Hello Everyone,
I was sitting outside on a beautiful Connecticut morning on Friday, May 28. I was enjoying the day and was about to do some journaling. Instead, I opened to a beautiful new channel. It talks specifically to me in parts, but I believe it is for everyone to hear. I also believe that the channel is one that should be heard by all.
Dear April Angel,
Did you know that is who you are ? Yes. Many have called you angel over the last several years even your beloved saw your angelic being. He knows it may not always seem as though he remembers, but dear one he does. Deep within his being to the essence of who he is--he knows who you are. Much of your doubt comes from his humanness. He chose a difficult path too dear one, did you know that? Did you know that his path is more difficult than yours? It is! Because he chose to not easily remember that he too is an angel and only can you come into his life when he is ready. He was ready once upon a time, but he chose to resist it and fight it because the human role he is playing tells him he cannot possibly be happy--he is not good enough to deserve you. But he is! Surely you know he is. And soon, he will remember what he is doing here on Mother Earth. Healing will require vigilance and patience, but not as much as you may think--it is almost here.
Last night's full moon brought about a shift for the humans--one that says suffering needn't be any longer. Oh yes, many will doubt and many will still choose suffering as their method to journey to the next place, but you know better. You know that is of the old energy. You know that this magnificent energy of light shines on all--all who are ready to see the beauty in each and every human. Life is all about the healing of the planet for the good of all. It is beyond measure--it is far beyond all you desire in this life. Human suffering was a method of the past. It is not supposed to be that way--it was what occurred when humans forgot they were magical. The time is near dear ones where you will reclaim the magic of who you are--it will become the truth of you. The truth of the planet. Your earth mother is leading you there. She nurtures your soul in quiet moments. Give yourself quiet moments to honor you and to honor her for in the end you will know all that is real. It is time to behold the beauty--look around and know truth is within your grasp. Light will guide your way. It is as it should be. It is with love, honor and respect that we bring this message to you.

Sleep: At Night You Come to Us to Heal and Recover

Dear Children,
Today is a new day on earth as is each and every day. You forget that when you go to sleep you journey with us to a place that makes you whole and complete once again. Each day when you awake you will see that you have a new day. That is why we emphasize how important proper rest is. When you have journeyed with us that means you have been rejuvenated and ready to create a new day. Yes, there are those that think sleep is not necessary, but with proper rest you give your vehicle (physical body) much rest. Honor and respect it as you would one of your cars. When your car is acting up it tells you that it needs to be “healed” you bring it in for healing do you not? Well, the same with your physical being-at night you come to us to “heal” and “recover”. The life on earth can be difficult and trying. It is a time when you unravel all that you are and feel less than whole at the end of your day. It is important to sleep because you come home to visit with your family and we help you remember you are whole and complete just as you are. With this knowledge, you can awake to a new day. Each day can be a different journey if you wish. It is necessary to love you.
We tell this information to help you understand that life on earth can be taxing to a physical body, but it can also be a grand adventure if you wish. There are no rules. The choice is yours ALWAYS! But we tell you that to live a life that is healthy and beyond measure you must feed your soul with only the purest of intent to create the life that you love. It is with intent that we give to you this message. Do you remember you opened the door once upon a time? Do not forget dears ones, once you open the door we are here waiting for you to enter. Many of you have stepped one foot in and one foot out not fully achieving or going exactly the full way in, but you have tested the waters and it feels wonderful, but at the same time it makes you different to the rest of the people around you. They do not know what you do that life can be a grand adventure. For you are the ones who get to make way for the future. Escaping into behaviors of the past is not what is going to manifest all you wish for. Instead, it will prevent you from achieving all that you have.
We tell your channeler often to remember that we are here with you. Sometimes she forgets that she has help. It isn’t the same as human help, but this is the journey she chose long before she came here. She wanted to see how powerful she can become when given a life that has sometimes rendered her powerless. She has the magic within her to bring it all about. As do you dear ones. Let her help you to understand that this is not the same power that has been on the planet for the last thousand years. It is the power within and the power of oneness. The connection to one another will show you how far you have come when you are ready. It is now dear ones that we bring you this part of the message. You are here to play a role in bringing in the new earth. Are you ready to claim your power? Are you ready to step into the role that has been waiting for you? Are you ready to be truly who you are? Are you ready to shine your light? This is not a time to wonder if you have light…you know you do otherwise you would not be reading this.
Your channeler is questioning the words we are providing today. We feel her wondering how such practical information about sleep can come in and how we can then talk about the surreal power of light. She doesn’t see our whole picture until we are done; instead she may get glimpses of what we are saying. But to honor her, we will bring it together in light. Sleep is your way to your power. It is important to get proper rest. If you feel tired you must allow yourself to sleep. Because once you have come home for a visit you will have that memory in the morning and realize that nothing is impossible once you awake. Oh you say, I don’t dream and don’t remember my night, but dear ones when you feel the sense of a fresh start then you know you must have slept and that you have that potential that you felt you lost the day before. Trust us dear ones we make no mistake in telling you that the first of our messages to you this day is sleep. We will continue to give you tools to bring you forward. Are you ready? We ask you again. With pure intent, we ask you to answer silently in your hearts and if you say yes then we will show you your power. Blessed are the dear ones who do not know of their power, but are willing to find it within.
We are the Elders of light. We will continue to work with you channeler as long as she continues to make time for our channels. We will give you tools to navigate the energy of this new earth. The first being sleep. Sleep well dear ones you are surrounded by love. Know that we are there and we look forward to greeting you each night.

Dear Ones,
It is now. The time is now—all you have waited for is yours. Be still and know we love you. The twin flame reunion is imminent. The call has been loud and clear and all are awakening to the fact that they are loved by another and needed by another. Trust us, dear one, we honor and respect you. Earth journeys are hard when you have to pretend to not know that you are already with your twin. When you do not know you are already loved deeply. Know you are loved deeply. Always, always listen to the voice of your heart—that is the voice that is supported for the highest good for all. We love you. This message was brought to you today by the lords of light –keepers of the journey. We want you to know you have been heard and we listen to you. We honor your voice dear one you are one of us. Remember you do not travel alone, though sometimes it may humanly feel as though you do.
Now for the planet—the next infusion of love and light is set for June the solstice. It will bring more awareness and love to each of you. The veil will continue to grow thinner, time will become quickened, but most importantly manifestation will come rapidly. Know that all you have asked for is now going to manifest---you needn’t be patient much longer. Each individual will experience growing pains—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual as too will your mother earth. She will explode from joy, erupt into laughter and swirl with light. Trust all that is happening and about to happen is part of each human’s plan. You know that which we speak of. Beloved ones you are the light in this world and supported by all. All eyes area on the humans on earth for their magic is happening now. Be good to one another and trust what is in your heart—for there you feel us, there you feel the truth, for there is where all your potential is and where your journey begins.
Behold lightworker---it is your time. We must go now and allow April to enjoy the channel and her day. She works hard for the earth and feels powerful and powerless at times, but what she does not know and forgets is she is in control. Choose your words and thoughts wisely—we will be back again.

Your fellow humans will be in awe of the beauty you exude when you walk upon the earth in light and love. You are at the ones you have been waiting for. It is with love that we bring forward a message for your spirits. Shine Shine Shine. It is now that you are the beauty of all that there is . We love you dear children. It is painful for you to undergo the shifts from time to time, but we promise you that you will look upon this time as it was well worth it to bring you to the next place. It is the time that light will bring with it the format of the new earth. Did you know that you are getting a new earth? Well it is here ready and waiting for you. April: A New Beginning...
It's April and the Sun is shining out my window...what a beautiful sight to behold--Spring truly has arrived here in Connecticut. I spent the morning outside eating breakfast, journaling and grounding my goals for the day ahead and it is so welcoming to hear the birds singing, the chipmunks scampering around and the sun sparkling above. Mother Earth is shouting...Spring is here...you can hear her voice when you look around to see that everything is blooming!!
Don't forget to celebrate Earth Day, Thursday, April 22nd by sending a little love to Mother Earth or "going a little greener".
With the blooming of spring, so too comes renewed beautiful minds fresh with possibilities and growth opportunities. Won't you let one in?
Why not make every day a new day for you? Wipe the slate clean each night before going to bed. When you wake up each morning start anew and see the numerous possibilities as they lay before you

GROUNDING: Remaining in balance when the world is in Chaos
Remaining in balance when the world seems to be in chaos is always a challenge, but with the new energy shifts causing waves of change can make it difficult at best. So much is happening energetically at this time on our planet that means it is impacting us on all levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. It doesn't mean that the world we live in is chaos--it only appears that way. Everything is perception. If you wish to see chaos then you will see chaos. If you wish to see light then you will see light.
Yes there are shifts that are causing the remaining people on our planet to wake up or continue their awakening...the ones who have chosen to be here for the new earth...did you know we are living in the new earth? Living in the new earth is causing some discomfort because while our energy is adapting to the energetic shifts our human self still has remaining attachment to the way things were. Good, Bad or Indifferent, unfortunately sometimes the attachment is there and it takes a persistent being to let it go.
How can we remain balanced when one minute we feel like we have made changes and moved forward and then in the next minute we are pulled back to old stuff that we get stuck in? How can we remain balanced in when it seems everything in our world appears to be in constant struggle?
It is during these times that I feel it is really important to get back to the basics and the first and foremost thing is to maintain your grounding. Grounding is the practice of connecting yourself to the core of Mother Earth and is often the first step taught in many spiritual practices, but I feel it is one of the most important things to learn. There are many ways to ground your energy. One of my favorite ways is to send roots down from the soles of your feet into Mother Earth and draw up beautiful energy of love from the earth. Some people send a cord or a light beam from the base of their spine into the core of the earth. Another one of my favorites is to actually spend time in nature and hug a tree. I laugh as I write that because for many years I was called a Tree Hugger by one of my friends (mind you I hadn't hugged a tree at that point). Then one day, about 4 years ago now, I went hiking with a friend and I saw a tree on my path and thought to myself how awesome is that--I feel compelled to hug this tree. I literally put my arms around the tree and my hands felt magnetized like they needed to stay there. The tree spoke to me and said, "Your journey has been long and hard, let me renew you." It was incredible as I felt a rush of energy wipe clean my energy. Later that day, I quickly called my friend and said, "hey you can now really call me a tree hugger!"
A daily practice of grounding will help you bring the changes you wish to see in your life come to fruition. It will also help you to release the energetic changes occurring in and around you to the earth for recycling and renewal. It will also allow Mother Earth to feed your spirit much needed love and healing.
