Waiting for the Ball to Drop

As I sit here on the eve of the 2011 New Year, I am wondering if I take my nap now so that I can try and stay awake waiting for the ball to drop or if I should stay awake and pray the new year will still come in without me to see the "ball drop" due to a fever and with me falling asleep early because of being sick, Hmmm difficult choice--not really. Waiting for the "ball to drop"? Doesn't that sound ominous? I mean when you "drop a ball" it means you couldn't keep in control of it, it got away from you...now it has prompted me to look up the definition online...it means: If someone drops the ball, they are not doing their job or taking their responsibilities seriously enough and let something go wrong. Hmmm.I think I'd rather start my new year in a different way and not wait for the ball to drop. So maybe it would be a good thing if I don't watch the ball drop rather I sleep through it and wake up in the New Year? That way it is like I bypassed all the shockings of the ball dropping and just go to sleep and wake up in the life I am meant to live? Now that is an idea...I wish that for you all too to wake up in the life you are meant to live--whatever that may be for each and every one of you.

I will ponder that a little more before the next day I am sure...but thank you for bearing with my digression. The interesting thing is that this year, I had intended on not going out this New Year's Eve unless I was with my Twin Soul, Twin Flame, but even then..we probably wouldn't be going out. Besides I wanted to be well rested for my trip to Egypt--and apparently Spirit agreed and had me catch a cold just in time to want to stay in and be okay. I did mention in one of my recent posts that I would talk more about my Twin Flame Journey and I shall in the new year. The one thing that I have been really guided to write about recently was my Twin Flame. Of course, that will be in the new year and I will continue to say Goodbye to 2010 now...

I must say that while I am grateful for the year 2010 coming to a close this evening it really has been a year of many challenges especially in the reliving of old life lessons, but it has been a huge year for spiritual growth and ascension too. Just for the sake of being sure to say good bye to those patterns and boy it wasn't easy for many of them...apparently not only am I good at welcoming in the Resistance, but I am also very good about doing things in a "kicking and screaming manner" thank goodness it was not literal as my roommate would not have liked it. :) 2010 provided us with so many gateways, portals and energetic amalgams that gave us opportunities to finally release that which no longer serves us...I hope you were like me and took the opportunity to do as such for I know how difficult it was and how easy it was to fall prey to the old. I know I didn't blog a lot about that because quite honestly as I was going through it I was going through a tremendous amount of emotions and purging so needless to say writing about it was not what I had in mind. But an example would be that in the months since October the 10:10:10 Gateway...every man I have known/dated returned into my life in one way, shape or another whether through dreams, email, texts, phone...talk about easy access to me--they had it. It was really weird and tempting to fall back into the pattern and stick with what was known, the comfort zone many call it (really? was it more comfortable? I think it is anything, but a comfortable zone.) But I think people call it the comfort zone because it is the "place" we just learn to do the "dance" in and are resistant to wanting to switch that dance up with some Salsa or the Merengue. It takes consistent effort, love and faith to learn a new "dance". Living in the now and multidimensionaly, I have to say that faith, love and hope are the food for your soul because what I see in my spirit and feel in my hard is constantly being bombarded by what I hear in my head or see in the physical world in front of me. And bombarded not in a good way, is bombardment ever a good way? Quite often visibility is low when in 3D. (sounds like the local weather doesn't it?) But the more you open to your multidimensional self, the more your visibility clears up so think clear vision.

This coming year of 2011 carries with it the vibration of making manifest those dreams you have long been holding onto, the faith you have in the unseen, unspoken places in your heart and the love to carry you forward. Take heart and know that 2011 is the beginning of impossiblities becoming possibilities, but even more becoming realities with lightning like speed. You are each so very loved and treasured for without you this planet would not be able to transition to a new energy vibration and awakened consciousness. Behold dear souls, your new journey is just beginning to take flight...jump on board..the time is now...

Resistance is the Word for the day

Wow,

This has been such a marvelous journey and I haven't even begun the adventure yet. What I do know and realize is that the adventure began the day I booked my flight to Cairo. It isn't what one would call fantastic and amazing.

I haven't had time to really think about my trip or plan it. I used to be such a planner...I remember if I was going on a trip to Florida...I would know well in advance and have everything laid out on the sofa to pack and now I think about my trip to Florida earlier this year...booked the flight the day before and packed that morning. What does that mean? Does it mean that I just no longer need to plan? Spontaneity has gotten the best of me? Or does it mean I am trusting my spirit to take me where I need to go next.

I feel the answer is more complex than that. I feel like I am trusting spirit to bring me to where I need to go next, I mean I wouldn't even be doing this journey if I didn't trust my spirit. But I feel/fear there is more at play than just trusting my spirit--ambivalent feelings that popped up recently has more to do with Resistance than anything else.

I can name immediately several times that I felt this resistance/ambivalence... I often resist that which is good for me...which is something we all do. The one thing I can say is that often I look back on these times as tremendous opportunities for growth and experience things that catapult me forward further into the light. Well...9 days to go and the journey is about to begin...

12 Days of Christmas ...

Well, the official 12 days of Christmas started yesterday and I decided to get in the holiday spirit, I would create my own version of an old favorite song--you know the one that gets stuck in your head, but you can't always remember the lyrics? Well, I decided since I don't remember the lyrics and I want it to be a full of spirit holiday I would just create my own lyrics...so I am going to post the yesterday and today's lyrics to get you started, but if you want more you have to join my facebook page as a fan of Soul Star Healing...I will add a new lyric each day until Christmas.

27 Days to Egypt and Counting

Life has been busy of late. I woke this morning to the thought that I am going to Egypt in less than 30 days--27 days to be exact and yet I have not done any preparations. Not to mention the holiday is coming and I am not prepared. Instead my focus has been on my physical detox that I began before Thanksgiving to finish up on December 15th--just in time to start the holiday celebrating with my friends, students and clients.

I did finally post on Facebook to everyone that I am going to Egypt. I got the word out apparently Mercury that officially goes into retrograde today has been impacting me for two weeks now which tells me it should end two weeks early for me too!! hahaha

There have been so many things that I have been wanting to do and well I plan to do them all--just one step at a time. I plan to write and explain to you all about what Twin Flames are...since most of you have known for some time that I have been in relationship with a Twin Flame and have met him nearly 6 years ago in the physical. So stay tuned for that...

I plan to get back onto my channeling kick--while I may not be channelling on the blog I certainly have had my share of blogging in my classes particularly the Full Moon Class Meditations--those beautiful guides and angels are bound to get through me somehow even if I am not leaving them much time so that should be coming soon...

I plan to blog my journey to Egypt--sharing moments with each one of you along the way...the first funny moment is...when I posted it on my blog someone commented to bring my swimsuit...I thought hmmm...the one I have is way too big..have to get a new one...so I went shopping the other and picked it up...the only item that is set for my trip is a swimsuit. Boy do I have work to do...hahaha

Ok off to start my day...it is really cold out here in CT the last couple of days...can we get some warmth this way? Just saying a lil warmth today will go a long way.

Egypt is Calling and I AM Answering.

It is official--I am going to Egypt in January 2011. I am so excited. I hardly know where to begin.

The truth is that it is very exciting and scary at the same time. I just woke up this morning and realized that I am going to Egypt in 33 days--OMG! This all happened so fast...can you believe it? I can hardly believe it!! It seems all so surreal, but the trip plans were just finalized on Thanksgiving Day. In just 33 days I will be boarding the plane from JFK to Cairo. It has long been my dream to travel to Egypt and lo and behold I am going.

It all really started in the fall of 2009. I began feeling like I need to go to Egypt. What does that mean? I just felt the pull. I feel the pull to go to Israel too, but not as strong as the pull to Egypt. In January of 2010, I did my list of things that I wanted to manifest—going to Egypt was one of them. In April, I took a weekend away alone. It was very peaceful and yet, I had lots of emotions. I met this woman that I instantly connected with and she and I started talking about Egypt and I told her that I longed to go there. When I returned home she immediately sent me emails about a trip to Egypt. I looked at it and felt that it would have been a good trip it was set to go for October 2010, but it didn’t really resonate fully with me and then there is the issue of money. However, by way of this woman’s email I found another site with a woman channeling the Pleiadians and I resonated immediately. I found that she was hosting a Sacred Egypt trip and knew this is the person I wanted to travel with. I instantly felt like that is who I want to study with on my trip to Egypt. I felt it so clearly in July; however, I just brushed it off like I would make a decision in November like November would be magical. (Mind you I had forgotten that I told myself that I would make a decision in November until three days after I finalized the plans). The thing is November came and I hadn’t thought much about it since I pushed it aside in July. I don’t have that kind of money so I said no big deal.

Well...one thing let to another...an email came through from an online group I belong to that linked to this woman's website..and there it was in my face again--Sacred Egypt trip only two spaces left. I contact her and tested the universe...I said if she responds to me quickly that means I should go. Then I continued to keep testing until finally, I went and booked my flight. So here it is 33 days to go and counting.

My intention is to have a truly transformative, spiritual experience and to share it with all of you...if I can figure out how to blog while away. Thanks to a dear friend, I am going to borrow a netbook to take with me which would be so awesome since it weighs several pounds less than my tv size laptop. hahaha

Any way...spirit is calling and I am going to go an answer!

Day of Giving Thanks

Hello World,

It is Thanksgiving Day all over the United States. When the celebration of Thanksgiving began, it was a feast in celebration of giving thanks to God for a successful harvest. Thanksgiving tradition has long been a gathering of family and friends and a feast of food with a little football added in and oh yes the proclaimed biggest day in retail comes after this day, "Black Friday". I must digress for a moment, do we really need to call Friday, Black Friday? I mean I know the origination of the name was due to retailers making a profit (going into the black), but I so dislike it as it brings so many negative connotations--can't we just call it the beginning of the holiday shopping season? Anyway, back to my thoughts this Thanksgiving.

I think the holiday often loses its magic. We tend to get caught up in everything from making the perfect meal, to watching the game with family and friends to family traditions that we lose the simple magic in the meaning of Thanksgiving. It truly is the opportunity to give thanks for all that we have and all the people who have touched our lives.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It is not only a gathering of family, friends and food, but so much more. Our lives are not as simple as the originators of the holiday as it was obvious the gathering was to celebrate the harvesting of their crops. We are so far removed from the "harvesting" since most of us just simply go shopping, purchase the ingredients and cook. Albeit, lots of cooking for some.

But our harvest now is the many blessings we have been recipients of all year long. It is our annual gathering to celebrate what we have each harvested in our lives. It is a great opportunity to look over the past year and discover the magic in your life. My wish for today is that each of us take some time to think about the many things we have in our life to be grateful for. Make a list and share it with your loved ones. If you are someone who has undergone much difficulty in the past year, it helps to take note of the simple things like a roof over your head, food to eat, a beautiful sunny day, etc. It is that simple to begin your list of gratitude. This will help you to spread your love through gratitude and quite possibly even open someones heart to what they make be grateful for too.

Happy Thanksgiving to you. I am grateful for each and everyone of you in my life. You have touched my life in so many ways and I thank you for that.

I was outside enjoying the day and asked spirit do you have a message for me? And the reply was...

Yes, dear one. It is of love and light. The journey has been difficult of late. You are being tested...you are being given obstacles or so you think. Instead view them as opportunities to release or even as growing pains. Everyone knows growing pains come and go, but do not last...they are only until you are able to move to the next point. As each one of you evolves you are given a tremendous growth opportunity releasing the ties that keep you 3-D bound. You are releasing the reigns that keep you fully planted into 3-D and are being given wings to become multi-dimensional angels. You are learning that ego is what keeps you stuck in believing there is only one way; while the breaking down of your ego is teaching you that all possibilities are present if you allow. What once kept you bound was fear. You are now seeing with love the releasing of impossibility and the opening of new opportunities new solutions to old problems.

It has long been a battle of your heart and your mind. We ask that each of you live within your heart when you speak, when you make decisions, when you feel pain we ask you to let go of your mind (ego) because the mind is what keeps you locked in 3D not allowing you to see the potentials. When in your heart you will recognize love as your guide. Often when listening to your mind--the choice or decision feels right because you navigate what other people need from you--failing to recognize whether it is what your heart/spirit needs/wants. It is best to remember that what comes from your heart is what is always for everyone's highest good. The beauty when living your truth from your heart is that all will always be well.

Children of the earth, don't you think it is time to allot for your spirit? Time to forgo what your mind thinks should be....for what it thinks says everyone else wants. For your spirit always knows what is necessary and right for you. Your particular piece of the puzzle on this planet is needed now and it is the true you--the heart centered/spirit centered being. Thinking (your ego) only allows you to see one way that will work or should work for your mind's job is to keep your life the same--good, bad or with no sense of feeling. Your spirit disregards keeping things the same especially when it is about bringing you to your next step. Your spirit will always move you to where you go next.

Opposite Means Around the Corner?

On my facebook Soul Star Healing fan page, I began to write a quote about love each day for the last couple of weeks. I was guided to do this for me--to help me stay in love, love of myself, love of my twin and love of life. There are so many tumultous journeys we travel in our day to day living and if we forget to remain in love, we forget to remain in balance. Everything is love! So I started to post a quote about love each day until my twinflame and me reunite permanently in the physical. I was reading a blog from someone else this morning about her twinflame experience that is not much unlike mine; however, the thing I kept hearing over and over in my head was something I read and even talked about with my students in a book by Neale Donald Walsch, (The Book is Happier than God--highly recommend this book to you); he said in the course of manifestation (I'm totally paraphrasing memory is not as good as it used to be!), that the exact opposite of what you desire will always show up and first, but it is a sure sign that what you truly desire is right around the corner. And well, that theory is what keeps me going and especially today--so that is what has inspired me to "stay in the love". I truly need the reminder...perhaps getting just the opposite is the sure sign--so here's to hoping it is. I got the opposite believe me...so my true desire is surely on its way to me...see you around the corner.

So when I got up this morning...a book I have dropped open to the following beautiful poem...want to share it with you all...

How powerful that passage is and how true when one does love that deeply for it is that love we all long for and wish to attain and so few of us wait for it or allow it to come. But when it does, take hold of it with an warm heart, soft mind and open wings..it is and can be yours even if you get the opposite of what you desire first; know that just around the corner is what you do desire and from this passage it will help you understand that the opposite is the hard and steep ways of love and the pruning. Trust your journey above all else and know it to be true....because in your truth is the only truth for your world is created by what you believe.

10.10.10 Gateway of Love

The gateway of love is here. There have been things written about this 10-10-10 Portal. I get a lot of flow of information from many different sources; some have called it the "divine awakening" the call to reunite with God (our male and female counterparts). Others have called it "The Stairway to Heaven" the upgrading and reconnection of our DNA. While a numerologist states the vibration of 10 as: 1 followed by 0 indicates the column and the circle, meaning the principle of the female and male, and this symbol would refer to the Androgyne nature and also to Jehovah, being at the same time male and female.

My guides are channeling through me this morning and are laughing at the fact that I could have done this writing yesterday instead I am choosing to do this when I need to shower and leave shortly. Oh well...it is what it is and here I am now... so onto the message of the day...

You know exactly why you are here on the planet today. You are so dearly loved for all that your light brings here in this moment. Magic is happening all around you. It is amazing how powerful you can be when you allow it. This gateway is for you to close the door on things that need to end and open a new door to begin the new; to harvest what you truly desire. It sounds really easy when you read the words, but the feelings associated with that simple sentence above invokes the memories, the letting go and the sadness of what feels "lost". But do not dwell, for what is "lost" is an old dream or way of living...what you gain is a new door opening to a new beginning. Allow the excitement of opening a new door to take hold. Allow the anticipation and magical feeling of something new coming your way for it is time. Step closer dear ones for you will soon see...it is a time for all that your channeler cited above...the stairway to heaven, the reconnection of the male and female aspects within you and with out; yes dear ones those ready for their reunion will experience it in the way they can only imagine as of yesterday. The magic is being poured down on this planet. We ask you to make time today to allow the beauty of the earth, the moment and the light to pour down upon you. You ask how? Simply allow ten minutes in your day today to be one with yourself. Only ten minutes will open your energy centers and the gateway of the earth to allow the energy of awakening to love.

In the recent weeks, your channeler has begun listing her days of love as a way to help her stay in the love of it and not forget why she is here and that is why she is working so hard for our earth. Sometimes she forgets to make the sound of her heart louder than the sound of her head and yes sometimes she too forgets her power, but she is being reminded each morning of love. What a fabulous message--it still amazes me and I didn't expect that to come, but it did...thank you beings of light and love!! Regardless of what your belief is about today's energy, I would recommend that you take from it that the entire day is a magical time. My guides are sitting with me this morning and laughing..I could sit and write all day, but instead I am going off to a beautiful hike with our earth Mother today. I just want to say to you all that it is time to find the magic in your life today and enjoy it.

All is Well from the Inside Out

Dear Children of Earth,

Today is a momentous event--much is happening throughout your world. The Full Moon energy and the Equinox are bringing forth another influx of energy. The energy on your planet s shifting faster than you can keep up with--are you supposed to keep up with it? We tell you NO. It is your job as a soul on earth to simply allow the energy to flow through you and heal you. Your work is to receive the healing that you have been wanting. Your job is to trust that you really do know how to be a human experiencing changes upon your earth by simply being the light and love that you are and remaining in balance.

Do not by into your media expression of what is happening --do not be fearful simply know that all is well from the inside of you out. What does that mean? Simply your view of the world and happenings of your world is what controls what you experience. Simply trust that what you know in your heart to be true is true. The difference from your heart and your mind is that it will always feel safe and light when you listen with your heart regardless of the information. It will always feel and appear as truth if you remain grounded and balanced. The clarity and ease comes from your ability to remain balanced in times of change and we know it requires much work to keep in balance. We find many humans ping ponging from head to heart and back and forth. If you ground daily and quiet your mind even if for just ten minutes a day, you will experience a different view/perspective than the person to the right or to the left of you who has not done that. That simple quiet time will allow you to experience a different reality.

The truth remains that things happen all the time--it is in your human perception that creates the impact on your life. Nothing is good or evil all is what you label it. The importance of this message is that in these times what you think, see or believe is your reality--how do you wish to live your reality? Only you can decide. We wish you to decide well for your experience.

Happy New Year to the Children of Earth. One culture, one religion celebrates today as the new year, but the truth of it is, surely it is a new year for all humanity. Beginning this season is the shift--the greatest one ever. Light is in abundance on your earth. Love is growing rapidly. Know children that no matter what the current "reality" is--everything is changeable. Everything is extraordinary. Life on earth is about to change--are you ready? Do you want it to? The time is now and your perspective will show you the way. Behold dear ones--choose your thoughts--and choose your reality. It is time!

Love is by your side--always! We are with each and every one of you on this journey. This channel is from September 3, 2010. I asked Spirit, do you have a message for me? And of course, they always have a message for me (which I do not choose to bore you with), but I also asked if they have a message for the rest of us too. And this is the response I got:

Of course we do, dear one. It is not like us not to. Today we would like to speak of love. Most view love as a condition or a reason for being rather than the being as the reason. Love people believe comes in many different ways. The truth is that love is always the same. There was a song dear one, that you listened to and the words were: And love remains the same. That is the truth of love. It never changes. It is with you always--you can always be it (love), you are always it (love). Sounds easy enough?

Know that we understand human 3-D and we know it is not as easy as we say for you are enmeshed in a wold where love is almost a commodity. Where love is a form of exchange, but not in a good sense. For love is given and taken away from humans based on their fear, insecurity and lack of their own self-appreciation.

What you humans do not know is that each and every one of you is love. It is who you are when you are quiet, it is who you are when you are with others, who you are when you doubt, who you are when you trust despite the human emotion--condition you have been immersed in.

Love always remains the same. You dear one ask us how to help those that are afraid and it is simply to love themselves. You teach this from the place in which you learned it--within. Life happened to you that brought doubt, but you remembered your love of self and carried you and furthered you to a new level of love. You now see yourself as so much more than you used to which makes it impossible for you to be away from light. You will not forget your love of self ever,. You will only continue to grow in that love to a higher dimension.

What humans need ti remember is that love is already within them. It must be discovered there first. You dear one have learned that and only then did you find your beloved. Children, it is easy to look outside one self in your human world because there are plenty of messages to say you are anything but love and several sources of information that back that thought up is pumped through your media. Further, much out there will proclaim you need not love yourself to get what you desire most--love. But we tell you--do you have what you desire? Do you believe you deserve what you desire? It must come from within before you discover it with-out.

Love is all powerful when you simply see yourself as such. Love is your legacy. Love is your sustenance. Love of self is the first step to love.

Money Only Has the Power You Give it.

Dear Ones, Children of the Earth,
You are wondering why you feel so stuck where you are. We are here to tell you that you are not. You have the magic within you to move beyond all that is making you stuck. You don’t have to feel this immobility. We urge you to simply live. Fear of not having enough money is keeping each and everyone of you stuck—you do not need to think of money. You simply need to think about living—what is it you wish to do? Make that decision and the means will always follow.

In your 3-D world it is easy to see only the money issues. Is it not what everyone works for? Is it not always on display? Limit your intake of societal means to control your belief system. Take control of your beliefs and change them if you wish for it is up to you to make your world what you wish it to be. The interesting fact is that you, each and everyone of you create your reality. In so doing, your beliefs are what fuel you. If you wish to create something other than you have, then you must look to your beliefs. There is always evidence out there to prove whatever it is that you wish to believe in. If you wish to think money is all encompassing of your life then that will become your focus and you will live in fear of having enough. You will live with the beliefs of people who fear having enough and it will surround you through all types of media. If you wish to see money as a form of exchange, then you will see that it is possible to find other forms of exchange. You will change your beliefs about money and see the multitude of possibilities and abundance that will come your way. Money only has the power that you give it. Give it less power and you become more powerful and tap in to your energy reserves. Give it more power and you become a slave to the power and you close up your energy reserves.

We wish to tell you that immobility is simply your inability to clarify your desire. It is not without difficulty that you achieve your desire for you are human and you have lessons in which you came into this lifetime wishing to learn. If you are willing to love you above all else, then you will achieve more than you have desired. You will open the gates of heaven here on earth.
Joy loved ones is always an option—the choice is simply to live. We wish you to know that if you feel immobilized—what is it you are not allowing into your existence? What is it that you truly desire?

Good Morning World, it is a beautiful day temperature wise. I just came in from my outside morning meditation. I love a little sun, some fresh air and nature's songs in the morning. I asked Spirit, do you have a message for today? And the answer was as followed:

Yes dear child--the message today is to simply love--everyone you meet along your day. Spend the day opening to your heart even to people who are angry, cynical, fearful and closed so much to love that they don't even know they are closed to love. For the entire day say what you love. Experience what you do as an ability to love.

SHOW LOVE, SHARE LOVE AND MOST OF ALL BE A BEACON OF LOVE.

One thing to remember is that on this day, you will be tested and yet you will remain in love. As a result your will open to allow more love in. That is all we have for you today.

Dear Children of the Earth,

The time is now. It isn’t yesterday, today or tomorrow. The time is now. For the last several years your channeler has been taught to be present fully present in the moment even while she does her daily routine. We encourage this. Let go of the distractions we say. We see how easy distractions come for all of you especially when you do not know that is what they are for you. You may call it work. You may call it household chores. You may call it responsibilities. We call it distraction from what you would like to achieve. You may wonder why or how it is possible, but it is. Your goal is to live your life fully in light, love and integrity. Truth always prevails unless you are in fear and choose to hide from your truth.

We urge you to take a step into the now at this moment. What is it that you wish? More money? More time? More love? Do not think you can or cannot have it—it is the moment “Now”. Use this “now” moment to get that which you desire.

More money—it is with you and flows abundantly if you let it . Stop focusing on what you may owe and what others may owe you. Know deep within you have it—all that you need.

More time—it is with you and stands still when you learn how to use it. The more you learn to remove distractions the more you learn to slow time. The largest distraction for humans is technology. It is designed to eat up your time if you allow it.

More Love—it is already with you—within you. If you allow it to flow freely from you to others and to yourself you will experience it in a full flow of abundance. You have only to look inside in this moment.

How do you do that you ask? We tell you to simply allow. Allow by quieting your mind and removing the old thought patterns.

Removal of the old thought patterns is simple to do---stop your usual distractions that keep you locked into the old ways of thinking and doing. You humans think escape is for a good reason at times. We tell you it is not. We tell you that the Now should be in your mind. We encourage you to make that your escape: the present moment.

We urge you to make the time at the beginning of your day a quiet inner time. Do not listen the to radio, television or any other sound. Do not converse with anyone until you have had your quiet awareness as it will set the tone of your day as well as set your boundaries energetically.

We wish to teach you about the present if you are ready—tell us and we will show each of you in the way that is best for you.

The Magic is Yours Now

Just wanted to share a simple channel. This one was directed to me, but I am being prompted by my guides to share it with you all for in this message is a message for all of you too! Enjoy and boy is this a beautiful weather day in Connecticut!

Dear One,

It is time to use what you know, dear one. Your journey has brought you here to the place of magic and light. Your power is within you not from outside of you. It is magical at this time and only you know the truth of what is to be--do not get caught up in what others say and get stuck in their words and then ultimately in your thoughts. You know that which we speak of, dear child. The magic is yours now. Behold it is a new day. And we are by your side always, we will not leave your side nor will we let you falter for you have asked up to help you and that is what we must do. You know by the way you feel the choices are good for you or bad for you and that is not to say that your choices are good or bad, but in human terms you like to label things as good or bad. So going with that thought recognize how one choice over another makes you feel and not necessarily how you feel in the moment, but how you feel after. For that is the tale that will tell you how well you are choosing for your life's journey.

Be still in this moment and know we are with you all the way. Dear one, you didn't expect to add the little channel did you? We just felt it appropriate to give you a little more. Trust. Trust you as you know far beyond any question what is right for you. We love you and hold you in the highest respect for you are our sister.

This channel came yesterday when I was sitting outside writing in my journal. I have left out the part that was directly for me as that may not be of interest to you, but the rest is for the children of the earth.

Dear Children,

We love you and are here for you. Now a lesson for the children of the earth: downtime. It never looked so good. Making a choice to take care of you is all that downtime is when you look at it simply. But it is so much more—it is the opportunity for us to commune with each and every one of you. We are able to download codes to awaken your DNA. We are able to bathe you in a bright white diamond light and refresh you.

Did you know that is what happens when you are alone and quiet? Ever wonder why you choose to stay alone and away from the noise and into nature you go? That is how you assist us. Oh your human self craves it, yet not fully understanding why, but your spirit knows that which we speak—all of you—all you lightworkers. If you allow yourself to listen to the quiet voice inside you—you will know and you will respond by cancelling events that are not necessary, choosing to sit in nature, turning off the sound distractions that you have become so accustomed to hearing and just letting yourself be.

If you don’t listen to your inner knowing and keep yourself busy with mindwork and fluttering around you will wear yourself out. You will find you do not fell wellness. You will find that you feel you lost your connection, but you mustn’t ever think your connection to spirit ever ends.

We teach to you today about downtime because for your Channeler she is learning it too! For your channeler it is summer and an appropriate time to find downtime—you earth beings look for excuses to have downtime and to have fun—there is no need to make excuses, but if you must then make the sun shining on a summer’s day the perfect excuse and because it is your summer—others will find it acceptable too!

On another note—sleep for your channeler has been broken up—we ask you to get up and work again—and you other lightworkers—we do come to you. Work you ask us what that means for each of you it is a different meaning, but inside you will know what means. We come to you at night at least that is what is what you think because we are with you at all times. It is simply the upgrading of your system that keeps you awake at night—why not take the time and make use of it. Night time is when your mind is at its quietest for most of the humans. We promise you that you will not be tired if you allow your body to respond to the energy as it comes—you get tired when you push against the energy. For example: it is night time therefore that equals sleep, but we tell you it simply may mean it is nighttime therefore it equals work for some. Look in your spirit it always knows what it is meant to do.

Meditation in the Gulf

It is Saturday afternoon, July 3rd, and I join others in a call to heal the earth. I belong to a monthly group who sends healing into Mother Earth. I have never done this specific meditation anywhere other than in Middletown, CT.

I truly believe it was by no accident that I am here in Fort Myers Beach, Florida (the Gulf side) for this meditation. I had just come in from the swimming pool and truly it was probably the first time in years that I had the opportunity to swim in a pool with no one in it...amazing and you get to be a kid too. I have to say this trip has definitely brought out the kid in me and boy do I love it!! Maybe that is what I am supposed to do while I am here.

Okay, back to the meditation. So I decided to lay down for this meditation. As it began I felt waves of light (energy) going out the sides of my body in both directions like continuous radio waves as I began to go deeper into the meditation. I felt my eyes closed so I opened them in the meditative state and felt me swimming and realized I was in the ocean. I felt something around me and I looked on either side of me and discovered that I was swimming along side dolphins. Then I looked down at me, I too, was a dolphin. It was so powerful and beautiful. Here I am swimming with dolphins I thought along the coastline of the beach. As we swam out the back of us, we trailed gold light up and down and around the coast of the North American Continent, but continued on to trail gold light along the coast of every continent on earth. It was so amazing and completely beautiful.

Then, everything seemed to go black like darkness it wasn't the brilliance of the ocean any longer. I heard a voice speaking in a language that I did not recognize nor could make out. Then I realized that voice was coming from me. (I hadn't a clue as to what I said, but I could feel like I was conversing with someone and it felt appropriate.) Then as I feel like I visited somewhere else--home perhaps? I couldn't tell you as I don't remember, I just remember I came back.

As I came back into my body to ground, I felt myself developing roots. Now usually when we ground we are standing and the visual of my roots are from my feet or if we are sitting the visual is from the base of my spine, but I was laying on my bed and the roots came out of each and everyone of my chakras. I felt portals of light pour through the front part of my body out the back part of my body onto my bed into the floor and floors of this building I am staying in down into the earth beneath us and it poured down, but as it hit the earth it spread outward North, South, East & West. It felt absolutely incredible as I began to come back. I felt me anchor my light to Fort Myers Beach...I felt it was the reason I came here.

Now, the next day there was a storm that poured through here that I felt the light I poured in brought it upon us due to the incredible outpouring of love and light that was anchored into the earth. It was the most incredible feeling. Now you may say they were expecting thunderstorms, but I have on high authority that what happened was just what was needed and I helped it. It feels good to know that I am doing my part upon the earth even if I do it kicking and screaming sometimes too!

From the Gulf

Hello from Fort Myers, Florida.

Last week, I planned with a friend a very, very last minute trip to Fort Myers Beach. I am still here as I write this, but I have to be honest, I have not wanted to work. It has been probably the most relaxing time away in years that I have taken. I am so grateful for this opportunity.

I wanted to share my experience with you all a little. From the moment, the plane landed, I felt an overall low level depression that was spread throughout the area. The oil spill has not touched this area physically, but clearly the energy of the oil spill has hit the area on top of the already slow economy. At first glance, the feeling is that one of hopelessness. But stepping into the community a little closer, you find that the area is bountiful with nature, the ocean is powerfully beautiful and people are extremely friendly here that there is hope for an area fearful of what may come their way if the oil spill is not contained.

With the thought of coming here, many people thought why would you want to go to Florida in the middle of summer. I intuitively felt that the weather would be a lot cooler than it was at home and guess what? Connecticut is 101 while Fort Myers registered at 84 degrees. Guess who picked the right time? Was it really a last minute trip or one planned by the universe? I felt like I was meant to be here at this time. It is a well known fact in the universe with the light beings that just to be in your light in an area will pour love, healing and light into Earth at that one spot. I had that opportunity on Saturday...I will catalog my meditation in my next blog...for now I am off to catch some Florida sun.

Full Moon of 5.27.10

Hello Everyone,

I was sitting outside on a beautiful Connecticut morning on Friday, May 28. I was enjoying the day and was about to do some journaling. Instead, I opened to a beautiful new channel. It talks specifically to me in parts, but I believe it is for everyone to hear. I also believe that the channel is one that should be heard by all.

Dear April Angel,

Did you know that is who you are ? Yes. Many have called you angel over the last several years even your beloved saw your angelic being. He knows it may not always seem as though he remembers, but dear one he does. Deep within his being to the essence of who he is--he knows who you are. Much of your doubt comes from his humanness. He chose a difficult path too dear one, did you know that? Did you know that his path is more difficult than yours? It is! Because he chose to not easily remember that he too is an angel and only can you come into his life when he is ready. He was ready once upon a time, but he chose to resist it and fight it because the human role he is playing tells him he cannot possibly be happy--he is not good enough to deserve you. But he is! Surely you know he is. And soon, he will remember what he is doing here on Mother Earth. Healing will require vigilance and patience, but not as much as you may think--it is almost here.

Last night's full moon brought about a shift for the humans--one that says suffering needn't be any longer. Oh yes, many will doubt and many will still choose suffering as their method to journey to the next place, but you know better. You know that is of the old energy. You know that this magnificent energy of light shines on all--all who are ready to see the beauty in each and every human. Life is all about the healing of the planet for the good of all. It is beyond measure--it is far beyond all you desire in this life. Human suffering was a method of the past. It is not supposed to be that way--it was what occurred when humans forgot they were magical. The time is near dear ones where you will reclaim the magic of who you are--it will become the truth of you. The truth of the planet. Your earth mother is leading you there. She nurtures your soul in quiet moments. Give yourself quiet moments to honor you and to honor her for in the end you will know all that is real. It is time to behold the beauty--look around and know truth is within your grasp. Light will guide your way. It is as it should be. It is with love, honor and respect that we bring this message to you.

Sleep: At Night You Come to Us to Heal and Recover

Dear Children,
Today is a new day on earth as is each and every day. You forget that when you go to sleep you journey with us to a place that makes you whole and complete once again. Each day when you awake you will see that you have a new day. That is why we emphasize how important proper rest is. When you have journeyed with us that means you have been rejuvenated and ready to create a new day. Yes, there are those that think sleep is not necessary, but with proper rest you give your vehicle (physical body) much rest. Honor and respect it as you would one of your cars. When your car is acting up it tells you that it needs to be “healed” you bring it in for healing do you not? Well, the same with your physical being-at night you come to us to “heal” and “recover”. The life on earth can be difficult and trying. It is a time when you unravel all that you are and feel less than whole at the end of your day. It is important to sleep because you come home to visit with your family and we help you remember you are whole and complete just as you are. With this knowledge, you can awake to a new day. Each day can be a different journey if you wish. It is necessary to love you.

We tell this information to help you understand that life on earth can be taxing to a physical body, but it can also be a grand adventure if you wish. There are no rules. The choice is yours ALWAYS! But we tell you that to live a life that is healthy and beyond measure you must feed your soul with only the purest of intent to create the life that you love. It is with intent that we give to you this message. Do you remember you opened the door once upon a time? Do not forget dears ones, once you open the door we are here waiting for you to enter. Many of you have stepped one foot in and one foot out not fully achieving or going exactly the full way in, but you have tested the waters and it feels wonderful, but at the same time it makes you different to the rest of the people around you. They do not know what you do that life can be a grand adventure. For you are the ones who get to make way for the future. Escaping into behaviors of the past is not what is going to manifest all you wish for. Instead, it will prevent you from achieving all that you have.

We tell your channeler often to remember that we are here with you. Sometimes she forgets that she has help. It isn’t the same as human help, but this is the journey she chose long before she came here. She wanted to see how powerful she can become when given a life that has sometimes rendered her powerless. She has the magic within her to bring it all about. As do you dear ones. Let her help you to understand that this is not the same power that has been on the planet for the last thousand years. It is the power within and the power of oneness. The connection to one another will show you how far you have come when you are ready. It is now dear ones that we bring you this part of the message. You are here to play a role in bringing in the new earth. Are you ready to claim your power? Are you ready to step into the role that has been waiting for you? Are you ready to be truly who you are? Are you ready to shine your light? This is not a time to wonder if you have light…you know you do otherwise you would not be reading this.
Your channeler is questioning the words we are providing today. We feel her wondering how such practical information about sleep can come in and how we can then talk about the surreal power of light. She doesn’t see our whole picture until we are done; instead she may get glimpses of what we are saying. But to honor her, we will bring it together in light. Sleep is your way to your power. It is important to get proper rest. If you feel tired you must allow yourself to sleep. Because once you have come home for a visit you will have that memory in the morning and realize that nothing is impossible once you awake. Oh you say, I don’t dream and don’t remember my night, but dear ones when you feel the sense of a fresh start then you know you must have slept and that you have that potential that you felt you lost the day before. Trust us dear ones we make no mistake in telling you that the first of our messages to you this day is sleep. We will continue to give you tools to bring you forward. Are you ready? We ask you again. With pure intent, we ask you to answer silently in your hearts and if you say yes then we will show you your power. Blessed are the dear ones who do not know of their power, but are willing to find it within.

We are the Elders of light. We will continue to work with you channeler as long as she continues to make time for our channels. We will give you tools to navigate the energy of this new earth. Dear Ones,
It is now. The time is now—all you have waited for is yours. Be still and know we love you. The twin flame reunion is imminent. The call has been loud and clear and all are awakening to the fact that they are loved by another and needed by another. Trust us, dear one, we honor and respect you. Earth journeys are hard when you have to pretend to not know that you are already with your twin. When you do not know you are already loved deeply. Know you are loved deeply. Always, always listen to the voice of your heart—that is the voice that is supported for the highest good for all. We love you. This message was brought to you today by the lords of light –keepers of the journey. We want you to know you have been heard and we listen to you. We honor your voice dear one you are one of us. Remember you do not travel alone, though sometimes it may humanly feel as though you do.
Now for the planet—the next infusion of love and light is set for June the solstice. It will bring more awareness and love to each of you. The veil will continue to grow thinner, time will become quickened, but most importantly manifestation will come rapidly. Know that all you have asked for is now going to manifest---you needn’t be patient much longer. Each individual will experience growing pains—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual as too will your mother earth. She will explode from joy, erupt into laughter and swirl with light. Trust all that is happening and about to happen is part of each human’s plan. You know that which we speak of. Beloved ones you are the light in this world and supported by all. All eyes area on the humans on earth for their magic is happening now. Be good to one another and trust what is in your heart—for there you feel us, there you feel the truth, for there is where all your potential is and where your journey begins.

April: A New Beginning...

It's April and the Sun is shining out my window...what a beautiful sight to behold--Spring truly has arrived here in Connecticut. I spent the morning outside eating breakfast, journaling and grounding my goals for the day ahead and it is so welcoming to hear the birds singing, the chipmunks scampering around and the sun sparkling above. Mother Earth is shouting...Spring is here...you can hear her voice when you look around to see that everything is blooming!!

Don't forget to celebrate Earth Day, Thursday, April 22nd by sending a little love to Mother Earth or "going a little greener".

With the blooming of spring, so too comes renewed beautiful minds fresh with possibilities and growth opportunities. Won't you let one in?

Why not make every day a new day for you? Wipe the slate clean each night before going to bed. When you wake up each morning start anew and see the numerous possibilities as they lay before you

So this brings me to this month's affirmation....

Every moment is a new beginning for me.

GROUNDING: Remaining in balance when the world is in Chaos

Remaining in balance when the world seems to be in chaos is always a challenge, but with the new energy shifts causing waves of change can make it difficult at best. So much is happening energetically at this time on our planet that means it is impacting us on all levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. It doesn't mean that the world we live in is chaos--it only appears that way. Everything is perception. If you wish to see chaos then you will see chaos. If you wish to see light then you will see light.

Yes there are shifts that are causing the remaining people on our planet to wake up or continue their awakening...the ones who have chosen to be here for the new earth...did you know we are living in the new earth? Living in the new earth is causing some discomfort because while our energy is adapting to the energetic shifts our human self still has remaining attachment to the way things were. Good, Bad or Indifferent, unfortunately sometimes the attachment is there and it takes a persistent being to let it go.

How can we remain balanced when one minute we feel like we have made changes and moved forward and then in the next minute we are pulled back to old stuff that we get stuck in? How can we remain balanced in when it seems everything in our world appears to be in constant struggle?

It is during these times that I feel it is really important to get back to the basics and the first and foremost thing is to maintain your grounding. Grounding is the practice of connecting yourself to the core of Mother Earth and is often the first step taught in many spiritual practices, but I feel it is one of the most important things to learn. There are many ways to ground your energy. One of my favorite ways is to send roots down from the soles of your feet into Mother Earth and draw up beautiful energy of love from the earth. Some people send a cord or a light beam from the base of their spine into the core of the earth. Another one of my favorites is to actually spend time in nature and hug a tree. I laugh as I write that because for many years I was called a Tree Hugger by one of my friends (mind you I hadn't hugged a tree at that point). Then one day, about 4 years ago now, I went hiking with a friend and I saw a tree on my path and thought to myself how awesome is that--I feel compelled to hug this tree. I literally put my arms around the tree and my hands felt magnetized like they needed to stay there. The tree spoke to me and said, "Your journey has been long and hard, let me renew you." It was incredible as I felt a rush of energy wipe clean my energy. Later that day, I quickly called my friend and said, "hey you can now really call me a tree hugger!"

A daily practice of grounding will help you bring the changes you wish to see in your life come to fruition. It will also help you to release the energetic changes occurring in and around you to the earth for recycling and renewal. It will also allow Mother Earth to feed your spirit much needed love and healing.

Allow Love In

With today being the beginning of February, many of us are thinking of love. How could we not? We are bombarded by television, news media and movies about love. They even created a movie called Valentine's Day. So whether you are single and without the relationship you wish to have or you are involved in a relationship where perhaps your needs are not being met; it is a time to reflect on that which we believe we deserve. Each one of us deserves exactly what we desire in terms of a relationship. And yes there is a person out there that is perfect for you. Not to say they are a perfect individual, but the perfect complement to you. The questions we need ask is : Do we think we deserve the love that we want? Do we know what it is that we want? Our focus should be on just that what it is we want--if we don't know then it is certainly time to make that list...I will help you if you wish...just let me know you need help. It is time to allow love into your life the way in which you want it to be.


So this brings me to this month's affirmation....


I deserve to be loved and I allow myself to be loved.

Indigo Children: The Shifting of Human Consciousness

Recently I was asked by someone if I believed I am an Indigo Child. I look back at my life and I feel I am in fact an Indigo; and based on my intuitive experiences and such it is clear that I am one. I believe I came here early for my role in bringing peace and love to our planet.

I would like to clarify what I believe an Indigo Child to be. Indigo Children are also referred to as the "new Children". I believe being an Indigo child means, we (the Indigo Children), have come to our planet with a human consciousness that is different than the prevailing human consciousness in existence on our planet; until now that is.

How did they receive their name? Many Indigo children are recognized by the color of Indigo in their Auras. In the past, the color Indigo in an Aura indicated a spiritually advanced soul, often someone with years of developed spiritual wisdom; the color still means the same thing, but what is evident is that one does not have to have lived on earth very long in this lifetime to possess such profound spiritual wisdom. We all come back to the earth more spiritually advanced than the previous lifetime. Most humans do not remember why they are here until they are sparked, with the Indigo Children there is a part of them that always remembers!
Another distinction about the "new children" is that they seemingly have a lot of problems fitting in to society. Is that because they are difficult to deal with? Do they tend to have "more problems" fitting in? Is it that they have problems fitting in or is it that they are simply expecting us to acknowledge that they would like to do things more differently?

Indigo Children are highly sensitive human beings that have not easily forgotten why they are here. They come in eager and ready to do their job of changing humanity and helping the greater consciousness of the planet evolve. Rather than welcoming what these little beings are here to teach us, we tend to like the comfort and security of doing things the way they have always been done. These children are asking us to change the way we think and do things. They are showing us that the way we are currently doing things doesn’t work: it is time to change our systems and put them back in balance. This is what creates the problems of fitting in for these children. I use the word problems for lack of a better word. These children experience resistance on every level and become “labeled” to yet again “fit in”. I believe the “problems” that they face are due to something like “an allergy” to what is already transpiring on the earth. It simply makes sense. With their sensitivities so heightened, they are impacted on all levels. Many of the things that children undergo these days are a direct reflection of their heightened senses.

When I was a child growing up, I was sick all the time. I remember going to the doctor for them to basically tell my mother and father that it was "all in my head". Clearly, it was--I often had sinus infections, chronic headaches, sore throats and stomach aches. No one stopped to think what else might be going on if there wasn’t a clear medical reason for it. While a physician could not figure it out, it didn’t mean there was nothing wrong it just meant that they were not looking at the bigger picture.

What I know to be true today is that I absorbed all the energy around me. I am a clairsentient (translated means clear feeling), also known as an empath; that is, someone who feels other people’s stuff. Well—isn’t that interesting? I was so sensitive that I was clearly picking up other people’s stuff, but I had no idea how to handle it and even less didn't know I was, in fact, picking up other people's stuff. I just incorporated into my energy as if it were mine. (For the record, it happens to all of us; there are just those of us that are more sensitive, hence the Indigo Children.) As a tool today in my life, being clairsentient is a great thing because it helps me to live and understand people; however, as a child that was not clear to me because I lived in a society where I was the different one and not the norm. I didn’t have anyone to teach me how to handle the energy coming at me, making it difficult at best to decipher what was my stuff and what wasn’t my stuff; instead, I was overwhelmed energetically causing me physical illness. The “illness”, I believe, was more of the “allergy” to my environment. Environment doesn’t just mean the physical surroundings; it also means the prevailing belief systems, attitudes and behaviors in society. With the knowledge I have today, I realize a great deal of my health problems were as a result for me not being able to speak my truth about things and if I tried, I was unable to convey it in a way that the people around me could understand. Because of this, I blocked my intuitive senses as do many of us. As an Indigo coming into this world can be difficult if we are not faced with compassion and provided guidance humanly on our path. While we may not have completely forgotten why we are here, we do tend to shield, often in unhealthy ways because we don’t know better. We act out whether it be getting physically sick, behavioral problems or even mental attitudes; when the only thing we need is to be and feel heard. The difference between the prevailing consciousness and the Indigo is that Indigos do not do well when they shut off their feelings and try to fit in; instead it creates an imbalance and/or dis-ease.

As children we do what we need to do to feel loved, to feel accepted and to fit in. Even if that means we ignore our inner voice and go along with what everyone else expects. We are not taught that those things come from us; rather, we have been taught in our society to believe those things come from outside our self. As Indigos, our consciousness is different and as a result we (the Indigos)can come together to change everything and raise this planet's vibration; first we must overcome some of the not fitting in feelings, the difficulties and problems we have chosen to go through to accelerate our spiritual growth and do the things we came to earth to do. WE ARE NOT DIFFERENT--- OUR COMPASSION AND CONSCIOUSNESS IS! It is what the human race has been pushing for; for a very long time. And we are here to help make it happen—so rather than force us to fit societal labels, take the time to see us as the unique gifted beings that we are and allow us to show you by our perception of life on earth even if it is not convenient.
