Moving from Fear to Love: A Snippet on Spirituality

I've been thinking a lot about Spirituality lately.  I have been moved in so many different directions over the last few years with my car accident.  In some ways, I feel like I am trying to regain my footing because I fell over the proverbial cliff into a land of pain, suffering, poverty and the like; while other ways, I feel like I have expanded far beyond where I used to be.  I guess really it all depends on how I am feeling in that moment and perhaps what is going on around me.  So recently, as you may or may not know, I have been really been pulled/pushed into the direction of the political world.  My higher self has nudged me through messages, dreams and the like to get active in the political realm and I am.   I notice I am feeling the excitement that I felt when I went to school for Political Science.   Well, with that excitement I started to think about spirituality and what it means in terms of politics, then I came across this quote by Brother David Steindl-Rast,

"Sometimes people get the mistaken notion that spirituality is a separate department of life, the penthouse of existence. But rightly understood, it is a vital awareness that pervades all realms of our being."

The journey of spirituality means that you are awake-- aware of your entire being! It means you are responsible for your choices and actions and understand the consequences as well as the beautiful benefits of those choices and actions. Spirituality means that you can move to the beat of your own drum while being a spark of light on this planet, and making choices to live life from a place of love while moving out of the fear.  What you learn is that the process of living from a place of love and moving out of fear is a continual process that you face/confront everyday in your daily existence. It isn't running and hiding behind some outside source when we don't want to take responsibility, or choosing to blame the circumstances and situations on someone else for what is happening.  It isn't something you can go to church to receive absolution for--and not something that you experience on the holidays to receive extra grace.  We have long been taught on this planet that our relationship with spirit/God/higher self (what ever words you choose to use) is outside ourselves, but Spirituality is who you are and the answers, God/Spirit/higher self are all inside of you.

Spirituality becomes an inherent part of who you are, in every way.  It is a place that you live from each day:that is you live from a place of love each day working to overcome the fear of your past and removing all blocks and obstacles. Having faith and trust in the unknown rather than fear it. It is a beautiful journey if we let it be that way.  

Do you consider yourself a spiritual being? Or a temporary spiritual being when the going gets tough? Meaning when things are bad you cling to a sense of love and work on releasing the fear, but when things seem to be going well, you let go of the tools or work you have been doing and forget that living spiritually means daily practice.

Or is it a lifestyle you choose? If it is a lifestyle that you choose it doesn't mean you have to give up the fun parts of your life--it means you have to give up the self-sabotage, the inner critic, the negative thinking, fearful living and making choices from what you have known versus choices based in faith and trust. Are you ready and willing to do that ? Have you recognized the power you have within you yet?

For me it is who I am, it is the lifestyle I choose in every moment,  I have to admit in some moments it is easier than others, but with practice, focus and vigilance--it is a lot easier.   Bringing us back around to why the universe is nudging me into politics at this time, most of you know my background is politics and well perhaps my past experience is for this very moment on the planet, in the United States where a Love Revolution is truly taking place. Either way, my Spirituality is fueling my decision to become involved.  As I mentioned above it is a part of everything I do/experience/feel humanly.  As long as I am in a physical body, I have to remember to take part in the human world too as it does directly affect me.  The beauty of this part of my journey is that I get to bring my Spirituality with me and not hide it away to fit in.  This is the time for the Light to shine.  I won't go on my rant about how I feel and why I feel the way I do, but I will offer you these two final things. Final Day of 45 Day Journey

Happy Last Day of Class Everyone.

Imagine that this time tomorrow morning you woke up with everything you need and you didn’t have to do a thing other than go to sleep and wake up in the New Year?  Well, that is what you will have if you trust that everything you need is right there inside of you.  I know , I know some of you may be saying “I don’t have enough money to pay my bills.” Or  “I don’t have the love relationship I want.” Or  “I don’t have the health that I want.”  I hear you and I understand you loud and clear—believe me I have said those things and others too.  But what I know for certain is that the outside circumstances do not matter so much as what you are feeling inside of you.  Those of you following my journey must know that  it has been a constant struggle every day for me physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and even spiritually to maintain my beliefs because everything outside of me appeared as if it were against me; and believe me in many ways it was/is.  That being said, it was what I knew to be truth inside me that has kept me moving forward—surviving and not dive into a deep, dark depression when the reality is—it would be completely acceptable for me in a deep, dark space! The thing is that being in that energy for longer than a day or two is no longer in my DNA—not because someone removed it from me, but because I removed it from me several years ago when I began this journey of infusing myself with more light and more healing and definitely doing the work to fall in love with myself, connect with my inner little girl to find her needs and embracing change/my path rather than resisting it.   I changed my DNA and you can change yours too.  The one thing I learned over the last few years was another dimensional level of healing that has given me the opportunity to clear from my Ancestral, Geographical and Soul Lineages as well as my expanded soul groups.  It takes time to heal and remove pain, but it doesn’t have to! 

Take some time today to contemplate this past year, I know for many it has been difficult—and for myself included I started 2015 off in a hospital with my back in horrible pain, but even with that—I had a pretty amazing year.  I would say write in your journal for yourself, but some of you resist the writing of experiences, but I feel it may truly assist you to write down your experiences and really see what your year was like—a life review perhaps.  It will show you how far you have come even when things do not look as good as you would like them to.  This will help put you into a better energy before you decide to think about what you wish to create in the new year.   Every year, I write out a list of things (everything I wish to do) I would like to manifest, and that list is as long as the age I am.  This new year, I will be 44 I March so my list will have 44 things, some may be simple to attain while others may seem like a dream, but I believe they are all possible.  If you have watched my journey, you know that many things have happened to me that are unbelievable!!  (One day I will write more about that!)

I’d like to end today’s class with a few thoughts for you to ponder…

Are you willing to commit yourself to Love - the infinite presence of Spirit in your soul?

Getting in touch with the love within you is the most important step you can take on your spiritual journey. It will also be your most rewarding. Being in touch with the love within allows you to be accepting, understanding of yourself and others, vulnerable when you need to be. It allows you to look at your shadow and heal yourself while being supported by the love of Spirit and the soul within. It allows you to be truly who you are.     

Every guru of this earthly time that has the ability to channel and receive guidance about life on earth; has imprinted that this year is the time for the embodiment of our “Christed-Self”, that is the Christ Consciousness the energy of Love, Miracles and Blessing will be bestowed upon us because access to these things increases with your vibration. I echo that as well. I know I am ready to allow mine in, but I also know that it is not without work. But not work in the way we think of work; instead, it is about how we use what we have learned about living life in this time on our planet. It could mean going against what we used to know, leaving our comfort zone and entering unchartered territory.

Is this something you are ready to do? Are you willing to give up your attachment to how things have always been and see real miracles in your life and allow the blessings of abundance to fall upon you? If so, then this is the year for you to change your life to the one you really want to be living. Let go of the attachment to how things have been or how you think they should be.  Let things/experiences be just what they are supposed to be---just what they are in this moment. Stay in each moment as best as you can and don't cloud your mind with distractions and useless clutter, instead allow yourself to face things in your life as they may happen. We’ve allowed so much to clutter us and prevent us from going forward.  It is time to be present in our life, our community and the global world around us.  We are the light we have been waiting for…tt is time for us to speak our truth, lead by way of doing and join in the energy that is building the momentum of change in our country, our planet.  It is our time!

This is a channel, I channeled from October 2009, I was prompted by my guides to share this channel I did from October 2009 because we are once again at a place where the following channel is most appropriate and pertinent to the time we are now in. Enjoy!

Dear Children,

We love you and are here for you. Now is the time to stop sitting on the fence. So many doors are now

opened. It is a new day in this place you called earth. Do you not hear our voices calling for you to see clearly? Live healthier. Make choices that are new for you. Choose differently than you once had. It is about the beauty of what is here on earth. We are the ones who are to show you the way. Listen closely as we impart the wisdom of the ages. We laugh when you think of earth as being so young when the very existence of your souls are much older. It is with light that we shine upon you a new message of hope and love and understanding.

Your children are different. You question if your child is different. Yes your children are here to usher in a new age. An age where freedom of choice is just that. There are no longer the chains of the past; these children are able to see beyond the veil you humans have created over the lifetimes that you have lived and walked on this planet. For these children are what you have been waiting for. You have asked for peace on earth and you shall have it if you wish? What do you really want? Do you really want the change as you so helplessly call for? Or are you really looking for us to show you more of the same old way in a new way? Do you prefer not to make the decisions that were once a blessing and allow others of the old energy to channel for you what path you must take next? What is it that you want? Is it not clear? Have you bombarded your mind by what you see or are experiencing? Have you found a way to quiet your mind in this time and in this space? IT is about love. It is always about love and we have tried to show you a new way to love which is in fact the old way to love. That is without reason to love simply because you are love. We have brought forward the children of light to you to show you what you have done is not working. Don’t they just get in the way of what you have planned? Don’t they just stop you right in your tracks? IT isn’t to make your life difficult dear ones it is to make your life more beautiful than you have ever imagined. It is about showing you what you have dreamt of …PEACE. These children are here for you. They are going to show you that they will not take what you have planned out for human kind instead they are going to pave a new way. A way that allows each individual to be who they are. 

YOU HAVE BEEN ACCUSTOMED TO THE LIFE YOU HAVE BEEN LIVING, BUT IT IS NO LONGER WORKING IS IT? We have been here to teach you for many generations; some of you have heard and listened; some of you have not. The skies will show you what is next. Look up for in a blink of an eye you will see. It is time don’t you think, to know, that help is here with you? For now you shall find the peace you have been looking for. Just step inside yourself and see what we see when we look at you…the essence of your very soul…LOVE. You must take that step; for without it you will stay in the confusion, the fear, the pain and the frustration. The veil is being lifted we are showing you tools to navigate this new energy. You once thought sleep was for the dark nights maybe sleep is where we work and day light is when we enjoy the beauty of living. Look carefully at your choices and choose what must be; for you will know based on how you feel.

The time has come for you to be one with your spirit. Look within and you shall find all you have looked for.

Sleep: At Night You Come to Us to Heal and Recover

Dear Children,
Today is a new day on earth as is each and every day. You forget that when you go to sleep you journey with us to a place that makes you whole and complete once again. Each day when you awake you will see that you have a new day. That is why we emphasize how important proper rest is. When you have journeyed with us that means you have been rejuvenated and ready to create a new day. Yes, there are those that think sleep is not necessary, but with proper rest you give your vehicle (physical body) much rest. Honor and respect it as you would one of your cars. When your car is acting up it tells you that it needs to be “healed” you bring it in for healing do you not? Well, the same with your physical being-at night you come to us to “heal” and “recover”. The life on earth can be difficult and trying. It is a time when you unravel all that you are and feel less than whole at the end of your day. It is important to sleep because you come home to visit with your family and we help you remember you are whole and complete just as you are. With this knowledge, you can awake to a new day. Each day can be a different journey if you wish. It is necessary to love you.

We tell this information to help you understand that life on earth can be taxing to a physical body, but it can also be a grand adventure if you wish. There are no rules. The choice is yours ALWAYS! But we tell you that to live a life that is healthy and beyond measure you must feed your soul with only the purest of intent to create the life that you love. It is with intent that we give to you this message. Do you remember you opened the door once upon a time? Do not forget dears ones, once you open the door we are here waiting for you to enter. Many of you have stepped one foot in and one foot out not fully achieving or going exactly the full way in, but you have tested the waters and it feels wonderful, but at the same time it makes you different to the rest of the people around you. They do not know what you do that life can be a grand adventure. For you are the ones who get to make way for the future. Escaping into behaviors of the past is not what is going to manifest all you wish for. Instead, it will prevent you from achieving all that you have.

We tell your channeler often to remember that we are here with you. Sometimes she forgets that she has help. It isn’t the same as human help, but this is the journey she chose long before she came here. She wanted to see how powerful she can become when given a life that has sometimes rendered her powerless. She has the magic within her to bring it all about. As do you dear ones. Let her help you to understand that this is not the same power that has been on the planet for the last thousand years. It is the power within and the power of oneness. The connection to one another will show you how far you have come when you are ready. It is now dear ones that we bring you this part of the message. You are here to play a role in bringing in the new earth. Are you ready to claim your power? Are you ready to step into the role that has been waiting for you? Are you ready to be truly who you are? Are you ready to shine your light? This is not a time to wonder if you have light…you know you do otherwise you would not be reading this.
Your channeler is questioning the words we are providing today. We feel her wondering how such practical information about sleep can come in and how we can then talk about the surreal power of light. She doesn’t see our whole picture until we are done; instead she may get glimpses of what we are saying. But to honor her, we will bring it together in light. Sleep is your way to your power. It is important to get proper rest. If you feel tired you must allow yourself to sleep. Because once you have come home for a visit you will have that memory in the morning and realize that nothing is impossible once you awake. Oh you say, I don’t dream and don’t remember my night, but dear ones when you feel the sense of a fresh start then you know you must have slept and that you have that potential that you felt you lost the day before. Trust us dear ones we make no mistake in telling you that the first of our messages to you this day is sleep. We will continue to give you tools to bring you forward. Are you ready? We ask you again. With pure intent, we ask you to answer silently in your hearts and if you say yes then we will show you your power. Blessed are the dear ones who do not know of their power, but are willing to find it within.

We are the Elders of light. We will continue to work with you channeler as long as she continues to make time for our channels. We will give you tools to navigate the energy of this new earth. The first being sleep. Sleep well dear ones you are surrounded by love. Know that we are there and we look forward to greeting you each night.
