Energy Thoughts: Your Soul's Truth

Hello Fellow Beings of Light,

Oh boy, we have been through the ringer the last few months and then some=, haven't we?  Did you feel the energy shift into an upswing with the advent of May?  Life seemed to get a bit better (read: more bearable) and the energy a little lighter (read: or is it that we are embodying more light) and the waves of light hitting our planet are not as harsh (the waves are the same and even stronger) as they once were?  We have been upgraded and it is reflected in the light quotient that our body is able to hold.  I definitely feel that is the likely
reason it doesn't feel as harsh.  With that being said, we are entering Mercury Retrograde today and it is in the vibration of the new moon too!

If you notice over the last few days in preparation for this Mercury Retrograde, the energy of confusion has begun to set in, but not without the feeling of change pervading your every waking thought.  This energy is powerful and kick-ass.  It is all about transformation, get ready because this Mercury Retrograde will toss you forward on the highway of life and you will have to be at full speed to not miss your ride.  Watch as people from the past come in and try to hitch a ride with you or to derail you.  Will they hitch a ride, skip the ride or slow you down?  This energy will welcome much discernment on your part.  I feel you will be tried and tested during this time not only in communication and electronics (which always seems to be a thing to watch out for during this retrograde), but with regard to relationships, long-term goals and even short term goals.  Where do you see yourself on this path?  Do you find that you are clear about what it is you wish to attain or do you find yourself getting clouded over by old things that you thought were once gone and have re-surfaced again?  The universe always provides us with an opportunity to clear and remove things during this time.

I woke up this morning with a bit of a haze and wanting to sleep in and snuggle up with my pillow a little longer. The sky was cloudy with a little sun peeking through--quite symbolic of this energy.  Cloudy with a side of clarity?  For me,  I feel more of the longing to be with my love, my twinflame, my beautiful soul that is my other half--it has been awhile since I have felt this longing, but not a longing out of desperation, more of a longing to be basking in that love and that I so remember at the core of my soul.   He is yet to extricate himself from his situations and still, it is without a doubt that I hold his love in my heart and he holds mine in his.  The clarity is there--now to penetrate the clouds with more clarity.

What are you experiencing at this time?  Are there truths that are known to you that perhaps you have allowed life's day to day responsibilities to get in the way of?  Are there truths that maybe you have allowed another's perceptions to sway you to overlook your truths?  Are you afraid that  the truth may change the very way you live your human life? I'm not talking the truth of the grass is green and the sky is blue--I'm talking down to the core truths, soul truths, the reason that you are here on the planet at this time truths.  Do you not remember your soul's mission?  Each of us on this planet at this time have chosen to incarnate to carry out the mission of helping Gaia and all her inhabitants evolve in consciousness.   That means the longer we refuse to listen to the promptings of our soul or even give our soul the time to "speak" then the longer we linger in the ick of life, and the longer it will take humanity to go through this evolutionary period.  Humanity has been cloaked in fear/darkness for far too long, and has not been free to really live without the programming of the darker entities and beings on this planet.

As of last September Equniox, I mentioned in one of my posts that the LIGHT has overcome the darkness--a shift has happened.   Now, we are experiencing the fall out effects of the Light penetrating into the darker areas.  For example have you noticed the rise of earthquake and volcanic activity in recent months? It is a physical representation of what is going on inside of each and every one of us, every physical geographic location on the planet and all of our systems socially, locally and globally.  We are being

prompted by our soul to shake free from the "chains of the past" whether it be from traditions, beliefs, obligations, relationships, careers, geographic locations, etc.  Some people are doing it explosively, while others it may take an "explosion" of sorts for real change to occur. How do you avoid the fallout you ask? 
You can't, but you can "weather" it just fine if you focus on your soul and use love as the great motivator; for loving yourself will free you from many things that are not yours. Much has been implanted into humanity by way of beliefs/truths/struggles.  We are not meant to struggle here upon the earth and yet, it has become an accepted part of reality for many to experience or watch as others struggle.  This is not a truth of the light--it is a truth of enslavement to fear/dark/control/manipulation.   It is time to take seriously the nudgings of your soul because I promise you as time moves forward as it always does (but this time with lightning speed) the nudgings will become much more than a nudge from your soul. While you are in this Mercury Retrograde over the next several weeks allow your soul's truth to be louder than anything else.  In some instances your soul will prompt you to change/leave/renew/recreate/reestablish/transform, there is no need to fear what will become of family/friends/loved ones if we listen to the truth of our soul because once our soul has been heard and followed, then all those around us will not only begin to listen to their souls too, but we will have fulfilled our soul contracts with them.  What a concept and a thought, huh?  To think that leaving a relationship may actually mean fulfilling your soul contract.  If you haven't been listening to your soul then you do not yet know what your soul contract is with those around you.  Pay attention dear ones, you may be trying to avert the truth of your current relationship to forgo the pain, when in the wings awaits your soul's love, soul's flame, your soul's other half.  The time is now for reunions to commence....and so they are.

New Moon is here prompting us to make those transitions we have been wanting to, but remember that Mercury Retrograde is here too.  Yes, Mercury Retrograde messes with us a little especially if we are not staying in our soul's truth and staying in our power.  Power is not about external things or control--it is simply knowing your light, knowing your boundaries and maintaining your truth.

Inspirational Snippet: Open Your Heart

Good Day Beloveds, 

 I feel so much love surrounding me and so much love within me to spread around the globe.  I came across this quote and wanted to share it as a bit of inspiration to you today.

“As one can see when the eyes are open, so one can understand when the heart is open.”--Hazrat Inayat Khan The Bowl of Saki

This makes beautiful sense to me, does it to you?  I know the first part of the quote speaks to us in terms of seeing what is.  Often we choose to see what we want to see and many times it is a narrow focus, or more often, we choose to be in denial of what is rather than how we would like to perceive things.  Many times we live in denial of what is which leaves us little room to change it.  When our eyes are open, willing to see, we can change everything.

The second part is perhaps a little harder to comprehend so I am going to try and help you through it.  How many times do we use the phrase “I don’t know” to describe our situation to someone, to respond to what we are feeling or what we say to ourselves when we can’t figure it out?  Do we do that because we sincerely do not know?  If that is the case, then our heart is not really open because when our heart is open we always know loud and clear what it is we know.  My feeling is that we all have our hearts open enough to know what it is we know. (some more than others)   I think we tend to use that phrase to go into denial of what it is we know?  I know I have been guilty from time to time in using that phrase.  I even used to joke and say that I learned how to say it in every language when I was younger.  Interesting, I didn’t learn how to say it in Arabic when I was in Egypt, nor in Hebrew as I am studying that right now. It is almost an immediate response in our society.  It gives us permission to stop feeling—but in stopping the feeling we don’t get to feel all of our feelings and hence it closes our hearts.   The next time you are inclined to say “I don’t know”  take a moment before responding and check in with your heart to “feel” what it is you do know.  Give yourself permission to know.  It may not be something you share or it may be.  Either way,  honor your heart by listening to it. That is the gift of having our heart open.  That is the way to more understanding and transformation in your life.  Simply put, that is how you open your heart.

Energy Thoughts: Are You Invested in the New Energy?

Hello Everyone,

Wow the last couple of weeks have been a massive shift in the energy.  I can't believe how different I feel and appear. I even had my hair cut (like really cut) for the first time in five years with the red highlights I've been desiring for some time.  About 10-12 inches were cut off...but I still have hair on my head and I love it.  I mean I really love the change--it is almost like capping off all the dramatic changes I have made over the last several weeks (read: years, but particularly this last Eclipse Season catapulted me further forward).  Have you notice equivalent changes in you, your life, the people around you?  Does the world look different to you?  Oh boy, I can see the difference so vividly (read: separation in ideals).  If you have, you are not alone. If you haven't then that means you need a little more retreat time away from technology, television and

mainstream life.  Take a technology break and spend some time alone and in nature.  I promise if you do, realizations will pop up for you left and right.  The unfortunate thing with this time on our planet (particularly in America) there are far too many distractions being pumped out, by the darker vibes on the planet through media, business, government to name a few.  Those distractions pull us away from the core of who we are, why we are here and what our mission is.

What does the world looking different to all of us mean? It means we are now walking on two earths!  Yes, the separation has begun and the reunion has begun. What?  How can that be?  I will let my beautiful Starbeing brothers and sisters explain.

In 1986, humanity gathered together in a higher dimension and made the decision to move forward with the earth's transition.  In essence, the Earth's transition was never performed in such a way that humans remained in physical bodies on her as she transformed and changed into a higher vibrational frequency. This has always occurred with a very clear end for humans and a very clear beginning. (Simply put the raise in human consciousness usually occurs after a life-death earth cycle. You ultimately would come back in with a higher frequency while the earth raised its vibration when you were in your "plane of transition". Instead, we have chosen to undergo this change while still being incarnated.)  This was known as the Harmonic Convergence.  Many have channeled this information to you, for they have been preparing all of you for what was to come, for this time on the planet.  With the advent of the Harmonic Convergence, we, the Galactic Federation of Light, have gathered together to assist you beautiful humans with your mission of transformation.  We knew it would not be easy for so many of you because there were, and are, powers in place that are resistant to the changes that would occur.  At this time, we began much more contact with humans that were ready and already in their period of  growth and expansion.  We have been providing information to humanity for thousands of years in different ways; however, it wasn't until now that you are all gaining clarity that much assistance came to you from us, the beings of light or as EstaRa likes to call us Aliens. (They are laughing! Alien by definition describes not belonging to the physical, geographical location. But rest assured, they belong because they are part of us.) Thank you EstaRa for that explanation, for some of your earth beings will not comprehend this as easily as you have. Best to address them with humor.  Our mission is to provide you information, guidance and assistance to make your journey upon the earth most beneficial for you, her (Mother Earth) and all inhabitants upon the planet as you undergo transformation.  We wish to impart much wisdom to you, for we know that only then will you see the picture greater than your human day to day lives. Over the last 29 earth years, we have been assisting our ground crew (those are the members of the Star Nations who have volunteered to incarnate physically on this planet--and yep that likely includes you, the one reading this!) in anchoring and activating the light grids that run through the physical and auric fields of the Earth.  She has been ready to undergo that change since that time; however, it was necessary for humanity to make shifts in their consciousness and many of you have done so willingly.  There are some that were prompted by personal traumas (serious illness, accidents, loss, etc.) that assisted you in removing yourself from places, situations and relationships that were not conducive to your growth and expansion as a soul.  You have all chosen to be here at this time on the planet for it is what we honor most about each of you. You were given this opportunity for you knew you would be enmeshed in human drama, pain and suffering, but you knew you could pull out and do it differently than those before you.   Several years later, many of you began to anchor the new earth template. The final anchoring occurred around 2012 and 2013. EstaRa appreciates our not giving exact dates as she is well aware that our timelines are different than your timelines because from where we are time is inconsequential.   The earth has been over-layed with a new earth. (This is the layering of the new earth over the old earth.; the multidimensional earth that I often speak of.)     This over-lay has been in place to accommodate all levels of human ascension. It is a temporary anchoring while the transition of dimensions occurs.  That information will shall save for another channel.  This over-lay is allowing humans to be drawn to like-minded individuals, it is allowing for humans to completely change the direction they are going in and remember who they are, or as we like to say, an opportunity to reinvent themselves.  This is a temporary situation with two templates. (Temporary by our human standards, but there are still some years to go.)  There will come a time when this over-lay will no longer exist as it has been anchored to be, instead there will be a type of separation within humanity over the next several years.  We have urged you to remember who you are for that is the deciding factor onto which earth energy you are closely connected to and which template you are drawn to.  Within this separation will be greater opportunity for connection and unity to like-minded indivudials.    It will allow humanity to bring together balance, truth and harmony.  But first, humanity must find where their energy is amplified and expanded. We wish you to know that we do understand that these are difficult times for humanity and it will not let up just yet, but we have provided tools through EstaRa and many other teachers over the years, and will continue to do so; that will greatly benefit you moving through the transformation of your planet. There is a time we see that humanity will revel at all they have accomplished looking back over this time period. We wish for you to appreciate what you do every day even if you do not feel or realize what a powerful being you are, we ask you to accept and know how you live directly impacts how the others in your world lives.  Each decision that you make brings you closer to the template of the earth that is more in alignment with your place in ascension.   We love honor and respect the Earth and all her inhabitants. We wish for you to allow this message to flow within your awareness.  Simply take in a couple deep breaths for integration after you have read this.  We thank EstaRa for being a channel to her family of light. Getting back to the changes in humanity.  Have you noticed what society looks like?  Have you walked around to see those around you?  I have to say that I have in the last couple of years been surrounded by a shroud of physcial pain, concussion confusion and narrow focus when I left my home.  But in the last few weeks since the Equinox, I have been more observant of humanity around me.  There are such unrealistic standards for people and what is expected of them, their bodies and their livelihoods. I mean some of the things I am seeing are making me realize how different I am, but in a good way--I wouldn't change me for

anything!  (I know I have been on this journey a lot longer than some of you and have delved deeper into my soul for sometime, but I never saw the awareness of how far "away" I am from what is mainstream--I mean I've never really bought into mainstream once I started this part of my journey, but now it is so deeply recognizable in terms of where my focus is, where their focus is and just in general what I consider important and priority to what mainstream world considers important and priority.  I've always been different, but I have to admit yesterday, I was in my local Big Y and I left there feeling like I was literally dropped down here out of nowhere. (Like an Alien! hahaha)  I felt like I was watching people, but wasn't part of them.   I am not removing personal responsibility from the equation, but what is being "pumped out" to each of us through news, media, government, corporations is beyond comprehension in a human way--it overstimulates the brain causing us to shut down and be prodded along.  We often learn to stop thinking for ourselves and allow the external influences of society take over telling us who we are and why we are here. We have forgotten who we are and the unrealistic expectations that have been placed upon us, from what clothes to wear to what size you should be to needing to feel insecure if you are not like others, is old energy frequency!  

I have been diligently working with my guides to bring more awareness to all of us about preparing us to jump into the new energy frequency. We can access our innate capabilities of intuition, and disengage from some of the more mind-controlled things that are/have been prevalent, but it can't happen without your willingness to let your insecurities, fears and judgments go.  I have begun to perform Energy Body Upgrades and Alignments once again which are a great way to utilize healing energy from the Star Beings to assist with some of this.

On the other side of things, I am finding more and more of my soul family and deeply grateful for it.  I find more awakened souls that are seeing my light (no more living in cognito--people see our light!!).  I find friendliness and connection is what most people are looking for.  The new energy is about accepting people for where they are at, not forcing them to fit into something/someone. It is about putting our food quality and safety above profits, about putting our fellow human's physical, mental and emotional wellness above political agendas and corporate greed, about seeing through the eyes of love not judgment, and more.  I'd rather not go on, but if you would like to explore more of this with me, please do contact me as I would like to get the conversation started at least here locally to start in CT.  So I leave you with this, a kind smile here and there is all that is needed to break up the old energy!  Shall we do this?   I know I already invested in the new energy, what about you?

Inspirational Snippet: Freedom & Renewal

Happy Day to all my friends, family and beings of light---Happy Passover, Happy Easter....Happy Full Moon!

What a truly magical time it is for us all to enjoy on our planet.  Today, marks the energy of the Lunar Eclipse on this Full Moon. Why you ask? Perhaps you didn't ask why, but I am going to tell you why I feel it is an auspicious time. The Full Moon represents manifestation and the Lunar Eclipse represents closing the "eclipse sandwich of transformation and change" and puts a closure to the past, particularly as this last eclipse cycle we are closing lifetimes of karmic lessons. (Read: the lessons that have cycled over and over in previous lifetimes, and perhaps you have seen them cycle over and over in this life will finally have some closure.  Perhaps not all lessons--because I guess we wouldn't need to be here on earth if we finished everything we came here to do? Some food for thought.)  We are in the beginning stages of humanity fully manifesting the new human.

It is also officially Passover, a holiday celebrating the liberation of the Jews from Egypt.    More than the simple, traditional, historical journey out of Egypt, more globally--it represents to me freedom, freedom of our soul.  Let this holiday be a reminder that we no longer need to be chained to the ideas of the past, the victimization of the past, the pain and suffering of the past; instead, let this holiday be a reminder that we are as free as we allow ourselves to think and feel.  It is the time to remember that we are the one in charge, we are the creator and we create in every way you think, feel and act.  My advice is to free yourselves from situations/relationships/careers/locations that have been holding you back because dear ones, you are the one allowing those things to hold you back--you are FREE. Shout it out to the world, I am free.
 
Tomorrow is Easter, a holiday representing Jesus Christ rising from the dead.  Again, I feel this time is much more than the simple, traditional, historical view of the holiday.  Instead, I think globally it represents the renewal of humanity--the re-NEW-ed Human.  Your human templates are being upgraded and changed to reflect a more evolved human on this earth, a more evolved human consciousness.  With this knowledge dear ones, will you go about your life as "business/living as usual" or will you take the liberty of renewing your life as well, and allowing yourself to become who you really are--not what society/tradition/family expectations of you are.

With the swirling energies of closure, freedom, renewal and manifestation, these are auspicious times dear ones.  Let me say that again, Auspicious times. I wonder for us all, what powerful, miraculous things will happen in our lives in the weeks to come.

Energy Thoughts: Is Your Boat Being Rocked?

 Good Day Beings of Love,

April has arrived just in time in CT....we had snow up until Tuesday night.  I look out the window today and still see remnants of this winter's snowfall still on the ground.  It is quite symbolic.  Look at your life right now, what do you see?  Remnants of the old you still encircling you?  Perhaps you are seeing old ways of coping showing up in your life, even things you thought you have long ago dropped away.  Do you feel  overwhelmed?  Have you felt yourself more exhausted, but at the same time raring for something to go forward? I have to say since last Wednesday I have been in bed earlier than ever--sleeping longer than I have in years and then I moved over the weekend into all this extra energy at night, but not knowing what to do with myself. I want to read , study, commune with nature, walk or go somewhere, but the energy is not yet there. Physically, I am not there yet, but mentally and emotionally I am there.

The physical reality/body is the last to receive the changes that you have made.  It is also the last to experience the clearing too.  Know that you are right on target for that new beginning I've been talking about.  We have been smack dab in the middle of the eclipse sandwich that began on the Spring Equinox with the Solar Eclipse.  We will be closing the Eclipse Sandwich on Saturday, April 4th with the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.  Talk about power?  Wow!    This time is so powerful because we are closing the doorway to the past:  What past some of you may ask?   Past life pain that has been relived over and over again in various forms in various lifetimes, oh yes, the situations may not be identical, but we carried stuff in. Oh and for those of you who are unsure if you have been here before, let me reassure you--you have been.  You have journeyed here several times which means you have developed some phenomenal wisdom and some not so great habits/beliefs.  The children coming in now are the ones that may not have been here before.  (I say the situations may not be identical, but I remember when I met my twinflame, I had met another man the same time.  The situation was quite identical from a past life that I lived in the late 1700's in Queens, New York.  Guess where they were both living at the time  I met them? Guess where I started working? Yep, you guessed it! Ironically, that lifetime kept showing itself to me in many different ways for years, until I started to piece things together that were similar in this lifetime, and finally with my trip to Egypt, I was able to let that drama go.) Now, not everyone remembers their past lives as I do, but everyone does carry core beliefs/dramas/pain--ultimately fear, from lifetime to lifetime and it is recognizable by the many blocks we face over and over again in this current lifetime.  It is only when we stop the cycle by actively choosing to fall in love with ourself that we begin to discover those karmic lessons/experiences.

This energy that has you going in all directions up/down/sideways/backwards/forward over the last couple of weeks specifically is a magnificent power house of energy clearing.   This is an incredible opportunity to clean up our soul's road map by way of releasing those lessons/experiences for good.  It is the time that many of us have been waiting for, but hey --nothing and no one will save us because guess what ?  We are the ones we are waiting for.  We (and every other being in the universe) have been waiting for us to break free from the darker prevalent energy on our planet: the unworthiness, the the lack, the fear, the the anger, the pain, the suffering, the sacrificing, the chains of our planet's past to name a few.   Now is the time for us to step into that new role as the new human we are being converted into during these high energy, volatile times.

This weekend's full moon lunar eclipse is going to be miraculous for all to see--it will not only appear blood red in the sky, but it will open the floodgates of manifestation.  This energy is continuing to slough off the past and that will carry you forward on your journey.  While this eclipse closes the last couple weeks of intense vibrations penetrating into all aspects of our lives, it also marks the beginning of alterations that will create the new you.  Yes, it will still be you the mushy, soft marshmallow on the inside (to steal an analogy from last posting), but a different exterior for the world to see.  The changes up until now have all been internal; internal awakenings and internal sparks, but now, those changes, if they haven't already begun to, will seep through into your very real, physical reality/being.   People will begin to see the raw, real version of you, the true angelic being that you are.  Trust me when I say, those internal changes will no longer be hidden.  So those of you staying in relationships/jobs/locations/situations that have long past their karmic expiration dates, you can no longer hide it from those around.  (truth: as if you really could.)   I remind you all that we are all on different rungs of the Ascension ladder so have patience with one another and trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be and the other people around you are too. I know, I know it is much easier said than done.  So, how to handle the following days, weeks, months of this "coming out" to the world as you, the new improved human?  Well, for each of us, the journey is unique, but  I will end this message with a few, simple things you can do everyday to maneuver through, make things a bit more smooth (read: maintain balance while the boat is being rocked so you don't tip over).

Some quick tips for you:

1. Stay Grounded.  The more you are connected to Gaia, the more she can support you through these changes.  She is going through the changes as well.
2. Stay Hydrated.  Drink plenty of water every day and add a little lemon for a detoxing effect.  Did you know that lemon water helps to detox your emotions too? Most people know it as a liver cleanser--well guess what emotion gets caught in the liver: anger.  Boy, do we have that coming up  during this release.
3. Meditation.  Get quiet for at least 15 minutes a day.  Step away from the communications with the outer world and get more connected to the silence, so you can hear more of your inner world--it will guide you.
4. Stay focused on your dreams, open to the possibilities even if they seem near impossible.
5. Trust in the flow...everything is fluid in this energy...it moves and changes easily so just allow.

when you put them all together what do you get?  A Rebirth--the birthing of a new, improved you--a human that will defy logic, make the impossible possible and unveil the new earth magic to create a whole new reality for all, one with love at the center of 

everything. 

Say good bye to the old ways of doing things because look out human world, the new earth multidimensional being of light is about to spring forward with their true mission.
