Q&A: Why Clear Your Energy Field and Feel Your Feelings?

Hello Everyone,

I've decided to put together some blogs based on questions I receive. I receive so many daily and you all wonder why I don't get back to you right away?  hahaha Well, that is because I am very thoughtful in my answers and try to respond to everyone. :)   So I will be likely posting more blogs to be sure the information gets out because I often get the same question asked of me more than once and well I think the guidance should be shared. Onto the questions:

There seems to be more Dark Energies than before, why?

Dark energies take on many forms interdimensionally.  With all the fear on the planet, much of the dark energies are running rampant.   They are flying around many of us at this time.   Due to much of the Energy Shifts that are occurring, more energy is being freed up from your field--kicked up to the surface for you to release and let go of permanently.  Don't be fearful or upset, in fact, be happy--this is a massive opportunity to let go of things that have been holding you back in this life, perhaps lifetimes.  This is why it is really important to clear your energy field of all negativity and raise your vibration.

Why Clear Your Energy Field and Feel Your Feelings?

They feed off Fear.  Fear creates negative emotions, and those negative emotions are quite appetizing to the realm of darkness.

What does that mean?

It means that if you are not feeling your feelings, it is time to start feeling them; particularly if you have become adept at stuffing feelings then this is something you will need to pay attention too.  Suppressed feelings/emotions creates an opening and a way that astral entities, dark energies, negative beings find their way to you--the energy hangs inn your aura like a cloud and it attracts these beings.  You know how we see a lighthouse and think of it as a beacon of light?  Well, negativity/pain/anger/frustration/suffering/sadness and drama act in the same way, they draw those particular beings to you.      For example:  are you familiar with the phrases: "Never Let Them See You Sweat", "Boys Don't Cry" or "Good Girls Don't Get Angry".   Just a few examples of where we may have learned to suppress our feelings.

The emotions reside in your auric field waiting to be felt; meanwhile dark energies are drawn to you and amplify the feelings.  For example: You may be wondering why you can't get out of your own way?  Well that is because the dark entities are there making sure you continue to feel what you are feeling so you will continually feed the entities hanging around.  Or if you find that something that on the surface wasn't really a big deal, but it has spiraled you into a angrier place--the same thing applies.  These entities love to create havoc in your life because it keeps them fed and they are always hungry for more I like to say.

How can I help this ?

Here are few things to do:

1. Grounding: I recommend to perform a daily grounding to help clear your energy and connection to Gaia (earth). It will strengthen your connection to Gaia and help you be more present in your life.

2. Cut Cords:  At bedtime, I would ask that you call on Archangel Michael to help cut cords between you and all the people you interacted with in your day. I would say to really spend the time on this especially if there was any kind of upsetting moments with anyone in particular.  Remember we exchange energy with everyone we meet and I feel that it would be beneficial to not leave attachments there that can get in the way. Cut cords even with people you thought of, particularly if it was upsetting in anyway.  And, if you are a twinflame, by all means cut any cords of negativity between you and your twin daily.  Unfortunately, our thoughts and words are not always out of love and if you are on this twinflame journey then you will know that which I speak of.  It isn't that we are speaking out of anger--more often than not we are speaking out of frustration for not hearing from our twin, etc.  An example would be: What is his problem?  Believe me your beloved hears this and it registers somewhere in his/her energetic field.

3. Feel your Feelings: Every time you feel an emotion recognize that just because you squash it or push it away, doesn't mean that it isn't in your field waiting to not only be felt, but to feed any negative entities that may be hungry so to speak.  This is an easy task once you get into the habit of it; however, if you are one who has spent a great deal of time suppressing the pain and emotions then you it might feel a little heavier than normal, but the result is the same--you will be free of that emotion.

4. Raise Your Vibration: This will make it easier for you to move through these feelings/emotions/habits that much easier.   Run light through your energy field every day.  Meditate.  Receive Light Infusuions/Energy Body Upgrades.

Here is something I wrote several years ago about Emotions, but I feel it bears repeating now:

"Feeling things is a human right. There are people living today that suppress feelings as a part of their daily life. A healthy lifestyle begins with a healthy mind. We are humans with an enormous wide range of feelings, it’s important to know what you focus on will grow. Always prioritize your feelings, know that you are important." --Ben Arion

I love this quote because it speaks to something I often speak of....how we are supposed to feel our feelings.  We are given such a beautiful array of emotions; therefore that alone tells me we are supposed to allow ourselves to feel otherwise we would not be given the emotions even the ones we call bad....like Anger, like Jealousy, like Fear....on the other end of the spectrum we are also given emotions that appear to some as too good to be true...like Bliss, like Freedom, like Safety, like Worthy...I could go on and on with all kinds of emotions, but the simple truth is that it is okay to feel our feelings. It is okay to be in the moment with what we feel.

What is not okay is if we stay stuck in those feelings and not allow ourselves to feel the others. Sometimes people only want to feel the happiness because that way they can project that (but know speaking as an intuitive being in touch with her truth and her feelings--what is really projected is what they are trying to hide--truth is always seen)..Sometimes people want to feel only that one feeling so much so that they reach for distractions, addictions to "maintain" that feeling, but in truth they are doing a disservice to themselves and others around them for many reasons, not just the obvious. Some may feel that it is okay because it helps them through their "troubled times",  what it is really doing is prolonging the inevitable and keeping the person stuck.   Some allow themselves to get numb and not allow themselves to feel anything but a minimal amount of emotion that is often disguised as a low level of depression.  It is an interesting conundrum that people experience when it comes to depression...they can feel sad for a long time as they work hard not to feel that which is inevitably present or they can feel sad for a short time while working through that situation/emotion.  I know I am simplifying it, but the truth is that it can all disappear when the emotions are expressed and not suppressed.

A final thought about the quote above, when the author states: "it is important to know what you focus on will grow". That is truth, but what I'd like to connect for you is how that refers to not allowing yourself to feel. It takes all kinds of energy and "skill" at avoiding something, does that not mean you are focusing on it? To me that means you put more focus on it than if you simply allowed the emotions to come through you. If the emotions come through, they are felt, released and done with. Emotions are an expression of who you are in any given moment...we are all of it...the good, the bad and the indifferent.

This is just a brief bit of information to help you along on your journey.  Obviously this topic is much more detailed and vast than I can go into here, but please know I would be happy to help you on your journey.  Feel free to contact me for a Healing/Clearing Session or to purchase a Grounding Meditation that includes running light.  Or purchase an Energy Body Upgrade/Light Infusion that I offer twice a month.   You can contact me at april@soulstarhealing.com.

Day 22 of My 45 Day Journey

Good Morning beautiful people,

So in this journey of paying attention to my thoughts--again it just happens now--it isn't like I am constantly thinking to myself, "what am I thinking", instead, the vigilance just happens when you immerse yourself in the energy of change.  I've been spending less time on the computer these days--which is really great for transforming my life so that is why I am not posting a daily blog--which by the way, I found myself upset about at first, but then it occurred to me --this is my journey and I need to do what is best for me. I found that I am spending more time taking care of me--which is by far most important.

So today, I share something very personal that I discovered on this Journey of Removing Negativity.  Yesterday, I felt negativity/old beliefs creeping in. I had a phone call with a dear soul, my twinflame, that I haven’t talked with in awhile.  He asked me how I was doing and if I was working, and I said, "yes, but very little still because I can really only take weekend appointments at this time with all the physical therapy appointments I have going on.He asked me how much money I was making.  Now, many of you may think he is just asking because all he cares about is money, but in truth he is asking because he  is worried about me—he knows that I literally live day to day and never know how I am going to pay things.   It has been quite the struggle over the past couple of years and he is well aware of it, but that is not the point—the point is that in the instant he asked me—the flow of the conversation changed, or I should say I changed it for a few minutes because I became really uncomfortable with it.  I reacted almost defensively, but not that he would recognize that, but I sure recognized the feeling building inside of me. I felt embarrassed that all I can do is 2 appointments per weekend and once in a while 3 and that I don’t make a lot of money.  He asked why? Again, I emphasize, he asked me out of love not out of any judgment--he is worried about me and yet he doesn't want to say that because saying that would make him uncomfortable so instead he asks the things that logically make sense to him. (boy do I ever understand him--I love him deeply and he without really understanding it I am sure, loves me just as deeply.)   I said. "physically I can’t handle more than that and right now I am still trying to heal and still in a great deal of pain."  He said, "what does that mean?"  I told him,  "It means that I carry myself like I am fine because I don't want to dwell on the negative, but in reality I feel a great deal of pain and exhaustion most of the time. In addition I am doing everything I know to heal myself.   I am in so many doctors and Physical Therapy all over the state—let alone I am still trying to recover my body, driving all over for appointments and then extremely physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted after the appointments."  (I will not go into it, but let’s suffice it to say that I do not  have the greatest insurance, as it is only accepted 40 minutes from me in either direction for Physical Therapy.)

Anyway, I was able to catch what I was feeling/experiencing and then I was able to reframe it as I talked to him getting our conversation back to "comfortable" for me.  I said, "I am so proud of myself for being able to work that much and yes, I am well aware that it isn't a lot of money and it keeps me scared, but the reality is that three months ago I wasn't able to do this at all and for the most part I can be consistent with a few cancellations here and there."  I was able to look at how far I had come even if to the observer--it may not be very far at all.  So, back to the feeling of embarrassment and insecurity.  After I hung up with him, I sat for a few minutes and pondered what had happened, and what I discovered is that him asking me those questions brought up my insecurity and my feelings of being less than—I felt in that moment unworthy of him. OMG I thought I had worked on that, that thought immediately came to mind, and then I said softly to myself--yes, you have, but here is another layer.  This has nothing to do with him. It  has all to do with "little April" who feels she is not good enough because she is not like everyone else.  She is different--she is in pain, she is a burden, she is poor, she can't even take care of herself. It really brought me out on a truthful/painful tangent.  What is different this time is that I realize those are "little April's fears" and she is comparing herself to physically healthy people her adult age with expectations that she had for herself prior to the car accident.  This is a different experience than healthy people. I need to honor where "adult April" is at during this time.  She needs to know that she is worthy, loveable and capable to healing.   So rather than beat myself up, I was able to talk to the little girl in me and tell her that this is temporary to feel this way and her focus should be on remembering that she is healing and, she is valuable,  she is abundant in love and friendships, that money does not dictate who she is, she is perfect as she is: lovable and worthy.  At the end of my "little session with myself", I discovered even my twinflame thinks I am lovable and worthy otherwise he wouldn't hold a concern for me as he does.   I realize when I change my perception it really does make a difference, because had my twinflame and I had this conversation 5 years ago, I wouldn't have seen that he does find me lovable and worthy, instead I would have felt he didn't think I was good enough.  Wow not only is my twinflame growing with love--so am I.

Wow such profound work, without really working. In essence it took me only 15-20 minutes to work through all of this--our phone conversation only lasted 10 minutes and I spent a good 5-10 minutes clearing this belief.  I realize that the universe may show it to me again to ensure that I've really cleared it.

May you have some amazing discoveries for yourself on this path today...

Love,
EstaRa

Day 11 of Our 45 Day Journey

Good Morning Beautiful Being of Light,

I was preparing for this morning’s class message as I do every day, but I have to preface it with saying that I was mistreated in my physical healing since the beginning of my car accident. I also had many people tell me I wasn’t in pain and that I was struggling when I only needed to choose love, change my thoughts and I would be fine.  By the way—hard to choose love, change your thoughts, when you cannot speak/express fully due to a concussion, have lack of sleep for 3 months and in constant, excruciating pain with no end or care in sight—yes that is just a bit of what I underwent for nearly two years.  I was victimized horribly by the medical profession and lack of care. But long after I continued to stay trapped in that energy to some degree.  It has only been since I have been thinking more clearly, the last couple of months (the symptoms are beginning to clear up—thank heavens!), that I realized I allowed (did you catch that ?), I allowed them (the medical world, people who didn’t understand my pain, people who couldn’t possibly comprehend what I was going through clients and friends included) to get in my head and keep me feeling unworthy, a burden and crazy.

Now, if you have been with me on this journey—you know that I have questioned everything and appeared nothing like a victim, but inside of me I tended to beat me up. I tended to hold the victim mentality to a small extent, but nonetheless I have held it by way of forgetting what I already knew to be true.  Now, I do understand that there were things I did not have full control of and the medical system is set up to victimize people.  They want to create victims whether they are consciously aware of it or not and they do whether it be the full fledged victim behavior/mentality or like I did—forget the knowledge I had deep within me.

I share my story with you so that you can understand there are times we all get caught up in the trap of it—we live in a society that embraces victimization and drama.    Now saying all the above,  please know I am well aware that things happen out of our control, but we have to remember we have the power to overcome it once the "situation" has happened.  It may mean work to change our view/thought/perception of what has happened.  I have done it many times in my past about many different things that have happened to me throughout my life.  Now, the new lesson for me is with regard to the Medical World and how I am here to speak my truth and change things—not how they will determine for me who I am.  This is really deeper than I expected to go when I started writing this morning.  I hope it bring some enlightenment to you as well.

I realize that there are some things out of my control, but now that I am thinking more clearly, I need to get a handle on what it is that I can do.  I am noticing there are many people around me that have been accepting less than they deserve too perhaps with a similar victim mentality without even noticing it.  Hmmm...really interesting perception.   Really some work to go in changing the energy.  It is time for a shift!  I'm ready.

Love and light,
EstaRa

Day 10 of my 45 Day Journey

I performed a house clearing today for the first time in quite some time.  Boy, I found myself second guessing practically everything I was doing. This paying attention to my thoughts really matters and is showing me some real changes!  It really does make me realize that I have to rebuild from all the negative energy that I have been surrounded in for nearly 2 years.  When I look back it is so easy to see how I got stuck.  If you don't already know, I had the absolute worse health care for about a year (if you can even call it health care).  And well from that point forward the negativity piled in--not for others so much as for myself--you know beating oneself up?  Not trusting my own judgment. I am sure that comes from the fact that I had a pretty bad concussion--I mean I couldn't process words and I couldn't even speak for that matter--I sounded like robot--and you all that know me...know I sound anything, but like a robot.

Life can be such a messy journey...time to clean it up! I got this image of old Orbit Gum commercials--dirty mouth, clean it up.  hahaha

Anyway, I realize today that I need to re-learn how to trust myself again...that is what negative self talk has created in me--fear of trusting myself.  This is a lesson that is invaluable and grateful that doing this 45 days is having me pay attention without my full conscious awareness just what is happening inside of me.  What is going on in my head. Wow...what a lesson!

Day 2 of 45 Days of Releasing Negativity

Good Morning World,

Last night I asked for dreams for clarity of messages that I have not gotten or have not understood. I kept dreaming something about soap making.  I will not bore you with the details, but I will tell you what I learned from the dreams last night is that I am always, ALWAYS willing to help everyone else achieve their goals and dreams--and yes I am a Spiritual Coach, Teacher and Intuitive Healer, but I tend to put everyone in front of me.  I tend to put others needs above my own especially when I am working with clients.  I don't hold tight to my boundaries.  Why is that?

For example:  When I am working with a client, I am totally focused on their needs and forgo the extra time I need between clients or my need to each lunch; that is by my choice. Over the years I've gotten better about taking care of myself, like scheduling the appropriate amount of time in between sessions; however, my clients fail to recognize how important my time is.  Often a client will overstay their time slot, (now since I am not nearly working as I did in the past due to my car accident--it isn't like I have another appointment waiting to come in and that cuts the client of.  Now it is more of an effort on my part to uphold my boundaries.), the reality is that my time is just as valuable as anyone else's and I should be charging for the additional questions/time, but sometimes I don't.  Their choosing to stay longer, talk more when it is clearly the end of the session interferes with my needs.  It frustrates me because often I need time to go rest, eat my lunch before going off to an appointment.  Once in awhile is one thing, but often clients can border on abusive taking advantage of because they do not know their own boundaries.  Is it their fault?  No, it is mine for not being more clear about what my needs are.  This is something I discovered this morning lying in my bed.

I laid in bed trying to understand what the thoughts are, you know, the ones that carry such deep weight in me, but I am hardly aware of.  I really spent a good hour laying in bed and "analyzing me" to discover the root of this.  Once I got started, it got easier for me to figure out the root of why I don't put my needs ahead of others.  By the way, think of the Airplane Analogy:  "...make sure to put the oxygen mask on yourself first before attempting to help someone else put on theirs."  This is significant!

Here was my discovery in a shortened version:  The first thought is that I need to help others.  The second thought is that others are more important to me.  The third thought was that is what my mother and father do. The fourth thought came to how it is more important to be a martyr that to want or need something. (That thought/belief was taught by the religion I grew up in).  The fifth thought, came by way of the second thought, I am not good enough.  The sixth thought, came by way of the fifth, if I am not good enough then I am definitely not worthy.  WOW!  Is all I can say....It never occurred to me that I didn't feel worthy enough to put my own needs ahead of me because I feel I am not good enough.  How do I unlearn that belief?  I have to check to see if it is valid.  What would make me not good enough?  Who determines what is good enough?  In this instance, I can go back to my childhood religion and upbringing.   The first sign of invalidity of this belief is that I don't believe in that religion any longer because I have come to accept that it is not along the lines of my soul's truth.  The second sign is that I am an adult now and can objectively look at my parents and see that this is a belief they held about themselves and it spanned over into my upbringing, thereby, I learned it to be my truth. The key is I learned it; therefore, it can be unlearned since it is not truth to my soul. Wow, what a processing session this morning with myself was!

Oy...I have to get moving--this writing is taking a bit longer than I expected. Stay tuned for tomorrow's update on my journey.
