Energy Thoughts: Part I Clearing Your Soul Lineage

Hello Everyone,

Last week was a long, long week and I have been trying to get this information out since the Solstice, but it has taken me a lot longer than I thought necessary to integrate this energy and to write it up.  I have been stating to my friends in recent weeks that I feel like I have lived at least a year in one week's worth of human time.  I am finally realizing part of the reason I feel this way is because my physical body/reality is finally beginning to catch up to the spiritual reality I have been evolving/evolved into.  If you know anything of my journey the past couple of years--you will understand what I mean about my physical reality/body trying to catch up to major energetic advancements.  Can you say exhaustion? I can and been feeling it.  Oh well--good news there is catch up to do and my body is beginning to do it!   Onto the energy update and channel...

Welcome to days after the Solstice and major downloading from the Great Central Sun.  We've been reeling from just coming off Mercury Retrograde and then smacked with major solar flares! Oy they have been whacking us all upside the head trying to flush out (read: hammer out) the old ways.  Do you feel pummeled? It was quite the major rush of energy to move us forward. I can't even believe  it was a week ago--it literally feels like months have gone by since the Solstice.  So much information came in that this report will likely be in 2 posts.  So what happened?

"Dear Ones, we have been speaking to you for some "time" now regarding the timelines and the idea of them collapsing upon one another.  In the recent human years, your time has shifted and has been altered in several ways.  The alteration has allowed you to perceive that the time you live in has moved forward faster. Dearest EstaRa, has often taught about how much faster the time is moving.  It is not so much that time is moving faster, but with 3D limited perception and interpretation of information EstaRa received it was easier to allow the belief that time is speeding up.  It is more appropriate to say that the earth's vibration has accelerated.  Therefore, those upon the earth have accelerated in their vibration as well.  The vibration or as some wish to say frequency is much faster as you evolve upon the planet.  Each human's perception varies upon where they are in their ascension process.  Though, no human is left untouched with regard to the acceleration of time." (What this means is that even if someone is unaware, of all this energy shifting/the other dimesions,  they are definitely aware that time appears to be moving faster.)~Arcturian Masters of Light. 


"Now that you are able to understand that the vibration/frequency of the earth is moving faster, therefore, you are as well. Everything in your reality is accelerated.  It is allowing for you to experience the transmutations faster and the collapsing of timelines much more quickly than in the past.  Timelines, dear ones, there are various potentials and various lines of existence that each of you have experienced as a member of this planetary system that you are part of. When referring to the timelines collapsing, in this instance, we are referring to the various experiences (read: lifetimes--past, present and future) you have been incarnated on this earth.  All of those variables have been collapsing upon each other and pressing down into your current 3D reality.  The energetic space between those experiences or as EstaRa likes to refer to them for the sake of this explanation, lifetimes has been becoming more narrow over the recent years." ~The Arcturian Masters of Light (This is perhaps why some of you feel more compelled to know/learn more about your past lives than you once did. It also accounts for why some of you have started to believe in past lives and are beginning to want to know more.)

"The compression of timelines has fully transpired over the last few earth months. Have you noticed the earth's awakening process?  Dearest Gaia is releasing the build up of that compression.  (Everything is rising to the surface.  The earth changes they are referring to is the volcanic and earthquake activity.  The earth is literally exploding, emptying the build up of billions of years of existence--unearthing the gunk (read: crap that it has willingly absorbed from humanity.  Those of you who remember your "past lives", think about the many times you have been here and all the issues that transpired during those timelines not multiply that by humanity.  In essence dear ones, you and your Earth are experiencing all timelines. Gaia's reaction of physical earth changes is that which is similar to internal transformation that each human is going through at this time.  It may not be evident in your human day to day, but internally there is unprecedented shifting taking place in each human and every now and then they will release this compression. Dear ones,  we encourage you to pay attention to that which is transpiring in your life at this time. You will recognize an extraordinary amount of memories from this lifetime, previous lifetimes and various relationships in both surfacing for your review. (Read: earth school lessons for review.)That is because humans learn and experience life through their relationships  It is through relationships that you grow and evolve upon this planet. You are literally walking every timeline that has been or will be on this planet. Each experience carries with it lessons and power, review those experiences for further clarity in order to create in this new energy. You have all you need within you to choose your reality, in your understanding, we will say timeline.  " ~Arcturian Masters of Light 

Looking for more clarity? I know I sure am! hahaha  So I will do my best to explain what all this means. We have the greatest opportunities right here in front of us because everything is available to us from all directions of time and space!  We are literally walking all timelines right now on this planet. Imagine every experience from every lifetime good, bad and indifferent surrounding you (read: infiltrating your every day) and showing you the same lesson(s) in many different ways--ways in which you didn't think you'd  have to go back there again, but another layer is coming up for you to clear. That is what is happening to you presently: perhaps explains why you are exhausted/frustrated/angry/tired and why you are taking action on things that you have let fall along the wayside and where your voice is coming from. (Note that not only are the lessons coming back, so too is your power from those previous incarnations too!)  All this needs to happen to clear out distortions from you so that you choose the most appropriate timeline for your reality.  Huh, you ask? 
 
The visual I am getting is that every timeline is (crunched/smushed/compressed together) underfoot and as you walk, they remain and each and every step (read: choice) you make either brings a timeline closer or further away.   You have the potential to do/be/experience anything you want.  You have the ultimate "magic" to choose the timeline you wish to be in/on.  I don't mean you can say "I choose 1874 as my timeline"--it doesn't work that way.   It works by how you live and the choices you make: what you say/think/do/choose/act.  The steps, you are taking now in your life and the choices you make, are creating your reality.  Literally, everything you do matters.  Over the last several years, we have been clearing out our baggage.  (Read: lifetimes of karma which include trauma, drama, emotions, etc.)  There is literally layers of it in your energy field --it keeps coming up for clearing--all of it affects you--your choices, your thinking your speaking etc.

 Remember dear ones, you have all the timelines crunched together so you are literally clearing for all of those lifetimes too. You are clearing for your soul lineage. What if you didn't clear? Then your creation would be distorted.  Your emotions fuel everything!  For example if you say "I choose peace today", but underneath/behind that you are "angry at (fill in the blank)"; well, peace isn't what you are projecting into your reality and therefore your creations and reality will reflect the "angry" not the "peace".  It is important to align with your soul's truth at this time to assist you in this process of clearing and creating.~The Arcturian Masters of Light.

The most important thing is to align and stay in your soul's truth as much as you can; it is not easy to stay there because you will bump up against other people's truth--not everyone's journey is like yours.  As you move forward on this path, the choices you make are how you are selecting the timeline you will /wish to be on.  I've been performing Energy Body Upgrades and Alignments once again which are designed for helping you to be more in alignment with your soul's truth and highest good for your life plan.  Your highest good is always in alignment with your soul's journey. Inspirational Snippet: Thoughts on Charleston Shootings

Good Morning Everyone and Happy Friday! 

I woke up this morning and jumped on my computer to look at emails and the first thing I saw was what recently  happened in Charleston, S.C. the other day where people were killed in a church. (I don't have television/radio--really no mainstream media of any sort--yep I live on the vibes that thrive inside of me and from lovely like-minded spirits that share with me.)    I used to think that when things like this happened (several times in the past and no one seemed to care) that we are a country that has supposedly come so far and yet, it doesn't appear that anything has changed and it would make me angry.  I'd feel so fired up inside and I'd want to change things, and then, I would find more walls and people who didn't really care because it didn't directly impact them and, it got me more angry:  Angry at the people who caused harm, angry at the situation and angry for no one stepping up to change it.  In the last several years, I have seen a ton of prejudice and bias every day of my life and I can choose to be angry/resentful/spiteful about it, and many times I did experience great anger, but it got me nowhere except fueled more anger and frustration. It doesn't change the situation/circumstance, instead, it really keeps the person holding those feelings stuck in a loop of drama/pain/suffering etc.  It just keeps us stuck--what we experience and feel affects us all.

I know I have a choice to look beyond the 3D reality and shift my perspective.  In this 3D reality that I live in day to day on Earth, in America, it is riddled with hateful things/anger/violence/abuse/suffering etc. That is why I have chosen to "unplug" from the mainstream a long time ago.  I learned in the last several years that  I must overcome all the things that keep people stuck and not evolving because if we all jump into the drama and suffering nothing will change.  Now, it doesn't mean we don't take a stand and speak our truth--no, instead,  it means we STAND TOGETHER AS ONE AND SPEAK OUR TRUTH. These people causing the pain/violence/harm are simply pawns in a greater picture to create separation within us.  WE are evolving as a planet and as humanity, but there are those that will not benefit from our evolution so they amplify/expand/magnify the separation/outrage through FEAR.   The first thing people think of is a "War on Poverty, War on Terrorism, War on Racisim--why war?  Well, war signifies manipulation/control and FEAR.  It is a violent way to "get things done"...

Well my beloved beings of light--WE ARE LIGHT! WE ARE LOVE!  We have been/are being re-educated through our soul's wisdom to step into our power, our oneness and our essence which is love.  It is our time to declare not War on Racisim--it is time to declare LOVE ON SEPARATION, RIDE ON THE PEACE TRAIN.  This quote from Martin Luther King, Jr. "Hate begets hate; violence begets violence; toughness begets a greater toughness. We must meet the forces of hate with the power of love.."  is exactly what I talking about!!

You may be thinking what can I do?  What is it that I, as one person, an individual can do to make a difference--it is really much easier than you think.  When something transpires that gets you angry/grief stricken-- Stop for a moment to understand your reaction, then ask yourself will this reaction take me to what I know as truth within my soul?  Then ask, will this reaction bring peace upon my planet, my country, my life and/or the people who have been harmed?  This should help you shift your perspective back into your heart and out of a fear reaction.  This should help you send love to the area/situation/circumstance.  How? Think of something/someone you love and hold that feeling in your heart and use that love you feel and send it out to that area/situation/circumstance, and you know what happens then?  Your own heart expands with a greater love coming back into you because LOVE BEGETS LOVE!

If your soul is still yearning to do more, and for many of you, it will...then find like-minded spirits that are willing to stand with you as you speak your truth and take a ride on the PEACE TRAIN.  I am sharing a favorite song of mine from the 1970's, this is a newer version with a great video...check it out below. These musicians of the 1960's/70's had the music and their frequency was turned onto peace and love, but unfortunately their message well--it appears as if it got lost in translation or the channel was changed--now is the time to listen to them!!



My wish for you is to STAND IN YOUR LOVE, SPEAK YOUR LOVE AND RIDE ON THE PEACE TRAIN.  For if you do this, you will see how rapidly humanity will grow/evolve/expand beyond the limits and controls that have been holding us back.  You will also see the truth of what is really out there in the stars!

Energy Thoughts: Are You Ready to Embody?

Hello Beautiful Ones,

Havoc has been wreaked.  Life is being altered in this very moment of time.  Do you feel it? Have you argued or acted out in ways you haven't really done before? Has life seemed to get out of control the past weeks?   Do you feel like you are stuck in molasses at the same time a year's worth of stuff got jam-packed in a week?  And when I say stuff, I don't mean the easy kind--I mean the in your face, not going to let you go till you face it stuff.  Well, you are not alone and that is where we have been while Mercury was in Retrograde. My last Energy Update was when Mercury went into Retrograde.  I didn't have bad experiences per se, but the feeling of molasses under me; like I want to move forward, but not having the ability to move forward was definitely the theme of the days of Mercury Retrograde.


Now, the energy has shifted and the dust that has been kicked up will begin to settle if it hasn't already.  The last few days I have felt heaviness in the air, energy and major lack of motivation.  Do you know why?  I asked my higher self and guides this morning in meditation and they said that there are so many people in crisis, whether visibly outward crisis or an internal revamping crisis.  Does it really matter?  It is still an energy of crisis. This is a direct reflection of what has been transpiring over the last several weeks.  So what has been transpiring you ask? Well, the usual stuff with Mercury Retrogrades, communication break downs, electronic melt downs and the past coming up out of nowhere, but this Mercury Retrograde had a Saturn Retrograde that began in March and will continue until August of this year, can we say karma?  This time period is requiring due diligence in one's life, by way of thinking and being.  Have you experienced it?  Things/people/places showing up where you thought you moved past or didn't have to worry about anymore.

Add to what I just mentioned the following:  "This is the time when all timelines collide and you begin to see which one you would like to be on. Do you know what that means? It means that there are so many doors opening right now for all of you and you get to pick which one you will enter.  The doors represent opportunities past, future and present. Sounds exciting doesn't it? Well for some it does and for others  fear is breaking through--fear they will choose the wrong door, or even more, fear they will be required to make changes. What door/doors will you choose to step into? More of the same? And if you choose that, will it get you where your soul is guiding you? Or will your soul be knocking loudly on your choices prompting a deeper, more profound change?   Or will you take a giant leap forward? The life you have long held in your dreams awaits you--which step will you make?" --Arcturian Masters of Light

There is no need to fear this knowledge it is simply to help you see why you have felt hazy/dizzy/overwhelmed/unmotivated/anxious/fearful recently.  But  Mercury has moved direct and the energy has shifted as of yesterday morning when I woke up, did you feel it?   This move forward by Mercury lightens our load (but yep another planet goes retrograde today--Neptune--Piscean love-y, spiritual and fluidity comes in making it a little less clear to stay physical while Mercury moving forward it pulling you into 3D. A bit of a tug of war so to speak on our consciousness and focus.) We are in a place of new beginnings once again and next Tuesday, we will experience a new moon that will catapult us forward.    While in meditation this morning, I was sitting quietly in meditation when I received the message to not let others' struggles get me down--we are all here to experience something that we have put forth, but it is not advisable to jump into the proverbial "sinking boat" with them, rather it would benefit us to tug them along from the shore.  What does that mean?  It means we will do best to assist from a balanced place of detachment.

We needn't jump in Discern--Discern--Discern.   That is the theme during this time on the planet.  There is so much information out there and so much money to be made through the dissemination of

information on what is right, wrong or appropriate for you--but dear beautiful souls, only you know inside of you what resonates truly.  Listen to the stillness of your voice and your heart for then you can easily discern what is in your best interest. We ask you to step away from mass marketing and media for there is far too much that is not of the light, in essence, that influence is what keeps you from looking in, finding happiness and moving toward what/who it is you love. --Arcturian Masters of Light  emotionally/mentally/physically, but we can still help as long as we maintain our groundedness and our emotional/mental/physical well-being.  Sounds difficult ?  It is or it can be. It is just the opposite of what the prevailing energy has been on our planet.  We are all in on this together, but some of us have different lessons/journeys to travel through.  That accounts for the heaviness of energy that I was feeling for the last two days, of Mercury Retrograde, reflected much of what humanity is experiencing at this time.  We are so interconnected with one another (through collective consciousness)  that it is imperative that we discern what feelings are ours and what belongs to others.  The heaviness brought me to a place of not wanting to do anything--not wanting to leave my house, which is not a new phenomenon for me as this is how I experienced things pre-car accident.  (That means EstaRa is back!  Look out world I am here to accomplish several things:  Transform myself, Reunite with my twinflame, Anchor the high vibration of Love to Earth, Change the Frequency of the Planet...basically save the world and head back home. Is that too much to ask?  Well from the human physical perspective--yes, well, yes it has been, but with my renewed energy and my multi-dimensional abilities it shall be a piece of proverbial Cake.)    To navigate during this time of 3D earth changes, human changes, body changes and so on, it is imperative that we discern. 

As you can see my guides are emphasizing discernment and I totally agree with them.  Whatever resonates with you deep in your soul and bones--even if you do not know why then keep it and whatever doesn't and you don't know why, toss it aside. This is something I often repeat to my students and clients--any good teacher will.  It is helpful to remember, we are all working through the thick, heavy sludge that we call 3D, but don't forget there is far more than what the human eye can perceive that is why it is so important for you to look within.  If you have trouble doing that, then take the time to find a teacher who will share with you the beauty of your soul and help you navigate the longings of your heart. 

Another tool to help you maintain your calm and balance (read: sanity) during this time is to ground. I know I've said it thousands of times, but it is necessary to be anchored into Gaia to experience (read: endure) the physical earth changes taking place upon her. I know it sounds so passe for some to read "grounding, but that is the greatest tool to keep you safe and protected as you walk upon this planet.  She is not known as Mother Earth simply as a name--she is the energy of protection and nurturing--just as a mother's love should be.

Finally, stay hydrated with pure spring water or very purified clean water.  It will help you to move through the internal changes taking place in your body.

Over the next several weeks transformation is the key word in everyone's life whether they want you to know it or not.  There is a restlessness building and has been for awhile night--that restlessness will be quelled with the coming of the Solstice Alignment next weekend.  I'm hosting an event--join us as we align, anchor and balance the energy of the NEW HUMAN TEMPLATE within us and assist Mother Gaia with her transition forward. Energy Thoughts: Your Soul's Truth

Hello Fellow Beings of Light,

Oh boy, we have been through the ringer the last few months and then some=, haven't we?  Did you feel the energy shift into an upswing with the advent of May?  Life seemed to get a bit better (read: more bearable) and the energy a little lighter (read: or is it that we are embodying more light) and the waves of light hitting our planet are not as harsh (the waves are the same and even stronger) as they once were?  We have been upgraded and it is reflected in the light quotient that our body is able to hold.  I definitely feel that is the likely
reason it doesn't feel as harsh.  With that being said, we are entering Mercury Retrograde today and it is in the vibration of the new moon too!

If you notice over the last few days in preparation for this Mercury Retrograde, the energy of confusion has begun to set in, but not without the feeling of change pervading your every waking thought.  This energy is powerful and kick-ass.  It is all about transformation, get ready because this Mercury Retrograde will toss you forward on the highway of life and you will have to be at full speed to not miss your ride.  Watch as people from the past come in and try to hitch a ride with you or to derail you.  Will they hitch a ride, skip the ride or slow you down?  This energy will welcome much discernment on your part.  I feel you will be tried and tested during this time not only in communication and electronics (which always seems to be a thing to watch out for during this retrograde), but with regard to relationships, long-term goals and even short term goals.  Where do you see yourself on this path?  Do you find that you are clear about what it is you wish to attain or do you find yourself getting clouded over by old things that you thought were once gone and have re-surfaced again?  The universe always provides us with an opportunity to clear and remove things during this time.

I woke up this morning with a bit of a haze and wanting to sleep in and snuggle up with my pillow a little longer. The sky was cloudy with a little sun peeking through--quite symbolic of this energy.  Cloudy with a side of clarity?  For me,  I feel more of the longing to be with my love, my twinflame, my beautiful soul that is my other half--it has been awhile since I have felt this longing, but not a longing out of desperation, more of a longing to be basking in that love and that I so remember at the core of my soul.   He is yet to extricate himself from his situations and still, it is without a doubt that I hold his love in my heart and he holds mine in his.  The clarity is there--now to penetrate the clouds with more clarity.

What are you experiencing at this time?  Are there truths that are known to you that perhaps you have allowed life's day to day responsibilities to get in the way of?  Are there truths that maybe you have allowed another's perceptions to sway you to overlook your truths?  Are you afraid that  the truth may change the very way you live your human life? I'm not talking the truth of the grass is green and the sky is blue--I'm talking down to the core truths, soul truths, the reason that you are here on the planet at this time truths.  Do you not remember your soul's mission?  Each of us on this planet at this time have chosen to incarnate to carry out the mission of helping Gaia and all her inhabitants evolve in consciousness.   That means the longer we refuse to listen to the promptings of our soul or even give our soul the time to "speak" then the longer we linger in the ick of life, and the longer it will take humanity to go through this evolutionary period.  Humanity has been cloaked in fear/darkness for far too long, and has not been free to really live without the programming of the darker entities and beings on this planet.

As of last September Equniox, I mentioned in one of my posts that the LIGHT has overcome the darkness--a shift has happened.   Now, we are experiencing the fall out effects of the Light penetrating into the darker areas.  For example have you noticed the rise of earthquake and volcanic activity in recent months? It is a physical representation of what is going on inside of each and every one of us, every physical geographic location on the planet and all of our systems socially, locally and globally.  We are being

prompted by our soul to shake free from the "chains of the past" whether it be from traditions, beliefs, obligations, relationships, careers, geographic locations, etc.  Some people are doing it explosively, while others it may take an "explosion" of sorts for real change to occur. How do you avoid the fallout you ask? 
You can't, but you can "weather" it just fine if you focus on your soul and use love as the great motivator; for loving yourself will free you from many things that are not yours. Much has been implanted into humanity by way of beliefs/truths/struggles.  We are not meant to struggle here upon the earth and yet, it has become an accepted part of reality for many to experience or watch as others struggle.  This is not a truth of the light--it is a truth of enslavement to fear/dark/control/manipulation.   It is time to take seriously the nudgings of your soul because I promise you as time moves forward as it always does (but this time with lightning speed) the nudgings will become much more than a nudge from your soul. While you are in this Mercury Retrograde over the next several weeks allow your soul's truth to be louder than anything else.  In some instances your soul will prompt you to change/leave/renew/recreate/reestablish/transform, there is no need to fear what will become of family/friends/loved ones if we listen to the truth of our soul because once our soul has been heard and followed, then all those around us will not only begin to listen to their souls too, but we will have fulfilled our soul contracts with them.  What a concept and a thought, huh?  To think that leaving a relationship may actually mean fulfilling your soul contract.  If you haven't been listening to your soul then you do not yet know what your soul contract is with those around you.  Pay attention dear ones, you may be trying to avert the truth of your current relationship to forgo the pain, when in the wings awaits your soul's love, soul's flame, your soul's other half.  The time is now for reunions to commence....and so they are.

New Moon is here prompting us to make those transitions we have been wanting to, but remember that Mercury Retrograde is here too.  Yes, Mercury Retrograde messes with us a little especially if we are not staying in our soul's truth and staying in our power.  Power is not about external things or control--it is simply knowing your light, knowing your boundaries and maintaining your truth.

Inspirational Snippet: Open Your Heart

Good Day Beloveds, 

 I feel so much love surrounding me and so much love within me to spread around the globe.  I came across this quote and wanted to share it as a bit of inspiration to you today.

“As one can see when the eyes are open, so one can understand when the heart is open.”--Hazrat Inayat Khan The Bowl of Saki

This makes beautiful sense to me, does it to you?  I know the first part of the quote speaks to us in terms of seeing what is.  Often we choose to see what we want to see and many times it is a narrow focus, or more often, we choose to be in denial of what is rather than how we would like to perceive things.  Many times we live in denial of what is which leaves us little room to change it.  When our eyes are open, willing to see, we can change everything.

The second part is perhaps a little harder to comprehend so I am going to try and help you through it.  How many times do we use the phrase “I don’t know” to describe our situation to someone, to respond to what we are feeling or what we say to ourselves when we can’t figure it out?  Do we do that because we sincerely do not know?  If that is the case, then our heart is not really open because when our heart is open we always know loud and clear what it is we know.  My feeling is that we all have our hearts open enough to know what it is we know. (some more than others)   I think we tend to use that phrase to go into denial of what it is we know?  I know I have been guilty from time to time in using that phrase.  I even used to joke and say that I learned how to say it in every language when I was younger.  Interesting, I didn’t learn how to say it in Arabic when I was in Egypt, nor in Hebrew as I am studying that right now. It is almost an immediate response in our society.  It gives us permission to stop feeling—but in stopping the feeling we don’t get to feel all of our feelings and hence it closes our hearts.   The next time you are inclined to say “I don’t know”  take a moment before responding and check in with your heart to “feel” what it is you do know.  Give yourself permission to know.  It may not be something you share or it may be.  Either way,  honor your heart by listening to it. That is the gift of having our heart open.  That is the way to more understanding and transformation in your life.  Simply put, that is how you open your heart.
