Happy Sunday and Happy June!!

It is quite the energy shift, can you feel it?  With Friday's Energy, I immediately felt a bit of a relief from the hefty energy of transmutation. This morning I woke up feeling good and welcoming the rain (we are expecting in CT) that just started to downpour in the last few minutes--it is quite magical.  Almost a purification of sorts as we enter fully into this new moon energy.  I am feeling the rain here is reflective of nurturing our plants for future growth and harvest--it is symbolic of our manifestations and desires. This new moon brings great energy for change and transformation; it provides an opportunity to nurture those dreams. With the solstice coming in a couple weeks, there will be a wiping the slate clean which will roll out a new pathway for clarity. Get ready I see big things coming in--and yes that means more Twinflames Awakened, more Twinflames coming together and more LOVE coming to GAIA.

Inspirational Snippet: Change Your Perspective to Love (Especially for Your Twinflame)

Today's Message: (Definitely Twinflame Appropriate)

I came across this message I wrote several years back as I was cleaning out my computer--(trying to make room for some additional memory) and it screamed out to me to share with you all.

"People need loving the most when they deserve it the least." - John Harrison

Hmmm..imagine if just once we didn't take personally what someone says or does and we just continued to love them. I wonder how much that would change us and change them? Okay, it sounds difficult at best when feelings are involved and we feel hurt, but that is always a choice too, ya know--to allow ourselves to feel hurt. (Believe me this is a hard one for me to digest at times too.) But what if the next time someone says something hurtful or makes a choice that really makes you feel icky---what if you treated the situation as if that person were a child who when sent to get the “paper” meaning newspaper, brought you a piece of plain paper instead of the newspaper? You wouldn’t stop loving that child, would you? It was a simple mistake. You would probably laugh or give them the opportunity to try again. It is not always easy to change our perspective—that I know for sure, but if we try to step away from the emotional reaction in that moment, we can change not only our reaction, but perhaps the direction of where we were headed in that situation.

So my thoughts for you today are: Try this in your life. Change Your Perspective. GIVE the person who “pushes” your buttons, who acts impulsively, who acts without conscience, who speaks without thinking, who reacts out of fear: LOVE. Love them and know they are just like us trying to navigate through their life and these times of change to the best of their ability at this moment. Often when someone does something that hurts another –there is no intention to cause harm, they are just behaving the way they are in that moment because that is all they know. Quite often it is such an unconscious response.  Like a child not necessarily comprehending that “paper” could have more than one meaning. I suggest that for one day you just try this…Show Love even when you don’t feel it…it will change your life….LOVE LOVE LOVE

Someone in my life did something that hurt my feelings last week...I was angry and started to react...so I was driving in my car and shouting out at this person (my car is my sacred place truly!) and then I decided to shout out to them, "I LOVE YOU. IIIIII LOOOOVE YOU." Do you know that it changed not only my mood, my vibration, my day and it even changed my feeling about what happened. It opened my eyes to so much that I wasn't seeing because my emotional reaction before that overrode any rationale. It was incredible and it can be incredible for you too!!

 TWINFLAME SIDENOTE...I do this with my twin.  Those of  us who are twinflames probably experience unreasonable behavior, unconscionable actions, and often disregard from our other half.  Does that sound familiar to you?  It certainly is familiar to me.  And yet, I still love him because there is a part of me that knows his behavior, words and actions are not always his own.  Over the last several years as an Intuitive Counselor, Spiritual Coach, Psychic, I've discovered that children learn at a very young age patterns of behavior that they carry into adulthood.   If they do not do some of their own self-discovery and healing, this is often the place they react from and they tend to draw in the same/similar situations to maintain or compound that learned behavior.  In the case of twinflames, we are the ones most confronted by this problem and can identify it with enough intuitive savvy or the help of another Twinflame, preferably with intuitive skills that can see past the proverbial veil.  I am available for individual sessions and group work as well. As a twinflame, it is our job to transmute these patterns/behaviors/beliefs not only for ourselves and and our twinflames, but for all of humanity.  Each couple has come in with a mission to transform relationships at every level--when twinflames come together in full physical union there is a divine mission that as a couple you are to carry out,  but before, during and after, our mission is to help clean up humanity's blockages within in themself that keeps each person from living the life they are meant to live. 

For example, I had an experience recently with my twinflame.  I will share in hopes it helps you understand not only the above comments, but also our role as a twinflame.  The plan was for him to call me on a specific day and time because there was something we agreed on doing.  Needless to say, he did not call.  Now when he did finally call my reaction was/is never what he is expecting, but he is already on defense from his previous experiences in this life.   Initially when I didn't receive the call I felt hurt and disappointed, but I asked Spirit to help me to understand this experience, feel it and take it away from me for two reasons: I didn't want to perpetuate the disappointment and lower my vibration and I didn't want to amplify this energy to be sent to him (remember your twin whether in contact or not, FEELS EVERYTHING you say or do).    

As I sat with this, I discovered two things:  he didn't want to call me because I expected him to (this is his way of gaining control in his life) and he also wanted to manipulate the energy so that he could create a guilt for himself.  Why you ask?  Hmmm...well at first over the years, I had not understood this and I had struggled with his behavior, but as time as gone on and I have opened to what was really going on and seeing him more than just the love of my life hurting me because by no means do I think he does this intentionally. 

I gained clarity into the whole situation by just staying in balance not disappointment or frustration--basically I CHOSE LOVE.  So what did I gain, you may ask:  He chose not to call me to feel in control.  It was as if he said, I am not going to meet your expectation of me, I am in control.  It came to me that this is a behavior of rebellion for him.  Is he rebelling against me?  No, in fact, I know that is not the case.  However, my feeling  is that throughout his life he has failed to meet the expectations that others have placed upon him, whether reasonable or not, (more likely unreasonable)  and how others reacted (particularly his family to him from a very young age) really created damage to him.  So, he is just programmed to not follow through in fear that he won't meet the expectations so "let me take control and do what I want, you are going to yell at me anyway" attitude.  This is why he is often ready for a fight when I am simply just saying hi.   Now this brings me to the guilt part.  My twinflame has had a mis-perception of what love is, means, feels like.  What does that mean?  His wires got crossed with regard to what love is. (again at a young age because it is in childhood where we develop patterns, beliefs,etc that only get compounded upon as we grow up.)   Guilt is a powerful emotion that invokes in him that he must love someone if he feels guilty.  My feeling is that at a young age the people he was closest to in his family dynamic often made him feel guilty and he interpreted it as this must be what love feels like.  Remember we don't come in with all the knowledge of human dynamics--yes we come in with love, but then the family dynamics, attitudes, behaviors quickly get placed upon us and we "forgot" that purity of love. With me, he doesn't automatically feel guilty, but he does love me.  So he needed/needs to recreate the guilt feeling so that his "love" for me makes sense. He has to unlearn that love and guilt feelings are not the same. This is the crossed wires. 

Children learn at a very early age how to react, behave and deal with life circumstances, as a  matter of fact, it becomes completely ingrained into the patterns of who they become.  This programming is completely capable of being unlearned and changed, but each individual must come to terms with understanding this.  As a twinflame, we can help our twin to undo this pattern, again whether we are in contact with them or not.  It is as simple as self discovery within us.  To some degree, I have/had this same belief of love and guilt--often synonymous with Conditional Love, but I have overcome most of it.  Clearly, there is still some there left for me to see the pattern within him.  To undo this pattern, is to do just what I did.  Recognize his behavior, try to understand the place it is coming from remembering to love your twin unconditionally.  

I know this is truly a deep topic for twinflames and likely a common thing that is not easily seen on the surface. On the surface, it appears he was being selfish, and yes, you can view it that way especially if you see his need to be in control, but digging a little deeper, he was just preparing for failing even before he did and the thing is to help him learn that he may not fail.   Choose to respond to him with love has and does make a difference in our communication, but occasionally depending on what is happening in his life, he may revert back to old programming, and we just work again to heal it.

I hope to share more of my relationship wisdom with you, but please know that while this pertains to twinflames, but it can be useful in other relationships too.

Twinflame Message: The Bear is Waking Up

Today's Twinflame Message & Update: The energy is magical and yet some of us still feel our feet stuck in the mud. I'd like to say that is due to Mercury Retrograde Shadow. While this past Mercury Retrograde has been far more supportive than in the previous ones I've experenced, this shadow period has been anything but easy on me--electronic stuff more specifically. But I feel the energy beginning to shift

I woke up this morning and all I want to do is communicate with people via my writing. I just spent the last two hours typing and typing my story, my books, my thoughts--but I stopped to bring this mini-message to you all. This week we have a new moon coming on Friday and boy is it loaded with energy to push us forward. We are ready, are we not? The awakening has begun--but far more sleeping/quiet/run away twins are being awakened--I am getting an image of someone tiptoeing over to a bear to awaken it softly, but it startles the bear awake and the bear begins to jump up shaking everything off. To me this is symbolic of our twin, the one most caught up in their earth reality (often the masculine). The awakening is sudden and shaking everything up. If you are in contact with your

twin (as little or as small as that may be), you may sense they are scrambled emotionally, physically, mentally---but that is all good for the moment it is due to them hearing the call and realizing they must get going. So picture a car whose tires are stuck in mud, they just keep going around and around, until that one quick push off--well the push off is happening and this June New Moon is going to usher that in.

We are meant to take action in the way we are capable during this time, do you know what your next steps may be? They may be as simple as focusing your efforts on healing you or your twin at this time, clearing blocks or dark energies, calling in your twin. It really varies depending where you are on your path. Energy Update: Choose to Shine

Today's Quick Energy Update:

This morning I awoke with the following thoughts/feelings come in for us lightworkers to bear in mind, heart and soul: There is a horrible mess going on right now---energetically and I can tell you it reverberates energetically to those of us not sitting there in the midst of each event occurring, and it is showing up as exhaustion and intolerance to in-authenticity, injustice, untruths and quite frankly, bad behavior, and you will continue to see people stand up for what they believe. This is not only associated with the American

Presidential Primaries everyone, it is moving out into day to day life, the momentum is sweeping across the nation and even the planet. We have been given true empowerment and we are beginning to use it.

The chaotic energy surrounds the dark energies that had control and hold--they are losing control and no longer hold the power over the mass of people it once had. We are awakened and we are ready to take back out government, country and our planet. Unfortunately, I think anyone who doesn't want to see change will say/do/create chaos where there is/was comPASSIONate protest. It is up to us the Light workers to maintain peace, light and love during this Revolution. It doesn't mean we can't stand up together in peaceful protest, but it does mean some extra healing/meditating on the part of those of us who do believe in the power of thought/energy. It means we must come together and put aside our fears of who we are, put away expectations of what it should look like and accept we are the ones that will make the changes happen. It is our time and it is our job as such, let's light the way for others to follow..

Message for Twinflames from Archangels Chamuel and Raziel

Today's Twinflame Message:

I haven’t put out a message about twinflames in awhile, but I do get them all the time. The last three days I have been hearing from my guides how important it is to stay focused—focused on what you want especially with regard to your twinflame. The doubt and fear will continue to creep in, but it is imperative to use this time of “fertility and creation” to manifest the life you desire. The more you analyze and replay something that has or has not happened, the more that is what you manifest. For some of us we use it to try to “understand” what it is our twin is doing/fearing, but it is really important at this juncture to focus on what we want. This has been echoed loud and clear—some of you may notice that I stop you when you ask me about my twin or I just don’t share all the details because I am trying to stay so present and in the moment, and not get caught up in any doubt or fear. Thanks for honoring me and understanding me, please know I want to capture this moment—the timeline we are on with love, light, balance, trust and faith.

Archangel Chamuel and Archangel Raziel suggest that you create a simple affirmation with regard to your twinflame relationship. For example: I manifest full physical reunion with my beloved. OR I manifest open communication with my beloved.

Most importantly, select something, create something that resonates deeply with your soul. Keep that in your field often. Do your best to recognize when it doesn’t feel authentic or comfortable, that is when you need to do an energetic clearing. The discomfort speaking about what you want or the uncertainty that you can have it, is not because you don’t desire it or that you don’t want to manifest it—it is the fear or the blocks that have been placed there. I was guided to post today's facebook message here for you all because I haven't gotten around to doing an Inspirational Snippet in awhile because quite honestly, my information has been coming in fast and furious and by the time I sit to write it out--new information is being channeled into me.  For me it seems like old news, but for most of you it may not be so I have taken to posting a quick message and energy update on facebook, please check it out and subscribe so you don't miss the messages.

Happy Monday

May 2nd is here and it is a new month, new beginnings and definitely new experiences are on their way. But there are few things we need to look at.

First we must clean up some old, left over things that have been piling up whether it be emotionally, mentally or physically. (on my desk particularly is where I physically witness this).

Second, where to begin? I find the best place to start is by cleaning out the physical manifestation of what is cluttered.  So for me, it was cleaning my house over the weekend--I did it all in steps. The last place I went was the desk and logically-that should have been the first place. But what I discovered was,  that the desk was covered in things I didn't have control over and by piling things up somehow I had control.  The truth is I had to simply just let go of control.  It is often hardest to let go of control when we are trying so hard to "not see it"; hence the piling up of stuff.  My wisdom about that is "just do it".  But you may be asking, how? 

Third, I found that I have the perfect answer for you all. Love is the great motivator! What do you love? d say to yourself: I love you. I am proud of the life you are living and the work you are doing. What do you choose to put your love (focus) upon? Wait for an answer to come through softly and quickly. It will be there, but it will also be fleeting--try not to think about it too much. That is where you start.  Oh work is not included, you say?  (Yes, cleaning my house and my desk was work--yes it was.) Well, sometimes work is the way to show yourself that you love you, but if you give all your time and attention to your job and none to your dreams and goals--then you are not listening fully to that voice inside of you. And, if you are trying hard not to "see"  what is piling up, what else are you missing? This is something for you to ponder. I discovered a lot in that pile---some things that were important to me and I was afraid I had lost.  Oh I did make a smaller pile on one corner of my desk, but the cool thing is that I can see my desk, but even more; I am not hiding from me I am ready to manifest the life I want. By not having that clutter, I make time for listening to me and for loving me.

Take some time today to ponder the mysteries or as I like to call them, truths of your heart. I promise you,if you do this--you will not only gain clarity over your life's problems, but you will be open to receiving more love too!

Channeled Message: Evolutionary Changes Taking Place

Hello Fellow Beings of Light,

It has been sometime since I last put out an Energy Thoughts out. I have to say that it is due to the many changes I am going through and upgrading through.  I have been awakened nearly every night for months now to the reality of what is happening here in the American Political Scene.  I have tried to avoid it as most of you who have known that I used to work in Politics. I can no longer be quiet about it--as you may or may not know, I have posted much about this on my Facebook Group you are welcome to view and join here: Lightworkers for Bernie. This post will not be about that, but at the same time the energetic changes taking place are being directly reflected in the US Political Primary Race.

The vast majority of humanity is prepared and ready for the changes that are taking place upon this planet. We are the ones paving the way.  It is time for great change, can you feel it?  The universe is  rallying its support in ways that we do not yet know.  I recently had a conversation with my twinflame, and he said, "the stars haven't aligned" with regard to something we were talking about, and I responded with "perhaps, but they are about to".  

Well, I was really right about that.  Today, is Earth Day, April 22 and a Full Moon--which alone makes it a Soul Star Healing as a tool to get Quick Energy Thoughts up, please feel free to like my page and subscribe so you don't miss them.

magical awareness for all the earth, but we have so many planets now in or moving into or out of Retrograde. Let's take a quick gander before I get onto my channel.  We are in Mercury Shadow, getting ready to Retrograde next week, Mars went Retrograde on April 17th, meanwhile  Jupiter is still in Retrograde until May 9th, Saturn will continue Retrograde until August, Uranus moved into Retrograde Shadow, Neptune is still in Retrograde, Pluto moved Retrograde on April 18th.  Let's get something straight--the stars have aligned! lol  Sometimes the shadow periods leading up and out or Retrograde are even more intense because we were not used to that energy. (I can vouch for that.)  Well, I am not an astrologer so I don't have any real profound wisdom as to how they affect your chart, but I can tell you that something is building and it feels combustible.  I can tell you that I have been surrounded by light beings, guiding and prompting me with messages lately, almost to a point of overwhelm and you would think I wouldn't neglect my blog, but quite honestly I've had trouble keeping up so I have used my Facebook Page:

Greetings Dear ones,

We come to you with a message today to assist you on your path of ascension.At this time on your planet, there is much energy being released and brought to the surface for you. This energy releases the suffering of the land and its inhabitants over the various timelines that have been in existence upon the planet.  You will notice a rise in earthquakes, and other earth phenomenon as your planet expresses herself.  It is with this that she is desiring your attention and care not only for her, but for your ascension process. We wish for you to see that you and the Earth are interconnected with one another and deeply impacts one or the other depending on what is done. It may seem as if the releasing of energy is never ending as the embodiment of change continues on.  Dear ones, you have chosen to be incarnate at this time to not only assist in the transformation of your earth, but to be part of the transmutation of the lower frequencies into higher vibration.  You are the ones that will raise the planet and all of humanity into its ascension. 

We see you have been in much discontent on this fine earth day.  There is a storm brewing inside each of you. One that can no longer be dismissed, change is calling to you and yet you have been neglecting to allow it in.  Do you see what it is you are doing when you are not acknowledging your change upon this earth planet?   When you run from change, as in resistance or procrastination, we tell you that you are in the vast density of the planet and all its uneasiness; thereby creating difficulty and stagnation in your field and the earth.  When you allow yourself to flow you are in a higher vibrational frequency that provides peace, gratitude and abundance.  It is that simple and yet humans find it very difficult.

Dear ones, we see the struggle happening upon earth as you undergo the releasing of the old ways, the old programs and energy of suppression.  Over the next several months to years, you will continue to see the energy of suppression exposed.  It will appear in your reality as more than just the Voter Suppression in the United States, the Violence in the Middle East and the uprisings in other countries around your planet.  There will be other examples of humanity's oppression being revealed in all facets of life upon earth.   Dear ones, we know it has been long and difficult for some of you, and we know you wish to be done with this part of the journey so you can move onto the next steps of rebuilding humanity, but there is still much to be unraveled before that process can begin. Your light is a very important piece of this energy puzzle and we are very grateful to be here on this journey with you.   We ask you to maintain your light daily so as to not feel depleted.  Renew yourself with nature by limiting your use of technology so that your cells can vibrate higher with the evolutionary changes taking place in your DNA. Your DNA is being awakened and you are undergoing a great deal of physical, mental, emotional transformation at this time.  This awakening is happening as a incremental process so that you can adjust to it more easily; however, it does require the need for rejuvenation and calm.  Just as the earth is in transformation so too, are you.  Be gentle with yourselves.

It is a place of peace and gratitude we wish for you to come to when you are in this place of heaviness and stuck-ness.  We ask you to take a deep breath and do something different than you were expecting.  It will shift your perception from a place of fear to love.  We encourage you to continue to leave your comfort and tread new pathways for in doing so, you will discover where your light is most needed; and you will begin to free your energy to feel the empowerment of your soul's essence. We know that you are undergoing tremendous challenges and changes, please know that we love you and are here for you.
