Energy Thoughts: Stop, Look and Listen to Your Heart

This morning I was conversing with my guides about the energies of 2021. The words of Winnie the Pooh came into my mind loud and clear "Did you ever stop to think and forget to start again?"

The overall energy is that we are getting clear about what it is we want to create in our world, and more globally. Spirit is asking you to STOP and think about where you are going and what direction you are moving in. The past year was like no other we've experienced in recent times that did stop us from going about business as usual, but that only broke us from patterns temporarily. When the world is free to move around once again, will we go back to those previous patterns? Will we have learned anything new? Will we have discovered a new path that we are heading towards? Are we allowing fear to come into play? Are we allowing joy to lead the way? These are just a few of the questions Spirit has asked us to ponder. 

 

The past year was like no other for me as much as it was for you; however, I had the added stress of
health issues and experiencing three major surgeries in less than one year. The first surgery healed a long time issue of not being able to walk--and boy did I utilized the call of nature and the pressure to social distance as an opportunity to walk. It made it possible for me to stop and think about what it is that I am doing. Last summer, I opened my mind and heart to many potentials and different directions to go in. I was getting clearly that we as a collective are beginning again--look ahead of you and notice there is a clean slate. I chose to follow ideas that flowed to me and I am moving in that direction. Then I was faced with a surgery that I had planned, but with some complications. Then I was faced with a surgery that I had no choice to wait on--one that I knew I would likely ultimately need, but thought I could wait another year. Instead, I realized it was a matter of
urgency---not without a great deal of emotion I decided to do the surgery. I am still recovering and it may be awhile before I feel completely ok again. But it has once again asked to me to determine the direction that I am heading in and to see all alternatives. It has encouraged me to look beyond what is right in front of me and dream. It is asking me to see the possibilities laid out in front of me, there are many more than I dreamed. It has asked me to look at the road of my journey over the last twenty or so years leading me in this direction and perhaps my whole life. It is asking me to stop, look around my reality and listen to what my heart is saying. Spirit is asking you to do the same.

 

I am not quite sure just yet what will be, but what I do know is that we are on the path to becoming a united people in love. Oh yes, it doesn't look that way, but it is and can be a reality. It requires releasing the old way of being and recognizing that anger, violence, jealousy, fear, inequality and resentment have no place in an evolving society. We as a people are changing --we are entering a new paradigm. Yes, it is easy to claim that it has something to do with the changing of the people in powerful places, for example, in the US, an Inauguration took place for a new president, but that is not it. It has more to do with the changing of human consciousness which requires humans to be conscious. Weird isn't it? We think because we wake up every day and live our life acquiring the "right things", eating the right way, making ends meet and sometimes beyond that we are doing it right. Well, guess again that is what Spirit is calling you to look at and reflect on. Yes, you are living, (read: surviving), but are you a joyful, love filled being? Or are you too tired, too stressed to actually be present with your life, your decisions and yourself? 

We are creatures of habit and even more so we don't like to experience change easily. We resist it as we go, but as Star Trek's most famous saying goes "Resistance is Futile". Change is happening all the time, but now it is happening on a grander scale that is rippling throughout humanity. It is happening within you and around you. Will you partake in it to create the world you want to live in or will you just allow the world to lead you? If you are a lightworker, truly a lightworker than you know your job is to stand up in your power and be an example of light for others. 

 

Step away from what you have been going about doing --whether it is just this past year or it has been years and determine if this is who you really are. You ask how? Spirit says, the first question to answer is, no matter your circumstances, what do you feel every day? Do you even know how you feel? Step into that question and really allow yourself to go there, be honest. How do you feel? Content? Fearful? Worried? Excited?

 

Back to the energy of this new year. The first few months of this new year, is all about taking the time now for reflection because once the new earth officially gets underway around the equinox, things will happen (read: move forward faster) and you will need to know which way to go. It is not only important to recognize the direction we wish to move in, but we also must recognize the energy we are putting out into the world. If we are moving fast and we don't reflect--perhaps our energy will be haphazard (read: lots of stops and starts and misdirection) and we are not in conscious creation. If we are moving slowly, or for some, not moving at all, what is it we are stuck in (read: what fears are coming up? Afraid of failure or is it fear of success? These are the things that we ultimately get stuck in with the help of old outdated, past programming we've come to accept about ourselves.)

 

Spirit is guiding you now to take a few moments in the next several weeks to be in the present with your current world, current circumstances, current choices and the life you are currently living. Presence is key--my guides have often channeled this many times throughout the years, but now it is no longer about practicing --it is about being. Soon it will be about taking action and making things happen. Are you ready? Set go, wait, stop and think, but this time start again may mean a new direction or an improved version of the old one. Only proceed down the path you are on if it feels intuitively right for you and if it doesn't get ready to create the life you've always dreamed of the universe and all its magical energy is on your side going forward. Remember that blank slate I spoke about above? Well, what you choose will have all the support you need coming your way to fulfill your mission and your life on Gaia.

 

Energy Thoughts: Different Yet the Same

Hello New Earth Beings,

Yep--that is what you are or at least transforming into, if you are not already anchoring the energy of the new earth human.  We have been through transformation and change like no other time on our planet and while we are not yet finished with the crumbling/breaking down, I have been seeing glimmers of  a renewal of human consciousness, we are on an energetic cusp.

It has been quite some time since I have last written one of these messages.  As you may know I ended up in the hospital during the holidays for a reoccurring back injury that kept me stuck for quite awhile, but the amazing thing during that time I had such amazing revelations.  First, three months prior to the hospital, I had literally prayed every single night for the proper care to come to me because I knew I had not really done any true recovery for my back since the car accident--I knew that my body was still undergoing some real trauma.  Second, finally I was getting care that I needed since the day of the car accident --now just over two years ago.  Third, confirmation that my physical body was still twisted as it was the day of the car accident and it literally needed someone to help me untwist (the PT in Rehab--was amazing).  Finally, the time away from my home, stuck somewhere set me up to do a lot of physical, mental and emotional release.

Why am I telling you all this?  I am telling you all this because out of those revelations came some truths about this new energy and the newly created earth being. In this new energy, we have some real things to remember when moving forward with our future--from my lessons alone:  Consistent Focus with no attachment is needed on what it is you would like to happen. (My constant prayer for three months prior to the hospital I prayed until it showed up--now some other things showed up, but they were not beneficial--that is the discernment that is needed at this time.) Maintaining faith/trust/belief that you will achieve your dreams. (I never gave up, and yes, there were many times that I wanted to give up.)   We need one another. (I needed someone to physically "untwist me" in order for me to heal.  Quiet retreat is a necessity for releasing what no longer serves, clearing out others energy and  to gain clarity, insight and embodying your full power.   Oh and I must not forget, discernment; I notice that since January hit, I often ask myself, what will bring me closer to what it is that I want?  And the answer leads me to the next step for my journey. 

Since mid-January, I have felt more powerful than ever,. I feel like the two year cycle of transformation that I have been undergoing is finally coming to a close. Is anyone else experiencing this too?    The optimism that has poured into my being is incredible. Not to forget, this improved sense of living in the now.  If you have known me throughout the years I have often lived in the present, but looking back I was a novice then--I am embodying the master now.   I feel the change happening...the momentum is building once again, can you feel it?

If you read my blog or my Energy Thoughts, you will remember that prior to the equinox in September, I wrote: "The changes will begin to pick up pace now, with the advent of the September Equinox, things will really begin to move to a place where it feels like everything is different and yet the same."  And words have never felt truer to me.   Everything looked the same, felt the same, but the power behind my prayers was different--it was more powerful, I was more powerful. I want to emphasize the point that the power of the Equinox energy amplified my prayers for the proper healing to come.  So instead of looking at my experience of the hospital as this horrible negative, I am viewing it as an answer to my prayers.   I can actually say that I am, for the first time in two years, healing!  I want to emphasize the point that the power of the Equinox energy amplified my prayers for the proper healing to come.   I do feel that things are still untwisting for me and the whole of our planet---but even in the untwisting there is optimism like never before.  We as a group, humanity, must hold onto our vision of the future world we wish to manifest.   Don't give up hope if you don't see the first of your manifestations appear because it doesn't mean it isn't being answered...it simply means that the universe is gathering up all the power to answer your prayers and move proverbial mountains to bring it to you.

So again what does that mean for you? Quite frankly, it means we need to master this energy and get out of our own way because once we do, this new human is unstoppable and will create magic by way of simply being.  Remember all the talk over the years, I have given you about being?  Well, now is the time to heed that advice if you haven't.

You may wish to read over my post from August and the Lion's Gate because if you remember, as soon as the 8/8/8 Energy Happened, the scales tipped to the side of the "Light".  And as if that energy and power wasn't enough, shortly after the September Equinox hit,  it put us in direct line for new powers of manifestation, but with the caveat of accepting "the truths" about this new energy.  Go back and read my post from August 2014, it will shed more light on this energy of manifestation that I am referring to and used to manifest proper healing for me.  Another layer of cleansing, blocks and release occurred in January/February, but with the onset of March, the energy it building up and creating forward movement once again for another level of ascension and awakening for humanity.  Read: More changes or more challenges depending on what you are doing with this energy currently.   Energy Thoughts: Egyptian Energy Rolling In. 

You all have the power to transform your life, the world around you and manifest all you desire.  Now is the time to take a look at your dreams and see if there are any blocks holding you back--mentally, physically, emotionally or even spiritually and it is time to clear the way because in this new energy it is all about you! You are the creator and you have the power to create, what will you create? Oh and one most important piece I nearly forgot--is love is the point, mover and shaker in these coming times...old energy is washing away (perhaps as quickly as the snow is melting in New England at this time--which is to say it is not!  In case you all don't know we are being pummeled every day or two with snow, ice, freezing rain--nothing has melted yet. ) With that said, we as a collective of humanity are a work in progress. It might not fully look like change outwardly, but believe me--it is happening!  

Love as you know it will evolve to one of Pure, Divine, Unconditional Love and the old ways will just not suffice any longer.  It is really going to be a Love Revolution!

Inspirational Snippet: Happy Solstice!

This is the first year I am not able to fully celebrate the Solstice with my beautiful, love-filled community of light family.  Happy Solstice Everyone!  I've not been able to channel because when it is convenient for my guides, I'm usually off to a doc appointment or such.  Yesterday, I started to channel, but had to go so I am sharing the message from yesterday's Facebook Message.  The car accident has truly interfered with my life, but I promise you that I do believe there will soon be an end to it all and it will be back to EstaRa--no longer April.  It's been a mixed blessing this car accident and has brought up a lot of "April" energy--meaning my past, but I do believe it is for final clearing and release so I am grateful.  I welcome EstaRa back fully in the coming year-for that is the most powerful aspect of me--April is a soul piece while EstaRa encompasses my whole soul.  I bring all of this up as we are nearing the end of the year of 2013 because I know there are many that have had life changing experiences as well since 12-21-2012 and you didn't think anything happened on that day, hmmm.   It ended the old paradigm which has been held up on a weak foundation throughout this past year, many holes have been poked and prodded into the foundation. This is one things I was able to truly see; the clash of old paradigm with the new during this past year.  I am the new, I live the new and I shall promote the new paradigm.  The accident brought to the forefront for me the ability to ask for help, speak my truth and choose to remain in my authenticity even up against a system (s) that is anything but authentic and true. In return, I received the confirmation of what I learned in the past: the knowledge that I am loved, worthy and perfect as I am.  This was one of my major lessons this year and I have to say that I am truly grateful for it--while I am still undergoing it--I do have faith and believe that all will be well.  Please take a moment to look at your life and where you do not feel authenticity/love/empowerment/peace/harmony/truth then it is time for you to change that.  The universe will show you with the energy of this Solstice if it has not already done so.  And onto the message for today:

Today's message: As you give yourself permission to shine your light in your everyday life in your everyday relationships in your everyday living so too do you give permission for everyone else to shine their light, particularly those in your closest circles. During this time of this Solstice, shed the skin of the past, shed the darkness that you've been in entrapped in, and allow yourself to shine by living your truth, embracing who you really are letting go of the struggle you've been living in, stepping out of what no longer serves you and stepping into the manifestation of your truth. This solstice energy is about giving yourself permission to be who you are, live how you choose, love who you want and manifesting the miracles that are your dreams. ~EstaRa

Inspirational Snippet: Human Emotions

Today's Message: Imagine sitting on the coastline of a beach, watching as waves of the ocean wash ashore over your feet. Now, imagine that those waves are actually cleansing you/your energy/your thoughts. Dear ones, that is, what your emotions are for; they may be calm/rough/stormy/etc. It is so important to feel your emotions as they are cleansing you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We encourage you to not look at what your media shows as what is "normal" because you will see the "fake happiness" or a magic pill for happiness, but you will not see the true reality of human emotion. So many people are silently suffering through their emotions for the sake of being spiritual, happy, peaceful people.  Really?  Now this a topic I can write about all day long, but i guess you will have to wait for my book to come out. Hahaha  So I will be as brief as possible to get out the point, my guides were trying to make or at least expand upon their words.

First off, let me  start by saying, not everyone is happy or peaceful all the time. It is impossible to be happy or peaceful all the time--the human being is not built that way.  We as a human have emotions/hormones (body chemistry)/stresses/life experiences that evolve to create the person we are, thereby, creating our unique reactions.  Unfortunately, if you are someone who watches a lot of media, compares yourself to your friends or are in an industry promoting a status of any sort; then you may in fact, believe that something  is wrong with you if you are not happy.  Media splashes constantly fake happiness through their advertisements, tv shows or movies even through pharmaceuticals; look at the commercials.  They don't even give you permission to not want to be like everyone else.  I could go on, but I won't because this is a tangent that I can write an entire series of books about.  With all that being said, it is possible; however,  to choose happiness in every moment. (that is completely different than feeling happy all the time.)

Second, the concept of being spiritual has so many connotations with it.  Where did they come from?  Is it misleading on purpose?  Or is it simply an incorrect assessment?  There is this connotation that if you are spiritual you are never angry, never sad, never lonely, never unhappy, never agitated, never unloving.  This goes back to that is not how the human is wired.  Being spiritual is just the opposite of all the "nevers" I just delineated.  Instead, being spiritual  means you are all of it; all of the emotions and feelings that make up the rainbow of human emotion.  The difference is that being spiritual (truly walking the walk and talking the talk) means you feel all of those things at all the appropriate times in your life, but you do not allow yourself to get lost in them because you have an inner compass. Being spiritual means you know how to access that inner guidance system and know that whatever is transpiring in your world, you can handle and you will overcome it.  This was something I discovered many years ago when I started my spiritual journey. I, too, was like many who thought you couldn't feel, but isn't it interesting that the feeling/emotion is what will actually prompt you to go deeper into your spiritual journey.  Unfortunately, too many people today consider themselves spiritual, but do not let themselves go any deeper than where they are.  It is unfortunate, but it is a choice.

And finally, I just want to say embrace those emotions that you are stuffing deep inside by old habits or addictions.  You may not even be aware, but you will be amazed at what you use to "numb" yourselves.  The more you begin to feel, the more you are able to breakthrough to your own guidance system and not need to rely on someone/thing externally.   Use those emotions as a cleansing of your physical, mental and emotional bodies.  You will find that as you do this the easier it is to access your true self and the easier it will be for you to pull away from what the media throws at you.  It is time for each of you to reclaim your power and the first step is to allow yourselves to feel your feelings.  

My wish for you today is that you let go into the emotion that is coming up at the moment so you can discover yourself.

Channeled Message: Archangel Chamuel Open Your Heart to Twinflame Union

Hi Everyone,

I have two friends that I do monthly meditation with here in CT.   Friday night, night was quite powerful, not to mention, it was also the New Moon.  AMAZING energy!   

We sat down and immediately Chamuel and Charity appeared as did Magdalene and Yeshua. I felt so honored and loved.  I was sitting in the portal that I created when I first moved here into this place.  I have not sat there since before my car accident, but my friends moved the chair over to the portal. The energy inside there was so intense.  We were about to ground together and I said I had to stop because Chamuel wanted to speak.  

He came through me and spoke in a matter of fact manner--here is the message that I remember:

             

            Greetings dear souls.

 I am Archangel Chamuel and I am here with my  beloved Charity.   We congratulate you for you have come so far on this path of love to union with your beloveds.  It is time.  You are in the process of reuniting.    There has never been a more opportune time on this planet than now for twinflames to reunite with their beloved other halves.  Your love is needed on this earth to open the hearts of many.  But first, you must open your hearts and keep them open particularly to your beloved.   Dear ones, you hold the love for your beloved to come to.  Trust and have faith in their ability to transcend their present reality.  

EstaRa will be teaching you a chant that is helpful in opening your heart to the divine love in your beloved. We ask you to sing this to your beloved in light.  (The chant Chamuel is referring to is:  OM  PARAMA  PREMA  RUPAYA  NAMAHA Translation:Salutations to Divine Love in a form that I can recognize.  Inner Connection: I bow to the divine love made manifest in "your twinflame's name”.)  This will connect you to the heart of your beloved. 

It is imperative that you pull your beloved to you.    We would suggest to you to have something as a reminder to connect with your beloved.  When you see this, it will be a reminder to you to think of your beloved for a few moments.  For example: of a memory, a thought or a feeling of your beloved.  This will pull your beloved to you because while they may not comprehend it on a human level; etherically they are receiving your message.  It will show up for them in a way that it will help them re-member who they are and give them the push to move forward.   Just as it often happens to you, by way of their thinking of you.

Finally we wish to say to you to remove all doubt that this union will happen; it is written in your DNA to reunite with your beloved other half.   

I am Chamuel and Charity.

Then, we did the chant that Chamuel recommended and felt our hearts open.  

At the end of the mantra, I was completely intoxicated with love. I mean OH MY GOD--I was in love with love.  I had a vision of me and my twinflame in our home dancing in our backyard under the sun of a beautiful day. It was so powerful and amazing.  I highly recommend chanting and mantras. 

 
Then our meditative work began as we one by one did what we were guided to do.

We finished and I have to admit that I was tired; I hadn't slept well the night before.  Magdalena and Yeshua came to speak as well and I allowed them to come through, but was not able to remember the channeled message.  So in my next blog post I will post a conversation with Yeshua and Magdalene.
