Energy Thoughts: Take Action

Hello Everyone,
We are in the week leading up to the Easter Holiday for many and Passover has begun for many others. While you may know I was raised as a Catholic, you may also remember that I studied Judaism so it is always an interesting time for me during the holidays.  I don't feel the tradition any more, I don't feel the use of following traditions when they are not in alignment with my highest good.  What I do find valuable this week is to reflect upon my life and see where I am and where I want to be and how far I have to go to get there.  What is perfect is that my new-found tradition is right in alignment with the energy we are now experiencing.  We just experienced the blood moon and moved through the Full Lunar Eclipse in the wee hours of April 15th.  Powerful, I say.  This energy has packed quite the wallop.  I am so amazed by it really.  So many things have come up for me  (and everyone on the planet, I would assume).

I had made a plan to do some real releasing of things lingering or left over or have recently come up for me.  I had planned to go to the beach and have a little ritual by myself. I was surprised when a friend wanted to come by and agreed to join me in the releasing ritual.  Not surprised that she would join me, but surprised at how the universe works.  We took some time wrote out what we were really ready to release. I felt the words flow just as I felt the energy would flow out of me when I was ready to burn away these things.     So we went to the beach where we could safely burn/release into a metal bucket with fire. As we began a very loud bat flew overhead.  Now, if the timing of the bat's flight and the fact that it is too early for a bat to be out in the season is not miraculous enough then when I tell you what it symbolizes you will be amazed.  As a matter of fact, I am going to post what I got here from www.linsdomain.com.  Bat is the symbol of TRANSITION and REBIRTH. A Bat totem appearing in your life is a call for the end of a way of life and the beginning of another.  You must face your greatest fears and get rid of the part of your life that no longer is needed. This transition is very frightening for many:"better the devil you know..." But you will not grow spiritually until the old parts are gone. Face the darkness before you and you will find the light in rebirth.

This message about the Bat is definitely about the Eclipse Energy we are moving through. Do realize that because the eclipse is over physically definitely does not mean that we are out of its energetic impact.   You must all be feeling in some way or another.  

While this may be Easter and Passover time, this week is anything, but a time to Pass Over. This week is all about gathering strength, courage and faith for your tool belt to TAKE ACTION.  Yes, we mean action.   .  This month is all about huge transformations and the energy has been been building since the Equinox to a culmination at this time.   The last week or so, I have been thinking about my own mortality.  Have you?  I mentioned this to others and they have agreed that it has come up for them too. I'm not thinking about mortality in a morbid kind of way; instead, I am thinking of it in the aspect of we only have so long on this planet and well I want to experience everything. It is like the prompting of your soul to guide you to really LIVE YOUR LIFE.  No more holding you back, no more staying stuck. It is time to get up and move forward. It is time to be fully present with who you are and what your soul's purpose/mission is. 

I really began the journey of living my life around 28 the day that I said I was not going to live this way for the rest of my life and I knew I could change it.  At that point,  I really began to embrace who I am, to work on falling in love with me and to move into new directions. (Directions I never even considered, thought of or dreamed. I took risks, faced challenges, jumped on opportunities and really began to live.  This is the kind of facing your Mortality I'm talking about. 

In the last ten years of my business, I have seen so much:  so many different people from all walks of life whether they have come to me for readings, coaching sessions or energy healing sessions.   I watched from the observer role as to how people live.  I look around and I see people working and running around but never really stopping to experience this planet, their body, explore their soul or even love from their heart.  The thing I noticed the most is that people tend to live their life to get away from being alone with themselves. They never question what/why/how they are doing the things that they are in their life.  The common answers are I have to stay where I am whether it is a job/relationship/location because they can't afford to leave or for the kids (they especially use this one to look even less at what their needs are) or they don't even question it because it is what they are supposed to do.  Really?  Is often what I think in my head.  How sad that life passes them by and they have never gotten to fully experience their world. People often live their life based upon other people's expectations never fully knowing who they are or never fully being who they are.   It astounded me how people could be doing so well in one aspect of their life, but when it came to self-love there wasn't any, not even a consideration of it.  The understanding of living from their heart is not there.  Instead, they often take it to mean that loving someone/something else is/was more important than loving themselves.  Now, it didn't totally surprise me because I used to have that as my number one issue too I grew up with the same set of rules (thank God, I changed them!).

Amazing to think that I lived a life like everyone else, but thank God I turned 28 when I did, because the bell went off in my head as a wake up call. I understand it now to be a wake up call...not in a bad way, but in a way that I started to veer off the road I was on. (by the way, I was following the road that everyone else is because it was paved and filled with people.)  Instead, I began to walk that path in the meadow ( you know the one that maybe has one set of footprints which are often yours because you are the only one on that path.)  I didn't know where the path would take me, but I knew I had to get off the paved road everyone else was on because in short, it was killing me.  I tell you all this because the energy we are in is an opportunity for you to get off the "human treadmill of hell" as I like to refer to it. (Now just for haha's, think for a moment about what it is like to be on a treadmill? You are often inside a building, moving, but going nowhere and you are stuck.  Hmmm....if you want to run or walk, why not take advantage of our planet, in a place called nature, ready for you to explore.)    It is time to really look at your life/choices/beliefs and really evaluate where you are/what you are doing.  Back to the mortality, do you really want to be where you are?  There is this amazing window that opened up about a week ago and it will go on at least for the next few weeks for you to feel out your choices...notice I didn't say think ?  It is time to feel what is best for you.  What is in your best and highest good?  What do you want to experience?

I  feel like it is time to really experience the planet and really see what there is. That mortality thing has gotten me to think about how incredible this planet really is and what/how/where/when I would like to experience in this life before I leave it.  I think I only have another 60 years here so I best be experiencing it now.  Before you overburden your schedule next or before you make the decision to work another day/job to pay the bills. Cut back on something that is not necessary. I know many of you spend money thinking that you have to have x,y,z, but the truth is you probably wouldn't miss x,y,z, if you didn't have it. I also find that there seems to be enough time for each person to be on the internet, or doing things to distract themselves or running here or there, but never enought time doing what they love.  Please use this time as your wake up call.    Do you really want to experience the life you are currently in or do you want to experience far more/less?  Do you want to experience the love of you have dreamed of?  Do you want to see what a safari is on TV or do you want to be on Safari? Are you doing what you love? 

Now, I'm going to ask you to read the following questions without thinking about them.  As you read the questions, give yourself about twenty minutes (or more) to answer in a journal/visualize/draw/paint what you feel.  If everything were possible,easily and immediately (for those of you who think to much that means no limitations, no expectations, nothing other than what you desire) what would your life look like?  Who would you have around you? Where would you be?  What would you be doing?

For the past few days now, I have pulled the card, Take Action from my Angel Oracle Deck and well, there isn't a better card for this week.

Now,  TAKE ACTION....make it happen...IT IS POSSIBLE and even more....IT IS TIME!!!  (You did ask me when it would be time to move forward?  Well, here is your answer....it is NOW!)

Energy Thoughts: Floating

Hello dear souls, purveyors of the light,

It is shortly after the March Equinox.  Here in North America, it is the Spring/Vernal Equinox and it has been magical. On the 20th of March, as the Equinox energies made their way to the forefront of time and space, it was felt by many. The gateway opened to dreams that are coming to fruition and coming into reality.  If you have not experienced the spiraling effect of being human upon the planet at this time then you sure have not felt the full circle effect.  Everything is coming back full circle. 


Like a bubble in the air floating with no direction,  being cushioned and carried forward,  that is how we are moving of late.  There is no landing in sight as of yet, but then again that is okay.  I feel like the solid ground hasn't been fully established yet for us to land on.  We are in the midst of changes.  People often talk about the winds of change especially during March, you know the sayings about March Winds, well the energies of March certainly after the Equinox have been preparing us for something we may not know what it is, but it is something.  The floating feeling has been many different things for many different people: confusing/stressful/anticipatory/safe/protected/indecisive/magical/smooth/carefree.  The winds have picked up and have created a whirlwind of change in the air.   Back to the full circle comments from above.  The whirlwind is winding around to where you started to make great changes, but fear had gotten in the way and you stopped changing. It could be 5, 10, 15, 20 even 40 years ago for some, but you are getting that opportunity again. Look at your experiences  Stop for a moment right now...stop reading and think about what it is you are currently experiencing.  Now, does it seem familiar?  It may not be with the exact same person or even the exact same situation, but it likely has the same tone from it, the same lesson.(Or it could be with the same person.)  Perhaps stand back a bit, view it from a different perspective and you will understand what I mean.  (For example: I am experiencing the same back injury/pain that I had when I was 17 years old.  I am also experiencing the same situations and difficulties with the medical profession that I experienced when I was 28 years old.  Different people and different circumstances, even a different me; but this time I am clearing them for good upon my recovery which has become more involved than I had hoped.  I am also experiencing the same things with my twin that I experienced when we first met; but this time I am much more hopeful as he has grown and I have grown too!)  Now that we got that spiral/full circle effect out of the way,  back to the floating bubble.

Here in Connecticut, the last day of March, we experienced an unexpected snowfall that caused all kinds of disturbances because we weren't expecting it;  but by the end of the day,  the sun was shining.  It actually looked like it had never snowed later in the day in some places--nope, not even an April Fool's Joke.  That is the energy and times we are in where anything can happen and anything can change in an instant.  Fasten your seatbelts...its happening, it is changing.  So what do we do with this information?  Wish I had a better answer than go with the flow.  It is the time that we allow things to show themselves to us.  Things, you ask?  Yes, things.  It is time to allow things to show themselves to us such as whatever fears are keeping us back, whatever steps we need to take; basically, whatever is ready to show up in our life, good, bad and indifferent.  Then what, you ask?  Then, you face each thing as it comes head on.   I'd like to emphasize that I feel you should welcome it.  Welcome the love the universe is sending you even if it shows up in ways that appear not in your best interest, perhaps it gives you an opportunity to stand in your power.   (For example, I've been struggling for sometime dealing with the State Health Care System since the day of my car accident, February 14, 2013. And, by no means did I have an easy time or get the proper care right away.  I've been waiting to get in to see a Neurosurgeon since October--yes, since October and I finally got to see a doctor yesterday.  Then I go to the doctor's appointment and find out that I do not have health insurance.  This was horrible--I was angry and quite honestly overwhelmed with one more thing to have to deal with.  But after I made the million phone calls (well not a million, but several hours of phone calls), I am able to breathe and I realize that viewing it as yet another opportunity to speak my truth is really way of exercising my power in this new energy.  Easier to change perspective in this energy than you think.  I share this with you in hopes that you will have similar understanding of your life circumstances and if need be, change your perspective too.) 

The tendency for human nature is to think, think, think and that is not what this energy is asking you to do.  Instead, I am inclined to say that you should go with the flow.   Now the planetary alignments are such that they are creating a bit of tug-of-war internally for you between thinking and going with the flow, but I'm still going to say go with the flow and yet, as I type this I feel that is an understatement because it is what you really need to do.   In this case, go with the flow has much more meaning than you can imagine.  Go  with the FLOW OF YOUR SOUL.  Your soul's voice will get louder and louder and it wants to be heard and wants to be part of the change on this planet.  Are you ready?  I know I sure am.  Follow the guidance of your heart and you will be gently pushed or strongly nudged along until it is time to land.  Let the bubble you are in float you right to where you need to be because soon the time will be to "act"/land and you will know when/where that is. 

I know over the last couple of months I've been feeling the momentum for change has been building inside me.  Then around the Equinox, I felt like I was floating, suspended in air.  It feels like I was/am in a holding pattern, but I wasn't being held back, I actually felt/feel as if  I was still moving forward even if I could not/can not see it.  This is when faith and trust in spirit/god/universe/higher self becomes primary.  It will float you right into your new reality at the divine and perfect timing.  The good news is that I do not believe it is far off for us. I will not use the term soon, as any of you who channel know that the word soon is nearly irrelevant in human time.

For now, I wish you for you to enjoy the floating time because soon you will be called into action and it will be ready for you to land and more work will begin but if you have done your "work" so to speak, it won't feel much like work.

Message about Suicide/Assisted Suicide

Question of the Day:  Message about Suicide/Assisted Suicide from one of my clients.  I received permission to share this information with you all as we both thought it may be helpful.

Question: 

 Hi, April! Happy Spring (almost)! I am interested to know your take, from your intuitive perspective and info from your guides...is there spiritual harm to the "assisted suicide" for people with terminal illness? I feel like we are infinite beings having a human experience in a body, etc. Perhaps we chose to enter that body at a particular time, and perhaps we can choose to leave it when the way we choose??? I don't necessarily think that we are alive so we can suffer. I've read famous psychic authors who have said that they've sensed/experienced the Spirits of those who have committed suicide, and it was a feeling of overwhelming despair...isn't it possible that what they felt was how the person felt before committing the act? I don't buy into the religious arguments... I am very curious as to what you may have experienced or been informed by your guides on this...? Love and Health to you. ~ Kelly

Hi Kelly,Thanks for reaching out to me about your question. I do not agree with others that say the overwhelming despair they feel from a soul who has committed suicide--that is the human ego placing something upon it...perhaps their own judgment based on world religious beliefs. And perhaps some truth to what you suggest in regards to picking up on how the person was before they left this plane. Often when someone commits suicide that is in essence how they feel.My belief and experience tells me that ALL souls (there is no exception) are welcomed home when they pass over in the same way. I believe once we cross over there is a "debriefing" time for souls to clear/disconnect/heal/recover (we all go through this process suicide or not) so that we can review our life upon the Earth Plane.I believe the only "harm" that can be caused is the guilt/feelings associated with someone who is helping a soul to pass such as in assisted suicide.  That is because of the human feelings we have while in physical bodies.  As souls, we know all is love.  My feeling is that it would be another "life experience" imprinted upon their DNA and may be something for them to work through in this life before moving on and/or something to address in a future lifetime--I believe it depends upon the soul's contracts/journey of this lifetime as to whether or not they are "ready" to address those feelings/guilt/shame/etc.As for the soul itself, I believe there are opt out points along the journey that we choose to take or not. It is not something we are consciously aware of, but something that our higher self/spirit knows. If someone is not meant to go at that point, then I believe they would not go.I hope this covers your question and helps to answer it.Love and light, EstaRa

Energy Thoughts: Magic Carpet Ride

Hello Everyone,

The last week has been the most uneventful week.  As I say that, I think over the week and about how so much has happened.  The week started off with a Mercury moving direct and changing the energy to one of forward movement and then the week slowed down to a sluggishness (complete halt) on Wednesday, but then by Thursday morning I woke with the change in the air.   Even looked right at my clock that revealed the time as 5:55. If you know Angel Numbers at all, or you know my life at all….that number signifies big change in the air.     The whole day seemed to move more quickly than it has in the last couple of months.  Now, I know I said in last week’s update, that it was the fastest Mercury Retrograde ever in terms of time (the truth is that it FELT like the longest ever), but since moving direct energy hadn’t  picked up as quickly as one would have hoped.  I can honestly tell you that I kept hearing after March 6….well it is after March 6 and yep the day moved through rather quickly yesterday and as I sit down to right this it is nearly noon already and I feel like I just got out of bed.    So momentum is picking up/building rather to the explosive/sprouting of the Equinox coming.   

Some of you are in the trenches of hell as one of my friends recently put it to me and others are beginning to come up for air.  Some days in February, I could tell you I didn’t know which category I was residing in because all day long every day it seemed to changed back and forth, but I am happy to announce that I in the latter.  Air anyone?  I have lots of new, fresh air coming into me…I am so grateful!  I feel completely blessed during these miraculous times on the planet.  So it depends on the goggles you are wearing as to what you are experiencing or seeing, but either way you are definitely going to experience this magic carpet ride.   (It is funny, I find since my concussion that while I may have some other deficits with my brain—it appears that my inner vision has expanded a great deal so you are getting some of my visuals I hope through words, for example, the magic carpet ride—I actually saw  Aladdin on his magic carpet. Assuming that is the correct Disney character.  As I type this, my guides laugh and say, does it matter who was riding the carpet?  You all are! Hahaha)

Where is this magic carpet going to take us?  To the land of dreams.  More specifically, where?   Well, on a global level to times of great change.  Exposure of the breaking (tearing) down of the current financial/government/religious systems that have been controlling how people make their way in this world.   In the next couple of months, all eyes are on us (the Americans) to stand up for what  we believe is truth---we are the only country that hasn’t had the breaking down (well yes it has, but there are many that are asleep to the fact that nothing is working or better yet—in denial of it!)  and the next few months give rise to many opportunities to show the world our dissatisfaction. (If you have followed my journey at all, you will know or at least be aware of the many injustices I have experienced since the car accident of last year; though I know many of you do not know the extent of which, but that is not necessary just yet, but believe me I will be speaking out to the world about how the so called medical system, disability system, etc.)  Pay attention to the news that is going to be exposed and shown to the world about what has been happening. Now, I saw news, but I don’t mean CBS, NBC, ABC---that news is all controlled and does very little at informing you what really is happening in the  world.  For example: I’d like to pique your interest, with the following bits of new stories for you to search on your own.  Iceland jailing their bankers and giving the money back to the people or taking back their government.  Protestors at the White House were arrested simply for protesting fracking.     As an earth human, it is our responsibility to make this world a better place.  Stand in your truth, find others that are standing in the same truth and gather together to transform the world you live in.   It sounds a little daunting of a task to tear down the system that has been in place for so long, but if you ask anyone who is living by way of this broken system you will see that it is anything but working!  If you can get past your old beliefs/ideas/energy that has been driven into you (rammed into your brain) by society you will be able to come to terms with the fact that things are possible outside of the constructs of mainstream belief systems/societal structures, etc.

As for on a more personal level,  the carpet is taking us to the land of our dreams/changes/transformations.  You’ve been dreaming right? Clearing out the old baggage/careers/relationships/people?  (If not, get clearing because the universe doesn’t like to create from sloppiness.)  This really is the time for your dreams to start sprouting up for you/come true!  Magic is happening at the very core of each soul on the planet –whether they are aware of it or not and whether they like it or not….it is their soul’s truth trying to surface.  Remember, last report, I told you that it would be really tough for those that still have work to do(read: those not embracing their inner truths).    Are you making way for your inner truth?  Are you listening to the divine guidance inside of you?  If you are, then you are going to begin to see (if you haven’t already) the sprouting of the long awaited dreams to make their  way into your physical reality.   If you are not listening to your inner truth, then those things that have been preventing you from dreams will make their way more loudly/clearly into your physical reality.    I know most of you know where you lie when it comes to this inner truth issue so you will know what is sprouting up: weeds to be removed or flowers to enjoy. 

Meanwhile, I started this report on Friday morning and never finished so I am finishing this now.  Here in the northeast, we had a beautiful sunshine day yesterday so I needed to get a little sun and spent a lovely day with lovely people for a baby shower (for those of you who really know me that is literally my first social event since my car accident of 2013—it was the perfect day to escape!)  I woke up this morning (Spring ahead was last night) and it feels the energy is shift forward, looks like that caution flag from last week is getting ready to be taken down.   This morning, is yet another beautiful spring day and as I looked out my window…the most beautiful Hawk appeared on the tree outside my window—feeling so blessed.  I feel like he is a the harbinger of good news, magic and miracles!  Spring really is the time of planting and sprouting.  New ideas/truths/beliefs are and will be popping up both globally and even personally.  It might not be time just yet, but start writing those ideas down, storing them for in the very near future you will see the time will be right for you to start manifesting those.  You are going to want to move forward soon and the with the coming energy this month the momentum of breaking free will keep coming up.   The closer we get to the spring the more the energy of wanting to be free will surface.  So no need to worry if you are someone in the category of having things to break free from.  It is time!  I’m getting that image of a magic carpet again...this time with me and my beloved floating freely forward with little puffy hearts as the fuel (popping up all around us—yes my vision looks very animated! Lol) …It really is all about love in this life.  J  I know where my magic carpet ride is taking me…where is yours taking you?   

Energy Thoughts: Something's Gotta Give

Hello Everyone,

Buckle your seatbelts, we are in for quite the ride!   This week the energy is building like water in a dam and once Mercury goes direct, it will feel like the opening of the floodgates.  This can have many meanings for each individual undergoing life's changes at this time.  I was reading a comment that someone on Facebook had posted, it said, "Something's Gotta Give."  Then, I went to look for a movie to watch on HULU, as that is my only source of entertainment, as I do not have television.  The first movie that popped up for me was Something's Gotta Give.  As I type this, I have a vision of a dress that is too tight and is busting out at the seams, personally I like the visual of the dam holding back the waters.  That "something's gotta give" is this new moon energy of Saturday, March 1st (my birthday--hmmm how magical).  And it is giving--giving us the opportunity to set the tone for the next several months.  This is only the beginning of two months of mass energy pushing forward.

I would like to say that all is good and all will be great, but truly it depends where you are on your path to ascension.  Some of you will coast (more like slammed) through to a new beginning; seeing all that you have desired popping up like daffodils as things begin to manifest for you in your physical world. Yes, I do believe that what you have been holding onto as your truth, even to the dismay of others, will begin to manifest itself into your physical reality.   For myself,  I'm holding out for the miracle of physical healing to my body (I still believe it is possible) and because I am in the business of making miracles happen, I know it will.  I'm also expecting the reunion with my twinflame to appear in ways I couldn't even imagine.   The next couple of days is your opportunity to think about your miracle.  What is the miracle that you have been holding onto/waiting for/expecting?   This energy feels promising for those of us living in our hearts; of course, during the next couple months you will need (be required/expected) to remain in your hearts no matter what transpires.  Don't think it's a challenge?  It may be for some.  For others, I'm sure you have had your practice.  Either way, spend time quietly every day to make room for your heart to balance all else.

On the other hand, others may experience the floodgates opening in ways that their feelings begin to emerge from suppression,  placing their heart/soul's truth front and center.  With the heart/soul truth front and center, these people will be required (forced) to learn to navigate through their hearts.   What decisions/choices does that take you to?  When energy like this is being felt, it makes way for all kinds of chaos to appear in your world and the outer world as well.  I looked up the word, chaos, for all of you wondering what the real definition is and yes, it is what you thought: complete disorder and confusion. Now if you've been trying real hard to suppress your feelings/emotions/desires or making yourself fit/stifled/stuck with where you are, you may really begin to feel this way because a new moon in Pisces is all about heart/soul truth.
 
Wherever you are on the spectrum of experiencing this new moon energy, one thing is for sure--no one is immune.  Everyone will begin to experience a little of this moon's magic for better or for worse. I know that doesn't sound so optimistic, but it is all perception, dear ones.

What does this mean in real terms?  There are things that most people don't tell you...there is a whole energy that has kept humanity blocked for sometime, and will continue to do so, if it is allowed.  This is the old paradigm, which has no basis any longer in this energy; except that it is only being supported by those who do not question. Question everything, I say!

For example let's talk about the movie, the Secret. It points us in the direction of the old paradigm, not the new.  Yes, the law of attraction--oh everyone loved that movie, The Secret.  I saw it long before it became popular and I remember thinking, but what about the feelings?  Feelings are the navigation tool and they have to match the words. It isn't as simple as saying what you want and it will manifest; you need to bring yourself into alignment with what it is you desire. You can say, "I am happy." or "I am abundant." or even "I am healthy." all that you want, but until you feel that it is a real possibility (and you work at clearing your energy/karma/lessons regarding those things) then it doesn't happen.  Unfortunately, it creates a self -sabotaging cycle where you beat yourself up not knowing how to change that or worse, you wonder what you did wrong.  In the old paradigm, focusing solely on things outside of yourself (ie saying what you want) gives your power away because you haven't learned to match the feelings with the words.  Old paradigm likes to keep you powerless; leading you to believe you have no power to create the world you want.  I want to tell you that you've done nothing wrong!  You are powerful beyond all measure!  You've come here to learn, clear and pave the road for a new consciousness.  But in order to do so, you must pave the way from your heart (new paradigm) not your head (old paradigm).  So if you have some clearing/karma things to be handled to flow from your heart then get on it, if you are not already.  Once you begin, the process will run smoothly and miraculously.  This is how you bring yourself into alignment with that which you desire.

The beauty of the coming months is that the time is now for manifesting the new earth/your physical reality/the paved road. Those of us that have been doing the growing (work/clearing/craziness) are ready and  have gotten/are getting the visions of the future world we intend to create.  I know for myself, I've had ideas/inventions/inspirations/visions of the new earth I intend to create since 2005, but as I was often told, the time is not right (my guides often told me).  And here we are, nearly 10 years later and Spirit is finally giving me and others the go ahead.  But it isn't a full blown go ahead so much as it is a green light followed up with a caution flag.  If  you know auto racing at all (I used to, in my past life in this lifetime.) then you would know that the two flags together would mean you are going forward, but with caution.  You as a driver are definitely not going very fast, but fast enough to continue on.  That is a perfect analogy for going forward in this energy because before you rebuild something, the old has to be broken (destroyed); therefore, caution is recommended because you don't want to rebuild on a weak foundation. Instead, you want to rebuild the foundation too!



No matter the human chaos around us, it is always possible to stay safe/balanced/at peace within.  Remember this as you go forward and see the changes that will begin to take place in your world, externally or internally.

Energy Thoughts: It's All About the Heart, Baby!

Hello, my fellow beautiful beings of light.

We've now been under the spell of  Mercury Retrograde for the last couple of weeks. Only one more week to endure the energy of stagnation. Are you feeling it?  Are you having some electronic issues? I've had several which is why this email never gets out there.   Are doubts and fears creeping up?   Are you second guessing your decision to stay and make it work whether it be in a relationship or career?  Are you seeing that your truth from two weeks ago is the same as your truth currently or are you seeing a whole new truth?  What are you noticing that is different.  What are you noticing that is the same strong urge you've been having? Thanks to Mercury all this rethinking/reworking is happening within the realm of humanity at this time. 

I have to laugh, I have been trying to get this Energy Update out to you for several days now. I thought that I would be lucky enough to get it down, but oh no--the universe has had other plans--I felt stuck and unable to do it. Not only does my internet seem to need a reboot every morning, but I myself have been in the goo with ideas. I mean the thoughts/ideas/information has been floating around me/in my head/auric field (thanks to Aquarius air energy--those air signs got to love them for ideas), but it feels as if I have been in a tornado of thoughts/ideas and yet they have had no where to land as of yet due to Mercury Retrograde. It is almost like building up of a storm that will soon set itself down in March, charting a new path for many of us. A good example is that I've even been in the middle of writing four books, yes four, but the kicker is that I have not been able to stick with one of them because it all varies on the way the energy flows in that moment that I sit down to write.  .Sound familiar? 

This energy that we are in is equivalent to a murky swamp of sorts.  More like murky swamp of emotions for some, ideas for others.  All wound up around confusion/lack of direction/focus and waiting for a place to settle (like I just mentioned above).  I bet you are wondering/asking/even pleading to get some clarity.  Unfortunately, we are in this swamp for the next several days.  Can we wade through it to make it to the other side of the shore or are we just embarking on a journey that will go no where?  I think that best sums up the view of life at this time.   Last minute re-engineering of our thoughts/reality is taking place in these last days of Mercury Retrograde.  Yes, the universe is giving you yet again the opportunity to clear/release/let go of/get pulled out of what is not your truth.  Are you ready for this stream of egoic clearing because Pisces energy is all about the heart/soul connection?  If you are not living it/following it/exploring it (the heart, that is) then you are not fully ready to merge into wholeness and the universe will slam you once again.  It is time to make that decision about your life that you have been contemplating, that your heart is leading you to.  It might be a bit more difficult to access the logic of it  as Mercury moves through Pisces, but then again in this new paradigm there is very little room for logic to take place. It is all about the heart, baby! (hahaha--yes, those were the exact words in my head!)   When you are in the Pisces energy, it is easy to want to distract/daydream because that is where your heart and your spirit take you to a place where your eternal truth lies far beyond the boundaries and limits of this third dimensional realm you have come too know, love/hate and appreciate.  But no need to fear, your angels are guiding you and if you ask, quiet your mind, you will get the intuition that you have longed to receive.

Today, seems like a day that I can be verbose, but it will suffice it to say that until next week when Mercury moves forward, expect the unexpected from yourself and others. Oh and  don't judge, simply love it!   For me, it will be just in time for my birthday on March 1st which this year, a miracle is about to happen---I've turned that corner--I've always known it inside of me, the possibility and the truth...now it is time for it to happen. 


For a Mercury Retrograde time is moving quickly by which I can honestly say I am very grateful for---big surprises, momentum and love move forward soon enough!

Empower Your Child’s Intuitive Nature

Archangel Michael always reminds me to trust what I know to be true in my heart.  It is often a very difficult thing for us to do when what we know in our heart conflicts with what we may experience outside of ourselves.  Trusting their inner guidance is a natural instinct for our children, but the problem comes from the messages children receive about what they think, feel and say by the actions of those around them.  The messages often teach children to doubt themselves and even more to ignore that inner guidance. The message is that children are often not fully heard.

In today’s world with so many hats to wear, I wonder how much time a parent has available to listen to their child?  Real listening means just that—no interruptions as your child speaks their thoughts and feelings.  We often want to fix their problems, finish their sentences or worst yet; we speak for our children not allowing them to express themselves.  Parents can be great teachers of intuition for their children by listening to them.  Learning to listen to your heart begins with learning to express yourself and feeling heard.

Children have even more pressure than we had when growing up.  It would be really useful for children to learn how to use their inner sense of guidance to help them make choices in their life.  You may be wondering, how can I help to teach my children to their intuition?  To empower your child’s intuitive nature, it is important to let them know that what they feel inside is what matters; here are some ways you can practice listening to your child:

• Practice giving your child your full attention each time they have something to share.  The key is to be fully present as they speak.         
• Allow your child to express themselves fully without interrupting them even if you don’t agree with what they have to say.  The key is to set parameters around how they speak to you; such as calmly and slowly.
• Set up a “date” with your child for them to speak with you. This will alleviate the times that life may get in the way.  Perhaps before dinner or before bed.  The key here is honor their spirit by making sure you keep the date.
• Teach your child to listen to their heart even if people disagree with them.  The key is that what they feel, think or know is more important than someone else’s opinion. 
•  Lead by example for your children.  The key here is to make sure you too are getting fully heard as well. 

One of the greatest gifts we can give our children is to listen to them and let them know they are being heard.  I noticed recently that when I am talking with my friends we have gotten to be way too comfortable with one another that we fail to give each other our undivided attention.  I have been making a point over the last several years to be more present in my life which includes giving my undivided attention when being the listener in the conversation.  I have even gone as far as telling the person that I am speaking with to call me back when they have a more convenient time to speak.   Think about a time in your life when you have not been listened to; even as an adult it doesn’t feel good to not be heard.  Start listening today!
