Energy Thoughts: Stop, Look and Listen to Your Heart

This morning I was conversing with my guides about the energies of 2021. The words of Winnie the Pooh came into my mind loud and clear "Did you ever stop to think and forget to start again?"

The overall energy is that we are getting clear about what it is we want to create in our world, and more globally. Spirit is asking you to STOP and think about where you are going and what direction you are moving in. The past year was like no other we've experienced in recent times that did stop us from going about business as usual, but that only broke us from patterns temporarily. When the world is free to move around once again, will we go back to those previous patterns? Will we have learned anything new? Will we have discovered a new path that we are heading towards? Are we allowing fear to come into play? Are we allowing joy to lead the way? These are just a few of the questions Spirit has asked us to ponder. 

 

The past year was like no other for me as much as it was for you; however, I had the added stress of
health issues and experiencing three major surgeries in less than one year. The first surgery healed a long time issue of not being able to walk--and boy did I utilized the call of nature and the pressure to social distance as an opportunity to walk. It made it possible for me to stop and think about what it is that I am doing. Last summer, I opened my mind and heart to many potentials and different directions to go in. I was getting clearly that we as a collective are beginning again--look ahead of you and notice there is a clean slate. I chose to follow ideas that flowed to me and I am moving in that direction. Then I was faced with a surgery that I had planned, but with some complications. Then I was faced with a surgery that I had no choice to wait on--one that I knew I would likely ultimately need, but thought I could wait another year. Instead, I realized it was a matter of
urgency---not without a great deal of emotion I decided to do the surgery. I am still recovering and it may be awhile before I feel completely ok again. But it has once again asked to me to determine the direction that I am heading in and to see all alternatives. It has encouraged me to look beyond what is right in front of me and dream. It is asking me to see the possibilities laid out in front of me, there are many more than I dreamed. It has asked me to look at the road of my journey over the last twenty or so years leading me in this direction and perhaps my whole life. It is asking me to stop, look around my reality and listen to what my heart is saying. Spirit is asking you to do the same.

 

I am not quite sure just yet what will be, but what I do know is that we are on the path to becoming a united people in love. Oh yes, it doesn't look that way, but it is and can be a reality. It requires releasing the old way of being and recognizing that anger, violence, jealousy, fear, inequality and resentment have no place in an evolving society. We as a people are changing --we are entering a new paradigm. Yes, it is easy to claim that it has something to do with the changing of the people in powerful places, for example, in the US, an Inauguration took place for a new president, but that is not it. It has more to do with the changing of human consciousness which requires humans to be conscious. Weird isn't it? We think because we wake up every day and live our life acquiring the "right things", eating the right way, making ends meet and sometimes beyond that we are doing it right. Well, guess again that is what Spirit is calling you to look at and reflect on. Yes, you are living, (read: surviving), but are you a joyful, love filled being? Or are you too tired, too stressed to actually be present with your life, your decisions and yourself? 

We are creatures of habit and even more so we don't like to experience change easily. We resist it as we go, but as Star Trek's most famous saying goes "Resistance is Futile". Change is happening all the time, but now it is happening on a grander scale that is rippling throughout humanity. It is happening within you and around you. Will you partake in it to create the world you want to live in or will you just allow the world to lead you? If you are a lightworker, truly a lightworker than you know your job is to stand up in your power and be an example of light for others. 

 

Step away from what you have been going about doing --whether it is just this past year or it has been years and determine if this is who you really are. You ask how? Spirit says, the first question to answer is, no matter your circumstances, what do you feel every day? Do you even know how you feel? Step into that question and really allow yourself to go there, be honest. How do you feel? Content? Fearful? Worried? Excited?

 

Back to the energy of this new year. The first few months of this new year, is all about taking the time now for reflection because once the new earth officially gets underway around the equinox, things will happen (read: move forward faster) and you will need to know which way to go. It is not only important to recognize the direction we wish to move in, but we also must recognize the energy we are putting out into the world. If we are moving fast and we don't reflect--perhaps our energy will be haphazard (read: lots of stops and starts and misdirection) and we are not in conscious creation. If we are moving slowly, or for some, not moving at all, what is it we are stuck in (read: what fears are coming up? Afraid of failure or is it fear of success? These are the things that we ultimately get stuck in with the help of old outdated, past programming we've come to accept about ourselves.)

 

Spirit is guiding you now to take a few moments in the next several weeks to be in the present with your current world, current circumstances, current choices and the life you are currently living. Presence is key--my guides have often channeled this many times throughout the years, but now it is no longer about practicing --it is about being. Soon it will be about taking action and making things happen. Are you ready? Set go, wait, stop and think, but this time start again may mean a new direction or an improved version of the old one. Only proceed down the path you are on if it feels intuitively right for you and if it doesn't get ready to create the life you've always dreamed of the universe and all its magical energy is on your side going forward. Remember that blank slate I spoke about above? Well, what you choose will have all the support you need coming your way to fulfill your mission and your life on Gaia.

 

Channeled Message: Renewal, Re-creation is Possible

Dearest Ones,

We love you and we are here for you.  This message is brought to you today.  This is the time when all shall be seen.  The possibility of all that we have hoped for.  The veil is thinner than ever before and your heart will be open more.  See the world as we do; a place of peace and love and everchanging beauty.   We ask you to see what we see.  We do not see the collapse of your markets, we see the beauty of all that is.  We do not see the anger, fear and violence as taking precedence; we see the magic of love and hope.   We do not see the lines being divided we see the cooperation of one another.  We are here and we have thousands of you on your journey bringing forward the light of a new day.  Trust this is where you are meant to be for in time you will see how far you have come and what you have received. 

It is not about money and power, life is about living and is filled with the glory of love, peace and trust.  Honor one another for it is now that we can build bridges that have been burned.  It is now that we can raise awareness for how to live one’s life.  It is now, that all is possible.  

The earth is ready to renew herself once again and as she renews herself she is giving you the same opportunity.  IT is never too late to open up to a new day and experience and see it differently.  It is not possible to be in the light and see only pain.  It is not possible to be in the love and feel only sadness.  NOW is the time. What you have all been waiting for is here.  Do not hesitate to trust your inner truth even if it is seen by others differently. Your truth is what is real! 

Behold the beauty of who you are dear souls for you have much to cherish as we cherish your light.  Shine it bright for in time your glow will be the one thing that changes the world faster than any group has.

Energy Update: It is not time for "Business As Usual"

10.16.19 Energy Update.

Now that the full moon has come in fully and anchored a huge vibrational shift, you may be feeling many different things. A sense of urgency and feeling of movement--needing to move: your body, your location, your relationships, your truths, etc. This is the energy that is here to disrupt business as usual, so to speak, and assist you to make necessary changes in your life. (read: force you --at least that is how it will feel for some).

There is a magnetic pull to alignment that has been released out upon the planet. The alignment is essential to go forward on your path at this time. The more in alignment you are the more the pathways will open, the less in alignment you are the more difficult it will be. 

The divine masculine energy has been undergoing massive transformation from within over the last couple of years, and well, now the energy is making it impossible to keep those changes under wraps. Will you see them? Maybe and maybe not. Recognize your divine masculine has been very enmeshed in the 3D reality. The universe keeps providing opportunities to unplug them--are they becoming unplugged? Yes, they are. Are they ready to reveal themselves to you and all of humanity? For some, you will see massive transformations at this time in their realities, for others, they are like a pressure cooker waiting to explode. Explosion could mental, emotional, physical or spiritual--depending on their lessons on this journey.

The divine feminine energy is being called upon to pave the way forward. This has been an ongoing calling for unity and awakening. This is the energy the planet has been crying out for. Recognize that your divine feminine is feeling pulled in many directions now depending upon where she is on the journey. For some they will be laying new ground and finding new directions, for others they are feeling low levels of depression because they are yet to let go of what has been holding them back. It is time to find one another and come together for yourselves, but far more about coming together for the greater good. If you find a tribe, recognize if it is authentically your group, if it is not--move on. If it is it will uplift you in the new energy way--not the old energy. The old energy will maintain the "business as usual" not allowing for heart focused/intuitive energy to be front and center.

The focus over the last several years is to break away from a world where masculine energy prevails and feminine energy is rising. If you are still playing the "game" the way you always had--then it is time to come back into your heart dear ones and recognize the steps you must make to go forward. The heart is the way, it always has been--it just got a little convoluted by fear/money/power/greed/control etc that was/has been running rampant around our planet.

You are the greatest gift you can give yourself at this time. You may think making the world all about you is selfish (well that is the old language of fear of being powerful). Selfish is when you focus from your head on your material/external needs, but for most of humanity--focusing upon yourself is self love, self preservation, self care and ascension. If you frighten enough people to think they must be martyrs--then they lose sight of their beauty. We will leave this discussion for another day as EstaRa must end this channel now.

Energy Thoughts: The New Earth Has Arrived 10.12.19

Good Saturday morning to you all.

I have been a bit lax on getting out my Energy Thoughts over the past year--as you know the universe has kicked me around a bit, moved me from my home of 10 years and has wrangled around with my health since, but as much as I'd like to say that has finished, I am definitely not done, but on the upswing.  I have been getting messages that I share on my social media feed--such as Facebook and Instagram.  I am not on Twitter and I am not someone who completely enjoys social media, but I do love seeing friends and family rejoicing in their joys and knowing of their sorrows so that I can be of better service to them.  But I digress, we are here for the Energy Thoughts Update. They are below:

The 10-10 Gateway the other day amplified your energy the last couple of days. Have you felt the energy pushing you? It has added to the upcoming full moon energy tomorrow. Earlier this week, I mentioned you were/will be given many opportunities

to be courageous--are you taking them, making things happen in your life, trusting that you know exactly what to do next without knowing? Yep, I said without knowing! Being okay and open to the unknown is one of the most courageous things you can do. Why? Because you are trusting your soul to provide the next step, then the next step, etc all without a proverbial safety net created by you (read: egoic back up plan, needing to have control hahaha)---you are saying to the universe, I trust my soul and I trust you--I know that you got me. We are now in the in between, literally everything is breaking down around us, within us and all the while simultaneously rebuilding within us and around us. The rebuilding begins when you learn to let go of the past and open up to the power of who you really are.

Let this full moon be a jumping off point for the new you! Are you really new? (read: new energy body, the old templates have now collapsed) Look at you, the world, relationships and even strangers around you with new eyes--things have changed. Everything is different, but if you are continuing to hold the old stories--then not only can you not see, you are setting up an considerable block for yourself. If you are continuing to hold on to the old stories, of you not being good enough, not being smart enough, not being pretty enough, not fit enough, not capable, not worthy enough, not deserving, not loveable, not wanted; (to name a few as I am sure you can fill in the blanks yourself by just reading this)--then you will struggle because there is an inner part to you that is no longer hiding its light. You shine dear one! You Shine and the whole world sees it in you. You don't have anything to do but be the light that you are.  For some this sounds wonderful, but others who are not embracing this new path it doesn't sound so good. If you are not seeing your light and you are not owning your light then that is an internal conflict within who you really are and who you thought you are; and in this energy that cannot be so. The universe/God/your higher self will do everything in its power to help you see who you are. Great, you say! It is great because you have granted permission to the universe to set you free to explore, feel and experience all that you choose, that is, the good, the bad and the indifferent. (read: the universe is going to kick my butt all over this planet if I don't let go and allow my light to shine.)

Remember you always have a choice in this journey. To see your power or not, to live life fully or not--the choice is yours, but there are universal laws that must be understood going forward. As the earth continues her ascension path upward, so too does your path continue upward--and all that is not in alignment with that path for you will show itself, and it won't necessarily be easy unless you are willing to surrender to your own light, discover your beauty, your magic and your truth. Your truth may not be in alignment with others around you and that is ok too! (read: sometimes it is ok to let go of old, outdated relationships. By doing so, you make way for the new and more divine relationships that you have longed for.) Because as you move up through ascension your light will change and grow who you are; it will challenge you to be a better version of your human expression than you were before. This may include some of the same people you have known and it may not--know that, that is okay because your soul is moving you to your tribe; the arena where you will be held in high regard for just being you. Who they are, you will discover are the people who not only embrace your light, but honor it as well. That is how we make the world a better place than we left it--recognizing the greatness in one another, not competition, not greed, nor search for power or search for love. Instead you find that one another will enhance and express that light and love that you are and will not need to look for it outside of yourself any longer.  That, alone is a major shift on this planet, do you not agree?

If you are ready for this journey, but don't know where to begin--well you are not alone and you have help--that is why so many people are lightworkers and have been called to this path long before you--simply for them/us to be pathpavers, wayshowers---and the truths we discovered/are discovering is that we are not meant to do it all alone--we need each other--hmmm that is another major shift on this planet?  We need one another and the earth to survive--no longer are we meant to struggle and do it all by ourselves, the truth is, we were never meant to do it that way, but the human ego had other plans. It is time to tell your ego, sit, back and relax--let's enjoy our soul's navigation...

Dear ones, I simply wish to end this Energy Update with one thought: place your trays in an upright position, we are taking off. Welcome to the ride of your life, the new earth has arrived.

Energy Thoughts: Ending of the Ending, Beginning of the Beginning

Hello Beautiful Beings of Light,

It has been some time since I have written, and perhaps even longer since my last Energy Thoughts Update, but I'm still here.  Stayed tuned  new updates about me, Soul Star Healing to come out soon.  Onto the Energy Thoughts and Channel...

Greetings dear ones. 

We are here with a message for you today.  You have entered the transitioning time from the old paradigm energy to the new paradigm energy and it is just beginning to open each and every one of you to a higher light of consciousness.  You are reaching new ground.  The past earth year of 2018 was a stripping away for many, for some it was quick, short and painful for others it has been long, arduous with glimmers of hope thrown in, but for all of you, you have left behind a denser version of you and are ready to enter a more luminous path. 

What does that mean in human language, you ask?  It means that for some the band aid was pulled off quickly and it was painful while going through it, but it was short lived. For others, it was a slower process of peeling back the layers to reveal truths to you.  Quite often truths you have been hiding from yourself.   This has spun humanity into a massive critical stage of transformation--no one has been untouched. 

The time has come for each of you to illuminate your truth and your path with your own light, you emanate brightly dear ones. We love seeing you shine as your light bodies are now coming fully online.  (read: your time has come to shine)  This is only the beginning of the beginning  as we have told EstaRa when she asked what is actually happening at the end of 2018?  We have channeled to dearest EstaRa for a number of years preparing her for the what was to occur in 2019, its a year of significance for all of humanity and that it would signify the beginning of the new beginning simultaneously as humanity enters the ending of the ending paradigm.  (read: the tearing down, destruction of old programs, thoughts, patterns, systems that humanity has been enslaved to are self-destructing as each person lights themselves up from within, the truth before them cannot be contained/hidden any longer. )   The systems of humanity that have kept you down literally can no longer be maintained and are quickly revealing their weaknesses, allowing for their collapse/restructuring to occur. Revelations have been coming into your realities, dear ones, but now you too will experience/acknowledge the wisdom of these revelations from a higher perspective and a new found internal compass. (Read: it will be as if your intuition kicked on or kicked in to high gear for some--don't be surprised when you start to attain information to things in various ways that you had not before.)

We wish to impart to you that each and every one of you are essential to the uplifting of human consciousness.  Every being on the planet has come during this incarnation for the purpose of purging humanity of its errant programmings, raising up humanity's conscious awareness and to allow their soul to this particular ascension.  It is not by accident that you are living the life you are living, though some of you may disagree with us.  We urge you to look at the life you are living to discover the underlying message that is waiting right there inside of you showing your pathway home.  Home for some is simply within soul families, soul tribes, twinflames and/or a multidimensional accessibility to your galactic home or simply to your soul's mission: we ask you to trust what your inner compass is guiding you to, but first you must shed the personality and ego role that you have chosen to play in this incarnation.  For some of you, this appears to be the greatest of challenges and we love you for the work you are doing to get there.  For others, it is the challenge of staying heart centered even after feelings of guilt, shame, broken heart, betrayals, broken trust and self destructive behaviors.  (read: human potential is greatest when they are able to recognize the role their ego and personality play and learn to navigate with it--not destroying it, accepting it and learn to use it alongside with your soul's truth.)

We are in the transitioning time, the in-between so to speak,  and haven't landed just yet.  That is what this year is about still, but there are many more glimmers of hope.  We will continue to see the deconstructing, breaking down of the earth's governing systems because it isn't finished. You may say what?  But seriously, have you not seen what is happening in the world today? Change is not happening fast enough; those tied to the old paradigm are in a losing battle, but apparently they have not gotten the memo yet that the energy is no longer supported.  Meanwhile, as we enter this year, the first new moon today, January 5th marks a new opportunity for you to evaluate the path ahead, for some it will open new doorways and for others it will expand their current pathway and allow movement more freely. The extra energy provided by the Partial Solar Eclipse today will amplify the energies of shift and you will feel it within your being.  Do not be afraid of this energy, welcome it!

It is not your job as a human to seek and/or worry what your mission is, it is your privilege to allow your heart to guide you in the direction of your mission as it will reveal itself to you.  During your earth year of 2019, you will be given ample opportunity to expand your heart consciousness and discover the new ever evolving you.  Your heart has become an multidimensional portal to all your gifts past, present and future.   This year ahead will provide you with the openings to what it is you want to create.  

(Read: As a whole humanity, will begin to see glimmers of  new creations/evolution overlaying the tearing down energy.  While we are still in the deconstruction, we are also seeing new possibilities growing out from under the surface of confusion.  Look to open your heart, your intuition and let the energy of flow lead you forward because it will. )

The most important reminder for the year ahead is to learn to trust your intuition.  Spent time practicing, playing and using your super power, YOUR SUPER LUMINOUS WISDOM! You have all that you need and more just inside of you, but it is up to you to learn to use, navigate, expand and empower yourself with it--so get into one of my classes, they will be popping up across the state in the next month!

"It Is time to BREAK the Karmic Cycle of the “Have” and “Have nots”.  The powers that be have reincarnated to come and do it again!  It is necessary to bring them into a mirror image of their soul so they can see what they are doing.  People are reliving the same karmic patterns to make these karmic patterns cleared and make restitution for their soul.  The only way to break the pattern is to cut karmic ties and cords with the past.   It will take an extreme amount of change  to end this cycle, but it is possible and the beings of light are assisting to make that change happen simultaneously while the current conditions are difficult."

Energy Thoughts: Let the Energy Carry You Forward

Well, well, well, it has been a long time since I have written an Energy Update and apparently, today Spirit feels it is the perfect time to write one, but first let me tell you a bit about what is happening on my end.

Whether you have or have not been following along, my world is getting a little brighter once again.  I began seeing a new doctor in NYC for all the symptoms remaining long after the car accident.  Prior to that I was almost giving up hope, thinking I would never get better, yes me!  And finally, I am making progress so my summer has been consumed with my trek into NYC,  days of recovery following and intensive Physical Therapy that is working in concert with the doc in NYC.  I am very grateful to those of you who have already donated to make this treatment happen- THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.  I do ask for your support once again because I need additional appointments with the doctor in NYC. Spent my summer really focusing on healing me and doing things necessary for my well being.  Finished my second Reiki Kids Book will be ready for publishing soon.  Taught my first international retreat in Canada on  Healing, Transformation and Manifestation at the Equinox. I've been waiting for two years to teach this and I am thrilled with the results.  It was well worth the wait and to teach amazing souls gathered together. And now, I am back in Connecticut once again determining my direction for the year ahead.  I sense major changes coming to a timeline near you....for me and for you.

Onto the Energy Update:

It is here again the season for pumpkin spice and everything nice like apple pies,  butternut squash soup, crunchy leaves and more. I don't know about you, but this time always brings me a soothing sentiment.  While it may be a cooler time for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, the heat is definitely on energetically.  There is magic to be had this season if we use the energy to our favor.  The world is rumbling with change all around, from geographical changes to changes in the systems that have been long overdue for some significant overhaul.  For instance, the recent chaos in Washington DC has revealed that the Divine Feminine is here; and it is becoming clearer and clearer that she is here to stay.  This experience is a culmination of what started last year after the Eclipses of August 2017.  Did you think  all that hard work over the last year was for naught?   All the trauma and drama that had reared its ugly head was all for your benefit to stop the programs, patternings, cycles and behaviors of the old paradigm. You know the paradigm that states you are not good enough, you are not smart enough, you are not rich enough, and more. Sound familiar?  Those story lines have long been overplayed.  And the divine feminine energy embodies an energy of acceptance, appreciation, love and strength in a way that the pervasive masculine energy has been incapable of until now.  Spirit tells me that we will begin to see progress in all areas in the coming years, but don't hold your breath--some people will still choose the safety (read: clenching to the old ways) of what they were programmed with.  We are meant to evolve and expand our energies past the old ways, but some have chosen not to. Spirit loves them anyway, and so should you.  As we have seen over the course of the last several years, purging and clearing of density has gotten more to the core, shake you to the bottom depths of hell(o) truth which translates to a less favorable path now. 

What is in store for us? You know the ones who have diligently been swaddling their inner child for the nurturing they didn't receive.  The ones who so eloquently have taken up the sword of truth (read: the reluctant warrior of truth) to fight another day, I know, as if we had another choice.  We all chose this particular time to incarnate for the task at hand was never to be an easy one, breaking out of the illusionary game called life on earth is not only riddled with distractions, proverbial relationship/job sandpits on the golf course of life, but many of us feel like we sunk the ball (of life) completely and we are left holding the club. (Like the reference?  MY guides showed me an image of man in bright pink/white/blue plaid pants with a pink shirt, white hat on a golf course holding his club, scratching his head as he looked out over the pond.)    Well, we may have that ball missing, but what we often forget is in that bag that we are carrying is a whole set of clubs (read: tools) and new balls (opportunities) to hit.  Well, September was the final of the final.  Did you feel that?  Did you feel the urgency to clear/release/remove all that you have been carrying? I felt the build up over the last several months and I couldn't wait to release as we entered the new moon of September.  This month sealed the endings and new beginnings for us.  We said good bye to the old even if we are still in the midst of clearing them, you already addressed them--now is just the residual.   As of the 10-10-18  Gateway a  massive influx of energy has been filtering in to each one of us as we restart our systems so to speak.  The next couple of months Spirit is reminding us that we learning to walk again, embracing and embodying our truth and new direction.  Did you even know you had entered a new direction?  Your soul chose it, and well, you are coming along for the ride.  I channeled this message below in July in one of my Energy Body Upgrades, this last one we did on 10-10 brought those words back to us to start speaking daily to claim (read: reclaim) your power in this lifetime.  If you are interested in the Energy Body Upgrades, please contact me --the next one is Wed. Divine Power that I am. I recognize I am source creator in my earthbound life.  I choose to unlock the chains that I have come in with to disconnect. I embody the wisdom of my soul and I release the patterns associated with my physical body template and relinquish the power they have over me.  These patterns will be no more. I embrace the divinity of who I am and I stand tall amongst my fellow beings of light.  The time has come for me to step forward as the light that I am. I am now the manifestor and creator of my life. I welcome in my new physical body template, gifts and multidimensional beingness.

I declare now: I  AM.  I AM LOVE.  I AM LIGHT.  I AM SOURCE.  And so it is.

Spirit said to me "this is ascension!  The energy that came in on 10-10 is upgrading to the Heart Chakra--yes everyone experienced it, but the upgrade helped the processing.  For those not on the upgrade, you received the Heart Chakra healing too--Please note that this doesn't always mean you will be more open-hearted right away, sometimes fear will surface, emotions will be high to help move that stuff out that has been stopping you from ascending or will stop you from ascending.  I literally see it as breaking open hearts energetically.

Dear ones, you have successfully graduated to the next level of the ascension path.   We ask you to begin reflecting on your life to determine where you have been powerless and begin to look toward steps to take back your power in those areas/arenas.
