Energy Thoughts: I Want to Give Up

Hi Everyone,

IF you are experiencing doubt, fear of the future and wanting to give up, then this message is for you. 

If you are a twinflame on this journey at this time, there is plenty of doubt about the path, what direction to go in and what the next steps are.  I wanted to send out a little message of support for those of you doubting.   

It seems in the last several months, the energy of doubt has amped up for so many of us, that we are questioning our next steps, trying to comprehend what is transpiring in our worlds, most particularly, I feel the twinflames that are awakened to what the journey is, have been hit the hardest.   Please know that no matter where you are on this journey, you are not alone.  You may be wondering, why now?  I have been so strong and so clear about this, but now I just don't know.  I just want to throw in the towel, give it up and have a boring, easier life.   Sound familiar? 

Well, I have been spending time alone over the past weekend due to my back really acting up--I literally couldn't walk, let alone sit, stand or enjoy the American Holiday of Thanksgiving--I was alone.  I spent a great deal of time feeling a host of feelings that were uncomfortable at best, ranging from I hate my life to I just need to get better.  One of them in particular was "I feel like giving up, I don't want to do this anymore."   I was in so much pain that I actually had to take medicine which makes it near impossible to keep my vibration as high as I like,  so accessing words of wisdom from my guides was difficult at best. 

So this morning while laying in bed, contemplating getting up and navigating another day with horrible back and neck pain; (I did move from a walker to a cane--huge difference),  I felt into what is going on with me.  Why is my twin so unavailable to me when I need him the most?  Is he really ever gonna do what he needs to do?   Are we ever going to come to the place of full divine union and leave behind the crumbs of connection?

I am going to share some answers that I received, they brought me a bit of comfort, I hope they bring some help to you too.  I asked my guides what is going on and they answered:

"Dearest EstaRa, we do see the difficult time that you are embodying right now.  We ask you to continue to trust, have patience and faith as everything is being moved into divine and perfect order for you."   ~ Arcturian Masters of Light (You can imagine my thoughts--really???!!??) 

"The Divine Masculine is/has been awakening to the world around them more. Over the past year, the embodiment of their multi-dimensional reality cannot not in their world while maintaining that which they have been carrying.  It has come time for them to shed their old and start anew." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light

What does that mean I asked?  "It means as they are awakening more to the reality they are living in, the more discomfort they are feeling, the more the promptings of their soul begin to take precedent." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light  Read: The things they do/did to distract/hide/run from all that is uncomfortable are having little to no affect on them, and they are growing restless/frustrated/afraid of what it is they are feeling.  "The Divine Masculine has been experiencing the longings of their soul when they began to expand their heart energy over this past earth year that you are living in." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light They are feeling uncomfortable with their circumstances, especially if they are in relationships or jobs that have long been completed or that have been suppressing their power as a divine masculine on the planet.  The divine masculine is getting a huge wakeup call as to what it is they have been hiding from themselves; as my guides have implied: there is no room to hide.

"Beloved one, know that your beloved is dealing with so much that he has not allowed into his reality. He no longer has a choice to ignore and avoid; he is being forced to deal with his truths." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light

In addition, since the Eclipse sandwich in August of this past year, much of the suppressed issues from childhood are surfacing for everyone.   Those inner child patterns are coming up to be viewed, particularly the ones you have long forgotten, but have left strong imprints on your life through behaviors, fears; even blocks to living a life of love.  If you notice, there has been a shakeup in humanity with regard to sexual predators, sexual abuse and sexual harassment over the last several months. These revelations will continue to play out center stage for all of humanity to purge itself from the distorted energy around sex and sexuality as well as around the roles  each individual plays with regard to this.   "The inner child plays a prominent role in human behavior and attitudes.  Much of humanity's fears are as a result of distorted perceptions in childhood experiences." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light  These distortions to sexuality are core wounds for the inner child within each of us in humanity.  It is important to recognize  that as this inner child energy gets stirred up through experiences, actions and news media around you, that your inner child is trying to have a dialogue with you about what needs to be healed.  "The issues surfacing at this time are looking to be released from what may have been suppressed by you, what has been stored in your ancestral DNA, what has been experienced within your soul group and the roles in which you have played in humanity with regard to this over various lifetimes."  ~ Arcturian Masters of Light

"What may not be evident to humanity as the release of sexual distortion comes to the surface is that as a result of that behavior, several other distortions/beliefs/patterns/ behaviors are appearing now."  ~ Arcturian Masters of Light Read:  sense of guilt, shame, worthiness, self esteem to name a few.  Those are coming up for clearing and release.  "We ask you to not judge yourself or another, for each of you are moving through this purging.  The best use of your energy at this time is to flow with the energy of release and recognize those patterns of behavior within you to begin to move through it.  We ask you to become more of an observer to identify where you are blocked, and once recognized, we encourage you to use tools to move through it." ~ Arcturian Masters of Light Read:  Get real with yourself and see what you have not accomplished in life and recognize where you feel insignificant, stuck or blocked and start working through it.  This will assist you during this time more than you know and beyond that it will assist humanity in shifting. The more we shift, the more we shift humanity.

Finally,  I just want to come around full circle to my fellow twinflame brothers and sisters.  Take a moment and recognize what is happening for all of humanity and recognize how hard hit we are, and even more so, our beloveds because they are unprepared at this bombardment of energy surfacing in their reality.  Their inability to handle what is happening is ultimately reverberating into our reality by way of amplifying what we are feeling or showing us what we still need to work on.  What does that mean for us and how do get through ? Our experience is  intensified!  We need to start looking at us once again and begin the process with ourselves.

While I was working on clearing away some pain this past weekend, I found this video on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as Tapping.  I used it and it has helped put my life in a better perspective.  Does it make me want to jump right in and not give up?  No--but it certainly makes me want to give up a lot less.  I hope this helps you too, what do you have to lose? Energy Update: You are Leader in Walking the Path of Light

Good day Evening Everyone,

I have had the most incredibly difficult time in sleeping last evening. It is the second time this has happened since we have entered this month of August.  There is so much energy flying around that it is keeping us awake, alert and ready for what is to come. What is to come you ask?  It is more of what we have been seeing I am told.  The massive awakenings are continuing--the pull on the heart strings, the suffering we are witnessing, the doubt in humanity's compassion-- to name a few.  These are trying and scary times for so many.  This time on the planet has put many lightworkers on guard, and ready to pounce to our readiness-- to our rightful place to herald in the new paradigm showing the way.  We are being prompted now to take our roles as healers, teachers, peace promoters, guides, light bearers, leaders and sources of love. As as my guides have said on numerous occasions over the last several months, the dress rehearsal is over--now is the time to step into your mission/role in support of humanity's transition out of the old and into the new.

We have been doing our job in the background lighting up the pathways making the truth come to light. And yes, sometimes the truth appears darker than the light. It isn't that the truth is darker than the light, it is simply that we can finally see it.   Right now, I am going to share words that I wrote on January 3, 2016 below because they bear worth saying again:

 Something that hit me really hard recently about why there is so much anger/hatred in our world towards other people of different religion/gender/race/path/beliefs—I thought to myself how can anyone hate/torture/kill/degrade another human being. (I am being kind with my words today.)   Why is it that so many are so violent and so willing to follow along with violence? I often channel/teach/explain that all we want as humans is to feel safe and loved; thinking about that, I realize that the reason people behave in such way is that ultimately—they hate themselves.  I know hate is a strong, passion-filled word, but it is a strong, passion-filled response so many people have in their life whether is from anger/resentment/regret/trauma/pain/suffering/guilt/shame/fear etc.  Ultimately, it is what individuals feel toward themselves either out of feeling inadequate/unloved/unworthy in the eyes of their loved ones/society etc., feeling unsafe/insecure because of past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by what they have no control over and feeling fear of how to survive. 

 Since I work in energy, I can tell you that most of this is actually part of the person’s experiences on the planet in this lifetime, but it can also be part of their ancestral karma/DNA, geographical karma (their ethnicity/culture/country of origin), soul karma—these are the patternings/behaviors/experiences that they have come to learn about/overcome/change and create anew.   With that being said, I believe it is our job, the people who are awake and aware on the planet at this time,  to step up and change/transmute/clear/release those patterns for all of humanity. It cannot be done alone and it cannot be done if we don’t all choose to be the light that we are.  Yes, it is one thing to shine your light for all of humanity to see in your individual-ness, but it is time for us to come together and stand hand in hand and walk together for truth/love/harmony/peace/balance/freedom for all inhabitants of the planet. 

 I believe we must start locally; and,  I believe that there  is a revolution on the rise, but it need not be a fight/violence filled/chaos, as we have learned from our mistakes as humanity, have we not?  From a Spiritual Perspective we need more love, light and connection to one another.  From a Human Perspective we need more love, light and connection to one another.  Then how does that happen?  We stop letting the prevailing energy out there be one of anger/violence/separation; instead we accomplish this through peace, education, healing and by all means standing together raising one another up human to human.  

 What I wrote then is just as important now, if not, more than it was then.   We are at a time when humanity is seeing the rise of possibilities and we, the lightworkers, as leaders among us, are being given the opportunity to create in a new way of being, and we are asked to bring healing to the mass consciousness with all the tools we have been given. It is now that the rise of the Divine Feminine is imperative.  When I say rise of the Divine Feminine, it does not imply that women must take over and be in power--it is not a literal gender thing, nor is it to be one-sided.  That is to say, our focus (humanity's focus) must be on the qualities of the Divine Feminine--we must embody those aspects of us that have been trampled upon and downplayed over the last several thousand years.  It is time for the qualities of cooperation, forgiveness, intuition, compassion, understanding, communication and connection (read: union) to come into play.

What we are witnessing, is the unraveling of the dark template/qualities of the Divine Masculine playing out on our planet. That is to say we are seeing clearly the imbalanced energy of the Divine Masculine without his Divine Feminine.  What does it look like you ask?  It looks like the world we increasingly have been living in: competition, authoritarian control, violence, self-centered dominance, separation, suppression and thoughtless action.

Why do we need to know this?  Because this is where the lightbearers must take their stand and not face darkness with more darkness; we need to use light to combat/undo/release the darkness. We need to give the Divine Masculine permission to let go of what they have erroneously been upholding.  I want to clarify something for those of you who are not aware--when I talk about Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, I am not referring to genders--I am referring to the energy that is expressed by the human individual on the planet at this time. It bears saying that each of us have both of those aspects within us, but one plays a more predominant role in our lives.  For more information on this topic, particularly with regard to Twinflames, please see my blog posts entitled:  Breakfast with Magdalena &Jeshua  and  Message on Relationships .

With accessing more of the Divine Feminine energy and the tools of creation, balance and harmony it is possible to assist the Divine Masculine out of the dark path that he has been treading down and bring in more light to assist him onto his path of ascension.  This is a necessary step for all of humanity to find peace and create the earth they have been wanting collectively.  We do not say that you are meant to dismiss what has been occurring on the planet in your world, instead, we ask that you observe it from a different perspective and feel into how you can best be of service to humanity now from a new way.  Divine Beloveds we are with you, and we ask you to behold the mission ahead, for in that, your union will emerge.~Galactic Federation of Light

Quick Energy Update for August 2017

This month's energy has come tumbling in and rolling over everything in its way--anything that is not rooted in your soul's truth or in the highest light possible will be turned upside down, trampled over and up for deep release.

What the heck does this mean? It means let it happen. It means that you are advancing forward on this journey to a new you... It means for some this is what you have been waiting for and for others it means roll up your sleeves and get to work facing what is surfacing. 

Yesterday, I had a visit with the Goddess Sekhmet and this morning, I had a visit with Sanat Kumara both are nudging me forward on my path explaining it is time to hunker down and get to work on the things I wish or desire. They imbued the same wisdom for you as well. Get those shields of courage ready to brave through the thickness of this energy and by all means--allow, allow, allow.

As I once told my beloved twinflame in person and in the etheric--resistance is futile. At this time, resistance is not only futile, but it will be painful physically, mentally and emotionally. Embrace what is being shown to you--let go and allow the energy to shift within you...your entire existence has been created for this time on the planet.

We are ready to embark on an even bigger journey than we can imagine. There is magic to be had at this time...but first you must drop away the safeguards, the falsehoods, the stories you have been telling yourself and the stories that have been told to you about you. What is you wish to create? Use this month to garner the courage, gather the support and embrace the wisdom.

Energy Thoughts: Tick Tock Tick Tock

Hello Everyone,

Back with Part 2 of yesterday's blog post called Energy Thoughts: Pull Back the Curtain.   Picking up where I left off, July's energy of introspection, what does that mean for us all?   We started the month off, still reeling from the energy of Freedom. Freedom to be love, be who we are and do what we wish.  My guides said this month would require a great deal of Integration from all that has taken place over the last several months. (You think? I asked.)  It feels like I could use a year to integrate all that has transpired. They informed me kindly that I do not have a year, but I had a whole month that would feel a lot longer as I was going through it, but in the end, the month will have moved faster than it would seem.  And well, here I am on July 27th and I can honestly say, where did the month go? 

July brought massive upheavals for many, particularly the Divine Masculine. (read: dramatic awakening)  The newly open-hearted Divine Masculine is really beginning to view the world from a different perspective, the heart-centered one which takes on a different meaning than a head centered one that they/we have become accustomed to.   As the Divine Feminine began to integrate much of what she has been challenged to embody, she also began to get some backlash, pummeling to the point of her questioning her own soul truth and her new forging reality.   As the Divine Masculine began to go further inward--pulling away, it reverberated outward to the Divine Feminine in her reality and amplified the energy of confusion.  She isn't confused--she is feeling the Divine Masculine waking up from a dream.

For example:  Imagine, you have been dreaming for sometime, but in the dream it is a life you are
living, let's call it 3D reality. In this dream, you believe that the 3D reality you are living is all there is to the point of you recalling the phrase: You made your bed, now you must lie in it.   (Ok, yes now, let's imagine.  no--I am talking real human earth world of 3D--not really a dream, but for the sake of this example, bear with me.) Then, you woke up and everything you have been doing doesn't make sense: the life you are living, the job you have been in, the place you are living, the people you are living with--it all doesn't make sense.

But wait, the old beliefs start playing in your head: This is all there is. I can't have more than this life. I don't deserve to better.  This is how my family has always done it.  Yes, they were unhappy, but that is all there is in life.   But again, wait, those beliefs contradict what I am beginning to see peering over the horizon.  How do I change what I am living? I put so much time/effort/money into creating/maintaining/suffering through it?  It can't possibly be changed at least that was what had been taught in the old paradigm belief system, right?  Again, beliefs start pouring in:  No one ever gets divorced in our family.   I marry for life.  I just have to suck it up and deal with a crappy job.  I have to do the right thing. I need this job to pay the bills--it is just a paycheck.  I will do (fill in the blank) when I retire.  (Is this sounding familiar? I am sure you can add more of your own belief systems into this too. I am sure some of you reading this have been working through this, reworking through this or just beginning to explore this.)

By the way we are in the new paradigm, but some of us are still running old programs prompting us to believe in the old paradigm still existing.  The reality of the paradigms living together simultaneously will be shifting shortly come September--be prepared by looking more closely at what is going on within you--sneak peek of what is ahead.  Oh yes the reality we/they (speaking mostly of the Divine Masculine at this time) are living in appears in real time to have changed, but the beliefs/values/programs all say 3D is all there is, right?--I have to hold on tight, right? (read: cling for dear life or picture hanging onto the cliff of life.)   This is what the Divine Masculine is experiencing in his world internally, but as of July---in his reality it is no longer just internally, but iappearing physically in his world. It started happening late January of this year with the Divine Masculine opening up to love; and it hasn't let up.  (Thanks to the Divine Feminine claiming her space and holding up sacred reality.)

Spirit is saying it won't let up.  Time is running out for choices and alignments so each soul is being led (read: dragged through the mud) to awakening/shifting/change.  We are in the crunch time once again, but this time it isn't temporary--this shift will be permanent. Remember, old timelines will be disappearing more and more and new possibilities will open that have not been seen before--this is why the clock appears to be ticking, particularly with regard to the Twinflame Energies, but really for all of humanity--as you can well see it playing out on stage in the American Political System.  Oh yes, that is all about the Divine Masculine waking up and Divine Feminine coming into balance, but it appears more like a competition as we watch, but don't be fooled--it is all about learning to navigate the time we are in and the possibilities that are presenting themselves to us.   We as a collective have to learn that we have entered the new paradigm,  we have left the old paradigm behind, but so many of us are still trying to work through things/manifest stuff through the old paradigm--it is time for some changes, don't ya think? Perhaps the more each of us steps into who we

are the more quickly everyone else can or the others can step aside. I digress.

 So while the Divine Masculine is incubation, the Divine Feminine is too.  He is reclaiming his power (read: beginning to recognize there is more to life than what he has been experiencing, learning he has more power than he ever thought, looking for answers; and for some, learning to navigate this new energy); while the Divine Feminine is nurturing her dreams (read: healing/integrating/learning how to manifest in the 5D and what the consequences and rewards are for doing so, and working to balance the fallout energy of the Divine Masculine into her reality.).  This is happening for all Twinflames and for all non-Twinflames.  Get ready people the ride is on and it is going to be a thrilling one.

This brings me to today. Integration, Integration and more integration.  Enjoy this integration period because soon it will be over and the real work begins.  I know, I know --lots of questions....What?  Real work? What the heck have we been doing, if not real work? When does it end--the working phase, I mean?  See I do understand your questions as I have asked them myself quite often. 

We are now approaching quickly the 8-8 Gateway--also known as the Lion's Gate which is a kick ass time of energy--also the Galatic/Cosmic New Year is arriving and boy do we have some magic in store for us.  We are on the path to divine alignment whether you are on the twinflame journey, your own soul's path or just a soul looking to catch a ride to ascension and the higher dimensions---we are set to be there soon.   As we end July and close out a lot the old (read: limitations/blocks), we are being thrown into the lesson of learning how to best use this energy.  When you close out limitations and blocks, what does one do?  One steps into their power and jumps at opportunities and explores the number of possibilities beginning to reveal themselves. 

As the month of August opens up we are going to be walloped by the energy opening doorways/pathways/possibilities that we have not yet opened up to. Are you ready to see how this energy rocks your world with adventures?  Well--hang on the ride is about to arrive.  (And just an aside--adventures come in all ways--physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, but don't we just love the physical ones the most? )  We start August out with the beginning of Eclipse season---Eclipse sandwiches are always most potent times of evolution to which we don't often see  or make sense of the likes that transpired  during that time, but dear ones I am being told by spirit--we can use this energy to really power us forward.   We also have the planet Mercury getting ready to retrograde in August, but I am told to hold on before you make any judgments or decisions--it isn't going to be like the other ones you have endured. (well that is not if you don't want it to be? hint: we have control of our reality--not others, but the reality we live in--choose wisely because this energy will help to catapult you forward.)

August will be a month of easing back from the pushing forward, instead spirit tells me that you have been given the signs, the go ahead and now it is time to start the planning/strategizing/moving forward/lining up of what you are going to be doing, where you are heading and the like.  Really pay attention to the signs/messages/knocks on the head you receive at the Lion's Gate. Remember this gateway brings courage and power to your year ahead and sets the tone for what you will reap in the harvest of your soul come the September Equinox.  It is time for you to use this month for manifestation--learn the new way of manifesting in the 5 D reality--this new paradigm is ready and waiting for you to step in and create.  What will you create?  Do you know how?  You can check out a class I am offering in the Physical on August 19th. I know it says 3 hours, but I am feeling it may last an extra bit of time.  Get excited--I am.   It is also time to garner the support both in the physical realm and with the unseens--lots of help is just there waiting for you to pluck up and use it for your benefit.  We often talk about the dark./negative, well, there is some massive light that is cutting through space to help you and all of humanity to ascend and create the new earth.

Okay, I will stop here as I feel I can write more and more ---you know my ramblings they keep going--once spirit starts sparking itself through me clearly--I can go on. :)   Oh one last note before I go....a few sneak peeks forward....September will be the time to adjust, put things into play that you had garnered over the August transformation energy. Globally, be prepared to navigate the energy of fear that will likely ripple out in August for those that are not on this conscious path to ascension.  It will rock their world too--but perhaps not in such a balanced and good way that we intend for ourselves.   Just know come September massive change will occur.

Energy Thoughts: Pull Back the Curtain

Happy July Everyone,

So here we are after the June Solstice has arrived, do we feel different?  No, you say.  Check in again, do you feel different. Yes, now that is better.  So much has been happening over the last several months, weeks and days.  This Energy Thoughts will bring to light what has been happening, what is happening and what will be happening.  Are you ready to go down the rabbit hole and turn back the clock a bit?

So earlier this year a new  Light Energy began lighting up our planet (read: pummeling) which paved the way for some massive transformation healing and clearing of our heavier growing light bodies. We had still been enveloped in a light body of the old paradigm (3D light body) while the a new paradigm of light body (5D light body) began to come down to blend and upgrade our light body.  Did we feel it? Heck yeah, we all felt it with massive aches, pains, exhaustion and any other number of ascension problems you wish to remember. Then as was promised, we began to fully embody the new 5d Light body.  This happened around the March Equinox.  Do you remember?  Things started to change a bit?  Clarity started surfacing and then as if the curtain fell down, the energy became a little heavier and little more intense (read: as if? hahaha).

While all of that was transpiring the Divine Masculine has begun really opening up their heart. (read: universe breaking it open wide.)  This is big news for all of us on the planet--you may be wondering what the heck is going on here. How can that be?  There is so much amiss on this planet--too much chaos taking place--but that is why things seem so far out of balance?  With the Divine Masculine living in the more 3D reality (read: clinging to what they know/knew) and the 5D becoming more real and tangible, it has knocked everyone out of balance--forcing the Divine Masculine to look inward. I mean really, it can't help but break open the hearts of the Divine Masculine.  This is good news for Twinflames (in the waiting) that have long been waiting for this to occur.  Of course on the surface, no one has seen this in play except perhaps glimpses of it. It is happening--don't you worry.

Let's bring us back to what else has transpired. We must look at where we have been to look at where we are going--well that is not always necessary, but during these times it is quite helpful to keep some level of sanity on our end. So in  June, I was given a very clear message from the Arcturians that June 11th was going to be the closing of a cycle--well more specifically, the beginning of a closing of the cycle. They informed me it would be 2-3 weeks for some depending on where they were in ascension and that would bring us to the Solstice.   That brought up lots of fear, pain, suffering etc that was ready to really be released even if you thought you did it already, or even if you thought you didn't have a problem with it--it was there for you--likely in your face--we needed to put closure to some of that old.  It was an intense period! ( I know, I know when has it not been? I hear you. I feel the same way, just when I think we are on solid ground--the boat gets rocked.  But we are better for it, right? )

The weekend before the Solstice in June, boy started pouring in feelings/emotions/dreams/intense longings for some or all of us.  What was that for? The release of the old and the letting go of the past and wait...what happened?   We literally closed out the cycle and said good bye to old timelines that we shall never revisit again.  Pheww---I felt this energy of freedom come over me and for some of you too--you may or may not have recognized it, but look back over that time crunch and see what was going on for you.  I am sure you can remember feeling a sense of freedom breeze through--I am sure it was a breeze for some and then it went back to intense for others.  I remember feeling high--living off the energy of freedom and excitement because I did feel like I dropped off my baggage for good--never to be reclaimed.  Thank you cycle for ending and leaving me feeling empty.

Then, I had a day like no other on the Solstice. I usually have a big event gathering with friends, clients and doing a ritual--I was guided not to do that. Instead, I spent the evening in a conversation with a good friend; she is also a twinflame on this crazy journey to union too.  We sat at the beach engaged in conversation, catching up as we hadn't seen each other in a while.   Prior to that the whole day was different...things happened that made me excited, glad to be alive and felt the anticipation of love. Things just seemed to click.
Sitting there on the beach engaged in conversation with my friend that evening, my phone rang. (I didn't think I had the sound on.)  I exclaimed, "did you hear that? did you hear the ringtone?"  She looked at me funny and said yes with a surprised look in her eye. (She probably thought I lost it or something.  I said, "OMG  The ringtone, the ringtone. I haven't had that ringtone since September (2016). It is not possible."  So that was shocking, I went back into conversation and exclaimed again, "OMG!"  I could not let it go.  I had had a recorded ringtone I made Love is the Answer for years now, but when upgraded my phone  in September 2016, the ringtone disappeared.  But there it was that night!!  I felt something in me stir--I back in divine alignment to union with my beloved--I heard I jumped timelines.  I was like what?  (my guides had been preparing me for the solstice since the equinox, but they didn't tell me I was going to jump timelines--just that the energy was going to be big. )  Then I looked up behind me were these clouds that you can't totally tell by the picture, but they looked like fire. I heard transmutation of the past has happened and you are now on the timeline to union.   I was in awe and I began to tell my friend what was happening. She was in awe, but said she thought I was right and I looked over and saw a rainbow.  Of course, I didn't take a picture of the rainbow in time, (I didn't think about it-I was too amazed by it.) but this is the best I could do with that moment.   It started to rain and I couldn't believe what was happening--it started to rain and we decided to sit in the car and watch.

As we continued to talk, the rain moved quickly by and the clouds started to clear up. I was so happy I had jumped timelines, this was big and it started to confirm the messages that I was getting about and upcoming move.  I asked spirit is this what you really want me to do?  And there it was a ball of light being presented to me in the sky.   That was all I needed and it confirmed that I had not only jumped timelines, but many will.  We have chosen our timeline based on the choices we have been making.  See my blogpost about timelines here.  The time between the Solstice and Equinox in September will be when the Timeline Shifting will occur.  Have you jumped timelines yet?  If so, I'd love to hear from you.

From that day forward, so many clear, indisputable signs have shown up in my reality, particularly with regard to a geographic change/shift for me. It has been difficult at best to keep/maintain unwavering faith in this at times especially when I hit the introspective energy of July and the reality taking place with the Divine Masculine, but I have my handy dandy guidance system on high alert--providing me with continually messages/challenges/signs to keep me awakened and remembering I am in the new timeline. What does that mean I am being constantly prompted not to go back to old patterns/thoughts/beliefs--(read: hit over the head with truth from spirit to stay the course).  A whole week of 7's reminding me just what I need to know--I am right on target for my future and so are you!


This shift in energy has fueled a great of healing/clearing/reaffirming our past in July.  I will end here and come back with another Energy Thoughts part 2 with regard to the Energy of Introspection/Integration for July.  I know I can ramble so I am breaking this up...expect the next part to come out soon....until then.

Q&A: Question about the Runner and Chaser Dynamic?

I have a question about the Chaser and Runner because, I feel if we identify one as being the other, aren't we too the Runner if we're describing them? Because we too are the one Soul and energetically connected to them so by one being the runner or Chaser, we are in the same boat and by saying only they are running, isn't that thought alone repelling our energy in connecting/uniting with them? I feel of ones not ready, both aren't ready and both cleansing and dealing with the same yet different blocked energies or beliefs and so on and so forth.

I agree with you that sometimes, and more often than not, if one twin is not ready then it is likely that both may have healing to do. However, what I have discovered recently is that often the twin not consciously doing the work may have heavy influence on the twin doing the work. We are all merging at several dimensional levels and at different times. I have merged with my beloved in many different levels so much so that often I do not know where I end and he begins with regard to what comes my way. So while I have done tremendous clearing/healing work for myself and my twin, his energy of fear/worry/doubt etc infiltrates me still--so much so that I sometimes think it is mine,particularly if I am not feeling balanced often due to not feeling well or not being sure to take care of my daily needs of meditation, grounding, protection and healing.  In this case, I will not recognize it doesn't belong to me and I will automatically attribute it to something I can I identify with (perhaps an old belief, old memory) and I go down that path and it creates a new barrier and block between us.  

Let me share a recent experience with you as an example:  I know for a fact that my twinflame is going through a great of stress, pain, struggles both internally and externally, but that was not in the forefront of my mind nor was I remembering that little tidbit of information.  I started to feel really hungry--like nothing was satisfying me and I was craving all kinds of foods that I never crave.  I just kept wanting to eat (good thing I keep only healthy food in my house), and I hadn't paid attention and I gave in a little.  It was about a day and half after I started feeling that way, when it finally occurred to me--oh my goodness this is him; he is stuffing his emotions and staying in his head.  Once I identified it--I didn't have the cravings and wasn't "hungry" anymore. Why did it happen you ask? Well, I was out and about a lot over the weekend attending family parties, surrounded by so many different people that my energy barriers got a little weakened and I was tired. I didn't do my normal releasing/intensive clearing that I usually do so I let us get out of balance.  And yes, I know there are some of you that caught the "us getting out of balance", but you may be thinking he is out of balance, and it is not my responsibility, but the truth is it is my responsibility to a point.  What do I mean by this?  I mean I am the one who is more aware and have the tools available to me to protect and keep us balanced. If I maintain the balance within me, I am also assisting him to maintain balance too.    

Being more present, this doesn't happen as much and it makes it more identifiable when it is his energy and not mine. In that case, I recognize his needs and respond accordingly. Remember, energetically, we are always in contact with our beloved even when we are not in the physical realm.  We are also always reverberating our energy back and forth with theirs.  









I try not to identify anyone as the runner and chaser and yet that is the metaphor that people use to describe this reverberation back and forth.  I do think if we focus on their "running" and perhaps our "chasing" then that is the energy that grows.  I feel that rather than focusing on that we would be better off focusing on what we need to do to maintain our empowerment and balance despite the external circumstances because internally we only connection, and that we are connected as one.

Q&A: What does Overpowering Activity in My Solar Plexus Mean?

I recently received a question from Facebook about Twinflames, and I felt answering it here would be helpful information for everyone, even those that are not on the twinflame journey. 

Question:
I had such intense and overwhelming sensations. Yesterday I felt almost over powered by the activity going on in my Solar Plexus. What does that mean if You're a Feminine Twin(if that matters) and feeling that?

Answer:

To respond to your solar plexus question--there is a tug of war going on internally for both Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine.  The energy is pushing each of us (each half of the couple) into their own self empowerment because that is what will bring us together--it may appear initially as if it is pulling us apart. I know for myself a long time I ago I was really afraid of moving forward and continuing my journey on because I was afraid I was leaving my twin behind, but the Archangels, my guide,s the Arcturian Masters of Light have helped me to know that the highest expression of myself is what gives my beloved the ability to see/feel/want to experience his highest expression for himself.  Much of this is not on a conscious level. It is a vibrational frequency.  When we hold our self back, we are amplifying that energy for our beloved too.  I hope this helps ...so when you are feeling activity in your solar plexus know that there is massive change going on in there.   This is the chakra of divine will so you can imagine the energy transformation/resistance/fear/healing that is taking place in there, especially for the twinflame who is still riding out the energy of 3D and not completely understanding their role, ascension, mission. For them, they have really dipped into and bought the idea that the old paradigm is real and some are even clinging to it even tighter than before.  While changes are happening all around them, these twins may be fearing loss of control in their lives, feeling unstable, facing unexpected changes which you can imagine creates a flow of unsteady energy in the lower physical chakras. 

This is a powerful chakra and perhaps, 
you will want to use one or all of these
affirmations when you feeling this energy.  

By the way, when I was struggling with whether I continue to ascend and "move away" from where my twinflame was at energetically, my guides and angels have often reminded me that as twinflames, you are never apart--it is only in physical appearance and a limited belief system that allows you to feel the separation.  They also often confirmed for me, and still do, that I should not worry that I will be beyond him because he will jump to where I am energetically.  I can honestly say that I have seen him transform a lot, particularly in the last two years--in ways that I would have thought impossible.  And it happened without me coaching/reminding/controlling him--it happened because my focus was on me and raising my frequency, and in essence, he did too (perhaps without conscious awareness). 

Inspirational Snippet: Twinflames Trust What You Know To Be True

On this 45 Day Journey of Transformation Class that I am not only taking, but attending as well I am discovering so many wonderful things that are helping me to fuel my twinflame faith and trust forward.

This is a snippet that I shared with my class the other day...

Several years back ArchAngel Michael came and spent the day and night with me to teach me about trusting what I know to be true in my heart. (By the way, this was not the only time he has taught me this, but it certainly was the most profound.)  I was going through something that I didn’t know whether to trust what I felt because what I felt was completely different than what I saw in my 3D reality.  He literally spent the day with me—how cool is that to learn from the ArchAngels?  They have been my greatest teachers—when I didn’t have human teachers. (because back when I was looking for human spiritual teachers—it just wasn’t happening—everyone told me to come back when I could afford it financially, really?   Most people give up and most people wouldn’t pursue their healing especially back when I started.  This is why my philosophy in my business is that I will help anyone willing to really work on their healing and evolution—we will figure it out reasonably, of course. ) So the ArchAngels are the ones who stepped in and taught me what I needed to know, and I am so grateful for them every day of my life.   I share some of their wisdom with you on this particular day when  AA Michael told me to trust what I know to be true in my heart above all else.  This whole day he was telling me to listen only with my heart center because it knows the truth. 

On this day, AA Michael even made himself small enough to sit in the passenger seat beside me.  He said that when I had a conversation with someone (this happened to be my twinflame he was referring to) to not listen to the words my twinflame would say, no matter what they were, listen only to what I felt in my heart to be the truth.  This was extremely hard because the words that came across were harsh and painful and at first I nearly gave in—how could I not?  I mean when you are bombarded by human 3D words in your face (reality to most of the world) it is difficult to dispute, is it not?  And honestly it made me cry and get a little lost,  but my guide, AA Michael, kept with me, instructing me to stay in my heart. 

So when I had the conversation with that someone I was instructed to listen to my heart.  As my twinflame spoke, I heard the words he used, but I could easily disregard them because I felt in my heart the truth—the difference was, for this person to speak they could easily use words, but for them to feel was much harder for them to access, but I  COULD FEEL what they were not saying. I could feel the truth from his heart to mine.  Looking back now, it was kind of funny because he spoke and I let him.  I even heard what he had to say, and they were not pleasant words, but I still had this warm smile in my heart and didn’t buy into what he had to say.  He didn’t really understand why I reacted so much the way that I did.  I didn’t cry—I just accepted his words and when I left I knew that what he said was what he thought he must say.

The difference listening with my heart versus listening with my head, was I could feel him—I could feel his truth--his feelings matched what I knew to be true in my heart, but they certainly didn't match his words.  See, it is really easy for us to get caught up in our minds, they are built to protect us—the programs we often run are to keep us from getting hurt—at least that is what our minds think they are doing.  What we don't recognize is that often the old programs are what causes us to get hurt.  Our brain likes to think, resolve situations by filling in the gaps with more thinking not more hearting,  and there is so much stimulation out there for our brains that we more often than not stop listening to our hearts and just focus on our thinking. Unfortunately, the way many of us have been taught is to ignore our heart and focus on what is "real".

Ever have those moments of OCD where your mind just doesn’t stop? I didn’t for the longest time, but then my car accident happened, and my brain started acting that way….the last few years I’ve had to re-learn how to navigate all this again.  Some days I have to admit are easier than others.  It does take practice, just like everything does. 

Why is it so important for twinflames, in particular to pay attention to their heart?  Well this is an easy one, our connection to our twinflames is direct from the heart, and that is the easiest way to hear their truth is through our own heart.   Go into your heart and connect with your beloved and allow the connection to grow--you will feel them, you will begin to hear them--even if you think it is impossible or you can't do that, I am here to tell you absolutely can.   This is the only tool the has really kept me on this journey to union--the truth be known, I've wanted to bail at least a thousand times. hahaha  And no, I am not exaggerating--I really believe it was that many times, if not more.

So I suggest that you start for just one day….ignoring what is in your 3D reality and feeling what you

know to be true in your heart.  Sounds simple enough?  One day? If that seems daunting and to some of us, it is and will be. Okay then let's take an hour at a time until you build up to where you want to be.   It might not be so simple, but it will be the best lesson you could ever teach yourself.   Go ahead and try…I’m here if you need me.  I will take this challenge today for myself—it may be hard for me as you know I've been a little worried about my twin's health over the last few weeks and I haven't gotten a physical confirmation that he is ok yet.  Good luck today on your journey of heart-listening--we all need to do this.
