Energy Thoughts: Dress Rehearsal Has Ended

Good Morning Everyone,

Well--snow day yesterday and blue skies and sun today! Today feels magical already, I don't know what is in store, but perhaps something big--but it feels good. The energy feels lighter than I have felt, waves of light have been pushing down upon the planet since the 15th of January. When waves of light come in, does it all get better you ask? Or you may be asking why doesn't it get better?

 
The quick short answer is: Light shines upon darknesss. It reveals what has been hidden. The more light that enters, the more that becomes unveiled.  Do not fear the waves of light that may make things uncomfortable, it is only bringing up that which needs to be seen/heard/felt.  It even shows us the dust bunnies hidden away in the corner. 

A lot has transpired over the last couple of weeks, in fact, so much so that the world appears upside down.  The actions taken in the last couple of weeks have been extreme and have catapulted us into drama and fear as the energy. While this discomfort is playing out on a grander scale such as in the United States and more globally, it is necessary at this time.  Why does it have to be this way?  My guides explain as this:  Would you feel a pebble fall upon your head?  Would you notice it? Not likely. As a matter of fact, pebbles have been dropped upon your head and just brushed off as if they would not make a mess.  A mess they have made as you have had to step over them, work around them and move them, but they have never been gone. (read: continuation of more of the same--no change.)    Unfortunately, the proverbial brick had to be dropped on their head.  (read: an extreme Presidential Administration doing outrageous action that are not in alignment with the American Constitution, but also out of alignment of the new paradigm we are trying to create as a unified planet.)

What is happening/playing out in America is in direct relation to the fact that for so long people (read: Americans particularly with regard to this post) have been in a slumber some of it most certainly induced by society/media/powers that be, but a larger part is due to the fact many have not begun to look inside for their power. They have often been programmed to look outside for their answers and have aligned their truth to that which is in their physical reality when in fact, their internal truth is what is real.~Galactic Federation of Light  (read: the vast majority needs/needed a wake up call.) 
  
The extreme is being played out right now and it is up to us to make it into a balance.   If we didn't

have this extreme, would there be any reason to wake up, take action and make changes.   The last several years we have been undergoing a massive shift on this planet; we are moving into a higher dimensionsional reality and shifting human consciousness from where is has been trapped (fear/violence/control/manipulation) to one where all beings can live in harmony  (love/peace/compassion/unity).  The dress rehearsal is over, we are being called to play our part.  Step up dear ones, step up.


Our suggestion for you at this time dear ones is to come into balance individually first.  (read: this is why the emphasis is on making you a priority and learning to navigate you more broadly)  Once you have mastered living as human in balance, then you can help others.  We ask you to look into your hearts, discern your truth from the earth energies, and go forward from there; for your reality will show you a different view. ~Galactic Federation of Light    

(read:  Do what you can to maintain your vibrational frequency and increase it as much as you can.  Clear yourself daily.  Check out this post for more information on daily clearing.  Surround yourself with like minds.    Learn some form of quieting your mind, traditional meditation is simply one way.  There are many ways to bring ourselves into a balance.)  

We have a choice right now on this planet, we are creating our direction in every breath we take, every decision we make, every thought we think and every feeling we feel.  Check this post out for more information from the Arcturian Masters of Light.  Yes, we have that much power, our interconnectedness has been growing since 2011 and it will continue to ripple outward more vastly in the coming years.  We can choose to do the same things that has played out over and over again on our planet: such as violence, anger, fear, etc.  Remember that is only one way to move forward because we most certainly have gleaned some bits of light and wisdom from those past experiences to choose differently.  No matter what we choose, we do so by our actions. Not only is our voice louder when we are together, our unity is what can turn darkness into light. 

No more dress rehearsal, put on your best love warrior, light bearer tools and step forward.  The love revolution is on.

Energy Thoughts: The TIme for The Impossible Becoming Possible is Coming

Hello Everyone...

Update I am on vacation, I'm not sure I mentioned that to you all. I am away in The Hamptons on vacation. A dear friend invited me to join her on a quiet time away for the week. I do not have phone service where I am -shocking isn't it? You would think in the Hamptons that would be unacceptable, huh? lol I feel this is the universe's idea for me to step away from all the craziness of my life and just be quiet and free.

I apologize I have not read my notifications and emails as of yet, but had a few things I wanted to share:

So resting and vacationing with no phone access is quite magical--almost the first true vacation I have had in a long time.  Over the last few weeks I have been getting so many messages, but have not had the time to write and quite honestly I am on vacation and just want to relax and stay away from technology, but I felt some of these messages need to get out there. 

Last full moon, I posted a message and photo of the moon onto Soul Star Healing's Fan Page on Facebook. (great tool for some short, frequent messaging--subscribe today at the link above), and it looked more like a painting than the real thing. It was quite interesting and it me made me recognize the illusions that we (collectively) have all been living under. What illusions you may ask? That our government has the best interests of their people in mind. That the news media is always reporting the truth. That we are not slaves to the system that we participated in creating. Just to name a few.

I recognized in this instant (I've recognized it before many times--but have forgotten or lost sight due to life circumstances) I am part of something bigger--I am part of the change in humanity's consciousness, change in the direction of our physical earth and our planet's and its inhabitants ascension. My role is not only critical, but instrumental in changing the planet, as is your role, as is each and every one of us. We each have the piece of the puzzle necessary--not one of us is more important and not one of us is less important than another. Each of us equally brings in this unique quality necessary to break through all of the illusions that we have been living under. Humanity has been suppressed, oppressed and pushed aside by greed, power and fear. It is in our power as a people and member of this planet and star system to bring about change that will influence lives to come. We are the ones we have been waiting for. (that phrase, line has been so over used I know, but there is no other appropriate way to say it.)

I know as a twinflame my role is instrumental in bringing about the true concepts of Divine Unconditional Love and Relationships, bringing into balance Divine Feminine Energy and Divine Masculine Energy, and present to the world an alternative way of viewing roles of males and females as well as to clear the karmic patterning and programming that has been promulgated throughout our society.

I will leave this point here for you all to understand...you are the most important reason for being here now at this time. Do not think small, do not give up, do not pass go without collecting your rightful power as a creator.  In the meantime, I wish you all magical times ahead...this energy is one we have been waiting to see come into reality and it is here. What will you do with it? What is your role? Just some questions to ask yourself as you go about your day. 

While out here on vacation,  I have had all kinds of messages and signs that we are moving into a timeline where the impossible will be possible. Pretty much echoing what I was feeling at the last full moon.  Please hold onto your faith about the world you wish to live in and create.  I was sitting outside by the pool and a baby bee landed right on me and was hovering around, but I didn't feel threatened like I would get stung (and believe me I usually do because I am allergic to bees).  If you know the totem for bees, simpy put by www.linsdomain,com is: Fertility, the Honey of Life (sweetness of life), Accomplishing the Impossible.  Please note that this is in relation to your own personal life as well as political/global life.  And yes, for Bernie Sanders supporters--Lightworkers for Bernie are really using this energy to manifest magic. Don't give up--and don't count him out yet!

 Finally and more importantly, a few days ago I received a message about the next few weeks.   We are entering a dark period in this timeline so hold onto your seats lots of upheaval/fear/triggers are coming your way.  I was told that we would be moving through some heavy, dark energies providing ample opportunities for us to get caught up in them, and oh yes Mercury will be going into Retrograde on the 30th.  This is an energetic trap so to speak so the best way to ride through this wave over the next weeks is to stay as  high vibe and frequency as possible. This is part of the closing of some timeslines, but also part of the opening up of new timelines. Do whatever helps you to stay high vibe: pull away from negative situations, even if means leaving social media, quiet your mind, use sound and something my guides brought to my attention recently was using my Rose Essential Oil in the morning and before I go to bed. This is because Rose Essential Oil is high frequency and will help you anchor that frequency as well as divine love energy in you.   What a great use for Rose Essential Oil and the bonus--it will help make you smell beautiful !  My final thought--we have to learn to navigate through the darkness of the next several weeks---it may be trying at times, but all the messages I keep getting are that it is possible and just do whatever raises your frequency and vibration and keeps you high vibe.

Okay--that is all I wanted to share and I know it was somewhat rushed and likely I have typos--but the thing is I want to go outsdie and I don't want my technology to follow me. hahaha

Energy Thoughts: Timelines Are Now Open

Good Day Everyone,

I have to preface this report with an apology, I have been trying to get this out for three days now and here I am in hopes this will work out well. The Solstice Energy has fully arrived.  Have you felt the relief yet? If not, hang in there--it is coming.  Has anyone else felt completely exhausted?  Yikes--that is why I haven't been able to get this out sooner, that coupled with being busy.  The last few days of being fully in the Solstice Full Moon Energy (Saturday through Tuesday) I started to feel the exhaustion, severe exhaustion--not to mention unusual sleep patterns.  Now the full moon always causes some restlessness or sleeplessness, but this was different.    When I couldn't sleep, thoughts were riding through me like mad--the thoughts were all over the place as if I was tapping into everyone that I am connected to in some way.  Usually when I have trouble sleeping, I don't have any thoughts and wonder why I am awake.  This time I felt lots of reasons to be awake.   During that time as the exhaustion came in full force, it was as if a valve was being released and so too was the pressure and tension.  The last two weeks an incredible amount of tension/emotion was building up.  Anyone feel it?  The emotions flooding in, most recognizable was anger, frustration, fear, but there was also some joy, love and excitement too!  So finally last evening after the immense exhaustion, I felt an opening up of energy and a lightening up.  I woke up this morning refreshed and raring to go, write I mean.  We are in a very malleable stage of this journey right now, with everything being reshaped to fit us right now.I have been feeling a big shift coming in...a reset of sorts...feeling like July might be magic.

So here is what my guides have to say:

The energy of the last several months has placed many beings into a place (read: pressure cooker) (read: forced) clearly which paths are available to them.  For many, the path they have been on is not working, or the path they are on needs adjustments to make it work.  The energy build up prior to the Solstice was to amplify that which needs altering and adjustments for both individuals and the planet.  (read: we are being pushed/forced/kicked to stand up in the direction we wish to go in.)    The exhaustion EstaRa referred to was as a result of many humans continually resisting their soul's truth.  As empathic beings you not only experience the energy of another, but you amplify the energy as well.  (The vision they are showing me is a group of people standing together in a bubble, and when one person in the bubble moves, everyone feels it as a push, tug or ripple.)  The time you are currently in is one of discovery.  As a human you are now entering the opportunity to navigate this new energy which allows movement and change from the new light body that you are donning.  There is much to finish/complete/let go over the next few months as you embark upon your true path.  With the advent of the Solstice Energy a re-balancing of all energies will/has occurred.   It will create an energetic reset  and will put each person in the optimum place for selecting their timeline.  This energy has opened up pathways that have not yet been available, exposing new opportunities and new timelines that will appear as a result of the energetic work and clearing you have personally done and collectively done.  You are the creators. Your earth is no longer maintaining its old structure and grid, instead it is now allowing you to create as you go, dear ones to establish a new structure within her.  We wish for you to create consciously and collectively for the good of all upon your planet.   We ask you to recognize your power as creators. You are choosing your timeline by way of the choices you are making in each and every moment of your existence on this planet in the NOW time. --The Arcturian Masters of Light

What does all that mean? 

Well, if you notice we are in a completely different place than where we were last summer.   Stop for a moment and think about what life was like 3, 6, 9, 12 months ago.  Life is different, eh?  Far different or just subtly different?  I know for myself, the energy has opened up more to new possibilities, but boy was it a bumpy ride over the last year at times.   That ride was courtesy of all the healing/clearing work I have done on myself.  Waves of emotions that reverberate back and forth between me and my twinflame and just learning to navigate in this new lightbody and energy.  (Side note:  Yes, I have done more twinflame work in the past year than I ever dreamed I would be doing--that is where my journey took me. How far have you come since last summer?   Take a look at where you are now?  Do you recognize how  how some timelines have closed for you completely? I know for myself I closed a lot of timelines, released a lot of the past in many ways I have not thought I would nor realized I had to. Back to the energy at hand, this solstice energy has opened up new timelines that were not accessible before now.  All that you went through (read: suffered through) over the past year particularly is what has led you up to this point.  Look back once again to 3, 6, 9, 12 months ago, take a deep breath and take in where you were then and where you are now, and I don't mean geographically. (smiling)  Notice how different the thoughts may be that are coming in?  Notice how different the choices are that you have been/are making?  Do those choices look more different than you thought they would?  Are you noticing you are moving in a new direction or a more focused direction? 


We as a planet and her inhabitants are completely different than we were a year ago. There is massive transmutation and change occurring within and around each of us as well as within and around the planet  on a daily basis.  The upheavals as horrible as they may be are literally a voice for change/healing/transmutation to occur.

Dear ones, over the last several earth years, a process began to unfold upon your planet.  At first it was not visible because few noticed what was transpiring and few channeled of it.  EstaRa has channeled about this time several earth years ago. (I recall the first time I channeled about this time was 10 years ago, and all this time leading up, I was wondering when I would see it and if it was real information.)  The process we speak of dear ones, is the process of deconstruction of the physical reality of the earth. (read: old paradigm) You dear human are in the grips of the literal breaking down, tearing open of your earth systems.  (read: destruction of the societal, political, financial systems,etc.)   We understand dear ones that during this phase of transformation, the earth appears to be a place of anything, but peace and balance. We wish to inform you that everything is in divine and perfect order. Everything that is happening has been agreed upon and created collectively by the inhabitants of the planet in a higher dimensional state. It is up to each of you to forge the way forward and you choose how that will appear.  Your DNA is encoded for this time on earth to awaken the aspects of you that are most needed to take action at this time.    Some of the inhabitants on your planet are not dealing well with the sudden, constant change and transformation occurring, and have therefore chosen to no longer remain in this vibrational frequency. This earth evolution has been coming for a long time. (read: some have not awakened yet and have continued to buy into the programming that has been at play on our planet)  As the planet and her inhabitants continue to resonate with the vibration of love, peace, harmony and truth, several of the old timelines of destruction will disappear. (read: big shift, reset...wait for it, wait for it...a timeline jump if you will.) We are all children of the earth and we are all bestowed with the same gifts. The only difference is that some of us remember that we are powerful, love-filled beings while others have forgotten who we are and why we are here. This auspicious time on the planet is making way for ALL to REMEMBER. Allow this energy to penetrate your illusions and shine the remembrance of your soul's light and truth upon you. The following days will unlock the door to your newer potentials...as Mars Retrograde begins to loosen its grip June 29th as it begins to move direct.  The new timelines are now open and ready for you to remember.  The time has come for you to steer in the way of your soul's truth, really we don't have much of a choice.  The universe and all the planetary shifts over the last several months has made it abundantly clear that it will do what it must to reveal your inner God/Goddess at all costs.

Channeled Message: Philadelphia

Channeled through EstaRa May 5, 2012 in Hotel Room in Philadelphia, PA.  This is the first time this channel has been released in full.  

By now many of you should know that I support and have supported Bernie Sanders for President now since September.  If you go back to some of my earlier posts, search for Lightworkers for Bernie, you will understand why and how I came to this.  With that being said, there is a Democratic National Convention being held in Philadelphia in July.  My intention is to go to Philadelphia in support of Bernie Sanders, but also as a Representative of the Light.

Back in 2012, I was guided on a mission to travel to Philadelphia.  The only clear instructions I received was to be there on 5.5.12 (555)  and I was guided the whole trip from three days before I left (with little to no sleep) until I returned home after  the journey was complete. You can read more about my journey in 2012 in this blog, search the posts under Philadelphia.   Recently, I was guided to look up my channel from 5.5.12 in the afternoon and it took me days to find, buried in my documents folder to understand why that trip, mission was so important in 2012.  It occurred to me that the work we performed in Philadelphia (again some of the specifics are below, but the other blogposts will give you more details), has a direct correlation to what is happening now/today in our government, and why a Bernie Presidency is possible!  The light has been preparing this path for sometime, truly long before my mission in 2012, but wow I love this!   I am giving you this little background to understand the channeling I am about to share below.  At the time of this mission, I was guided not to make this channel public. I have now been given the go ahead to share. It is also laying the foundation for what work I will be coordinating, performing with the assistance of other lightworkers in July.  The energy is already starting to pour in.  Hope you can feel it too.

Okay onto, the channel:

Greetings Dear Ones, 

We gather you together in this location for a journey far greater than you are aware.  The details are of little importance to you as your only requirement is to be. Be love.  Be light and Believe in the greater possibilities of your soul’s mission.  

We ask that you remain clear and present in the moment as you move through this city known as brotherly love.  The mission that brings you to Philadelphia will assist in transforming  your earth in a greater way than you can humanly understand, but we will give you this information: the country that you are in was created to be a new world for many; however, in the creation much was lost.  This world was to be a place where anything can happen and dreams could be made possible; however, as you have surely seen much in your new world was created haphazardly by way of creators not remaining in their heart, but rather in their head from egoic concern.  The decisions were believed to be based in fairness, but dear ones in your human time period upon creation of your United States, love was not the motivator.  Love for the earth you live upon, love for the life you create, love for one another is the key to changing the way in which the world evolves.  As we often say to you all eyes are upon earth, the truth dear ones in your world is that all eyes are upon your United States for this is a creation of the rest of the world.  That is why it was called the new world upon discovering the land here.  This new world was to be created by the people of the time who wished to change the direction in which the rest of the world was going; however,  along the way the intention was no longer pure and it was lost.  Therefore you have created from your heads rather than your hearts. 

The mission to spread love must be taken very seriously as everyone on this planet needs to awaken to their inner path which is one of love.   

Tonight your mission is to bring your energy of love to the land here in Philadelphia.  It is not by accident that you are here on this auspicious human calendar day.  You will have access to the energy that is much needed for the many people who will walk upon the areas that you do.  Your energy  of love will have a direct impact on those walking the steps you will have walked, but those people will receive the love from your footsteps and carry that love back to the places they spend most of their time.  We ask you to view it as a simple, drop, pick up, carry on and drop mission.  Hence we show you at this moment EstaRa in your higher dimensional view. (There is an image of us walking and laying the foundation with lights, codes and necessary energy and it is left behind to lay in the foundation for each person to pick up as they walk by.  So it is as if we are dropping light and then someone comes along and picks up their necessary piece through their feet and up into their body to light a part of them that will be carried back to the areas/locations they need to go and drop a piece of that light there while allowing the remainder of that light within them to activate. It is a really cool image.)

We ask you to remain clear in this moment and see how much your love and joy impact the earth around you.  We ask you to anchor your love here in the hotel as it will affect the energies of people coming and going over periods of time.  As you sleep more energy will be anchored through your physical body into the rooms you are staying in.  You will then prepare your bodies throughout the night to perform the work you will do tomorrow. 

Do we have enough people on this mission, you ask?  Dear one, realize that you are meant to be three and were meant to be three from the very beginning.  It is the pyramid of light--the triangle power that we have shared with you previously.  You have several assisting you to make up the energy that you feel you lack, but know dear one the appropriate energy is being channeled through each of you.  You EstaRa are the anchoring point of the pyramid and carrying most of the energy which is why we required much of you on this journey.  Your mission is two fold—clearing of your energy in preparation of the final human merge with your twinflame and bringing the code keys necessary to light up this land that you call Philadelphia.  We ask that you stay love centered in all that you do over the next 24 hours particularly.  

You are a triangle of love and if you are understanding of the free mason energy you will understand that you are truly mean to be an open triangle for receiving and depositing energy.  The free mason energy is an open triangle, but dear one it is a triangle.  You are liberating more than you know for this period in your human history.  We will speak more to this later.

Channeled Message: Evolutionary Changes Taking Place

Hello Fellow Beings of Light,

It has been sometime since I last put out an Energy Thoughts out. I have to say that it is due to the many changes I am going through and upgrading through.  I have been awakened nearly every night for months now to the reality of what is happening here in the American Political Scene.  I have tried to avoid it as most of you who have known that I used to work in Politics. I can no longer be quiet about it--as you may or may not know, I have posted much about this on my Facebook Group you are welcome to view and join here: Lightworkers for Bernie. This post will not be about that, but at the same time the energetic changes taking place are being directly reflected in the US Political Primary Race.

The vast majority of humanity is prepared and ready for the changes that are taking place upon this planet. We are the ones paving the way.  It is time for great change, can you feel it?  The universe is  rallying its support in ways that we do not yet know.  I recently had a conversation with my twinflame, and he said, "the stars haven't aligned" with regard to something we were talking about, and I responded with "perhaps, but they are about to".  

Well, I was really right about that.  Today, is Earth Day, April 22 and a Full Moon--which alone makes it a Soul Star Healing as a tool to get Quick Energy Thoughts up, please feel free to like my page and subscribe so you don't miss them.

magical awareness for all the earth, but we have so many planets now in or moving into or out of Retrograde. Let's take a quick gander before I get onto my channel.  We are in Mercury Shadow, getting ready to Retrograde next week, Mars went Retrograde on April 17th, meanwhile  Jupiter is still in Retrograde until May 9th, Saturn will continue Retrograde until August, Uranus moved into Retrograde Shadow, Neptune is still in Retrograde, Pluto moved Retrograde on April 18th.  Let's get something straight--the stars have aligned! lol  Sometimes the shadow periods leading up and out or Retrograde are even more intense because we were not used to that energy. (I can vouch for that.)  Well, I am not an astrologer so I don't have any real profound wisdom as to how they affect your chart, but I can tell you that something is building and it feels combustible.  I can tell you that I have been surrounded by light beings, guiding and prompting me with messages lately, almost to a point of overwhelm and you would think I wouldn't neglect my blog, but quite honestly I've had trouble keeping up so I have used my Facebook Page:

Greetings Dear ones,

We come to you with a message today to assist you on your path of ascension.At this time on your planet, there is much energy being released and brought to the surface for you. This energy releases the suffering of the land and its inhabitants over the various timelines that have been in existence upon the planet.  You will notice a rise in earthquakes, and other earth phenomenon as your planet expresses herself.  It is with this that she is desiring your attention and care not only for her, but for your ascension process. We wish for you to see that you and the Earth are interconnected with one another and deeply impacts one or the other depending on what is done. It may seem as if the releasing of energy is never ending as the embodiment of change continues on.  Dear ones, you have chosen to be incarnate at this time to not only assist in the transformation of your earth, but to be part of the transmutation of the lower frequencies into higher vibration.  You are the ones that will raise the planet and all of humanity into its ascension. 

We see you have been in much discontent on this fine earth day.  There is a storm brewing inside each of you. One that can no longer be dismissed, change is calling to you and yet you have been neglecting to allow it in.  Do you see what it is you are doing when you are not acknowledging your change upon this earth planet?   When you run from change, as in resistance or procrastination, we tell you that you are in the vast density of the planet and all its uneasiness; thereby creating difficulty and stagnation in your field and the earth.  When you allow yourself to flow you are in a higher vibrational frequency that provides peace, gratitude and abundance.  It is that simple and yet humans find it very difficult.

Dear ones, we see the struggle happening upon earth as you undergo the releasing of the old ways, the old programs and energy of suppression.  Over the next several months to years, you will continue to see the energy of suppression exposed.  It will appear in your reality as more than just the Voter Suppression in the United States, the Violence in the Middle East and the uprisings in other countries around your planet.  There will be other examples of humanity's oppression being revealed in all facets of life upon earth.   Dear ones, we know it has been long and difficult for some of you, and we know you wish to be done with this part of the journey so you can move onto the next steps of rebuilding humanity, but there is still much to be unraveled before that process can begin. Your light is a very important piece of this energy puzzle and we are very grateful to be here on this journey with you.   We ask you to maintain your light daily so as to not feel depleted.  Renew yourself with nature by limiting your use of technology so that your cells can vibrate higher with the evolutionary changes taking place in your DNA. Your DNA is being awakened and you are undergoing a great deal of physical, mental, emotional transformation at this time.  This awakening is happening as a incremental process so that you can adjust to it more easily; however, it does require the need for rejuvenation and calm.  Just as the earth is in transformation so too, are you.  Be gentle with yourselves.

It is a place of peace and gratitude we wish for you to come to when you are in this place of heaviness and stuck-ness.  We ask you to take a deep breath and do something different than you were expecting.  It will shift your perception from a place of fear to love.  We encourage you to continue to leave your comfort and tread new pathways for in doing so, you will discover where your light is most needed; and you will begin to free your energy to feel the empowerment of your soul's essence. We know that you are undergoing tremendous challenges and changes, please know that we love you and are here for you.

Moving from Fear to Love: A Snippet on Spirituality

I've been thinking a lot about Spirituality lately.  I have been moved in so many different directions over the last few years with my car accident.  In some ways, I feel like I am trying to regain my footing because I fell over the proverbial cliff into a land of pain, suffering, poverty and the like; while other ways, I feel like I have expanded far beyond where I used to be.  I guess really it all depends on how I am feeling in that moment and perhaps what is going on around me.  So recently, as you may or may not know, I have been really been pulled/pushed into the direction of the political world.  My higher self has nudged me through messages, dreams and the like to get active in the political realm and I am.   I notice I am feeling the excitement that I felt when I went to school for Political Science.   Well, with that excitement I started to think about spirituality and what it means in terms of politics, then I came across this quote by Brother David Steindl-Rast,

"Sometimes people get the mistaken notion that spirituality is a separate department of life, the penthouse of existence. But rightly understood, it is a vital awareness that pervades all realms of our being."

The journey of spirituality means that you are awake-- aware of your entire being! It means you are responsible for your choices and actions and understand the consequences as well as the beautiful benefits of those choices and actions. Spirituality means that you can move to the beat of your own drum while being a spark of light on this planet, and making choices to live life from a place of love while moving out of the fear.  What you learn is that the process of living from a place of love and moving out of fear is a continual process that you face/confront everyday in your daily existence. It isn't running and hiding behind some outside source when we don't want to take responsibility, or choosing to blame the circumstances and situations on someone else for what is happening.  It isn't something you can go to church to receive absolution for--and not something that you experience on the holidays to receive extra grace.  We have long been taught on this planet that our relationship with spirit/God/higher self (what ever words you choose to use) is outside ourselves, but Spirituality is who you are and the answers, God/Spirit/higher self are all inside of you.

Spirituality becomes an inherent part of who you are, in every way.  It is a place that you live from each day:that is you live from a place of love each day working to overcome the fear of your past and removing all blocks and obstacles. Having faith and trust in the unknown rather than fear it. It is a beautiful journey if we let it be that way.  

Do you consider yourself a spiritual being? Or a temporary spiritual being when the going gets tough? Meaning when things are bad you cling to a sense of love and work on releasing the fear, but when things seem to be going well, you let go of the tools or work you have been doing and forget that living spiritually means daily practice.

Or is it a lifestyle you choose? If it is a lifestyle that you choose it doesn't mean you have to give up the fun parts of your life--it means you have to give up the self-sabotage, the inner critic, the negative thinking, fearful living and making choices from what you have known versus choices based in faith and trust. Are you ready and willing to do that ? Have you recognized the power you have within you yet?

For me it is who I am, it is the lifestyle I choose in every moment,  I have to admit in some moments it is easier than others, but with practice, focus and vigilance--it is a lot easier.   Bringing us back around to why the universe is nudging me into politics at this time, most of you know my background is politics and well perhaps my past experience is for this very moment on the planet, in the United States where a Love Revolution is truly taking place. Either way, my Spirituality is fueling my decision to become involved.  As I mentioned above it is a part of everything I do/experience/feel humanly.  As long as I am in a physical body, I have to remember to take part in the human world too as it does directly affect me.  The beauty of this part of my journey is that I get to bring my Spirituality with me and not hide it away to fit in.  This is the time for the Light to shine.  I won't go on my rant about how I feel and why I feel the way I do, but I will offer you these two final things.
