Energy Thoughts: Self Love Rising

Ahhh...can you feel it ?  The anticipation I mean...I was just finishing dinner this evening and I started to hear the song anticipation in my head. (Yes, voices in my head! lol)  Then I read a little blurb about the Full Moon and I thought to myself---all is good...now I can go meditate under this full moon and sleep like a baby and wake up to a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse tomorrow---sooo exciting!  Welcome to the New Earth, beings of Light!  Get ready, transformation is here!

The last few days information has been flooding in, fast and furious --I can barely keep up with how quickly energy is moving and pouring in truths in all directions of time and space.  Like how I threw that last line in there?  All directions of time and space?  Well, dear ones....it is the time of Timelines crashing into one another and the choices you make here and now will help you select the timeline potential most oriented to the goal you are striving for (read: mission you are here for) and most appropriate for the space you are in now.   (Read: the reclaiming of your power!)

This energy is chock full of walloping reality on all levels.  The relationship space is where it is holding its focus. Are you ready to have the love you claim you want? I say claim because people say they want love that is enveloping of all things that are glorious, but so many in this society stay stuck in what they have and forgo the glorious-ness of which they aspire to have.  (Perhaps believing this is all there is, this is how it is supposed to be or they see others struggling and they think they must too.  Sometimes it is just the fear of being alone that keeps people together.)   It isn't all their fault we have a society built on the misbelief that marriage/love is the way it is proposed to be by tv/movies; where people cheat/hurt/mistreat/belittle one another and ultimately, stay together, even after all of that.  Often people think, well he/she is not beating me so it isn't that bad.  And then, their are those people who are physically harmed by their significant other and they tell themselves, well that must be their moods/their norm or I must have done something wrong..  It isn't.  Not only is not acceptable, but it is a sign that humanity's self love needs to rise above what society/media has deemed acceptable. No one deserves to be mistreated for anything!

That is what this Eclipse season will bring to you, the opportunity for your Self-Love to rise to an all time high, by way of highlighting what doesn't work for you, particularly in relationships.  It is all about the truth--how/who/what YOU want to experience.  Truths are surfacing rapidly and it will be difficult for you to hold back and disconnect from the truth. It isn't by accident that after a powerful equinox energy, of birthing a new life, that we must go through the labor pains so to speak. That is what October is all about, the labor pains to birth the new.  This month will prove it difficult to not be your authentic self...well, I consider that to be a perfect world.  It may frustrate you, disturb others and it may even appear to be difficult, but what it really is doing is getting to the bottom of it. (read: getting through the ick rather quickly)  Loving yourself is always the key! I've been teaching falling in love with yourself since Archangel Raphael and Archangel Michael began working with me in 2001.  They were bringing into my awareness that all the work I did on me was great, but there was more to go.  Falling in love with yourself is more than just putting on a clothes and looking at your physical body and loving what you see. (again our society has trapped us to believe that the exterior
physical structure is more important than any other aspect).  Falling in love with you means you love yourself, realize that you are the only one that is the source of your happiness. You must love all of you--the good, the bad and the not so pretty: emotionally, mentally, spiritually and even physically. If you allow it, this month will show you where you fall short on the process of raising your self love. In case you are wondering, that is in terms of speaking your truth, making healthy choices, empowering yourself, raising your self-esteem, discovering who you are and loving you above all else.   Again, I say if you allow it (this month to do the work that it is meant to do) and not bury your head in the sand  and go into denial; you will achieve leaps and bounds in your ascension journey.  Are you ready? I know I most certainly am and I am looking forward to the ride!

This Mercury Retrograde is something spectacular--it moved in subtly for some and like a lion for others.  For me, I will tell you, usually Mercury Retrogrades make me feel like I am in molasses or moving backwards at best.  This one...I feel like I am in Star Trek, "Ward Speed Ahead"  Boy that warp speed is more than a physical speed, it is  like a time loop too.. Hmmm...isn't it though? Last week, I was walking and had the first smell of autumn air and for a few moments, I was literally transported back to my childhood home in the backyard on an autumn day when I was 8 years old sitting outside on a swing my Dad built.  It was like I was the little girl again and then I blinked and I was walking on a sidewalk in Guilford. Imagine that beautiful moment.   I talked to a couple of friends about this and they too had a similar experience.  It is like time is contracting/compressing upon us, creating opportunities for us to grow.  I was 8 years old in that vision and at that age I had known certain things about my life: why I was here, what I came to do and who I was to find.  It feels as if the last 34 didn't happen (and yet they did) and  I am picking up where I left off with that same knowledge.  Pay attention to this Mercury Retrograde, what/who is it bringing back?  So far it has brought back the little 8 year old girl that is me and some dreams of ex-boyfriends with messages for me that are pertinent to life at this time.

There is nothing to fear at this time, other than fear itself. It is the fear that holds you back, it is the fear that creates pain and it is the fear that keeps you trapped.  Acknowledge what is shown to you during this time, face it and overcome the fear so that you can move along on your journey to self love and ascension.

Energy Thoughts: Positive Change or Battle for Our Thoughts?

Greetings fellow beings of light.

What have you been experiencing of late? I apologize for the delay in my Energy Thoughts posting...I have been undergoing some huge shifts in my life too!  I have been trying to write this out for the whole month now.  But as the old saying goes, better late than never.   Lots of new realities moving in my auric field, in preparation for what is to come. I feel such excitement building within me while at the same time I am experiencing a lull/void/numbness of shorts. Almost like, I've gotten excited before--is this the time?  Is this the time that it will really happen? All energy points in that direction and truth be told all summer long, I have had remarkable experiences, signs and truths revealed to me that I shouldn't have any reservations; but as you all are well aware within your own personal experiences that sometimes it is almost scary to trust that it really is happening.

Do you feel it?  Can you feel it? The labor pains we are all in and experiencing over the last several weeks.

We are getting ready to birth a new life/new reality/new beginning.  We are in the proverbial ninth month.   All the energy you put in in January making wishes/desiring new is/was being created. Some of you may be getting glimmerings of the new life you are ready to live.  Anyone out there that doesn't feel the change occurring? I'd love to hear from you because I do not believe there is any one untouched at this time with huge transitions whether they are forefront in your mind to start making them happen or whether you are smack dab in the middle of it.  We are just passing through the Equinox Portal of Energy and a powerful new moon which is giving momentum to what is to come.   We are getting ready for the final push coming up in the next several weeks.  Lots of astrology happening at this time to assist us in the final pushes of birth. I say assist us because I never believe divine timing is by accident and I sure don't believe the astrological movements are by coincidence.  (Now, I have not yet been pregnant in this lifetime, but I really liken this experience to birthing of something. I mean  I know that many people tell me toward the end of the pregnancy, they just want the baby out. Well, let me tell you that is how we will feel if we are not already feeling this way.) We have Mercury Retrograde beginning on October 4th and that lasts until October 26th.  Meanwhile,  there is a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on October 8th and a Partial Solar Eclipse on October 23.  Ahhh, all is taking place within a Mercury Retrograde.  Now, do you all remember my message from back in April/May talking about the Eclipse Sandwich? Well, we will be right back in it again for a clearing/cleansing (read: emotional clearing/belief cleansing that can feel torturous for some).  What does that mean for us? 

Well, one can look at it as a time of positive change where we are faced with once again old, outdated beliefs/values/patterns that no longer serve us for final acknowledgment and release.  Or one may look at it as a battle for our thoughts and overcome fears/doubts/old patterns.  Either way, I see it as an opportunity to release.  This opportunity is grand and vast during the month of October, not to mention a fast paced, ever evolving, surprise filled period.

This is the time to truly let go of those feelings...feelings that may hold you back from receiving what it is you want.  Those feelings can create lack/self-sabotage/loss.  When times like this appear to us, it is an opportunity to look at where our attention goes, often to a place where fear/doubt/lack resides, but remember, we do have a choice in all of this. I am choosing to place my attention to where the possibilities lie rather than what was or what did happen in the past.  As I type this, mind you, I recognize that sometimes it is easier than others to reroute my attention to where I would like it to be.  It is a choice I make regularly because even while I have had much experience with all this energy stuff, I still need to remember that I have to make a choice and it occurs weekly, daily and sometimes even hourly.  Check in with yourself at this moment.  Where is your attention?  What energy are you feeding?  Are you feeding what you want to?  Are you changing what doesn't serve you?  I ask you because your focus is very important at this time to hold the space for what is manifesting.  Hold steady to what it is you want....and you will have it....all energy is pointing to an abundant season coming...on all levels.  The abundance is in every aspect, look at your geography, your truth, your relationships (twinflames included), your finances, your friendships and more.

Poem: Wildfire

Several Years ago, I wrote a poem for my twinflame because our connection was so strong and pulled me into places within myself that I never knew existed. Our connection has only expanded and filled my life with so much more than words can say.  I was prompted to read the poem tonight, and it brought me back to the day I wrote it.  The flame within me is completely lit up and awaiting his flame so we can set the world on fire with our love.  

I was prompted by my higher self to share this with all of you.  May you enjoy it and feel love's warmth from within your soul.

WILDFIRE

Your love is like a wildfire

Your passion takes me higher and higher

To a place I have never known

One I could never achieve alone

I can only ask is it real or just a fantasy to help me feel

Then the answer is always clear

I feel you even though you are not there

I feel your touch even without you near

I feel your whisper softly in my ear

I feel your breath upon my neck

I feel your kiss upon my lips

I feel you in every second of everyday

I feel your love like a wildfire

Spreading over me with passion’s fire

Moving me higher and higher

Take me I shout

Channeled Message from Goddess Pele

The other night I went to a class to learn about Hawaiin Magic.  Now,  if you don't remember, I went to Hawaii in 2011 and boy that energy was magnificent. (Miracles happened to get me there and miracles happened while I was there!)  I remember as soon as I landed,  I found a place on the beach to go ground, and immediately I channeled, and the first thing I heard was: "Welcome Home, Lemurian." Amazing just thinking about it now.  Not amazed that I channeled--that is a regular thing for me, but amazing that my connection to Hawaii allowed the ancient Lemurian energy to flow through me that night as if I was home.  Back to the class I took, I was disappointed with the class because there was no mention of Lemurian Energy and no mention of the magic of just being on the island. Instead it was more like a lecture, it was like a history book of the myths of ancient Gods and Goddesses in Hawaii. Why do I tell you all this?  I'm getting there. 

So the teacher (and I use the word loosely because it wasn't a teacher like I know a teacher should be.  She  read from a book! (literally read from a book.)  Boring! It took everything for me to pay attention and much of the time she was speaking, I was getting clearer and clearer information about Hawaii and the similarities I felt with regard to Egypt.  From the historical account of the Gods and Goddesses, it appeared to me that Star Beings had a place in the island history greater than I have heard until now.  I was fascinated by it and wanted to meditate more on it, but I was tired when I got home and went to bed.  I digress, back to the class.  At one point, she said she had prepared a meditation for us to connect to Pele. I swear it was not a meditation like I do. She literally shut the lights off for what seemed to be the maximum of 7-8 minutes and again read, rather quickly I might add,  a mini meditation not instructing her students on how to quiet their mind and get relaxed (many of which are novices to quieting their mind, let alone to meditation). Now, I know why my students can always meditate and access energy or at least achieve a state of peace--pheww, it reassured me that I am a great teacher.

Now at the end of the 7-8 minute meditation, she just skipped right on, no one shared, no one talked and she went back to reading. I had received a message for all the people in the room of which I attempted to share, but it didn't seem like she wanted to hear it and nor did they.  I was disappointed because it doesn't take me long to connect and get a message which is why I am sharing this with you now:

Greetings Dear ones,  I am Pele, Goddess of Fire. I am here to greet you on your journey.  If you wish to know my power, you must know your heart.  If you wish to know my magic, you must know your soul. The gift I impart to you is to see your truth in everyone, everything, then you will begin to embrace the power and the magic within you.  I will strengthen that power and magic if you wish to work with me.  I am Pele, Goddess of Fire. 

Pele joined me on that evening because the class was talking about her, and she is the most well known Goddess of Hawaii. They said her name several times and channeled her to be present.  She is a very powerful energy that arose from the flames within a volcano as she spoke to me.  I was in awe of her power and her care with which she brought me the above message.  Her offer is an open invitation to work with her as she embodies the Divine Feminine energy that is sweeping through our planet to awaken humanity to its truth.  She as with all Goddesses at this time are available to assist you in embracing your feminine energy.  Here are some ways to connect with her:

• Print out a picture of her to have nearby when you meditate or on your altar.
• Hold obsidian (aka volcanic glass which is good for grounding and centering yourself) or lava rock (protection from psychic attack)
• Simply light a red candle with the intention of honoring her and ask to connect with her during meditation.

Inspirational Snippet: Robin Williams

Good Morning Everyone.

Yesterday was such a hectic day for me that I had a few minutes to open up Facebook last night and saw Robin Williams is dead.  It is presumed that he committed suicide.  This incredible man was one of the most well known comedians and actors of our time. I mean his name conjures up memories across generations of movies (that I’ve seen, that many of us, if not all have seen): Good Morning Vietnam, Mrs. Doubtfire, The Birdcage, Patch Adams to name a few.   He had such a profound impact on our movie experiences that many people can remember exactly what performance he made that touched them the most.  I saw a couple of articles that talked about him having bi-polar, being really depressed, having severe loneliness and suffering from his addictions as if it is understandable.   As if, those things are  acceptable circumstances when contemplating ending your life.   

It got me to thinking about how far off we have gone as humans.  It is not acceptable that someone commits suicide nor is it acceptable that on a planet with over 7 billion people, that someone is lonely.  We as humanity have lost our way.  We rely on external input from others to determine who we are, what we think and how we should feel.  Of course, the extreme being in Hollywood.  With all the pretense that goes on in our world, it doesn't surprise me that people feel inadequate, lonely, insecure, depressed.  But if you think the pretense is left only to Hollywood, you are sadly mistaken. It is one of the underlying reasons that  so many people suffer in our world.  When people think of pretense, often it is associated with people pretending to be someone they are not, but  it goes beyond that.  It includes holding back your feelings, your truth, in fear of what people may think of you.  For example, when people pretend to be happy in a relationship/marriage/partnership for the sake of those around them or their fear of failing. Meanwhile, they hold in their pain for private moments, alone in quiet, of which, they don’t often give themselves.  

Look at the world you live in every day. Look around at your friends, family, peers, co-workers and your community.  Do you feel judged by them?  Do you judge?  Do you ask for help when help is needed?   Does anyone offer help to you?  Robin Williams, I presume was facing many challenges in his life, not unlike any other human on this planet.  However, the difference is that he had the added pain of a public arena for his problems to be displayed upon, and where the spotlight was more focused upon his inadequacies. 

Media in your world is not evil or negative. It is your creation, dear ones.  In essence, it means it is what each of you is projecting collectively thereby creating it in your reality.  Can it be changed?  Yes, dear ones, it can be changed when you are ready to see that you have the power to change what you are projecting. Then you will empower yourselves to choose to create a different kind of media.  One that focuses on love and empowerment rather than one that focuses upon fear and struggle.—The Masters of Light

My feeling is that Robin Williams’ death is meant to be meaningful, in that, his death is to teach us to live differently and to see what is not working in our current world.  It is time that we rely on our feelings to determine who we are, what we think and how we should feel about something.  Put simply, it means if you are feeling fulfilled and joyful then you are on the right path, but if you are feeling anything but, then it is time to alter your direction.  It doesn’t matter what other people think or feel about your choices. It matters most what you think or feel, but to get there means you need to let go of what is expected of you, and pave your own path, ask for help when it is needed and most of all, allow yourself to receive it.

Your truth is what is needed, and your willingness to feel your way to happiness. 

My wish for you is to know you are safe and you are loved!  There is no need to feel lonely, depressed, afraid or insecure when we are feeling safe and loved.  Help yourself  and someone else today to feel safe and loved!  Think about what it would be to make you feel that way and gift yourself with that and then gift it to someone else too!

Energy Thoughts: Egyptian Energy Rolling In

Good Monday Morning Everyone. 

Just coming off a weekend of magical energies with the 8-8 Lion's Gate Energy rolling into my awareness clearly on the 7th and welcoming this full moon.  Friday, I spent time with friends outside in nature for connection and meditation.  Just a reminder that when "big" energy comes to the planet, the best place to be is in nature preferably sitting on grass to help anchor and balance the vibrational shifting that is taking place in your body as the energy pours in.  (A beautiful little fairy friend, Win-Kel came by for a brief visit on Friday to remind me of such.)  

I have to admit that after the intense meditative afternoon, I was a bit exhausted, but I knew I could not let the Lion's Gate get away without Smudging my space and utilizing this energy to clear my space and re-charge my portal of light in my home.  Before the clearing began, The Goddess Sekhmet appeared to me to provide assistance as I cleansed.  My friend and I did an amazingly deep clearing and then lay within the portal for the purpose of absorbing the new energies.  During my receptive mode, I allowed myself to receive downloads/transmissions from Egypt.  I got amazing visions of the light beaming into the Great Pyramid in Giza and transferring over to the Sphinx and spreading through the planet through the eyes of the Sphinx. It was quite a miraculous vision and quite the physical body sensations as the energy made its way sweeping across the planet.  Oh, how I love the Egyptian Energies and how grateful I am to have been there and always able to access them.  Just before coming out of meditation, the Beloved Egyptian Goddess Sekhmet appeared before me once again.  She reminded me of our agreement made in Egypt back in January of 2011.  (If you have been following my blog for sometime you will remember my blog posts from my Egypt trip with lots of information on Sekhmet. If you haven't been reading it that long or have not read my Egypt posts, I highly recommend you take some time to read about the magical experience I had and why it is still so profound this much time later and it is a great way to get to know me.) Back to Sekhment, her name is from the word Sekhem which means power and might. She is a powerful goddess in Egypt depicted with the a lion head and female body. She appeared to me and said, "I gift you now with courage, will power and determination. I bring to you and all within your sphere of influence the majestic light of the Lion's Gate and assist them on their journey with courage, will power and determination."  Needless to say, I felt completely honored and in awe of this beautiful being.  Then the evening was done and I barely got a wink of sleep with all the energy pulsing through me and the downloads into my field. 

Now, this morning  I was sitting here at the computer getting ready to type today's message on my Soul Star Healing fan page and I was hijacked by my guides, the Arcturian Masters of Light, and they brought forth a mini message for you for today. Please read it below and "bask" in the energy of it. (the energy holds immense emanations of love and light!) So it shall be. 

Today's Message: Bask in the energy that surrounds you today. It is your power coming back to you. Reclaim your place in humanity as the majestic being of love that you are. Your light is so bright, you are an eternal sun unto yourself. You are what you have been waiting for--each of you sparkles with the divine and simply being present in your life will create all the miracles that you have long desired. The time has come dear ones, for the new earth is and will unfold exactly as it is meant to. We tell you this on this day for you to begin to take action upon the things you value most in life. That will set the stage for what is to come into reality for you. It is with deep love, honor and respect that we bring this message to you today through EstaRa. We are the Masters of Light.

I share all of this experience with you for you to know that Ancient Egyptian energy is here at this time to assist us all.  I believe clearly that my guides are asking you to discover; that is, if you have not already found what it is you value most in this life because that is what will remain/grow/expand/become your focus. With all the energy of the Lion's Gate, you are "roaring" to go. (Yes, my humor Lion's Gate, lion's roar. hahaha)  The energy is ready for you to take action in your life, but  where do you begin?  So much information coming in on overload, perhaps for some of us as a result of the Lion's Gate, for others they are just all over the place and haven't tapered down to what they value most yet.  This full moon energy is kicking with manifestation power, but it is begging you to balance your energy/thoughts/beliefs/truths.  This is what my guides were referring to when they said, "begin to take action upon the things you value most in life." For example: if you want to feel well, then focus on your well-being not your unwell being and begin to take steps in that direction.  Start learning about how you can better care for yourself, pay attention to the signs the universe is showing you and by all means realize that the power lies in your hands, not the doctors, not other people, not family, not friends, but YOU!  Once you clearly decide what it is you want to "heal", then the universe will provide what you need to move you from "unwell to well".  It sounds easy, I know, but the truth remains that each of you/us has the power to change everything and anything in this new earth reality that we are moving into (have been moving into).  Finally,  our earth will become the place that each of us has been holding inside as the truth for so long. (I will speak for me---YES FINALLY!)  It will be easy for some of us who have been living it for sometime now, while others may have to play a little catch up.  Be kind to your fellow human, they may be playing catch up.  Think twice before getting angry or short with the human you are dealing with on the phone/in person/in a car/etc--they may be playing catch up!  It would benefit you far more to be kind and try to understand before putting out the angry/short/frustrated energy  because those feelings put out a lower vibration, whereas being kind puts out more heart energy and a higher vibration. 

Our realities are changing if you are not already living it, then it is time for you to begin to see the magic that the earth holds for you.  The changes will begin to pick up pace now, with the advent of the September Equinox, things will really begin to move to a place where it feels like everything is different and yet the same.  Some of us have experienced glimpses of it already, and whoa, it was a little confusing, if not unbalancing at first.  It is all good from where I stand on this journey.  Unbalancing isn't always a negative thing; rather it is a good reminder to be present.   

Well that is all I will explore with you for today, but might I make a few suggestions that my guides are providing me with. 

• Remain grounded--it is so necessary at this time  to anchor the energies.  During this time of rapid change on the planet, our very beings (auras and physical bodies) have become receptacles of some of the negative energies we encounter day to day, place to place, experience to experience and grounding into Gaia is how the light pushes it through us out into the earth for Mother Earth to transmute it all to Love energy.  (HUGE reminder to all my clients/students that I sound like a broken record to--Ground everyday at least once if not more than once a day!)   
• Remain hydrated--it is really important to drink plenty of fresh, filtered or spring water.  It is a way we can keep our physical vehicle (body) clean and healthy while we work as transmuters of energy. It is a job that we each took on when we remembered we are the light to heal ourselves and the earth.
• Remain in your heart--for all decisions look to your heart for the answers. It is not a time for going into our heads--we've been there and done that and look where it took humanity?  Look to your heart when you are confronted with decisions from what you should buy at the grocery store to how to speak your truth to someone who may have hurt you.  
• Remain CALM-- I like this one that came in just now.  C is for remembering to find calm and at peace daily.  A is for align with your truth and balance daily.  L is for Live your life in the present moment.  M is for Manifest from your heart.

Enjoy your day, dear beautiful souls and expand yourself into a higher consciousness every chance you get.

It's 8-8, the Lion Gate is here...it's been moving in since the end of July and boy did I feel a full force yesterday morning when I woke up.  This energy is intense, but I find it intense in a good way. :)  This energy carries such amazing vibration and frequency; and you will be downloaded with codes to upgrade your DNA, upgrade your light body and provide an energetic blueprint for the year ahead.  If you are local join me this evening at Soul Star Healing  as we gather together to anchor these energies within ourselves and the earth.  In addition to the Lion's Gate we have a full moon rising in the next couple of days. Intense energy like this can throw some people off causing stress/irritation/fear; so you may experience it personally or encounter it with others.
