Channel: The Magic Within You

Greetings, dear ones.

Welcome to another new human earth day on your planet.  Have you realized yet that you are the ones you have been waiting for?  Have you realized you have locked within you the true magic and hope for a better tomorrow upon your earth?  Have you realized how empowering the energy of love can be when you truly allow yourself to feel it?   We ask you these questions to wake you up to the new energy on your planet for dear ones it is here.  You feel the same, you say?   Well, dear ones you didn’t expect to look in the mirror and see a completely different person now, did you?   We smile at the thought of humans.  Look at your pictures dear ones you are different.  You write that off to age, we understand your human minds far more than you think.  You look younger, you look lighter and you look ready to enter into this new golden age.  Go ahead. Take another look in the mirror we say to you.   And then look again after another month and see the changes within you.   They will become so evident that you may not even recognize yourself ask EstaRa as she has been transitioning for a long time now.   We say to you, do not let the mirror be the only way you look at the changes taking place within you.  Look at your life, the choices you make and how far along this journey you have come.

EstaRa: Please explain the questions:  Have you realized yet that you are the ones you have been waiting for?

Dearest one, you are the ones you have been waiting for.  Do you now understand that no one, no thing will swoop down and save you? Only you can save you.   The time is now to look at what isn’t working and change it.

You say that often.

Yes dear one, we do.  That is because there are many of you who still need to look at what isn’t working and change it.  We will keep reminding you ever so gently as long as we feel it is necessary for those of you upon this planet to drop away what no longer serves you and, dearest EstaRa there are many beings upon your planet that need to hear this message. 

Have you realized you have locked within you the true magic and hope for a better tomorrow upon your earth?  Why do you say locked within you?

Dearest one, it is simply a reminder for each of you to know that within each of you, you have the magic.  We say locked because some of you humans, do not realize that it is simply a matter of unlocking the gifts that lie dormant in your energy.  The shifting of human consciousness is the unlocking of  keys within your DNA and your being.  Once you are unlocked, there is no locking it up again and putting it away.

What gets unlocked?  How do they get unlocked?

The magic within you. (they laugh) You unlock codes that are within your make up that were set into place specifically for this time upon your planet.  The codes were not always locked, but with the heaviness of the energy and the control that was upon your planet codes became locked away only by way of thought and consciousness.  What you think and believe about yourself is the truth.  So in essence dear ones if you believe you are not magical beings then you would not be magical beings.  For too long have you held that belief, but that belief is lifting from the planet as more and more beings unlock the codes within them. 
You, dearest EstaRa, have unlocked the codes within you; however, there is more unlocking to come for you.  With the unlocking of the codes you will see great transition for you and your planet.

11.4.19 Energy Update: The Love Train is Coming

Energy Update:

It is official,  Mercury has gone retrograde.  What does that mean in the coming weeks for us?  Lots of changes (read: challenges), opportunities for closure, endings of sorts and healing for all of us, particularly, those of us who pay close attention to what is coming up.  Often people/places/events from the past have a way of showing up during this time for closure.  Mercury Retrograde is all about reflection and making decisions about going forward, but this particular Retrograde I am being told is about relationships that have left over stuff that needs to be cleared up that has been taking up space in your energy field. Are you ready to release it/them?   It has to do with beliefs around relationships, feelings that have been unresolved, subconscious beliefs that we may be carrying.  One of the themes at this time is about love. Is love real?  What is unconditional love vs. conditional love?  This is a good one to ponder and share with a friend to help navigate what it is. Really allow the opportunity of  this  time to guide through retrograde. 

An example of what happens during this time:   I was just on the phone with a friend regarding this energy.  She shared a brief thought about someone calling her randomly today--they haven't spoken with her in 5 years and didn't leave a message. She made the assumption that it must have been a "butt dial", but I immediately got the message.  There is something that was left undone, something felt unfinished on her end and would benefit from not contacting the person, but revisiting the energy of the "ending" of their communication.  She asked me how and then started to give me some details, and I heard that she would benefit from reflecting on the time long ago when they knew each other well, and what perhaps the feelings/experiences were when the friendship ended because she may have unfinished energy/emotions/baggage attributed to this time, but wasn't consciously aware of it until now   I also had a dream of very dear friend, who is no longer in my life, as a matter of fact he disappeared from my life (so to speak) 10 years ago,  where I felt like we were in a parallel life and I woke up feeling we made peace and I finally released him.  Yes and no, I realized I needed to release him--no because I hadn't though of him anymore, and yes because when I did think of him I felt emotions around it.   I share these examples with you because it isn't always in the physical sense that you get these opportunities showing up.  

It is also a time to recoup, rebalance, revitalize and raise your vibration.  In the midst of a retrograde you ask? Yes!    It is imperative that we do just that! Part of that is to remember some core spiritual beliefs and work on accepting them if you don't already have the as a belief: you are a soul in a human body,  the earth has been masked in a 3 D Illusion, but you are multidimensional and can overcome the negativity and illusions of the 3D reality and you can choose to change your reality with a little help from your soul friends.  Join spiritual groups, but you don't even have to go that far--surround yourself with people who uplift you and share in your joys and encourage to do better.

Some specifics for the Twinflame Journey:  The divine feminine is coming into contact with truths she has been carrying from this lifetime with all the females in her line: how they carried themselves, how they behaved, what their views were in love and relationships with men. She has an opportunity to question them and recognize they are not her truths and leave them behind for her to construct her world differently, from a place of love not programming and fear.    The divine masculine is coming into contact with their behavior patterns of being a masculine on this planet and all the stereotypes that have been built up to protect their egos.  These things came into play simply to cover up their feeling not good enough, with all the expectations placed upon them.  They will begin to face their fear of not being good enough and it will transform them with that rationale and help them see truth where they have been running from.   For the twinflame relationship, rather than seeing these things that show up as barriers/blocks/ and yet another obstacle in your journey--start seeing them as the gift of union.  The universe is always providing opportunities for you to grow and learn and come into union.  What one twin does effects the other--so my beloved divine feminine beings of light you have the power of awakened memories and energies to support your mission to union and while it may seem burdensome to take on the task of daily holding your union in high regard despite the fear, negativity and disappointment you have endured, it is your gift that will navigate you forward.   (My input here is that...if we are dissatisfied with some aspect of our life and not only the TF journey/union then there is work to do still on our self.  You are probably thinking: WORK?!!!??? how much more can I do?  I am going to invite you to view this a little differently:  This is the fun stuff/work of recreating you from false assumptions and beliefs you have carried about yourself, or have taken on due to family, culture, etc.  Where do I need work, you ask?   Some people have financial issues, career issues either stuck in on or needing one, family issues, etc.  I invite you to look this as more of an opportunity to create divine alignment in your life rather than working to get together in union.

Now as if Mercury Retrograde is not enough of a time period of shifting and changing, we are also entering a time of the 11-11 Gateway. Yep, it is opening soon.  This gateway is and always has been magical for all beings on the planet, twinflames or not.  In 11-11-11, I was gifted with many experiences that showed me the truth of what love can do on this planet, in our lives and in our relationships.  My guides channeled to me it is the time of the LOVE TRAIN, will you be on it?  Or will you run from it?   This is a question posed to all of humanity during this time of year.  It is about oneness an celebration of unity.  Oneness does not mean we become robots or enslaved to being the same, but what it does define is the knowing that no matter what we look, who we are, where we come from, what culture/race/gender etc we are the same inside and we are meant to treat each other with love and kindness not separation and fear.  This is getting very long so I will stop here and plan to write a little more about this particular gateway soon. 

        

 

Energy Thoughts: Achieving Boundless Empowerment

Wow, Memorial Day Weekend has come and gone already.  It is hard to believe that summer is on the horizon--half of this year is almost over already.  I don't know about all of you, but since Mercury Retrograde has moved direct and Saturn moved Retrograde my life has gotten dramatically busier and more stress-filled.  

The energy has really amped up with massive outpourings of light from Spirit; which in and of itself is exactly what is needed for all of humanity and our planet, but with it comes the responsibility of embodying more light.   As the energy continues to pour in, it has no choice, but to reveal where the obstacles are in your body, life, relationships and work, to name a few.  Not to forget it does the same thing on a global level too, with regard to the political, financial, healthcare systems in your community, state, country, planet too.  I am sure there are many of you, if not all, that can I identify with those obstacles being revealed whether they are personal or more of global, but I am willing to bet you are experiencing/feeling it in both places.   When I say the light has no choice, I simply mean that its job is to uncover the darkness that has been hidden away, reveal the core obstructions you have been carrying in your life preventing you from being the magnificent light that you are.   

In this time on the planet, it is often said by many new age teachers to pay attention to your thoughts, focus on making them positive, they even go as far as to not talk about anything, but positive things.  I find this to be one of great disservice to everyone and a new way to create distractions.  Have you had a brief encounter with someone who responded with "I'm doing great" when asked how they are, and you didn't believe them?   Why do think that is?  It is because their energy is vibrating at the lower vibration not the one that feels "great".  The philosophy is that you project what you want to be and you are that; that is the problem with focusing on saying/doing only positive things, even when that is not what you are feeling.  That philosophy is a misconception because what you are truly feeling underneath is what goes out to the universe and becomes a self sabotaging answer to what you are wanting to do.   Spirit asks you to "be" with your real feelings so that you can clear/heal/understand them more fully.  This process is how you will truly raise your vibration to the place in which you want to be. 

The empowerment that comes with processing and clearing these old blocks will be boundless and you will experience a massive shift in not only your energy body, but in your manifesting abilities/relationships/careers etc.    Spirit asks you to trust this path that you are on, even if it is uncomfortable.  This is what you have been waiting for all this time, this is the time we have all been waiting for. It is possible to achieve all that you have longed for, don't give up hope when you are so close.

If you follow me on Facebook, you will know a bit about what has been coming up in my life over the last few weeks and understand that this energy is not leaving anyone untouched.  I have been dealing with some serious health concerns for several members of my family; including friends around me.  For me personally, I've been dealing with the trauma of the car accident and the care, or lack thereof, that I had after my car accident. Some of you may remember that I had the car accident over 5 years ago and still suffer with physical issues and financial issues as a result.  I started working part time again just about 2 years ago and haven't been able to move past part time work (only when I am physically able to) due to continuous issues with my neck and back.  However, I've never given up on pursuing ways in which to heal me and recently I have something to feel optimistic about.  I had a consultation with a Functional Neurologist who told me that the situation I am in has been beyond my control.  He affirmed for me that the doctor's really have dismissed some serious issues to my brain as a result of the trauma and concussion due to the accident. I am feeling that this doctor will help me to get out of this horrible situation and help resolve the neck and back issues permanently.  My only concern now is being able to pay him and travel to him--he is in NYC, not covered by insurance, and I am struggling to afford my basic needs on my part time work.   I am sharing my medical fundraiser that I created to help me. Inspirational Snippet: Epiphany

Today is known as the Feast Day of Epiphany which means the day in which Christians recognize Jesus Christ as God incarnate.

Seven years ago today, I left on a flight to a destination that changed my life forever. I went to Egypt and reclaimed parts of my soul that had been lost and I became more fully who I am today. In some ways, that trip to Egypt was my own self discovery that is God incarnate within me (as God is in every living being upon this planet).

Several years prior to that, I would often go to Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine, in Litchfield, CT for peace and sanctuary particularly when I lived in Bristol.  I preferred to go there alone I got more out of it for me.  So one day, I was walking down the "Stations of the Cross" (for those of you who do not know what that is, to put it as simply as possible it is a path that resembles the story of Jesus from death to resurrection).  Near the end of the "Stations", Yeshua (Jesus prefers to be called his Hebrew name) greeted me and walked with me.  "I am the way."  He must have repeated it three times before I stopped to listen to him and understood, really understood for the first time ever!

He said:
"I am the way.  I am (not me the person), but the "I AM" is the way. This is the divinity of God within you and it is your power to create in this earthly realm. Whatever words, thoughts, feelings you place after the words "I AM" creates your reality in the physical world you live in."   ~Yeshua
This was by far one of the most profound experiences I had with Yeshua at that point.  It taught me so much, I remember crying and being really excited with this information, but I had no one to share it with.  Back then, I was still transitioning out of my old life and burgeoning on birthing my new life. The message above is just as significant today as it was back then.   Yeshua is here with me now with another message for humanity. And today, Yeshua stood beside me to fill in the gaps and to add more information for me, for us. 
"It will take you many years to fully comprehend and embody this truth for you will have to undergo deconstruction of a program that has been deeply embedded in your DNA and cellular memory, for when you have incarnated into human form on this planet, you have taken on the prevailing consciousness and your job is to rise above that consciousness to help humanity change the very consciousness that is holding them back.  I will assist you dear one, to reclaim your divinity and essence of light that you are, and have been taught to believe you are not.  You are not a sinner from birth, for you are the light and love of God, the creator of all. As humanity begins to awaken and question what they have been told to believe the more quickly the energy will move upon the planet and the more quickly consciousness will begin to resemble the light that you are.  Your powers of creation are more magnificent than you can imagine from your limited human perspective. Look into your heart and begin to see the transformation of your very being." –Yeshua
Something to truly ponder, what words do you put after your “I am”?   This is journal worthy—take a gander and make a list.  I know one of mine is “I am tired".  I have to find a new way to convey my feelings,perhaps I can reprogram a tired body to feel energized rather than tired.

As many of you know, several years ago, I began studying Judaism and have longed to study Hebrew.  Recently, I have begun to study Hebrew and the gates/doorways of my soul lineage have been opening.  The "I AM" that I am referring to above is not limited to Christianity.  If you study the old testament with Moses when he asked God, what God's name was, the answer was "I am that I am".  This is clearly an earlier teaching of the power of  the "I AM".    I would venture to guess that in every major religion in this world, there is a a teaching about the "I AM". I, of course, have not had the opportunity to study other religions, but I believe this is the most important concept that needs to be taught.  This opens me to so much more that I'd like to share, but perhaps another day because this has already become longer than anticipated.

My suggestion to all of you is to ponder and celebrate the Day of Epiphany, but not as the religious holiday, rather as the celebration of the "I AM" within you, simply because we are all God incarnate. We create the life we live every day in every way.  Blessings to you my soul friend.

Quick Energy Update for Today

Quick Energy Update:
The mass consciousness of humanity is awakening. It is happening. How do I know? How will you know? Have you been experiencing intense waves of emotions from out of nowhere, particularly when you are interacting with people? Such as anger? Fear? Anxiety? Stress?Have you been wanting to hibernate or once you have been out, want to go to your home or sacred space? These are signs that you are experiencing the awakening of mass consciousness.

The mass consciousness is really waking up--they are beginning to see the injustices at all levels--they may not be aware or as a awake as many of the pathpavers, wayshowers, etc, but they are certainly beginning to feel what they haven't allowed through. There is no more holding back--it is coming in fast and furious to them and hitting their reality like a brick. You will see it in their response time to issues--they may respond slower if they often responded quickly, and those who used to take longer, will respond more quickly. On the surface, it appears as if the sky is falling, to

take a quote from Henny Penny. But the truth is that internal suppression is not being allowed and it comes up as outbursts of anger, breakdown of tears, fits of debilitating anxiety and more. This is the ascension. And don't forget, a simple reminder to be kind and gentle to those just awakening.

How do we get through it?

I recommend establishing a daily routine of grounding, cutting cords, and running light throughout your being and by all means put up a protective bubble around you before you leave your home. I know I have found myself getting angry for no reason and it would be often when I was on the phone or in person speaking with someone. I realized their energy was having an affect on my mood--I literally felt like I could go from zero to sixty; and when it isn't mine, the good news, I can go back down just as quickly. We will get through this together.

Q&A: Is He/She My Twinflame & How Do You Know?

Hello Everyone,

This is probably the single most important questions for twinflames, particularly those that are waking up to the notion that they are/may be a twinflame.  I get asked this question at least 3times a week and today I am going to answer it to the best of my ability.

Question:

One client asked:   I have been told that "A" is my twinflame and also that he is a karmic soulmate  I guess it is all about the journey, so maybe that doesn't matter so much, but it does to me somehow though.   Do you ever receive clarification on that?  

One client wrote:  Please let me know if he is my twin or if I am just crazy.

One client wrote:  How can he be my twinflame? I mean I feel like he is, but it just doesn't make sense, may he is just a soulmate.

These are just a few samples of what I get asked in my readings, or just in email.  I feel you, I hear you and I totally understand.

Response: 

The clarification comes when we stop denying our inner truth for what we are hearing/seeing/experiencing outside of ourself.   Often times, we have been programmed from a very young age to not trust what we know to be true in our heart.  For example, when a child talks about their imaginary friend and the parent ignores it or even more the parent tells the child there is no such thing.  This dismissing of the child's experience or perception begins the pattern of learning not to trust their own instincts/intuition/inner guidance.   Breaking free from that pattern is one of the obstacles on the Twinflame Path that we must overcome.  Many times, everything outside our ourselves with regard to our twinflame plays on that belief pattern-our external physical experience often contradicts our internal spiritual truth/experience. 

The journey to twinflame union is also the journey to self discovery which involves awakening the power of self within.  Archangel Michael was my biggest cheerleader to look within and also my biggest supporter to remind me that what I knew to be truth inside was really the truth.   A great example came when I had an experience with my own twinflame.  Archangel Michael prepared me on my drive to see him.  AA Michael said, "trust what you know to be true inside of you.  Do not listen to his words, listen with your heart."    When I saw my twin that night, I was well prepped by Archangel Michael thankfully so.   My twin and I embraced immediately when we saw each other and I heard his heart speak to mine, I heard almost in a whisper (it was internal from his spirit), "I'm home."   I nearly cried when I heard it with my heart.  But as the night went on my twin's fear kicked in and he said to me, "I don't feel the way you do."   But trusting Archangel Michael as my teacher, I held onto the "I'm home" knowing that was in fact our truth, not the fear.

My guides have guided me to never tell anyone directly that they are or are not twinflames as that is their journey to self (trusting their own inner voice).  That will not be an answer I will ever give you. What I do know is that I have known since I was five years old is that I was here to find my other half and at seven I knew I would find him and marry him.   Throughout most of my life, I knew he was out there, I just hadn't met him, until I met him.  When I did I knew the first time I heard his voice I was in love.  But did I doubt/question/harrass my guides absolutely every chance that I got.  I literally asked for clear indisputable signs that he was my twinflame for six years; until I finally got my most amazing answers in Egypt and promised I would not doubt who he was again. I accepted he was my twinflame.

Then I had to work on accepting that he loved me even when he doesn't appear to care. I had to work on the doubt that  I felt, the doubt that he loved me because he didn't just run to me like I imagined he would when I was a little girl. (You know the old paradigm story of Prince Charming?--had to scratch that from my mental/emotional body. lol)  I have been "educated" quite a bit by the Archangels, Mary Magdalene and Jeshua to recognize his love for and his showing it or not showing it has/had nothing to do with me at all--it was about him and where he has/is at on his journey.  This was the hurdle I worked a lot to get over.  I now know and trust his love for me.

I am at the final stage I suppose where I get plagued occasionally with the doubt that this will ever happen. I have been on this journey for a long time, but even as I write this truth to you--I have a smile. I know inside that we will be together--the when --not so sure, but I know it is so. 

So I have to say this stage is much smoother and getting easier to work through than the previous two. :)
