Energy Thoughts: 11-11-11 Gateway of LOVE

Happy Tuesday---Happy 11-11-11...We are in a gateway of oneness, wholeness, reunions and love.....

Did you know that today is an 11-11-11 day?  Not just 11-11?  11-11-2014 adds to "11" a Master Number Day.  Hence, 11-11-11.  My suggestion is to set aside some time this evening to connect with the numerous groups of people that are connecting into oneness and wholeness.

I know it has been nearly a month since I last sent out an Energy Thoughts, but again Mercury Retrograde wreaked mild havoc, but it wasn't as bad for me as in the past, but it lent to me not writing so hence it is a month later. I was sitting here eating breakfast and started to feel/remember today is 11-11-11 and boy, what a powerhouse energy it is!   It is take action time! There is no more weighing out thoughts/ideas, it is time to listen to your feelings because they are guiding you to or away from relationships/careers/locations/etc.  For some, the change comes right in time. For some, the change is going to wreak havoc. And for others, the change is what they have been patiently waiting for.  

This Gateway is all about coming back together: reclaiming parts of you that have been lost along the way, parts of you that have never fully been embodied, parts of you that were blocked by fear: it is reunion of your soul time!  Yes, and that means Twinflame Reunions too!

You can walk through the gate softly, slowly and comfortably without a struggle or you can get nudged, pushed and pulled through uncomfortably; the choice is yours.   How do I choose you ask?  The choice is not a conscious one in terms of saying "push me through" or “I'll ride the easy train”, no dear ones it is not that simple.  It is far easier, we think. It is by the choices you make day to day to live your truth, live in your truth, be your truth, speak your truth.  --Masters of the Light

Sounds difficult?  It may be for some of you who have bought into the belief that we are supposed to follow the guidelines/rules laid out before us through society/religion/education/tradition/family.  The interesting thing is that most people don’t even stop to question what it is they follow—they just do follow.  If you are one who has unplugged from traditional society already, it is easier.  If you have not unplugged or are partially unplugged, then you may have a little more work to do to clear the outdated/old belief systems that have been programmed into the very cells of your being. This is not to say that those who are unplugged have finished clearing by any means because unfortunately, there are many distractions.

We tell you to unplug from the world around you and plug into your Higher Self at this time.  Your Higher Self is your master tool of discernment along with the active creator self that is known as your I Am Presence.--Masters of the Light

Your higher self of the light is the all knowing part of you; the part of you that is connected to all things and assists you on your journey, as a compass would upon your path.  We are in the times where the integration of this aspect of your self is necessary in navigating the new earth energy.  Your higher self provides you with knowledge/intuition/guidance/presence that is so needed to clearly view/see the world around you.  My guides mention unplugging and what that means is to simply step out of the program “that is currently playing   The current program is one of fear, separation, violence and lack; it has been running on our planet for sometime which has created the chaos that surrounds us all now.  (On a side note, please do not take this to mean that I do not see or am not aware of the beautiful LOVE that is popping up on the planet because I am very well aware and clear and so excited to say that I am part of it.) All of humanity has been programmed/plugged into the current system from birth.  The institutions of government, education, religion, traditions and, even some family belief systems have been in place to instill and maintain the current program.  These systems have created a very large imbalance in humanity and created a consciousness of control and separation.  This is the global perspective. Now, for the more personal, localized perspective: it is what keeps you stuck in an uncomfortable/abusive/loveless/dutiful relationship for example.   

The 11-11 Gateway, particularly since 2011,  has opened up the current program to dismantling and unraveling.  If you will recall in 2011, my guides referred to the 11-11 Gateway as the Love Train—it was arriving then and has been traversing our globe since, opening up pathways for some, awakening others and breeding new light and awareness into everyone and everywhere.  It has been evident for some time (read: many, many years!)  that the current system was failing us, but since 2011, it has been brought into the light for all to see even those who are not “aware".  By the way, every being on this planet has been awakened  even if you feel they are "unawake"  they are, they are just awakened to a different vibration/level. 
 

As more and more people unplug/remove themselves from the current program, you will see/have noticed greater evidence of the clamping down control and the pumping out of fear/violence/trauma such as the current issues on the national/global level.  The current system in place has not worked and requires great change.   The changes must happen internally for each being too; for change and transformation must begin individually for it to impact the greater good/whole.  

The calling in/allowing in of your higher self is what will assist you in making better choices, getting clearer answers/messages about your life. (on a side note: you don't have to be psychic and talk to your guides to get clear answers and messages.  You simply need to be present in your life so that you can notice/see the signs that are provided to you.  It can be something as simple/dramatic as three different people mention the same thing to you.  By the way,  I offer session and classes on how to connect with your higher self and utilize that part of you in everything you do.)  

Your I am Presence is your God-self, your divinity and the aspect of you that is creator.  Working with this aspect of yourself, assists you in not only manifesting the life that you so desire, but assists humanity and Mother Earth in laying down the foundation of the new earth, that we as a collective have chosen to create. We are in times of dismantling/tearing down structures that no longer work in our lives, our communities, our countries and the world around us.  But if you are one that gets up goes to work, watches tv and goes to bed and just does it all over again without realizing that you can change/control your life then you are missing out on the greatest opportunity to utilize your I AM presence. I have often taught about how powerful the words "I am" are in our language through my Manifestation Classes.  Whatever you put after the words, "I am" ultimately creates your reality.  Now, if said enough you create pattern and energetic vibration of what it is you are saying and you draw "like" energy to you: hence the Law of Attraction.  The Law of Attraction is neither good or bad, it simply is.

Several years ago, when I began this part of my journey, I was walking through Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine in Litchfield, CT.  Now, many of you know that I was raised Catholic and that I tried really hard to be a good Catholic for many years, but it never really sat well with me.  Even when I was a child, I would question the Bible to my parents; I recall highlighting passages in my Bible with a yellow highlighter, the passages where Jesus spoke of light.  I would go to my parents and say why don't they talk about this in Church?  Why is it the same old stuff that is about death and sin?  Why can't we talk about being the light and not hiding it under something? They would get frustrated with me, but I think it wasn't so much that they didn't like my questions and perhaps, it wasn't even that they didn't agree; I think it is because of the programming of humanity--that is is just how it is done; don't question it.  Two of the verses I am referring to are: 

•   Matthew 5:15  Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.

• Luke 11:33"No one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden, or under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, so that those who come in may see the light. and  they often had the word light in them. 

Anyway I digress, back to the Shrine.  I would often go there for peace and sanctuary particularly when I lived in Bristol. I would often take someone with me to experience the peace and beauty,  but truly I preferred to go there alone I got more out of it for me.  So one day (gosh it has to be 10-12 years ago now), I was walking down the "Stations of the Cross" (for those of you who do not know what that is, to put it as simply as possible it is a path that resembles the story of Jesus from death to resurrection).  Near the end of the "Stations", Yeshua (Jesus prefers to be called his Hebrew name) greeted me and walked with me.  "I am the way."  He must have repeated it three times before I stopped to listen to him and understand, really understand for the first time ever! 

He said:

"I am the way.  I am (not me the person), but the "I AM" is the way. This is the divinity of God within you and it is your power to create in this earthly realm. Whatever words, thoughts, feelings you place after the words "I AM" creates your reality in the physical world you live in."   ~Yeshua

This was by far one of the most profound experiences I have had with Yeshua.  It taught me so much, I remember crying and being really excited with this information, but I had no one to share it with.  Back then, I was still transitioning out of my old life and burgeoning on birthing my new life. The message above is just as significant today as it was back then.   Yeshua is here with me now with another message for humanity. And today, Yeshua stood beside me to fill in the gaps and add more information for me, for us. 

"It will take you many years to fully comprehend and embody this truth for you will have to undergo deconstruction of a program that has been deeply embedded in your DNA and cellular memory, for when you have incarnated into human form on this planet, you have taken on the prevailing consciousness and your job is to rise above that consciousness to help humanity change the very consciousness that is holding them back.  I will assist you dear one, to reclaim your divinity and essence of light that you are, and have been taught to believe you are not.  You are not a sinner from birth, for you are the light and love of God, the creator of all. As humanity begins to awaken and question what they have been told to believe the more quickly the energy will move upon the planet and the more quickly consciousness will begin to resemble the light that you are.  Your powers of creation are more magnificent than you can imagine from your limited human perspective. Look into your heart and begin to see the transformation of your very being." --Yeshua

I just finished typing up Yeshua's message and I heard the words "Land of Illusion",  and it brought me back to the song by Genesis (from the 80's) Land of Confusion, do you all remember this?  Oh my wow. I looked it up on You Tube and the most recent version is from a Group called: Disturbed. Not sure what is more disturbing the group's name or the song.  Either way, here's the video, this has the lyrics in it and worth a watch.


One caveat to the song/lyrics, they say,  "not enough love to go around".  I agree and disagree.  I feel there is a belief in lack and not enough so that is truth, but I know that there is plenty of LOVE to go around--it is simply being withheld.  Each of us has our own programs of fear/lack/pain/hurt that holds up back. In addition, there have been numerous messages implanted into us through the world we live in to look externally for the answers, when in truth, if we look in, we will find that we are love and light that Yeshua speaks of.  Like the Masters of Light suggest, it is time to unplug from external sources (they are distractions--and can be as simple as never staying home to just relax, never turning off the noise or even mindchatter) and plug into your higher self (this is to say plugging into your heart and soul to carry out your truth which again is love and light). 

If we can unlearn bad behaviors (and in case you didn't know, you can!), then we can un-program bad beliefs too.  Back to this 11:11:11 Gateway, you are being given the opportunity to break free/step out of/change into who you are and take action to make your life/existence better. It is a time to remember and reunite all parts of yourself. And a special message  for Twinflames:

The time is now dear ones.  Things may not appear different, but they are. Your twinflamess may not appear different, but they are.  It is necessary now to step into your full power of acceptance and love for yourself and your twin.  Remember, that what you experience in your reality is being experienced in their reality and vice versa. So if you are undergoing great change and challenges, so too is your twin.  The more awakened twin may ride through a little easier while the other twin may experience more bumps in the road.  Trust that all will happen as according to your highest good. Your reunions are needed now to set the planet on the path of wholeness and oneness.  The balance of your souls represents the balance of humanity; the coming together represents the coming together of humanity and the fulfillment of your love represents the anchoring of the new earth for humanity.  It is expected that you will fulfill your mission to bring a new experience/view of love to the planet.  It is with great anticipation we say to you that the time is now.  It is with love, honor and respect that we bring this message to you. ~Masters of Light

Energy Thoughts: Reclaim Your Power

Welcome to your new reality. By now you should be getting glimpses of where your new reality falls softly upon the earth.

Imagine for one moment that all the things have been surfacing/scaring/freaking you out over the last few weeks/months/even years was all on purpose?  Designed to help you clear your path for what it is you say you would like to manifest. Making the path more smooth for this new realty that you are walking/running/speeding into.  Yes, the bleeps/bumps/bruises that you have had to endure are there on purpose.   Did you rethink/recheck your plans or even your destination?  Now, take a deep breath and let that thought sink slowly into your energy field and feel your way through it.  Does it make any sense to you now, with this knowledge, that all you had to go through brought you here and now?  (If not take/allow a little more time for that message to sink down into you.)  That is what has been happening/is happening since the shift into 2012. The astrological events that have been transpiring have coincided with the greatest shift within humanity's consciousness.  It is not by accident that you are here now and that the planets alignments are such--this is what you and all of humanity has been waiting for--the opportunity to reclaim your power.

There is no one in control--no one in the driver seat, but you.  Ahh--yes, what about God you ask.  Well, God/Spirit/Source/Higher Power whichever word you wish to use is right there inside of you.  It is the divine spark within you that utilizes your life experiences/environment/DNA/thought forms/beliefs internally and externally to create your reality.  Yes, there is a beautiful energetic source of all love, but what really matters most is not the so called source outside of you. No, what matters most is that you are searching/reaching for what you already have inside of you.   I think of the story,  "The Wizard of Oz" when I think to explain this. Like Dorothy's experience/journey down the yellow brick road on her way to the Emerald City, she meets challenges/obstacles/friends along the way, sounds familiar right?   All the talk and all the belief that this Great Wizard could provide Dorothy and her friends with what they were looking for, in the end wasn't true--but everyone believed it was true, so Dorothy was encouraged to search outside of herself the whole way to the Emerald City having blind faith.  Imagine for one moment if you were Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz or the Cowardly Lion looking for his courage or you were the Tin Man in search of his heart or the Scarecrow in search of his knowing.    At the end of their journey was they found was far less than they expected: a little man behind a curtain pretending to be great/all knowing, someone they had given their power away to. (In some ways, I equate that to religion, and the belief that you do not have a divine connection to God yourself.)  What they found with the Wizard  was the truth that they had it all along inside of them. The power always resided inside of them.  What changed for them, was their perception, and the discovery that the power for all the things they were looking for always resided inside of them.  If you are tired of the way

things are and how they have been playing out, then it is time for you to change your perception.  Be grateful to the universe for providing a forum (astrological alignments/energetic shifts) for you to do just that, by clearing you and making way to remind you of what you have inside of you.  The answers will never be found outside of ourselves.  The answers will always lie within our hearts.  It is up to us to quiet our mind,  find our way along the journey (the yellow brick road so to speak) and recognize that you will encounter many obstacles, roadblocks (trees throwing apples or flying monkeys) and reclaim our power (Emerald City), but keep moving forward and you will find your way home/heart/courage/knowing.  It really is that simple and yet, that difficult too!

It's the end of May, well into a new season, well into a time of sprouting and new growth.  The next couple of months, I suspect you will encounter great change.  Your life will begin to reflect all the changes that you have so longed for and have worked towards.  Your life will begin to be the embodiment of what it is you put out to the universe--it could be simply a love filled existence or a more complex one, but it reflects what you have been putting your energy towards.  Nothing is locked in permanently, ever; however, this is a train you just got on and I suggest riding it for a little while before making a decision to get off the train.  It will provide you with much needed self love, guidance and hope going forward.  Just remember if we don't like something, then we can change the compass by altering our perception.  Quick tip on how to change your perception in the moment that you are going through something. Stop whatever it is you are doing, pull your car over, hang up the phone, stop the conversation if you have to, but stop.  Take in a five conscious deep breaths.  Now, look at it again. Try this, I promise, it will make a difference.

Energy Thoughts: Magic Carpet Ride

Hello Everyone,

The last week has been the most uneventful week.  As I say that, I think over the week and about how so much has happened.  The week started off with a Mercury moving direct and changing the energy to one of forward movement and then the week slowed down to a sluggishness (complete halt) on Wednesday, but then by Thursday morning I woke with the change in the air.   Even looked right at my clock that revealed the time as 5:55. If you know Angel Numbers at all, or you know my life at all….that number signifies big change in the air.     The whole day seemed to move more quickly than it has in the last couple of months.  Now, I know I said in last week’s update, that it was the fastest Mercury Retrograde ever in terms of time (the truth is that it FELT like the longest ever), but since moving direct energy hadn’t  picked up as quickly as one would have hoped.  I can honestly tell you that I kept hearing after March 6….well it is after March 6 and yep the day moved through rather quickly yesterday and as I sit down to right this it is nearly noon already and I feel like I just got out of bed.    So momentum is picking up/building rather to the explosive/sprouting of the Equinox coming.   

Some of you are in the trenches of hell as one of my friends recently put it to me and others are beginning to come up for air.  Some days in February, I could tell you I didn’t know which category I was residing in because all day long every day it seemed to changed back and forth, but I am happy to announce that I in the latter.  Air anyone?  I have lots of new, fresh air coming into me…I am so grateful!  I feel completely blessed during these miraculous times on the planet.  So it depends on the goggles you are wearing as to what you are experiencing or seeing, but either way you are definitely going to experience this magic carpet ride.   (It is funny, I find since my concussion that while I may have some other deficits with my brain—it appears that my inner vision has expanded a great deal so you are getting some of my visuals I hope through words, for example, the magic carpet ride—I actually saw  Aladdin on his magic carpet. Assuming that is the correct Disney character.  As I type this, my guides laugh and say, does it matter who was riding the carpet?  You all are! Hahaha)

Where is this magic carpet going to take us?  To the land of dreams.  More specifically, where?   Well, on a global level to times of great change.  Exposure of the breaking (tearing) down of the current financial/government/religious systems that have been controlling how people make their way in this world.   In the next couple of months, all eyes are on us (the Americans) to stand up for what  we believe is truth---we are the only country that hasn’t had the breaking down (well yes it has, but there are many that are asleep to the fact that nothing is working or better yet—in denial of it!)  and the next few months give rise to many opportunities to show the world our dissatisfaction. (If you have followed my journey at all, you will know or at least be aware of the many injustices I have experienced since the car accident of last year; though I know many of you do not know the extent of which, but that is not necessary just yet, but believe me I will be speaking out to the world about how the so called medical system, disability system, etc.)  Pay attention to the news that is going to be exposed and shown to the world about what has been happening. Now, I saw news, but I don’t mean CBS, NBC, ABC---that news is all controlled and does very little at informing you what really is happening in the  world.  For example: I’d like to pique your interest, with the following bits of new stories for you to search on your own.  Iceland jailing their bankers and giving the money back to the people or taking back their government.  Protestors at the White House were arrested simply for protesting fracking.     As an earth human, it is our responsibility to make this world a better place.  Stand in your truth, find others that are standing in the same truth and gather together to transform the world you live in.   It sounds a little daunting of a task to tear down the system that has been in place for so long, but if you ask anyone who is living by way of this broken system you will see that it is anything but working!  If you can get past your old beliefs/ideas/energy that has been driven into you (rammed into your brain) by society you will be able to come to terms with the fact that things are possible outside of the constructs of mainstream belief systems/societal structures, etc.

As for on a more personal level,  the carpet is taking us to the land of our dreams/changes/transformations.  You’ve been dreaming right? Clearing out the old baggage/careers/relationships/people?  (If not, get clearing because the universe doesn’t like to create from sloppiness.)  This really is the time for your dreams to start sprouting up for you/come true!  Magic is happening at the very core of each soul on the planet –whether they are aware of it or not and whether they like it or not….it is their soul’s truth trying to surface.  Remember, last report, I told you that it would be really tough for those that still have work to do(read: those not embracing their inner truths).    Are you making way for your inner truth?  Are you listening to the divine guidance inside of you?  If you are, then you are going to begin to see (if you haven’t already) the sprouting of the long awaited dreams to make their  way into your physical reality.   If you are not listening to your inner truth, then those things that have been preventing you from dreams will make their way more loudly/clearly into your physical reality.    I know most of you know where you lie when it comes to this inner truth issue so you will know what is sprouting up: weeds to be removed or flowers to enjoy. 

Meanwhile, I started this report on Friday morning and never finished so I am finishing this now.  Here in the northeast, we had a beautiful sunshine day yesterday so I needed to get a little sun and spent a lovely day with lovely people for a baby shower (for those of you who really know me that is literally my first social event since my car accident of 2013—it was the perfect day to escape!)  I woke up this morning (Spring ahead was last night) and it feels the energy is shift forward, looks like that caution flag from last week is getting ready to be taken down.   This morning, is yet another beautiful spring day and as I looked out my window…the most beautiful Hawk appeared on the tree outside my window—feeling so blessed.  I feel like he is a the harbinger of good news, magic and miracles!  Spring really is the time of planting and sprouting.  New ideas/truths/beliefs are and will be popping up both globally and even personally.  It might not be time just yet, but start writing those ideas down, storing them for in the very near future you will see the time will be right for you to start manifesting those.  You are going to want to move forward soon and the with the coming energy this month the momentum of breaking free will keep coming up.   The closer we get to the spring the more the energy of wanting to be free will surface.  So no need to worry if you are someone in the category of having things to break free from.  It is time!  I’m getting that image of a magic carpet again...this time with me and my beloved floating freely forward with little puffy hearts as the fuel (popping up all around us—yes my vision looks very animated! Lol) …It really is all about love in this life.  J  I know where my magic carpet ride is taking me…where is yours taking you?   

Energy Thoughts: Something's Gotta Give

Hello Everyone,

Buckle your seatbelts, we are in for quite the ride!   This week the energy is building like water in a dam and once Mercury goes direct, it will feel like the opening of the floodgates.  This can have many meanings for each individual undergoing life's changes at this time.  I was reading a comment that someone on Facebook had posted, it said, "Something's Gotta Give."  Then, I went to look for a movie to watch on HULU, as that is my only source of entertainment, as I do not have television.  The first movie that popped up for me was Something's Gotta Give.  As I type this, I have a vision of a dress that is too tight and is busting out at the seams, personally I like the visual of the dam holding back the waters.  That "something's gotta give" is this new moon energy of Saturday, March 1st (my birthday--hmmm how magical).  And it is giving--giving us the opportunity to set the tone for the next several months.  This is only the beginning of two months of mass energy pushing forward.

I would like to say that all is good and all will be great, but truly it depends where you are on your path to ascension.  Some of you will coast (more like slammed) through to a new beginning; seeing all that you have desired popping up like daffodils as things begin to manifest for you in your physical world. Yes, I do believe that what you have been holding onto as your truth, even to the dismay of others, will begin to manifest itself into your physical reality.   For myself,  I'm holding out for the miracle of physical healing to my body (I still believe it is possible) and because I am in the business of making miracles happen, I know it will.  I'm also expecting the reunion with my twinflame to appear in ways I couldn't even imagine.   The next couple of days is your opportunity to think about your miracle.  What is the miracle that you have been holding onto/waiting for/expecting?   This energy feels promising for those of us living in our hearts; of course, during the next couple months you will need (be required/expected) to remain in your hearts no matter what transpires.  Don't think it's a challenge?  It may be for some.  For others, I'm sure you have had your practice.  Either way, spend time quietly every day to make room for your heart to balance all else.

On the other hand, others may experience the floodgates opening in ways that their feelings begin to emerge from suppression,  placing their heart/soul's truth front and center.  With the heart/soul truth front and center, these people will be required (forced) to learn to navigate through their hearts.   What decisions/choices does that take you to?  When energy like this is being felt, it makes way for all kinds of chaos to appear in your world and the outer world as well.  I looked up the word, chaos, for all of you wondering what the real definition is and yes, it is what you thought: complete disorder and confusion. Now if you've been trying real hard to suppress your feelings/emotions/desires or making yourself fit/stifled/stuck with where you are, you may really begin to feel this way because a new moon in Pisces is all about heart/soul truth.
 
Wherever you are on the spectrum of experiencing this new moon energy, one thing is for sure--no one is immune.  Everyone will begin to experience a little of this moon's magic for better or for worse. I know that doesn't sound so optimistic, but it is all perception, dear ones.

What does this mean in real terms?  There are things that most people don't tell you...there is a whole energy that has kept humanity blocked for sometime, and will continue to do so, if it is allowed.  This is the old paradigm, which has no basis any longer in this energy; except that it is only being supported by those who do not question. Question everything, I say!

For example let's talk about the movie, the Secret. It points us in the direction of the old paradigm, not the new.  Yes, the law of attraction--oh everyone loved that movie, The Secret.  I saw it long before it became popular and I remember thinking, but what about the feelings?  Feelings are the navigation tool and they have to match the words. It isn't as simple as saying what you want and it will manifest; you need to bring yourself into alignment with what it is you desire. You can say, "I am happy." or "I am abundant." or even "I am healthy." all that you want, but until you feel that it is a real possibility (and you work at clearing your energy/karma/lessons regarding those things) then it doesn't happen.  Unfortunately, it creates a self -sabotaging cycle where you beat yourself up not knowing how to change that or worse, you wonder what you did wrong.  In the old paradigm, focusing solely on things outside of yourself (ie saying what you want) gives your power away because you haven't learned to match the feelings with the words.  Old paradigm likes to keep you powerless; leading you to believe you have no power to create the world you want.  I want to tell you that you've done nothing wrong!  You are powerful beyond all measure!  You've come here to learn, clear and pave the road for a new consciousness.  But in order to do so, you must pave the way from your heart (new paradigm) not your head (old paradigm).  So if you have some clearing/karma things to be handled to flow from your heart then get on it, if you are not already.  Once you begin, the process will run smoothly and miraculously.  This is how you bring yourself into alignment with that which you desire.

The beauty of the coming months is that the time is now for manifesting the new earth/your physical reality/the paved road. Those of us that have been doing the growing (work/clearing/craziness) are ready and  have gotten/are getting the visions of the future world we intend to create.  I know for myself, I've had ideas/inventions/inspirations/visions of the new earth I intend to create since 2005, but as I was often told, the time is not right (my guides often told me).  And here we are, nearly 10 years later and Spirit is finally giving me and others the go ahead.  But it isn't a full blown go ahead so much as it is a green light followed up with a caution flag.  If  you know auto racing at all (I used to, in my past life in this lifetime.) then you would know that the two flags together would mean you are going forward, but with caution.  You as a driver are definitely not going very fast, but fast enough to continue on.  That is a perfect analogy for going forward in this energy because before you rebuild something, the old has to be broken (destroyed); therefore, caution is recommended because you don't want to rebuild on a weak foundation. Instead, you want to rebuild the foundation too!



No matter the human chaos around us, it is always possible to stay safe/balanced/at peace within.  Remember this as you go forward and see the changes that will begin to take place in your world, externally or internally.
