Energy Thoughts: Donning a New Suit

Hey Everyone,

We just experienced and are still under the influence of a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.  It has been awhile since I last put out an Energy Update; and well, the truth is; information has been coming in at lightning speeds and I've not been able to keep up with it all. It seems when I speak to someone in casual conversation epiphanies, truths and more just flows through me. So rather than clump together the several different posts I've started and stopped due to not feeling well or some other things that have taken priority--I am just going to share with you something I channeled yesterday.  I am posting it below and I will include my comments and such!

Greetings Dear Ones,

We are with you, to carry you into the vibrational frequency necessary to cleanse the planet of self-destructive behavior that has penetrated each and every human upon your earth.  The time has come to undo what has been done.  For many, the time has come for clarity to begin to filter through you and show up in your reality.  For others, it appears to be a time when those old, perhaps long forgotten behaviors have surfaced  or resurfaced for recognition, understanding and ultimately clearing.  

At this time many lightworkers are working at embodying their new upgraded templates. There is an adjustment period coming into your fifth dimensional reality.  During this next level of  energetic upgrade;  many are about to see magical things transpire--things you have long awaited for will begin to show up and reveal to you the answers you have been longing to receive.  For your questions, dear ones, are not forgotten or left unanswered--you simply needed to wait until your energy was in higher frequency to attune to the answers.  Because your light bodies have been cleared constantly in preparation for this time, you may have been undergoing tremendous discomfort (they are referring to discomfort that impacts each of us physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually...this will continue as you are integrating all these changes.)  , we would you like you to perceive what is happening as if you have a new suit that doesn't quite fit right. (read: or dress if you prefer).  It may not quite be the right size yet, or perhaps you need to grow into it still. (It is different than what you are used to,more bells and whistles than you are used to. Imagine this: EVERYONE is getting a new suit. In the meantime adjustments need to be made to make way for the right fit which in turn means you are still undergoing changes and transformations.  This new human upgrade/template is the new you, the more powerful you that will begin to easily access the gifts that are inherently yours, but have been forgotten.)

Two weeks ago, you experienced the massive influx of energy on the Solar Eclipse and it opened you up to the real work in the final the stages of fitting your new suit.  Sticking with that example, that energy of the Solar Eclipse opened a gateway to the "tailoring" of that new suit you have been given. This Lunar Eclipse is equivalent to taking the final measurements before you are able to don the new suit. (Read: The Lunar Eclipse is the final fitting--kicking up any last ditch effort to get the suit to fit properly or to the best that it can for your body.your place in this time.  Expect some interesting experiences once the eclipse sandwich closes.)  Embodying the appropriate Light Body for this occasion.  A great deal of change (read: challenges) has arrived on your planet.  It doesn't appear in your life as easy and nor is it supposed to.   This energy of change and unearthing of previous long forgotten patterns is  how you will make your way into the next frequency adjustment up the next rung on the ladder of ascension. (More directly--you are being guided/prompted/pushed to the next place you are expected to be on during this time.  There is no escaping, the next steps I am told will continue to clear what is coming up--watch your experiences over the next several weeks to see the areas in which you are being "fitted"--relationships/careers/geographic location.)

With this adjustment, your divine blueprint has been lighted and your path awaits you. (The next steps will  be continue to be revealed to you until you face/confront/push through.)    We encourage you to let go of attachments that you are carrying on this journey. Your journey does not have to be difficult, it only has to be appropriate for you.  We ask you to understand that letting go is not putting something aside to never see again, it is not using distractions to take you away from where your focus is, nor is it leaving it for someone or thing to take care of; it is a place of power we wish for you to achieve. Letting go is the allowing of your energy to correct and rebalance itself, your life for your divine mission. We trust you know what we are speaking of you, but we also know that many of you dear humans think--and reach for your answers from the place you call your brain or ego.  We know that as a human you try to be logical in all of your decisions, but dear ones, your relationships, lessons and experiences are anything but logical.  We ask you to no longer try to figure out why and how; instead we suggest you allow and move forward to the next thing.  (They are asking us to let go of the old game of playing over and over in our head how something should look, feel and be.  Stop trying to figure it out.  Refocus our energy into the moment we are in is how you allow rather than deal with the future or the past.  IF you are able to do this, the future will show up in a way that you are more comfortable with and you will have more control over. They are not suggesting that you forget, block or close your energy off just refocus your attention to what you want.)  We suggest you refocus on the moment and your heart, this will allow a change to occur, then dear ones, you will see what opens up for you. If you do this process you will be surprised at what magic is on the other side or "just around the corner" as your channeler likes to say.  We do know that this is a tall order for many of you because it goes against how you may have been living your life. As you begin to more fully embody the new suit,d (read: your new suit after tailoring has been done.  For some--it is already easier and for others you are just beginning to navigate the new suit.)  it will become easier as you continue to embody more of the new energy and templates. (The beauty of this "new suit" they are referring to is that it has been fitted for you to ascend; either you have undergone so much change by removing old blocks and templates, or assist you in removing hard to find subconscious blocks. Either way, it is preparing the way forward for you.)  

Love yourselves dear ones, love yourself enough to believe you deserve the happiness you have been desiring for you deserve it simply because you are!  (The more you focus on loving yourselves and being in the present, the easier this transition will be and the less the energy of self-destruction will influence you.)

Energy Thoughts: Is Your Boat Being Rocked?

 Good Day Beings of Love,

April has arrived just in time in CT....we had snow up until Tuesday night.  I look out the window today and still see remnants of this winter's snowfall still on the ground.  It is quite symbolic.  Look at your life right now, what do you see?  Remnants of the old you still encircling you?  Perhaps you are seeing old ways of coping showing up in your life, even things you thought you have long ago dropped away.  Do you feel  overwhelmed?  Have you felt yourself more exhausted, but at the same time raring for something to go forward? I have to say since last Wednesday I have been in bed earlier than ever--sleeping longer than I have in years and then I moved over the weekend into all this extra energy at night, but not knowing what to do with myself. I want to read , study, commune with nature, walk or go somewhere, but the energy is not yet there. Physically, I am not there yet, but mentally and emotionally I am there.

The physical reality/body is the last to receive the changes that you have made.  It is also the last to experience the clearing too.  Know that you are right on target for that new beginning I've been talking about.  We have been smack dab in the middle of the eclipse sandwich that began on the Spring Equinox with the Solar Eclipse.  We will be closing the Eclipse Sandwich on Saturday, April 4th with the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.  Talk about power?  Wow!    This time is so powerful because we are closing the doorway to the past:  What past some of you may ask?   Past life pain that has been relived over and over again in various forms in various lifetimes, oh yes, the situations may not be identical, but we carried stuff in. Oh and for those of you who are unsure if you have been here before, let me reassure you--you have been.  You have journeyed here several times which means you have developed some phenomenal wisdom and some not so great habits/beliefs.  The children coming in now are the ones that may not have been here before.  (I say the situations may not be identical, but I remember when I met my twinflame, I had met another man the same time.  The situation was quite identical from a past life that I lived in the late 1700's in Queens, New York.  Guess where they were both living at the time  I met them? Guess where I started working? Yep, you guessed it! Ironically, that lifetime kept showing itself to me in many different ways for years, until I started to piece things together that were similar in this lifetime, and finally with my trip to Egypt, I was able to let that drama go.) Now, not everyone remembers their past lives as I do, but everyone does carry core beliefs/dramas/pain--ultimately fear, from lifetime to lifetime and it is recognizable by the many blocks we face over and over again in this current lifetime.  It is only when we stop the cycle by actively choosing to fall in love with ourself that we begin to discover those karmic lessons/experiences.

This energy that has you going in all directions up/down/sideways/backwards/forward over the last couple of weeks specifically is a magnificent power house of energy clearing.   This is an incredible opportunity to clean up our soul's road map by way of releasing those lessons/experiences for good.  It is the time that many of us have been waiting for, but hey --nothing and no one will save us because guess what ?  We are the ones we are waiting for.  We (and every other being in the universe) have been waiting for us to break free from the darker prevalent energy on our planet: the unworthiness, the the lack, the fear, the the anger, the pain, the suffering, the sacrificing, the chains of our planet's past to name a few.   Now is the time for us to step into that new role as the new human we are being converted into during these high energy, volatile times.

This weekend's full moon lunar eclipse is going to be miraculous for all to see--it will not only appear blood red in the sky, but it will open the floodgates of manifestation.  This energy is continuing to slough off the past and that will carry you forward on your journey.  While this eclipse closes the last couple weeks of intense vibrations penetrating into all aspects of our lives, it also marks the beginning of alterations that will create the new you.  Yes, it will still be you the mushy, soft marshmallow on the inside (to steal an analogy from last posting), but a different exterior for the world to see.  The changes up until now have all been internal; internal awakenings and internal sparks, but now, those changes, if they haven't already begun to, will seep through into your very real, physical reality/being.   People will begin to see the raw, real version of you, the true angelic being that you are.  Trust me when I say, those internal changes will no longer be hidden.  So those of you staying in relationships/jobs/locations/situations that have long past their karmic expiration dates, you can no longer hide it from those around.  (truth: as if you really could.)   I remind you all that we are all on different rungs of the Ascension ladder so have patience with one another and trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be and the other people around you are too. I know, I know it is much easier said than done.  So, how to handle the following days, weeks, months of this "coming out" to the world as you, the new improved human?  Well, for each of us, the journey is unique, but  I will end this message with a few, simple things you can do everyday to maneuver through, make things a bit more smooth (read: maintain balance while the boat is being rocked so you don't tip over).

Some quick tips for you:

1. Stay Grounded.  The more you are connected to Gaia, the more she can support you through these changes.  She is going through the changes as well.
2. Stay Hydrated.  Drink plenty of water every day and add a little lemon for a detoxing effect.  Did you know that lemon water helps to detox your emotions too? Most people know it as a liver cleanser--well guess what emotion gets caught in the liver: anger.  Boy, do we have that coming up  during this release.
3. Meditation.  Get quiet for at least 15 minutes a day.  Step away from the communications with the outer world and get more connected to the silence, so you can hear more of your inner world--it will guide you.
4. Stay focused on your dreams, open to the possibilities even if they seem near impossible.
5. Trust in the flow...everything is fluid in this energy...it moves and changes easily so just allow.

Energy Thoughts: Toasted Marshmallow Anyone?

Hello Beautiful Peeps of the World,

Do you feel it?  Do you feel the pull of your beautiful soul to find what/who/where you love?  Do you feel  the pull of your soul pulling you to discover your own happiness? Well, you are not alone.  Do you feel confused, uncertain, uncomfortable or doutbful?  Well, you are not alone either.  Whether you feel one or the other or both, dear ones you are feeling the massive wave of energy building momentum to change your world.  We are in a time of great transformation and this is the only life you will live as the being you are now, what will you do with this knowledge? What will you remember?

So, the other day I was describing to my friends what this energy felt like and it feels marshmallow-y.  Yep, marshmallow-y! (and to those of you who recently heard me talk about fluffer-nutter sandwiches and how it was such a treat as a child, that was not my motivation for this description.  Nor was the facebook post the next day, where someone actually asked about fluffer-nutter sandwiches. I promise that is not the reason I am choosing a marshmallow to describe this energy.)  We are in a week of massive energy shift after coming off a week of massive energy. It is just time of massive energy shifting!  We are entering fully into the   But if you turn up the heat, the fluffy marshmallow actually alters shape permanently.  Inside, it is still a marshmallow, but a brand new look/exterior is created.  This analogy speaks volumes of our time here on the planet now.  The heat is being turned up, on each and every one of us, to create a new version of ourselves, literally from the solar flares to the beginning of eclipse season.  Prepare yourself to undergo a major transformation in the coming weeks. If you haven't noticed, then you may have noticed feeling vulnerable, exhausted, stressed or the feeling of time running out.  However you experience, you have undergone or perhaps are undergoing some toasting or your "marshmallow" self. hahaha
eclipse/equinox/new moon zone...does anybody know what that means? It means change and intensity.   Now, let's go back to the marshmallow.  Think of that fluffy, mushy food.   You can pinch it and push and it will pop back into place.   That is what the universe has been doing to us for several years now, (pinching and pushing) but with a little more force since 2012.

Dear Ones, you are at the end of a cycle both individually and globally.  The time has come for you to experience the new beginnings that so many of you have longed for.  Watch as you let go of the old ways and beliefs that have persisted on the planet, change will arrive and you warriors of the light are the ones making the way.  You are creating with each and every thought you hold deep inside of your heart and soul.  At this time on your planet, it is a time of merging where your heart and soul speak the same language.  ~Arcturian Masters of Light


The energy of this Equinox represents not only the merging of masculine and feminine energies, but the merging of your heart and soul's reality into the physical realm.  Yes, let me explain that--, in other words, it is time!  I don't know about you, but I've been waiting for this collision, I mean merging to happen.  What does that mean?  It means that everything you have so patiently waited for will begin to show up in your physical world, if it hasn't happened already begun.  There are so many of you who know exactly what I mean and I am sure there are some of you just beginning to understand how the energy operates (those of you just beginning to understand--be sure to read through my blog for previous Energy Thoughts.). The collision, I mean merging, is going to happen in all directions of your life.  Change doesn't happen in a vacuum.  For example, let's say you make one decision to move to a new place. Does that only impact where you sleep at night?  No, of course not.  It impacts every aspect of your life, including people, feelings, thoughts, beliefs, etc.  So back to the transformation of humanity, look out because change is coming, even if you don't expect it! This merging will be welcomed by many of us that have been living/walking/breathing the talk for several years, but there are still some not expecting it.  Some of those people have been hiding from the heat, trying to avoid their “marshmallow” from transforming.  Well, the beauty of this time is that no one will get by unchanged, we will all be the better for it.

Over the next several years, we expect humanity to get comfortable with the ever-changing nature of their reality.  It has always been this way, but there have been those in powerful places trying to keep the ever-changing nature of reality a secret.   The secret is out dear ones, you are the creators and as you change so too does what you create. I came across an astrology snippet that said that this time on the planet is bringing to a close what began for each individual's journey back in 2008. Where were you then?  What was happening in your life?  Carefully think back to that year where, perhaps upheaval happened, especially for you spiritual beings that are  pathpavers/wayshowers/frontrunners.  Or maybe you were someone not yet on their spiritual path, but something occurred that year that made you question who you are, what you are doing here that started an unraveling process in your life. Whatever the case may be, this part of the cycle is completing.  There is no more dress rehearsal, you are getting ready to live out loud.  That means with the advent of this Equinox-expect huge changes to reveal themselves to you over the next several weeks to months.  Be open to see them.

I will stop here for now because I have been trying to get this message out to you all since last week, but I hurt my wrist and typing was the last thing I wanted to do.  So I will end here, but my suggestion for this equinox is to spend it in ceremony with others of like-mind or quietly connect to events that you are not able to participate in with a candle to represent your light.  It is really important to remember why you are here and what you are meant to do.  This is the time the remembrances will show up--soul remembrances that is.  We are putting our human past behind us, but remembering our soul's truth.

Energy Thoughts: Reclaim Your Power

Welcome to your new reality. By now you should be getting glimpses of where your new reality falls softly upon the earth.

Imagine for one moment that all the things have been surfacing/scaring/freaking you out over the last few weeks/months/even years was all on purpose?  Designed to help you clear your path for what it is you say you would like to manifest. Making the path more smooth for this new realty that you are walking/running/speeding into.  Yes, the bleeps/bumps/bruises that you have had to endure are there on purpose.   Did you rethink/recheck your plans or even your destination?  Now, take a deep breath and let that thought sink slowly into your energy field and feel your way through it.  Does it make any sense to you now, with this knowledge, that all you had to go through brought you here and now?  (If not take/allow a little more time for that message to sink down into you.)  That is what has been happening/is happening since the shift into 2012. The astrological events that have been transpiring have coincided with the greatest shift within humanity's consciousness.  It is not by accident that you are here now and that the planets alignments are such--this is what you and all of humanity has been waiting for--the opportunity to reclaim your power.

There is no one in control--no one in the driver seat, but you.  Ahh--yes, what about God you ask.  Well, God/Spirit/Source/Higher Power whichever word you wish to use is right there inside of you.  It is the divine spark within you that utilizes your life experiences/environment/DNA/thought forms/beliefs internally and externally to create your reality.  Yes, there is a beautiful energetic source of all love, but what really matters most is not the so called source outside of you. No, what matters most is that you are searching/reaching for what you already have inside of you.   I think of the story,  "The Wizard of Oz" when I think to explain this. Like Dorothy's experience/journey down the yellow brick road on her way to the Emerald City, she meets challenges/obstacles/friends along the way, sounds familiar right?   All the talk and all the belief that this Great Wizard could provide Dorothy and her friends with what they were looking for, in the end wasn't true--but everyone believed it was true, so Dorothy was encouraged to search outside of herself the whole way to the Emerald City having blind faith.  Imagine for one moment if you were Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz or the Cowardly Lion looking for his courage or you were the Tin Man in search of his heart or the Scarecrow in search of his knowing.    At the end of their journey was they found was far less than they expected: a little man behind a curtain pretending to be great/all knowing, someone they had given their power away to. (In some ways, I equate that to religion, and the belief that you do not have a divine connection to God yourself.)  What they found with the Wizard  was the truth that they had it all along inside of them. The power always resided inside of them.  What changed for them, was their perception, and the discovery that the power for all the things they were looking for always resided inside of them.  If you are tired of the way

things are and how they have been playing out, then it is time for you to change your perception.  Be grateful to the universe for providing a forum (astrological alignments/energetic shifts) for you to do just that, by clearing you and making way to remind you of what you have inside of you.  The answers will never be found outside of ourselves.  The answers will always lie within our hearts.  It is up to us to quiet our mind,  find our way along the journey (the yellow brick road so to speak) and recognize that you will encounter many obstacles, roadblocks (trees throwing apples or flying monkeys) and reclaim our power (Emerald City), but keep moving forward and you will find your way home/heart/courage/knowing.  It really is that simple and yet, that difficult too!

It's the end of May, well into a new season, well into a time of sprouting and new growth.  The next couple of months, I suspect you will encounter great change.  Your life will begin to reflect all the changes that you have so longed for and have worked towards.  Your life will begin to be the embodiment of what it is you put out to the universe--it could be simply a love filled existence or a more complex one, but it reflects what you have been putting your energy towards.  Nothing is locked in permanently, ever; however, this is a train you just got on and I suggest riding it for a little while before making a decision to get off the train.  It will provide you with much needed self love, guidance and hope going forward.  Just remember if we don't like something, then we can change the compass by altering our perception.  Quick tip on how to change your perception in the moment that you are going through something. Stop whatever it is you are doing, pull your car over, hang up the phone, stop the conversation if you have to, but stop.  Take in a five conscious deep breaths.  Now, look at it again. Try this, I promise, it will make a difference.

Energy Thoughts: Magic Carpet Ride

Hello Everyone,

The last week has been the most uneventful week.  As I say that, I think over the week and about how so much has happened.  The week started off with a Mercury moving direct and changing the energy to one of forward movement and then the week slowed down to a sluggishness (complete halt) on Wednesday, but then by Thursday morning I woke with the change in the air.   Even looked right at my clock that revealed the time as 5:55. If you know Angel Numbers at all, or you know my life at all….that number signifies big change in the air.     The whole day seemed to move more quickly than it has in the last couple of months.  Now, I know I said in last week’s update, that it was the fastest Mercury Retrograde ever in terms of time (the truth is that it FELT like the longest ever), but since moving direct energy hadn’t  picked up as quickly as one would have hoped.  I can honestly tell you that I kept hearing after March 6….well it is after March 6 and yep the day moved through rather quickly yesterday and as I sit down to right this it is nearly noon already and I feel like I just got out of bed.    So momentum is picking up/building rather to the explosive/sprouting of the Equinox coming.   

Some of you are in the trenches of hell as one of my friends recently put it to me and others are beginning to come up for air.  Some days in February, I could tell you I didn’t know which category I was residing in because all day long every day it seemed to changed back and forth, but I am happy to announce that I in the latter.  Air anyone?  I have lots of new, fresh air coming into me…I am so grateful!  I feel completely blessed during these miraculous times on the planet.  So it depends on the goggles you are wearing as to what you are experiencing or seeing, but either way you are definitely going to experience this magic carpet ride.   (It is funny, I find since my concussion that while I may have some other deficits with my brain—it appears that my inner vision has expanded a great deal so you are getting some of my visuals I hope through words, for example, the magic carpet ride—I actually saw  Aladdin on his magic carpet. Assuming that is the correct Disney character.  As I type this, my guides laugh and say, does it matter who was riding the carpet?  You all are! Hahaha)

Where is this magic carpet going to take us?  To the land of dreams.  More specifically, where?   Well, on a global level to times of great change.  Exposure of the breaking (tearing) down of the current financial/government/religious systems that have been controlling how people make their way in this world.   In the next couple of months, all eyes are on us (the Americans) to stand up for what  we believe is truth---we are the only country that hasn’t had the breaking down (well yes it has, but there are many that are asleep to the fact that nothing is working or better yet—in denial of it!)  and the next few months give rise to many opportunities to show the world our dissatisfaction. (If you have followed my journey at all, you will know or at least be aware of the many injustices I have experienced since the car accident of last year; though I know many of you do not know the extent of which, but that is not necessary just yet, but believe me I will be speaking out to the world about how the so called medical system, disability system, etc.)  Pay attention to the news that is going to be exposed and shown to the world about what has been happening. Now, I saw news, but I don’t mean CBS, NBC, ABC---that news is all controlled and does very little at informing you what really is happening in the  world.  For example: I’d like to pique your interest, with the following bits of new stories for you to search on your own.  Iceland jailing their bankers and giving the money back to the people or taking back their government.  Protestors at the White House were arrested simply for protesting fracking.     As an earth human, it is our responsibility to make this world a better place.  Stand in your truth, find others that are standing in the same truth and gather together to transform the world you live in.   It sounds a little daunting of a task to tear down the system that has been in place for so long, but if you ask anyone who is living by way of this broken system you will see that it is anything but working!  If you can get past your old beliefs/ideas/energy that has been driven into you (rammed into your brain) by society you will be able to come to terms with the fact that things are possible outside of the constructs of mainstream belief systems/societal structures, etc.

As for on a more personal level,  the carpet is taking us to the land of our dreams/changes/transformations.  You’ve been dreaming right? Clearing out the old baggage/careers/relationships/people?  (If not, get clearing because the universe doesn’t like to create from sloppiness.)  This really is the time for your dreams to start sprouting up for you/come true!  Magic is happening at the very core of each soul on the planet –whether they are aware of it or not and whether they like it or not….it is their soul’s truth trying to surface.  Remember, last report, I told you that it would be really tough for those that still have work to do(read: those not embracing their inner truths).    Are you making way for your inner truth?  Are you listening to the divine guidance inside of you?  If you are, then you are going to begin to see (if you haven’t already) the sprouting of the long awaited dreams to make their  way into your physical reality.   If you are not listening to your inner truth, then those things that have been preventing you from dreams will make their way more loudly/clearly into your physical reality.    I know most of you know where you lie when it comes to this inner truth issue so you will know what is sprouting up: weeds to be removed or flowers to enjoy. 

Meanwhile, I started this report on Friday morning and never finished so I am finishing this now.  Here in the northeast, we had a beautiful sunshine day yesterday so I needed to get a little sun and spent a lovely day with lovely people for a baby shower (for those of you who really know me that is literally my first social event since my car accident of 2013—it was the perfect day to escape!)  I woke up this morning (Spring ahead was last night) and it feels the energy is shift forward, looks like that caution flag from last week is getting ready to be taken down.   This morning, is yet another beautiful spring day and as I looked out my window…the most beautiful Hawk appeared on the tree outside my window—feeling so blessed.  I feel like he is a the harbinger of good news, magic and miracles!  Spring really is the time of planting and sprouting.  New ideas/truths/beliefs are and will be popping up both globally and even personally.  It might not be time just yet, but start writing those ideas down, storing them for in the very near future you will see the time will be right for you to start manifesting those.  You are going to want to move forward soon and the with the coming energy this month the momentum of breaking free will keep coming up.   The closer we get to the spring the more the energy of wanting to be free will surface.  So no need to worry if you are someone in the category of having things to break free from.  It is time!  I’m getting that image of a magic carpet again...this time with me and my beloved floating freely forward with little puffy hearts as the fuel (popping up all around us—yes my vision looks very animated! Lol) …It really is all about love in this life.  J  I know where my magic carpet ride is taking me…where is yours taking you?
