Happy Thanksgiving Message

Happy Thanksgiving beautiful souls!

May you have a day full of blessings and of love with your family and friends.  Today, try and remember who you are, why you are here and what your mission on the planet is—to be love, live love and act love.

Be sure to make up your own gratitude list, but here goes mine:

  • I am grateful for all the friends that have been supportive, loving and kind to me on this journey, particularly since my car accident.
  • I am grateful for Dr. Kara Fitzgerald who actually listens, hears and understands my health issues that have been neglected by traditional medicine--I'm finally getting better!
  • I am grateful that my body is healing (albeit slowly).
  • I am grateful that I am still in my apartment—if this is not a miracle—I do not know what is!
  • I am grateful that I am finally receiving proper care for my back.
  • I am grateful that my twinflame has grown stronger, has more courage and is empowered to speak his truth to me.
  • I am grateful that my dreams are coming true.
  • I am grateful that my family is growing spiritually.
  • I am grateful that my landlord has been so helpful.
  • I am grateful for all the spiritual empowerment that has happened for me.
  • I am grateful for all my guides, angels, Galatic spiritual team that has helped me to clear and make my path much smoother and beautiful!

Finally, I am grateful to all of you who have been with me on the this journey and have had the courage to go forward on your own journey and sharing with me along the way.  May blessings fall upon you! :)  Love to you all!! Oh and deep gratitude for those of you who have courage to comment and share a message with me.
Onto a Channel from my beautiful Team of Light, The Arcturian Masters of Light....

but first here is a quote I came across and wanted to share it with you….

“There is not enough darkness in all the world to put out the light
of even one small candle” Robert Alden

This is to you all my dear souls of light, even in those moments
that you felt that it nearly impossible to be the light in your
families you are the light. It doesn’t matter that there is just
you---you are the light of the world and you must be the light.
In a world that seems so dark, we tell you to turn off your
televisions, turn off your radios and tune into your own frequency
for in that frequency you will find light, love and empowerment.
It is far easier to tune in than it is to turn off that which
distracts you, but we say that you can do it. We also say that
you can easily transform your life if you give the pure intention
to do so. It is the time now to step into the grace and beauty
that is truly you. No, dear ones we do not think you should be
fearful of what is to come. Instead we ask you to be expectant
of what is to come for you are the creator Gods of your journey.
What do you wish to create next? Where do you wish to create next?
You can be that one candle wherever you are. You do not need to
be a healer, a teacher or an intuitive to shine your light…you
need only to shine and be that candle wherever you are because
as the quote says with even a small candle glowing it is not darkness.
EstaRa loves the quotes she finds…only she fails to remember
sometimes much of what she finds is just another way of saying
what she already knows, feels and teaches. She is ready to take
you all upon your path of light. Be willing to hear her and listen
for her wisdom grows and knows no bounds. It is with love, honor
and respect that we bring you this message today.~ We are the Masters of Light

Inspirational Snippet: I love you

I wanted to share this morning's message I placed on my Soul Star Healing Facebook Fan Page.  As many of you know, each day I place message from my guides, angels and/or my higher self for your highest and best good.  If you wish to connect with me on Facebook to receive these messages, please click this link:  https://www.facebook.com/soulstarhealing.

Today's Message: When you say the words I love you, do you feel it? Do you mean it? When you hear someone say the words I love you to you, do you feel it? Do you allow those words to creep into all parts of you? Do you allow the softness of the words to fill the depths of your soul, all parts of your body ? Or do you simple hear, but not listen and feel. Those words are meant to be felt and owned. Today, tell someone that you love them and allow yourself to impart that feeling of love. And when someone tells you they love you, allow yourself to accept it with no conditions/strings/worries/fears..just pure energy of being loved. Feel my words: I love you.~EstaRa.

Something I want to bring to your attention.  We don't often allow ourselves to hear those words because we are: too busy, feel too unworthy, afraid to hear them, allow our brains to come up with reasons why someone is saying that, trying to find the ulterior motive, or we are just simply afraid to accept that we are loveable.  See yourself today only as a loveable, worthy being of light and each time you hear those words even in a song on the radio allow that love to fill you as if it were food for your soul (because I will let you in on a little secret--it is food for your soul)!   The words I love you hold so much more power than you can imagine so I hope you can feel the words as they are said to you and send the love as you say the words.

My wish for you is to feel the words: I love you.

Love to you,
EstaRa

On Turning 40

I started this blog post, a couple of weeks ago when I turned 40 so forgive the reference to me turning 40, but it will give you perspective. I started writing this as a twinflame post, but it turned out to be more of a Masculine and Feminine Energy Message, but then I decided to split the message in two because my guides had their input as well...hopefully you will read this one and the one entitled: Channeled Message: Dance of Life, Balance & Twinflames

Yeesterday, I turned 40. Hard to believe that is my age. When I was in my 20's I looked so much older than I do now. I remember when I was 25 I went to the casino with my friends who were in their 30's at the time; they were carded, but I wasn't. I couldn't believe it. Apparently, I looked pretty old and when I look back at those pictures during that time period, I looked really unhappy. So much has changed for me in the last 15 years. To even say, fifteen years is weird for me because it sounds so long ago, but it feels more like a blink of the eye.

I went through a lot of emotion yesterday morning not because I was turning 40. I had a few people say it is only a number, but they really didn't get it. It isn't that I am 40 that I cried. I cried because at 26 to 28, I knew that if I didn't change my life I was living that I would be dead before I was 40. It had more to do with me not living my life and just doing my daily routine that I was "supposed to do". Since when did living become a chore? Anyway, those of you who have known me a long time know my story of how sick I was on a daily basis. I truly believe that if I didn’t change my life I would be here now so I am so grateful to be alive in 2012. I am so grateful for the opportunities life has given to me; even if I don’t appreciate them as they come until much later when the dust has settled.

Day of Giving Thanks

Hello World,

It is Thanksgiving Day all over the United States. When the celebration of Thanksgiving began, it was a feast in celebration of giving thanks to God for a successful harvest. Thanksgiving tradition has long been a gathering of family and friends and a feast of food with a little football added in and oh yes the proclaimed biggest day in retail comes after this day, "Black Friday". I must digress for a moment, do we really need to call Friday, Black Friday? I mean I know the origination of the name was due to retailers making a profit (going into the black), but I so dislike it as it brings so many negative connotations--can't we just call it the beginning of the holiday shopping season? Anyway, back to my thoughts this Thanksgiving.

I think the holiday often loses its magic. We tend to get caught up in everything from making the perfect meal, to watching the game with family and friends to family traditions that we lose the simple magic in the meaning of Thanksgiving. It truly is the opportunity to give thanks for all that we have and all the people who have touched our lives.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It is not only a gathering of family, friends and food, but so much more. Our lives are not as simple as the originators of the holiday as it was obvious the gathering was to celebrate the harvesting of their crops. We are so far removed from the "harvesting" since most of us just simply go shopping, purchase the ingredients and cook. Albeit, lots of cooking for some.

But our harvest now is the many blessings we have been recipients of all year long. It is our annual gathering to celebrate what we have each harvested in our lives. It is a great opportunity to look over the past year and discover the magic in your life. My wish for today is that each of us take some time to think about the many things we have in our life to be grateful for. Make a list and share it with your loved ones. If you are someone who has undergone much difficulty in the past year, it helps to take note of the simple things like a roof over your head, food to eat, a beautiful sunny day, etc. It is that simple to begin your list of gratitude. This will help you to spread your love through gratitude and quite possibly even open someones heart to what they make be grateful for too.

Happy Thanksgiving to you. I am grateful for each and everyone of you in my life. You have touched my life in so many ways and I thank you for that.
