When I returned from Egypt, I came back with the knowing that my mission on earth was to teach love, be love, live love. A couple weeks ago, I was sitting on a park bench in New York (I'm in New York on Sundays and Mondays) thinking how do I reach the multitude of people that are so oblivious to life and even more closed off to love. As many of you are aware, I find hearts everywhere on my path practically everyday and it always brings joy to my heart and a smile to my face even in the wake of a bad day. As I sat on the bench, I reached down and grabbed a white rock, drew a heart near my foot and hoped it would bring a smile to anyone who saw it. So, I thought what if....

Dear Lightworkers,

You often ask what else can you do to bring love here on earth now....well here is the plan...WHAT IF...we all did this? What if all summer long each and everyone of you and all the people you know, bought a bucket of sidewalk chalk and started to spread love? What if we created Love Graffitti? What if we tapped into our inner child and created magic everywhere we step our feet? What if we each had a role this summer to spread love, light, peace and hope to everyone on the earth? What if this is how we begin to celebrate Independence Day here in the US? What if this is the Lightworker Love Revolution we have been waiting for?

What If You Want to Participate? How, you ask? Simple. Buy a box of chalk and have at it. Whereever you are walking down a road or on a sidewalk, carry a piece of chalk with you and get inspired to draw, write or create love using words or symbols. Be creative: Pink is for Love so draw hearts, write "Spread Love". Blue is for Peace so draw the peace sign, write "Be Peace". Green is for Hope and Yellow/White is for Light. Make Magic Happen Here on Earth. Spread the Word. Teach Your Kids. Who doesn't want a little love? The best part is..., it washes off in the rain so no one can really complain. So let's make this summer a LOVE REVOLUTION.

Across the Nile to the Alabaster Store We Go

I am back in the hotel room now hours later. So our journey to the boat, and yes it was a journey. We ended up walking down to the Nile from our hotel. (Mind you I have been so tired lately that the walk was a little bit of an effort.) We walked the shorter way to the Nile than we did the night before which was a good thing . However, we walked to one dock and the boat wasn't there so we walked to the next one. There was only about 8 of us going to the Alabaster Museum. We finally found the right dock and we had to walk down these really dangerous steps that weren't really steps more like a narrow, long vertical climb with skinny planks of wood made to look like steps. hahaha

As if that were not dangerous enough for a group of people on little sleep, we had to climb aboard one board to climb into another boat on the other side. Yes, in case you were wondering what that all meant: we used a boat as a walkway to the boat we were going to take. Talk about scary, this all happened in the dark of the night.

Then we sailed across the Nile at night in the beautiful evening air. It was quite magical after you get over the fact of how we got onto the boat. When we made it onto the other side we had to walk up that slightly angled vertical walk again to get to the top where there was a cab waiting to pick us up. It was a little bit of a drive to the store.

When we got there, we had a private appointment for us to look around. There were so many things to choose from. I knew immediately what I wanted to buy. A white alabaster pyramid and a statue of the Goddess Bastet.

However, like all of us, I had to be cautious of the amount of money I was spending there so it took some time in deciding what to buy. I mean there was so much that I would want it I could afford more, but the most important thing was to buy what I wanted to be used in my office.

I made my decision fairly quick which as most of you know that when I am purchasing something if I am meant to have it there is no question it happens quick and when I am not sure I need something it takes forever and I don't buy anything. So there I sat waiting for others to make up their mind. Meanwhile, the shopkeepers started to smoke and it made me sick. I can't believe how yucky I felt. The slight headache became even worse. I was starting to really feel sick. I couldn't wait to leave.

But I left there purchasing the alabaster pyramid. Here is a picture of one I found online

(This isn't the one I purchased as mine is white and sits in the middle of my office altar. If you want to see it, you just might have to come to my office.)

I also chose the Goddess Bastet statue.

This Goddess is Joy, Music, Health and Healing. The most important gift from this Goddess is protection. (My Bastet Statue greets you at the entrance to my office and protects the office especially while I am not there.)

Finally, we were able to leave the store and get away from the smoke. I don't think I have been around that kind of smoke in so long and I feel my immune system is a little low from not eating healthy and from crying all day. My headache has gotten worse now I am feeling nausea.

We made our way back to the boat. I took a small empty water bottle with me so we can capture some water from the Nile. The boat stopped in the middle of the Nile so I could scoop up water from the Nile to take home with me. I was able to get quite a bit of water and when I arrived back to the hotel I gave some to a few different people.

We made it back to the hotel with about a half hour before we had our group gathering. I came back to my room and thought I would take a 30 minute nap so that I could go to the meeting, but I missed it again. I just woke up a few minutes ago which is about an hour after the meeting started. I suppose I could technically go upstairs to the roof for the meeting, but I felt like I wanted to journal a little bit and my headache is still there, but much better.

Now, I am getting ready to go back to sleep. I am really missing my twin. I wish he were here with me. I feel so distant from him. I hope he is missing me too. In some ways, I can't wait to come back to Egypt with him. I always believed my trip to Egypt would be with him. Perhaps, someday it will be....

For now, I will dream of him tonight and go to sleep...it is time.

A Towel of Love

It has been such a long day today. I really would love a nap, but there is still more to do. I want to go to the Alabaster Museum (which is really a place to shop). It is planned to go in about an hour. We are taking a boat to cross the Nile over to the Alabaster Museum because it truly is the quickest way to get across the River.

I have been crying so much today that I feel exhaustion is setting in. I have only had a few moments of no tears. My eyes feel tired, physically I feel tired. I have a slight headache. I just made it back to the room to freshen up a bit before heading out again and there on my bed is a beautiful heart shaped towel. Oh yes, more tears. But to see this is just what I needed. I see hearts when I need them in everything and now here it is on my bed.

My roommate had a swan on her bed that actually looked more like a snake coming out of the bed. I am so grateful that my bed was the heart because it spoke volumes to me. I feel like it is my soul (my twinsoul) giving me the message of love. It was so magical and it has given me enough steam to get going and meet everyone downstairs for our trip to the Alabaster Museum. I am so excited about this. I really want to get some statues to go home with me and this is probably my one and only opportunity since I didn't shop last night.

Channeled Message: Balance Must Come to the Earth

Message from the Masters of Light, June 18, 2011 in Middletown, CT. This message came during a Reiki Level II Attunement.

Greetings, Dear Ones,

We gather here with you today on your day of attunement. EstaRa is preparing herself for the initiation for each of you. Each of you shall experience a personal healing today and a personal attunement. The healing will be to remove any blockages from receiving the divine light, dear ones. We wish to tell you that while you are here, there are things happening to the earth, dear ones. Your attunement will bring you closer in connection to the earth. You will experience the earth changes as well. Each of you is on a path of light and dear ones, as you move forward on this path, you will know in which way you must go. You will know in which direction to take your life for it will change for each of you. Do you feel the brightness of the light as it comes into this room at this moment, dear ones? That is intentional for you to feel the light surrounding you as we speak to you.

There are those of you that are feeling sadness and grief inside. It is okay, dear one. It is okay; for that is your releasing and it is necessary for you to feel all that you have been feeling so that you can make room for the energy that is coming to you today, dear one. EstaRa is not even aware of the attunement that she will be receiving today. Her body has been preparing all week for this attunement. She too, is to expect changes in her life, as well. It is imperative that each of you nurture your soul, for your soul knows that in which it desire in this time and space. This time and space upon your earth is filled with fear and chaos, dear ones, but you can be above the fear and chaos if you choose to be above the fear and
chaos. It is important that you make that choice, for going forward on your earth, much is going to happen that will unravel you if you allow it to. That is why, dear ones, EstaRa teaches balance and we remind her to teach balance, balance, balance in your lives.

It is time, dear ones, that balance come to the earth; it is time, dear ones, for you to step into your rightful role as lightworker, as a warrior of the light. We need you to help us bring the earth into ascension. The earth has been evolving into ascension for some time now, dear ones, but we need you lightworkers to
step into your roles of light and to let go of the chains of fear and the past that have bound you to the place you are in or have been in; the places you are trying to stand up and rise above. It is time, dear ones, for we need you. You are our ground crew. You are the ones you have been waiting for. We will support you and your journey. We are here to support you and your journey. You are not alone,
dear ones and there are many more of you than you can imagine. And you will find each other soon. Soon, the voice of light will get louder and soon, you will see the changes that occur that are necessary for ascension.

The time is now, dear ones. The time is now. Trust in your path and heal all that is in the way. Release all that keeps you chained and locked in to 3D. Release those chains upon you, for when you release them and when you heal them, they can no longer come back. You may be wondering why it is things keep coming back; we know EstaRa wonders at times, as well. They keep coming back because they have not been permanently released from your auric field and your karma. Now is the time you can release all that you need to. If you so choose, dear ones, that means seriously looking at your lives: what is no longer working for each of you? Take a look at it and change it to fit what your soul desires inside of you. You do know that which we speak. We feel you know that which we speak of, including EstaRa.

You have been gifted with this message today for it more than just an attunement; it is a healing that you will be receiving today. It is love, honor, and respect that we bring this message of light.

Channeled Message: Behind The Curtain

Greetings Dear One,

We do have a message for you. We are so proud of you. We love you and we bring you a message of light today. So much dear one is happening "Behind the curtain" in life to manifest and orchestrate that which you desire personally and yet the same thing is happening globally as well. The right time and right space is now. It is the time now only to live empowered lives but to live your truth: you are who you know yourself to be. You are the magic and if you pull back the curtain--you will not find the Wizard of Oz--you will find you. For a long time now in your home, we have asked you all to be conscious of your thoughts for they create your reality. Let us explain this a little more. Your belief systems for many of you are not your own and yet they are. What does that mean, asks EstaRa? It simply means that these belief systems that ride the frequency of the planet are changing. (EstaRa cannot write as fast as the transmission is coming to her; therefore, this channel may be all "over the place"--she did not take her recorder outside on this day so she is handwriting in her journal this message to you. )

Beliefs upon your planet have been orchestrated by only a few, but unfortunately for the human, they have been adopted by the humans as if they are their own. Religions on earth have taught you to have "blind faith" but we tell you that is a distorted truth. Religions wish you to have blind faith and acceptance of their words as truth rather than have you intuit that which is your truth--the real truth. We say that you should have blind faith only when you your spirit self has come to this conclusion not when it has been adapted as your own without true validation from your higher self.

You are creators and you create from your truth. You are members of the family of light and light is your truth. For in that truth you shall see what your truth is and what your beliefs are. Believe us dear ones--as you grow in light your truths/beliefs shall change to a more appropriate adjustment reflecting your true self--your spirit.

Blind faith in this instance is of what you feel and know to be true in your spirit--the human 3D may not reflect it right away; however, you sense it--that is blind faith.

Now religion is not the only source of your false beliefs--your governments and societies are as well. Again these entities were established by a few who created much of what humans believe as a mass whole population. The governments are challenged by the light for as you all know where there is darkness, light will be shed upon it. Much of what humans believes have come from government and societal structure. Just as religions shows an aspect of truth so too does your government and society. Their mission is to organize you, protect you for the whole of society and the greater good. However, that is not what has happened. The system of power and greed has distorted that concept and that proper motivation for the greater good is no longer activated within you (unless you have awakened and began to intuit your truth and shall we say see beyond the curtain) and you allow sources outside of yourself to determine what is for the greatest good and do not listen to the truth within you. When you truly awaken you see, sense and know the truth of the greater good--it doesn't always look the way you have been taught. Dear ones, it is time to look at your truths and re-evaluate your beliefs for you are no longer controlled if you choose not to be.

EstaRa often says to not watch television; however, she herself can understand how many can be caught up in it for the frequency of the television is a frequency put our by your "leaders" in your human world. We will discuss frequency more at a later date.

For today your lesson is that of beliefs. Begin to question the beliefs that you have chosen to accept in this life as "blind faith" for your truth is always trying to find its way to you through feelings, knowings and spiritual guidance. You dear ones are responsible for creating life upon earth that is why we said you are responsible for your beliefs as well. You must know that which you believe in because you "bought" into what was given to you outside of yourself.

Empower yourself from within! Your answers are always within. Question the beliefs that you carry and if they do not resonate with your inner knowing then you need to re-evaluate those beliefs because they are what is creating your reality. You are magnificent beings who simply need to be reminded of your power and light. Once you wake up to this knowledge fully you will help to be the catalyst to heal Gaia and its inhabitants.

Portal at Karnack

We are now given time to walk around the temple for about an hour. This temple was truly amazing as has been the whole trip thus far. Here I am walking around the temple to different areas. I took pictures of the columns to give you and idea of height. Really, there is no way that humans alone were able to construct such a magnificent piece of art.

I was walking around with Carole and Sopdet Ra. I really loved what I was seeing. I could feel the immense energy from each place within this temple. (Mind you though, I had to pee like I often have to do. It is kind of driving me a little crazy not having a real bathroom---I am going to go home and truly appreciate a clean toilet seat...I think I now know why people call the toilet a "porcelain God". hahaha Okay so I may be getting a bit carried away, but nonetheless appreciate American bathrooms--even dirty ones--believe me they are still many steps above an Egyptian bathroom.)

Here is a wall relief of some kind of healing cleansing taking place at Karnack.

It was amazing to see this depiction on the wall.

This temple had amazing obelisks in them. They were so powerful to look at. And just looking at them you can feel the energy.

Just beyond the obelisks, I found myself being drawn to this opening that felt like a doorway to me. I unfortunately did not take a picture of it. I kept getting pulled to it. It was at the complete other end of the Karnack complex. The tourist entrance was at the other end of which seemed like miles away. As we walked closer, I connected with the stones that were right near this doorway. I distinctly felt that this was the entrance and I could see how it was portal. As I connected a little more I saw that when people entered the complex here, once they passed through this doorway it acted as a portal into a different dimension. Once "members" passed through it they were able to access multiple dimensions at this place. It was incredibly powerful. While I was able to connect with this energy, the way we "humans" have established the complex here at the temple, the main gateway to multidimensionality is not easily accessible by people arriving at Karnack because the entrance is at the opposite end of the complex.

Channeled Message: Weeds

Greetings Dear Ones,

We wish to talk to you today about weeds. As you look outside on this beautiful day upon your earth time and space you see the multitudes of flowers and weeds living together as you look upon your gardens, do you know that which we speak of ? You may carefully prune your gardens and flower beds of all the weeds, but yet if you notice they all come back persistently in all the places you do not want them. You fear that they make your world less perfect dear ones. However, we ask you to try a new view for the weeds in your life. (I asked my guides if they were talking about literal weeds or the things in our life that we consider to be "weeds".) Yes, EstaRa, dear one, we are talking about those things in your life that you do not like. Today, we wish to give you a new perspective with which to view those weeds. That is, we would like to show you a few new ways to view the weeds in your life.

You can view them as troublesome, irritating or just unsightly aspects of the earth. (of yourself). Yes, that is a view.

Or you can view them as the old stuff that you keep trying to run away from in your life, but no matter how much you prune and rip the weeds out they keep coming back. Quite literally dear ones, do you see how you pull up the weeds and they eventually do come right back to that place. Perhaps, equate them this moment to your old earthly patterns or behaviors, or even your old thoughts, dear ones. They become persistent no matter how hard you try to rid yourself of them. They will continue to plague you because until you get to the "root" of the "weed" they will keep coming back. Often "weeds" get pulled from the surface leaving the real root in the ground to come back again. Back to your life dear ones, if you only deal with issues from the surface then you have not removed the source of the "weed".

Or you can view your weeds as a natural part of your garden, another beautiful aspect of nature by incorporating those weeds into your life. Seeing these weeds popping up and acknowledging them as part of the natural landscape is embracing nature in a different way. The "weeds" in your human life often appear as your "shadow self" the parts of you that you do not wish to acknowledge, but it is a part of you--you are everything dear ones. So your "weeds" depending on your perspective can be a beautiful part of your world where you create a place for them and allow them to be a reminder of your growth.

Yes, dear EstaRa this information is from your simple recognition of the weed on the ground in front of you. You live in a pace where everything seems to be "perfect" so that a simple weed can make you stand out and look different, but dearest EstaRa, the unique expression of humans is what gives each human such beauty--each beautiful being on your planet is truly interconnected with another that creates a beautiful bouquet of flowers. After all, the same flowers all the time, same color and flower would get boring, would they not? And a flower arrangement filled with a variety always catches the human eye?

We tell you dearest ones, you are a magnificent flower in your life. We ask you dear ones are you going to rip out the weeds? Ignore the weeds or include them as part of your beautiful life?
