the Divine Masculine waking up and Divine Feminine coming into balance, but it appears more like a competition as we watch, but don't be fooled--it is all about learning to navigate the time we are in and the possibilities that are presenting themselves to us.   We as a collective have to learn that we have entered the new paradigm,  we have left the old paradigm behind, but so many of us are still trying to work through things/manifest stuff through the old paradigm--it is time for some changes, don't ya think? Perhaps the more each of us steps into who we

are the more quickly everyone else can or the others can step aside. I digress.

 So while the Divine Masculine is incubation, the Divine Feminine is too.  He is reclaiming his power (read: beginning to recognize there is more to life than what he has been experiencing, learning he has more power than he ever thought, looking for answers; and for some, learning to navigate this new energy); while the Divine Feminine is nurturing her dreams (read: healing/integrating/learning how to manifest in the 5D and what the consequences and rewards are for doing so, and working to balance the fallout energy of the Divine Masculine into her reality.).  This is happening for all Twinflames and for all non-Twinflames.  Get ready people the ride is on and it is going to be a thrilling one.

This brings me to today. Integration, Integration and more integration.  Enjoy this integration period because soon it will be over and the real work begins.  I know, I know --lots of questions....What?  Real work? What the heck have we been doing, if not real work? When does it end--the working phase, I mean?  See I do understand your questions as I have asked them myself quite often. 

We are now approaching quickly the 8-8 Gateway--also known as the Lion's Gate which is a kick ass time of energy--also the Galatic/Cosmic New Year is arriving and boy do we have some magic in store for us.  We are on the path to divine alignment whether you are on the twinflame journey, your own soul's path or just a soul looking to catch a ride to ascension and the higher dimensions---we are set to be there soon.   As we end July and close out a lot the old (read: limitations/blocks), we are being thrown into the lesson of learning how to best use this energy.  When you close out limitations and blocks, what does one do?  One steps into their power and jumps at opportunities and explores the number of possibilities beginning to reveal themselves. 

As the month of August opens up we are going to be walloped by the energy opening doorways/pathways/possibilities that we have not yet opened up to. Are you ready to see how this energy rocks your world with adventures?  Well--hang on the ride is about to arrive.  (And just an aside--adventures come in all ways--physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, but don't we just love the physical ones the most? )  We start August out with the beginning of Eclipse season---Eclipse sandwiches are always most potent times of evolution to which we don't often see  or make sense of the likes that transpired  during that time, but dear ones I am being told by spirit--we can use this energy to really power us forward.   We also have the planet Mercury getting ready to retrograde in August, but I am told to hold on before you make any judgments or decisions--it isn't going to be like the other ones you have endured. (well that is not if you don't want it to be? hint: we have control of our reality--not others, but the reality we live in--choose wisely because this energy will help to catapult you forward.)

August will be a month of easing back from the pushing forward, instead spirit tells me that you have been given the signs, the go ahead and now it is time to start the planning/strategizing/moving forward/lining up of what you are going to be doing, where you are heading and the like.  Really pay attention to the signs/messages/knocks on the head you receive at the Lion's Gate. Remember this gateway brings courage and power to your year ahead and sets the tone for what you will reap in the harvest of your soul come the September Equinox.  It is time for you to use this month for manifestation--learn the new way of manifesting in the 5 D reality--this new paradigm is ready and waiting for you to step in and create.  What will you create?  Do you know how?  You can check out a class I am offering in the Physical on August 19th. I know it says 3 hours, but I am feeling it may last an extra bit of time.  Get excited--I am.   It is also time to garner the support both in the physical realm and with the unseens--lots of help is just there waiting for you to pluck up and use it for your benefit.  We often talk about the dark./negative, well, there is some massive light that is cutting through space to help you and all of humanity to ascend and create the new earth.

Okay, I will stop here as I feel I can write more and more ---you know my ramblings they keep going--once spirit starts sparking itself through me clearly--I can go on. :)   Oh one last note before I go....a few sneak peeks forward....September will be the time to adjust, put things into play that you had garnered over the August transformation energy. Globally, be prepared to navigate the energy of fear that will likely ripple out in August for those that are not on this conscious path to ascension.  It will rock their world too--but perhaps not in such a balanced and good way that we intend for ourselves.   Just know come September massive change will occur.

Energy Thoughts: Different Yet the Same

Hello New Earth Beings,

Yep--that is what you are or at least transforming into, if you are not already anchoring the energy of the new earth human.  We have been through transformation and change like no other time on our planet and while we are not yet finished with the crumbling/breaking down, I have been seeing glimmers of  a renewal of human consciousness, we are on an energetic cusp.

It has been quite some time since I have last written one of these messages.  As you may know I ended up in the hospital during the holidays for a reoccurring back injury that kept me stuck for quite awhile, but the amazing thing during that time I had such amazing revelations.  First, three months prior to the hospital, I had literally prayed every single night for the proper care to come to me because I knew I had not really done any true recovery for my back since the car accident--I knew that my body was still undergoing some real trauma.  Second, finally I was getting care that I needed since the day of the car accident --now just over two years ago.  Third, confirmation that my physical body was still twisted as it was the day of the car accident and it literally needed someone to help me untwist (the PT in Rehab--was amazing).  Finally, the time away from my home, stuck somewhere set me up to do a lot of physical, mental and emotional release.

Why am I telling you all this?  I am telling you all this because out of those revelations came some truths about this new energy and the newly created earth being. In this new energy, we have some real things to remember when moving forward with our future--from my lessons alone:  Consistent Focus with no attachment is needed on what it is you would like to happen. (My constant prayer for three months prior to the hospital I prayed until it showed up--now some other things showed up, but they were not beneficial--that is the discernment that is needed at this time.) Maintaining faith/trust/belief that you will achieve your dreams. (I never gave up, and yes, there were many times that I wanted to give up.)   We need one another. (I needed someone to physically "untwist me" in order for me to heal.  Quiet retreat is a necessity for releasing what no longer serves, clearing out others energy and  to gain clarity, insight and embodying your full power.   Oh and I must not forget, discernment; I notice that since January hit, I often ask myself, what will bring me closer to what it is that I want?  And the answer leads me to the next step for my journey. 

Since mid-January, I have felt more powerful than ever,. I feel like the two year cycle of transformation that I have been undergoing is finally coming to a close. Is anyone else experiencing this too?    The optimism that has poured into my being is incredible. Not to forget, this improved sense of living in the now.  If you have known me throughout the years I have often lived in the present, but looking back I was a novice then--I am embodying the master now.   I feel the change happening...the momentum is building once again, can you feel it?

If you read my blog or my Energy Thoughts, you will remember that prior to the equinox in September, I wrote: "The changes will begin to pick up pace now, with the advent of the September Equinox, things will really begin to move to a place where it feels like everything is different and yet the same."  And words have never felt truer to me.   Everything looked the same, felt the same, but the power behind my prayers was different--it was more powerful, I was more powerful. I want to emphasize the point that the power of the Equinox energy amplified my prayers for the proper healing to come.  So instead of looking at my experience of the hospital as this horrible negative, I am viewing it as an answer to my prayers.   I can actually say that I am, for the first time in two years, healing!  I want to emphasize the point that the power of the Equinox energy amplified my prayers for the proper healing to come.   I do feel that things are still untwisting for me and the whole of our planet---but even in the untwisting there is optimism like never before.  We as a group, humanity, must hold onto our vision of the future world we wish to manifest.   Don't give up hope if you don't see the first of your manifestations appear because it doesn't mean it isn't being answered...it simply means that the universe is gathering up all the power to answer your prayers and move proverbial mountains to bring it to you.

So again what does that mean for you? Quite frankly, it means we need to master this energy and get out of our own way because once we do, this new human is unstoppable and will create magic by way of simply being.  Remember all the talk over the years, I have given you about being?  Well, now is the time to heed that advice if you haven't.

You may wish to read over my post from August and the Lion's Gate because if you remember, as soon as the 8/8/8 Energy Happened, the scales tipped to the side of the "Light".  And as if that energy and power wasn't enough, shortly after the September Equinox hit,  it put us in direct line for new powers of manifestation, but with the caveat of accepting "the truths" about this new energy.  Go back and read my post from August 2014, it will shed more light on this energy of manifestation that I am referring to and used to manifest proper healing for me.  Another layer of cleansing, blocks and release occurred in January/February, but with the onset of March, the energy it building up and creating forward movement once again for another level of ascension and awakening for humanity.  Read: More changes or more challenges depending on what you are doing with this energy currently.   Energy Thoughts: Egyptian Energy Rolling In. 

You all have the power to transform your life, the world around you and manifest all you desire.  Now is the time to take a look at your dreams and see if there are any blocks holding you back--mentally, physically, emotionally or even spiritually and it is time to clear the way because in this new energy it is all about you! You are the creator and you have the power to create, what will you create? Oh and one most important piece I nearly forgot--is love is the point, mover and shaker in these coming times...old energy is washing away (perhaps as quickly as the snow is melting in New England at this time--which is to say it is not!  In case you all don't know we are being pummeled every day or two with snow, ice, freezing rain--nothing has melted yet. ) With that said, we as a collective of humanity are a work in progress. It might not fully look like change outwardly, but believe me--it is happening!  

Love as you know it will evolve to one of Pure, Divine, Unconditional Love and the old ways will just not suffice any longer.  It is really going to be a Love Revolution!

Energy Thoughts: Egyptian Energy Rolling In

Good Monday Morning Everyone. 

Just coming off a weekend of magical energies with the 8-8 Lion's Gate Energy rolling into my awareness clearly on the 7th and welcoming this full moon.  Friday, I spent time with friends outside in nature for connection and meditation.  Just a reminder that when "big" energy comes to the planet, the best place to be is in nature preferably sitting on grass to help anchor and balance the vibrational shifting that is taking place in your body as the energy pours in.  (A beautiful little fairy friend, Win-Kel came by for a brief visit on Friday to remind me of such.)  

I have to admit that after the intense meditative afternoon, I was a bit exhausted, but I knew I could not let the Lion's Gate get away without Smudging my space and utilizing this energy to clear my space and re-charge my portal of light in my home.  Before the clearing began, The Goddess Sekhmet appeared to me to provide assistance as I cleansed.  My friend and I did an amazingly deep clearing and then lay within the portal for the purpose of absorbing the new energies.  During my receptive mode, I allowed myself to receive downloads/transmissions from Egypt.  I got amazing visions of the light beaming into the Great Pyramid in Giza and transferring over to the Sphinx and spreading through the planet through the eyes of the Sphinx. It was quite a miraculous vision and quite the physical body sensations as the energy made its way sweeping across the planet.  Oh, how I love the Egyptian Energies and how grateful I am to have been there and always able to access them.  Just before coming out of meditation, the Beloved Egyptian Goddess Sekhmet appeared before me once again.  She reminded me of our agreement made in Egypt back in January of 2011.  (If you have been following my blog for sometime you will remember my blog posts from my Egypt trip with lots of information on Sekhmet. If you haven't been reading it that long or have not read my Egypt posts, I highly recommend you take some time to read about the magical experience I had and why it is still so profound this much time later and it is a great way to get to know me.) Back to Sekhment, her name is from the word Sekhem which means power and might. She is a powerful goddess in Egypt depicted with the a lion head and female body. She appeared to me and said, "I gift you now with courage, will power and determination. I bring to you and all within your sphere of influence the majestic light of the Lion's Gate and assist them on their journey with courage, will power and determination."  Needless to say, I felt completely honored and in awe of this beautiful being.  Then the evening was done and I barely got a wink of sleep with all the energy pulsing through me and the downloads into my field. 

Now, this morning  I was sitting here at the computer getting ready to type today's message on my Soul Star Healing fan page and I was hijacked by my guides, the Arcturian Masters of Light, and they brought forth a mini message for you for today. Please read it below and "bask" in the energy of it. (the energy holds immense emanations of love and light!) So it shall be. 

Today's Message: Bask in the energy that surrounds you today. It is your power coming back to you. Reclaim your place in humanity as the majestic being of love that you are. Your light is so bright, you are an eternal sun unto yourself. You are what you have been waiting for--each of you sparkles with the divine and simply being present in your life will create all the miracles that you have long desired. The time has come dear ones, for the new earth is and will unfold exactly as it is meant to. We tell you this on this day for you to begin to take action upon the things you value most in life. That will set the stage for what is to come into reality for you. It is with deep love, honor and respect that we bring this message to you today through EstaRa. We are the Masters of Light.

I share all of this experience with you for you to know that Ancient Egyptian energy is here at this time to assist us all.  I believe clearly that my guides are asking you to discover; that is, if you have not already found what it is you value most in this life because that is what will remain/grow/expand/become your focus. With all the energy of the Lion's Gate, you are "roaring" to go. (Yes, my humor Lion's Gate, lion's roar. hahaha)  The energy is ready for you to take action in your life, but  where do you begin?  So much information coming in on overload, perhaps for some of us as a result of the Lion's Gate, for others they are just all over the place and haven't tapered down to what they value most yet.  This full moon energy is kicking with manifestation power, but it is begging you to balance your energy/thoughts/beliefs/truths.  This is what my guides were referring to when they said, "begin to take action upon the things you value most in life." For example: if you want to feel well, then focus on your well-being not your unwell being and begin to take steps in that direction.  Start learning about how you can better care for yourself, pay attention to the signs the universe is showing you and by all means realize that the power lies in your hands, not the doctors, not other people, not family, not friends, but YOU!  Once you clearly decide what it is you want to "heal", then the universe will provide what you need to move you from "unwell to well".  It sounds easy, I know, but the truth remains that each of you/us has the power to change everything and anything in this new earth reality that we are moving into (have been moving into).  Finally,  our earth will become the place that each of us has been holding inside as the truth for so long. (I will speak for me---YES FINALLY!)  It will be easy for some of us who have been living it for sometime now, while others may have to play a little catch up.  Be kind to your fellow human, they may be playing catch up.  Think twice before getting angry or short with the human you are dealing with on the phone/in person/in a car/etc--they may be playing catch up!  It would benefit you far more to be kind and try to understand before putting out the angry/short/frustrated energy  because those feelings put out a lower vibration, whereas being kind puts out more heart energy and a higher vibration. 

Our realities are changing if you are not already living it, then it is time for you to begin to see the magic that the earth holds for you.  The changes will begin to pick up pace now, with the advent of the September Equinox, things will really begin to move to a place where it feels like everything is different and yet the same.  Some of us have experienced glimpses of it already, and whoa, it was a little confusing, if not unbalancing at first.  It is all good from where I stand on this journey.  Unbalancing isn't always a negative thing; rather it is a good reminder to be present.   

Well that is all I will explore with you for today, but might I make a few suggestions that my guides are providing me with. 

• Remain grounded--it is so necessary at this time  to anchor the energies.  During this time of rapid change on the planet, our very beings (auras and physical bodies) have become receptacles of some of the negative energies we encounter day to day, place to place, experience to experience and grounding into Gaia is how the light pushes it through us out into the earth for Mother Earth to transmute it all to Love energy.  (HUGE reminder to all my clients/students that I sound like a broken record to--Ground everyday at least once if not more than once a day!)   
• Remain hydrated--it is really important to drink plenty of fresh, filtered or spring water.  It is a way we can keep our physical vehicle (body) clean and healthy while we work as transmuters of energy. It is a job that we each took on when we remembered we are the light to heal ourselves and the earth.
• Remain in your heart--for all decisions look to your heart for the answers. It is not a time for going into our heads--we've been there and done that and look where it took humanity?  Look to your heart when you are confronted with decisions from what you should buy at the grocery store to how to speak your truth to someone who may have hurt you.  
• Remain CALM-- I like this one that came in just now.  C is for remembering to find calm and at peace daily.  A is for align with your truth and balance daily.  L is for Live your life in the present moment.  M is for Manifest from your heart.
