Energy Thoughts: Stop, Look and Listen to Your Heart

This morning I was conversing with my guides about the energies of 2021. The words of Winnie the Pooh came into my mind loud and clear "Did you ever stop to think and forget to start again?"

The overall energy is that we are getting clear about what it is we want to create in our world, and more globally. Spirit is asking you to STOP and think about where you are going and what direction you are moving in. The past year was like no other we've experienced in recent times that did stop us from going about business as usual, but that only broke us from patterns temporarily. When the world is free to move around once again, will we go back to those previous patterns? Will we have learned anything new? Will we have discovered a new path that we are heading towards? Are we allowing fear to come into play? Are we allowing joy to lead the way? These are just a few of the questions Spirit has asked us to ponder. 

 

The past year was like no other for me as much as it was for you; however, I had the added stress of
health issues and experiencing three major surgeries in less than one year. The first surgery healed a long time issue of not being able to walk--and boy did I utilized the call of nature and the pressure to social distance as an opportunity to walk. It made it possible for me to stop and think about what it is that I am doing. Last summer, I opened my mind and heart to many potentials and different directions to go in. I was getting clearly that we as a collective are beginning again--look ahead of you and notice there is a clean slate. I chose to follow ideas that flowed to me and I am moving in that direction. Then I was faced with a surgery that I had planned, but with some complications. Then I was faced with a surgery that I had no choice to wait on--one that I knew I would likely ultimately need, but thought I could wait another year. Instead, I realized it was a matter of
urgency---not without a great deal of emotion I decided to do the surgery. I am still recovering and it may be awhile before I feel completely ok again. But it has once again asked to me to determine the direction that I am heading in and to see all alternatives. It has encouraged me to look beyond what is right in front of me and dream. It is asking me to see the possibilities laid out in front of me, there are many more than I dreamed. It has asked me to look at the road of my journey over the last twenty or so years leading me in this direction and perhaps my whole life. It is asking me to stop, look around my reality and listen to what my heart is saying. Spirit is asking you to do the same.

 

I am not quite sure just yet what will be, but what I do know is that we are on the path to becoming a united people in love. Oh yes, it doesn't look that way, but it is and can be a reality. It requires releasing the old way of being and recognizing that anger, violence, jealousy, fear, inequality and resentment have no place in an evolving society. We as a people are changing --we are entering a new paradigm. Yes, it is easy to claim that it has something to do with the changing of the people in powerful places, for example, in the US, an Inauguration took place for a new president, but that is not it. It has more to do with the changing of human consciousness which requires humans to be conscious. Weird isn't it? We think because we wake up every day and live our life acquiring the "right things", eating the right way, making ends meet and sometimes beyond that we are doing it right. Well, guess again that is what Spirit is calling you to look at and reflect on. Yes, you are living, (read: surviving), but are you a joyful, love filled being? Or are you too tired, too stressed to actually be present with your life, your decisions and yourself? 

We are creatures of habit and even more so we don't like to experience change easily. We resist it as we go, but as Star Trek's most famous saying goes "Resistance is Futile". Change is happening all the time, but now it is happening on a grander scale that is rippling throughout humanity. It is happening within you and around you. Will you partake in it to create the world you want to live in or will you just allow the world to lead you? If you are a lightworker, truly a lightworker than you know your job is to stand up in your power and be an example of light for others. 

 

Step away from what you have been going about doing --whether it is just this past year or it has been years and determine if this is who you really are. You ask how? Spirit says, the first question to answer is, no matter your circumstances, what do you feel every day? Do you even know how you feel? Step into that question and really allow yourself to go there, be honest. How do you feel? Content? Fearful? Worried? Excited?

 

Back to the energy of this new year. The first few months of this new year, is all about taking the time now for reflection because once the new earth officially gets underway around the equinox, things will happen (read: move forward faster) and you will need to know which way to go. It is not only important to recognize the direction we wish to move in, but we also must recognize the energy we are putting out into the world. If we are moving fast and we don't reflect--perhaps our energy will be haphazard (read: lots of stops and starts and misdirection) and we are not in conscious creation. If we are moving slowly, or for some, not moving at all, what is it we are stuck in (read: what fears are coming up? Afraid of failure or is it fear of success? These are the things that we ultimately get stuck in with the help of old outdated, past programming we've come to accept about ourselves.)

 

Spirit is guiding you now to take a few moments in the next several weeks to be in the present with your current world, current circumstances, current choices and the life you are currently living. Presence is key--my guides have often channeled this many times throughout the years, but now it is no longer about practicing --it is about being. Soon it will be about taking action and making things happen. Are you ready? Set go, wait, stop and think, but this time start again may mean a new direction or an improved version of the old one. Only proceed down the path you are on if it feels intuitively right for you and if it doesn't get ready to create the life you've always dreamed of the universe and all its magical energy is on your side going forward. Remember that blank slate I spoke about above? Well, what you choose will have all the support you need coming your way to fulfill your mission and your life on Gaia.

 

Channeled Message: Renewal, Re-creation is Possible

Dearest Ones,

We love you and we are here for you.  This message is brought to you today.  This is the time when all shall be seen.  The possibility of all that we have hoped for.  The veil is thinner than ever before and your heart will be open more.  See the world as we do; a place of peace and love and everchanging beauty.   We ask you to see what we see.  We do not see the collapse of your markets, we see the beauty of all that is.  We do not see the anger, fear and violence as taking precedence; we see the magic of love and hope.   We do not see the lines being divided we see the cooperation of one another.  We are here and we have thousands of you on your journey bringing forward the light of a new day.  Trust this is where you are meant to be for in time you will see how far you have come and what you have received. 

It is not about money and power, life is about living and is filled with the glory of love, peace and trust.  Honor one another for it is now that we can build bridges that have been burned.  It is now that we can raise awareness for how to live one’s life.  It is now, that all is possible.  

The earth is ready to renew herself once again and as she renews herself she is giving you the same opportunity.  IT is never too late to open up to a new day and experience and see it differently.  It is not possible to be in the light and see only pain.  It is not possible to be in the love and feel only sadness.  NOW is the time. What you have all been waiting for is here.  Do not hesitate to trust your inner truth even if it is seen by others differently. Your truth is what is real! 

Behold the beauty of who you are dear souls for you have much to cherish as we cherish your light.  Shine it bright for in time your glow will be the one thing that changes the world faster than any group has.

Energy Thoughts: Let the Energy Carry You Forward

Well, well, well, it has been a long time since I have written an Energy Update and apparently, today Spirit feels it is the perfect time to write one, but first let me tell you a bit about what is happening on my end.

Whether you have or have not been following along, my world is getting a little brighter once again.  I began seeing a new doctor in NYC for all the symptoms remaining long after the car accident.  Prior to that I was almost giving up hope, thinking I would never get better, yes me!  And finally, I am making progress so my summer has been consumed with my trek into NYC,  days of recovery following and intensive Physical Therapy that is working in concert with the doc in NYC.  I am very grateful to those of you who have already donated to make this treatment happen- THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.  I do ask for your support once again because I need additional appointments with the doctor in NYC. Spent my summer really focusing on healing me and doing things necessary for my well being.  Finished my second Reiki Kids Book will be ready for publishing soon.  Taught my first international retreat in Canada on  Healing, Transformation and Manifestation at the Equinox. I've been waiting for two years to teach this and I am thrilled with the results.  It was well worth the wait and to teach amazing souls gathered together. And now, I am back in Connecticut once again determining my direction for the year ahead.  I sense major changes coming to a timeline near you....for me and for you.

Onto the Energy Update:

It is here again the season for pumpkin spice and everything nice like apple pies,  butternut squash soup, crunchy leaves and more. I don't know about you, but this time always brings me a soothing sentiment.  While it may be a cooler time for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, the heat is definitely on energetically.  There is magic to be had this season if we use the energy to our favor.  The world is rumbling with change all around, from geographical changes to changes in the systems that have been long overdue for some significant overhaul.  For instance, the recent chaos in Washington DC has revealed that the Divine Feminine is here; and it is becoming clearer and clearer that she is here to stay.  This experience is a culmination of what started last year after the Eclipses of August 2017.  Did you think  all that hard work over the last year was for naught?   All the trauma and drama that had reared its ugly head was all for your benefit to stop the programs, patternings, cycles and behaviors of the old paradigm. You know the paradigm that states you are not good enough, you are not smart enough, you are not rich enough, and more. Sound familiar?  Those story lines have long been overplayed.  And the divine feminine energy embodies an energy of acceptance, appreciation, love and strength in a way that the pervasive masculine energy has been incapable of until now.  Spirit tells me that we will begin to see progress in all areas in the coming years, but don't hold your breath--some people will still choose the safety (read: clenching to the old ways) of what they were programmed with.  We are meant to evolve and expand our energies past the old ways, but some have chosen not to. Spirit loves them anyway, and so should you.  As we have seen over the course of the last several years, purging and clearing of density has gotten more to the core, shake you to the bottom depths of hell(o) truth which translates to a less favorable path now. 

What is in store for us? You know the ones who have diligently been swaddling their inner child for the nurturing they didn't receive.  The ones who so eloquently have taken up the sword of truth (read: the reluctant warrior of truth) to fight another day, I know, as if we had another choice.  We all chose this particular time to incarnate for the task at hand was never to be an easy one, breaking out of the illusionary game called life on earth is not only riddled with distractions, proverbial relationship/job sandpits on the golf course of life, but many of us feel like we sunk the ball (of life) completely and we are left holding the club. (Like the reference?  MY guides showed me an image of man in bright pink/white/blue plaid pants with a pink shirt, white hat on a golf course holding his club, scratching his head as he looked out over the pond.)    Well, we may have that ball missing, but what we often forget is in that bag that we are carrying is a whole set of clubs (read: tools) and new balls (opportunities) to hit.  Well, September was the final of the final.  Did you feel that?  Did you feel the urgency to clear/release/remove all that you have been carrying? I felt the build up over the last several months and I couldn't wait to release as we entered the new moon of September.  This month sealed the endings and new beginnings for us.  We said good bye to the old even if we are still in the midst of clearing them, you already addressed them--now is just the residual.   As of the 10-10-18  Gateway a  massive influx of energy has been filtering in to each one of us as we restart our systems so to speak.  The next couple of months Spirit is reminding us that we learning to walk again, embracing and embodying our truth and new direction.  Did you even know you had entered a new direction?  Your soul chose it, and well, you are coming along for the ride.  I channeled this message below in July in one of my Energy Body Upgrades, this last one we did on 10-10 brought those words back to us to start speaking daily to claim (read: reclaim) your power in this lifetime.  If you are interested in the Energy Body Upgrades, please contact me --the next one is Wed. Divine Power that I am. I recognize I am source creator in my earthbound life.  I choose to unlock the chains that I have come in with to disconnect. I embody the wisdom of my soul and I release the patterns associated with my physical body template and relinquish the power they have over me.  These patterns will be no more. I embrace the divinity of who I am and I stand tall amongst my fellow beings of light.  The time has come for me to step forward as the light that I am. I am now the manifestor and creator of my life. I welcome in my new physical body template, gifts and multidimensional beingness.

I declare now: I  AM.  I AM LOVE.  I AM LIGHT.  I AM SOURCE.  And so it is.

Spirit said to me "this is ascension!  The energy that came in on 10-10 is upgrading to the Heart Chakra--yes everyone experienced it, but the upgrade helped the processing.  For those not on the upgrade, you received the Heart Chakra healing too--Please note that this doesn't always mean you will be more open-hearted right away, sometimes fear will surface, emotions will be high to help move that stuff out that has been stopping you from ascending or will stop you from ascending.  I literally see it as breaking open hearts energetically.

Dear ones, you have successfully graduated to the next level of the ascension path.   We ask you to begin reflecting on your life to determine where you have been powerless and begin to look toward steps to take back your power in those areas/arenas. Your body is in the process of remembering while your soul navigates this part of your journey.  (Read: Sit back and relax, no hands, remember when you used to ride a back and you said, look mom, no hands?  Well, it is time once again to let the nurturing aspect of your soul navigate this part of the journey--I say let, but the truth remains you have no choice really--it is taking over and some may say about time.)   The journey of ascension is different this time around dear ones, remember you have never done this while being incarnated in a body on earth.  You are literally creating a vast potential within humanity's existence--this is what you came here for.  We congratulate you and offer our assistance as you proceed.  Let the energy carry you forward. ~With love, honor and respect we bring you this message.  The Arcturian Elders Master of the Light.

2018 is here...the year of 11.

If you don't know the meaning of the Master Number 11, suffice it to say that is all about faith in yourself, faith in your journey and the faith that you have the power to create the life you desire.

Dear Humanity,

I want to wish you a happy beginning to a new year in the best way that I can!

Imagine that this time tomorrow you woke up with everything you need and you didn’t have to do a thing other than go to sleep and wake up in the New Year. Well, that is what you will have if you trust that everything you need is right there inside of you. I know, I know some of you may be saying “I don’t have everything I need, like food, relationships, healing, money etc. I hear you and I understand you loud and clear—believe me I have said those things and others too. But what I know for certain is that the outside circumstances do not matter so much as what you are feeling inside of you.

Those of you that know me, know that since my car accident, it has been a constant struggle for me physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and even spiritually to maintain my beliefs, inner truths because everything outside of me appeared as if it were against me; and believe me in many ways it was/has been. I follow my own path and live differently than most can comprehend. That being said, it's the truth inside me that has kept me moving forward—surviving and not diving into a deep, dark depression when the reality is—it would be completely acceptable for me to be in a deep, dark space! The thing is that being in that energy for longer than a day or two is no longer in my DNA—not because someone removed it from me, but because I removed it from me several years ago when I began this journey of shining my light; oh and definitely doing the work to fall in love with myself, connecting with my inner little girl to find her needs and embracing change/my path rather than resisting it. I changed my DNA and you can change yours too.

Some wisdom I'd like to share with you today.

Take some time today to contemplate this year ahead and what it is you would like to experience.   Ask yourself, are you willing to commit yourself to Love - the infinite presence of Spirit in your soul?  Getting in touch with the love within you is the most important step you can take in your life. It is rewarding in so many ways: allows you to be accepting, understanding of yourself and others, vulnerable to allow love in from those willing to give it to you, it gives you the courage to look at your shadow and heal yourself while being supported by the love of Spirit and the soul within. It truly allows you to be who you are!

Every guru of this earthly time that has the ability to channel and receive guidance about life on earth; has imprinted that while things in our physical world may appear to be falling apart around us, the truth is that the falling apart is necessary for the putting/coming together of things. The energy of Love, Miracles and Blessings will be bestowed upon us now; access to these things increase with your vibration.  I know I'm ready to allow mine in, but I also know that it is not without work. But not work in the way we traditionally think of work; instead, it is about how we use what we have learned about living life in this time on our planet. It could mean going against what we used to know, leaving our comfort zone behind and entering uncharted territory.

Is this something you are ready to do? Are you willing to give up your attachment to how things have always been or should be? Are you willing to see real miracles in your life and allow the blessings of abundance to fall upon you? If so, then this is the year for you to change your life to the one you really want to be living. Let go of the attachment to how things have been or how you think they should be. Let things/experiences be just what they are supposed to be---just what they are in this moment. You will be amazed at the boundless opportunities and expansive magic that is available to us now, but it is only accessible moment by moment.

Stay in each moment as best as you can and don't cloud your mind with distractions and useless clutter, instead allow yourself to face things in your life as they may happen. We’ve allowed so much to clutter us and prevent us from going forward. It is time to be present in our life, our community and the global world around us. We are the light we have been waiting for…it is time for us to speak our truth, lead by way of doing and join in the energy that is building the momentum of change in our country, our planet. It is our time to shine our light for all to see and share our love for all to feel.

Quick Energy Update 11/28/2017

Quick Energy Update:

Do you remember when you were a child and your biggest concern was having your homework done for school the next day? I have been having a ton of flashbacks to those times/memories over the last weeks, but I am beginning to realize that is not the case.

Instead, I believe I/we are integrating different timelines into my new multi-dimensional lightbody. I know my guides told me I/we would start to wear that "new body suit" (multi-dimensional lightbody) last year and would experience several upgrades and shifts to make it fit over this past year. Well, I think it fits and integration of the many timelines/dimensions are finally integrating.

I see it like a patchwork coat that I/we are wearing; a patch representing different experiences over different times/spaces making us complete, but first showing us what needs tailoring so to speak. It appears some of the most difficult aspects to integrate come from childhood which is why some childhood memories are surfacing as inner child aspects to be healed/tailored to fit more comfortably within that coat. Please heed some of those memories, they are like the keys to unlock your potential/future/dreams.

As we enter this time of massive integration, you will experience several personal internal shifts as

well as external shifts in your life. We are entering Mercury Retrograde Shadow period which will allow room for this integration to take place. I have been working through a great deal of inner child healing and I am going to be sharing that with all of you in the coming weeks. I will be hosting an Inner Child Healing Workshop for my clients--stay tuned for the details in December. Meanwhile, let your inner child speak to you. Allow he/she to play as well as teach you what you have been avoiding--there is great wisdom to be had at this time.

Energy Thoughts: I Want to Give Up

Hi Everyone,

IF you are experiencing doubt, fear of the future and wanting to give up, then this message is for you. 

If you are a twinflame on this journey at this time, there is plenty of doubt about the path, what direction to go in and what the next steps are.  I wanted to send out a little message of support for those of you doubting.   

It seems in the last several months, the energy of doubt has amped up for so many of us, that we are questioning our next steps, trying to comprehend what is transpiring in our worlds, most particularly, I feel the twinflames that are awakened to what the journey is, have been hit the hardest.   Please know that no matter where you are on this journey, you are not alone.  You may be wondering, why now?  I have been so strong and so clear about this, but now I just don't know.  I just want to throw in the towel, give it up and have a boring, easier life.   Sound familiar? 

Well, I have been spending time alone over the past weekend due to my back really acting up--I literally couldn't walk, let alone sit, stand or enjoy the American Holiday of Thanksgiving--I was alone.  I spent a great deal of time feeling a host of feelings that were uncomfortable at best, ranging from I hate my life to I just need to get better.  One of them in particular was "I feel like giving up, I don't want to do this anymore."   I was in so much pain that I actually had to take medicine which makes it near impossible to keep my vibration as high as I like,  so accessing words of wisdom from my guides was difficult at best. 

So this morning while laying in bed, contemplating getting up and navigating another day with horrible back and neck pain; (I did move from a walker to a cane--huge difference),  I felt into what is going on with me.  Why is my twin so unavailable to me when I need him the most?  Is he really ever gonna do what he needs to do?   Are we ever going to come to the place of full divine union and leave behind the crumbs of connection?

I am going to share some answers that I received, they brought me a bit of comfort, I hope they bring some help to you too.  I asked my guides what is going on and they answered:

"Dearest EstaRa, we do see the difficult time that you are embodying right now.  We ask you to continue to trust, have patience and faith as everything is being moved into divine and perfect order for you."   ~ Arcturian Masters of Light (You can imagine my thoughts--really???!!??) 

"The Divine Masculine is/has been awakening to the world around them more. Over the past year, the embodiment of their multi-dimensional reality cannot not in their world while maintaining that which they have been carrying.  It has come time for them to shed their old and start anew." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light

What does that mean I asked?  "It means as they are awakening more to the reality they are living in, the more discomfort they are feeling, the more the promptings of their soul begin to take precedent." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light  Read: The things they do/did to distract/hide/run from all that is uncomfortable are having little to no affect on them, and they are growing restless/frustrated/afraid of what it is they are feeling.  "The Divine Masculine has been experiencing the longings of their soul when they began to expand their heart energy over this past earth year that you are living in." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light They are feeling uncomfortable with their circumstances, especially if they are in relationships or jobs that have long been completed or that have been suppressing their power as a divine masculine on the planet.  The divine masculine is getting a huge wakeup call as to what it is they have been hiding from themselves; as my guides have implied: there is no room to hide.

"Beloved one, know that your beloved is dealing with so much that he has not allowed into his reality. He no longer has a choice to ignore and avoid; he is being forced to deal with his truths." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light

In addition, since the Eclipse sandwich in August of this past year, much of the suppressed issues from childhood are surfacing for everyone.   Those inner child patterns are coming up to be viewed, particularly the ones you have long forgotten, but have left strong imprints on your life through behaviors, fears; even blocks to living a life of love.  If you notice, there has been a shakeup in humanity with regard to sexual predators, sexual abuse and sexual harassment over the last several months. These revelations will continue to play out center stage for all of humanity to purge itself from the distorted energy around sex and sexuality as well as around the roles  each individual plays with regard to this.   "The inner child plays a prominent role in human behavior and attitudes.  Much of humanity's fears are as a result of distorted perceptions in childhood experiences." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light  These distortions to sexuality are core wounds for the inner child within each of us in humanity.  It is important to recognize  that as this inner child energy gets stirred up through experiences, actions and news media around you, that your inner child is trying to have a dialogue with you about what needs to be healed.  "The issues surfacing at this time are looking to be released from what may have been suppressed by you, what has been stored in your ancestral DNA, what has been experienced within your soul group and the roles in which you have played in humanity with regard to this over various lifetimes."  ~ Arcturian Masters of Light

"What may not be evident to humanity as the release of sexual distortion comes to the surface is that as a result of that behavior, several other distortions/beliefs/patterns/ behaviors are appearing now."  ~ Arcturian Masters of Light Read:  sense of guilt, shame, worthiness, self esteem to name a few.  Those are coming up for clearing and release.  "We ask you to not judge yourself or another, for each of you are moving through this purging.  The best use of your energy at this time is to flow with the energy of release and recognize those patterns of behavior within you to begin to move through it.  We ask you to become more of an observer to identify where you are blocked, and once recognized, we encourage you to use tools to move through it." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light Read:  Get real with yourself and see what you have not accomplished in life and recognize where you feel insignificant, stuck or blocked and start working through it.  This will assist you during this time more than you know and beyond that it will assist humanity in shifting. The more we shift, the more we shift humanity.

Finally,  I just want to come around full circle to my fellow twinflame brothers and sisters.  Take a moment and recognize what is happening for all of humanity and recognize how hard hit we are, and even more so, our beloveds because they are unprepared at this bombardment of energy surfacing in their reality.  Their inability to handle what is happening is ultimately reverberating into our reality by way of amplifying what we are feeling or showing us what we still need to work on.  What does that mean for us and how do get through ? Our experience is  intensified!  We need to start looking at us once again and begin the process with ourselves.

While I was working on clearing away some pain this past weekend, I found this video on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as Tapping.  I used it and it has helped put my life in a better perspective.  Does it make me want to jump right in and not give up?  No--but it certainly makes me want to give up a lot less.  I hope this helps you too, what do you have to lose? Just try it.
